1981  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losing in trading needs questioning on: August 05, 2021, 10:59:58 PM
~
If you're continuously getting losses for months, then there might be something wrong with what you are doing. The main question for that is do you keep doing the same thing and are you even learning from whatever mistakes you made in those losses.
Loss on few days? Sure, okay but did you see where you got it wrong?
Frequently losses aren't good at all, it might you have a problem in trading that you repeatedly doing again and again.  For this case, this will not resolve unless if you learn about it, or have a study where you get a loss.

I suggest taking a break for a while in trading if you experience this because it means you aren't ready for trading.  I've been there for how many years and I pursue myself to learn a different way of trading analysis but isn't that easy, it took for how many months before I started again in trading.  Good thing I minimize my losses and there's progress on it, I hope everyone will do the same because trading isn't that easy of making a profit.
1982  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful of low marketcap coins on: August 04, 2021, 11:59:22 PM
It's obvious that the low market cap coins were most likely they are easy to manipulate just like pump and dump which means they are prone to this service, they are very risky to invest because it could create hype in just a matter of an hour if they like to pump this coin.

Bitcoin is the best, it has highest marketcap, volatile but less volatile than altcoins. It is good for newbies to research about the coins they want to invest before investing, there are some coins that are listed but existing to make someone go broke, this is nothing more than scam, a scam that no one will be faulty, newbies should be wise.
It's well said, even Bitcoin can be manipulated even if this is one of the highest market cap.  How much more are those altcoins that have a low market cap.
Having short research will save your money for possible losses, altcoins could potentially be a good investment but it's rare as of now and it's also good for the short term not in a long term.
1983  Economy / Marketplace / Re: new idea for family mining: Home solar power+ mining+EV charging! on: August 04, 2021, 11:44:13 PM
My company lightningasic has finished Home solar power solution: 15KW:Solar panels + Inverter + Batterry. the price will be under usd 20K, Fob china. you just need to pay the shipment, and installed by your self.
I can't imagine how much it could be the shipping fee and why not choose instead of our local stores that have these solar panels for the home solar power.
This 15KW solar system is approximately had 50-60 solar panels and their measurement is around 1.6m x 1m in size, you will need a large roof space for this that is possible between 70 to 90 square meters.  It's ideal for a huge household.

The comment above was right, it could be a user who purchases should have knowledge upon installing a solar power system because there's a perfect setting where the angle of your solar panel array.

I thought China was banning selling Bitcoin mining equipment like these, how could you transport legally?

1985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As of today, Google ads for Bitcoin are no longer banned. on: August 03, 2021, 11:57:05 PM
It's confirmed by @Slow death above and I also read that article but at least they didn't include the ICO projects, trading signals, or any affiliate that incentives those who paid the ads.  Good to see it was now lifted and in this case, Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will be common in Google and become well known to everyone who used Google.

But how about Google filtering their ads that contain a malicious link, they can't even do to fix this and give security to their users.
1986  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Strange email from Binance on: August 03, 2021, 11:37:02 PM
It's impossible to hack your Binance account in the first place if you put a multi-layer of securities protection.  Upon login to your account on Binance, it needs a username and password, and then it requires an E-mail and Google verification code, that's impossible that there's a way to access your account, and now is your SMS verification code.

Is this email from your spam mails?  If yes, you should avoid clicking it because it may have a clickbait there that could be compromised your account, and possible they can access your account.  Presumably, that not only you who have been received this strange email that you have said.  Follow the suggestion above and quickly change your personal information in the Binance account and use an exclusive email account for Binance only, not your personal email account that you frequently use.
1987  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stay away from greedy free Bitcoin offer through spam mail. on: August 03, 2021, 11:14:17 PM
I usually ignored spam mails on my email account, I just only open those emails that come from my inbox, not on the spam email box.
This is the reason why we always separate our personal email accounts