1981  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoins goal to end governments? on: December 12, 2017, 11:02:28 AM
Hi,

I don't think bitcoin will end government. Banks and financial institutions may be weakened by bitcoin, posibly erased from our habbts (for the best) but bitcoin cannot replace a government. Especially, in coutries where the government provides public (free) services such as school, healthcare, and so on.

Bitcoin is a way to get rid of a power managing and makng all decisions about money. As bitcoin is not controlled by an individual, it is supposed to be neutral, incorruptible. But it is not enough to rule a population!  Wink
1982  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin unsustainable at these levels. Are people deluded? on: December 11, 2017, 01:22:51 PM
Hi,

I understand your concerns. It would be threatenng if those "whales" had any control over bitcoin.. But they don't.

For the newbies, it is hard indeed to buy bitcoin, but still they can earn it, pieces after pieces. And for the large players, they cannot decide of the price. Of course, they will influence the rate if they all start selling at the same time.. but their action is not the only factor defining the price.. and it will never be.

The major interest in bitcoin is that everything is ruled through an algorythm and the blockchain. And no individual can control it as far as I know.
1983  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is the North Korean government engaging in bitcoin mining? on: December 11, 2017, 12:40:57 PM
Hi,

It can be quite interesting for North Korea to mine bitcoin.. as if it is a governmental decision, they don't have to pay the electricity necessary for the mining..
Is it a threat? I don't think so.

I mean, if the US decide it is bad and they have to act... they may declare bitcoin illegal. And then? People don't use it in real life, so it just means that more people are going to invest in VPN. Nothing to worry about!

And if your issue is rather moral than legal, then tell yourself that using dollars or euros is much worst than using bitcoin. Dollars and euros (amonsgt others) are funding terrorism, slavery, pollution and so on. Bitcoin may also be involved (I don't have the slightest idea) but at least it is not controled by any institution. So what you do with bitcoin is your own business!  Wink

1985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Satoshi Mines - The Original Bitcoin Minesweeper Casino on: December 09, 2017, 08:10:30 PM
We just need a good money management for this game Smiley

Money management is useless.
Betting is not about money management, it's just about pure luck.
Every time you make a bet yu lose the house edge, statistically at least that's how it works.

You can have whatever money management it doesn't change anything...
Just go, have fun, know that you can lose everything so be careful about what you bet and everything should be fine Wink
1986  Economy / Gambling / Re: Article: Australian gamblers lose a record $24b in a year on: December 09, 2017, 07:58:57 PM
WHAT THE FUUUUUUUCK?

Oh maaaaan!
I was sad about what I lost (about 0.1BTC) and thought it was much but... hell!
That's impossible Oo

You just can't lose so much... Not on gambling...
1987  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best esport betting siteS? on: December 09, 2017, 07:43:27 PM
One of the "best" is clearly NitrogenSport.

It's not the one giving the best odds I think but it's a very secure one.
Everyone trust it, and they never had any problem.
I had trouble with some weird bets that didn't pay out and they really went fast at correcting it!!!

I recommend it.
1988  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinople.com - Casino software as a service on: December 09, 2017, 07:31:04 PM
Hey,

I could be interested by that in principle.
But I don't understand how it works, you just give the opportunity to anyone to use the software? You sell it or you lend it?
And are you the ones owning the funds or can we take them on our own address?

But thanks for the idea!

Hi,

Yes, anyone willing to deposit a bankroll can use it to start their own casino machines.
It is run from our servers as a service, so the software itself is neither sold nor lended. If you want to run it from your own site, you just add your lobby or game to your site via an iframe, otherwise your casino will only be run on our site.

As a casino you have to add a bankroll sufficient to cover whatever maximum bet you've configured with some safety margin, or the maximum bets are automatically lowered.
Those funds are controlled by us to ensure that the Casino actually is able to pay wins. If a Casino withdraws all funds, the machines connected are automatically closed down, and will automatically restart if the Casino deposits the funds again.

I think it is more than an idea, it is actually live and working.

So... You expect us to believe that you'll honestly give us this software service for free?

And of course we should just trust you with our funds?
We should just think that there is nothing risky about giving you our money?

No way xD
1989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting tips by iluvbitcoins! +1.1681BTC! on: December 09, 2017, 03:29:10 PM
Wow thanks man, I never saw your thread before!
I don't know why though, but between Ajax and the others I haven't seen you.

I like the fact that you advise the amount to be bet and I really hope I'll manage to have your result.
Where do you bet though? Because all sites have different odds and that can have a huge impact!
1990  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Simple way to earn Bitcoins through Gambling and Casino games. on: December 09, 2017, 12:20:09 PM
Yup, the simple way of earning bitcoins with gambling and casino games is to invest in them.

Don't go playing the games, it's no use and it won't work. Or play for the fun, the thrills and the hope of getting insanely rich on a lucky bet with jackpots and shit like that.
But you can always invest in them, for example on Yolodice site has made 200BTC in a year.
Well that's much money that will be distributed to everyone who invested in it Smiley

Hey Joca, thanks for all your work!

Does your thread title about the 4k wins and the 750 losses take into account VIP bets or not?
And if yes do they take into account the free tips too?

I mean I follow your tips from time to time and I don't have this ratio of win/lose at all but maybe it's just because I have only the free tips ^^

Hello Sir,

The statistics are free predicitions, soon they will be live stats as well on the vip predictions as soon as my new website is up and running.
Thanks for being my follower, hopefully we will win and earn even more togheter ! Cheesy

Well then thanks for your work! I'll continue follow you and hopefully earn with you :3
You're definitely one of the best tipsters of the website and probably the oldest still running!

Good luck to you (so to me as I follow you ^^)

1993  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who are the winningest tipsters in the forum? on: December 08, 2017, 04:33:44 PM
As far as I know I think that Joca is the one having the best ratio of W/L. But you have to take into account two things:
1/ Best tips are VIP picks so they aren't free. It's normal as long as those tips are successfull and that you have enough money to compensate the investment you made by betting
2/ W/L is important but has to be put in consideration with the gross number of tips. If I'm not mistaken, ajax also has a very good ratio but doesn't post much tips. So it means a small number of bets for you in the end.

But follow both, they are both great and work together sometimes on special envents (like the promotional event they hold few weeks before).
1994  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Satoshi Mines - The Original Bitcoin Minesweeper Casino on: December 07, 2017, 04:22:05 PM
What? No you can't nullify the house edge. Of course not.
Otherwise what would be the point of the game?

In general, don't trust any gambling site promising you they will "nullify the house edge". Unless it's a promotional event it's pure bullshit at best and obvious scam at worst. A gambling company makes a gambling site to earn money and for that they will need a positive non null house edge. Whatever they say. You'd better trust companies which are oppened concerning their gains and with a provably fair system, like the one I'm promoting. That's the only one that will actually do what they say.
1995  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Sustainability of BTC on: December 06, 2017, 05:27:40 PM
Hi,

What you are asking is indeed an interesting question... but as any interesting question, it does not have one simple answer I guess.

For the bitcoin, I suppose there are 2 options that are more likely to happen than other scenarii:
1- bitcoin community goes on growing and... the price of running the whole network is not sustainable anymore. The smartest make the most of last-moment selling and.. bitcoin dies
2 - the whole community understand such threat and instead of keeping running small businesses only aimed at short-term profits, bitcoiners develop alternative solutions to make bitcoin useful (in the sense possible to use) in everyone's everyday life.

Of course, I prefer option 2. But this must come from the community and the individuals composing it. We should understand we are not children playing anymore, and not big companies, government or institutions is gonna take the role of "parent". We can develop our own alternate solutions if we want to!
1996  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will crash one day? on: December 06, 2017, 04:59:06 PM
Maybe yes.

I mean, as we go, the planet is slowly dying.. At some point, there will be no one (at least human being) left to make internet and all related technologies run.

But if we do not even consider such kinds of catastrophes.. Well, I must say that sadly enough we are completely unable to forecast such crash. But it may still happen. Nobody so "black thursday" coming and yet, it has affected economy ever since.

Anyway, as it is not possible to predict that, maybe the best solution is for all bitcoiners to act in accordance with their own set of values and.. try to enjoy still we can!  Grin
1997  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bit coin hit $12500. Is this the time to invest in Bitcoin? on: December 06, 2017, 04:31:10 PM
Hi,

I understand why you are asking such questions. Many people are trying to determine whether it is too lte or not to invest.
Will btc continue rising? Will it go down? Will there be corrections?

Nobody knows.
So what I personnally advise you is to make what you can. You know how much you want to invest, that's great. If you are a gambler, then invest now and maybe by the end of 2018 you would have doubled your initial investment. If you are not such a risk-taker, then wait until the bitcoin is "low enough". With this second solution, you keep your money "safe" just because you do not invest it.. but maybe you lose some profitable opportunities.

It is impossible to tell you what will happen. Do as you "feel" to!  Wink
1998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoins speculation for 2018? on: December 06, 2017, 04:19:12 PM
Haha,

A few weeks ago I would have say, something like "around its current levels, maybe a bit higher but not that much"..

But if you consider what keeps on happening... Well  must say I don't have any idea! Maybe vero loooow to make up for 2017 peaks, maybe even higher.. If I knew, believe me, I would feel better when I am trading!  Wink
1999  Economy / Speculation / Re: Christmas Gift: Bitcoin hits $12000 on: December 06, 2017, 03:28:49 PM
Or maybe not...

Actually, I understand what you are saying and indeed for some of us, this new hit is a great peice of news..

Yet, there are also people trying to buy bitcoins or others, who have sold at 10k, thinking it would not get higher..

One of the biggest critics that is made towards bitcoin is about its volatility.  understand why such hit is interesting.. But do not make it too big...It could be hard for all the community!
2000  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did i miss the train? on: December 06, 2017, 03:03:50 PM
It is indeed the question everyone is asking itself...

A few weeks ago, I would have say "just wait, it will fall", but I must admit I'm not so sure now...
At least, I am not so sure it will fall before the end of 2017.

However, what is sure is that there will be other forks, othr surprises...

Where you invest is up to you, but buying bitcoins may not be such a bad idea... The price will rise again, even higher than 15k I believe!
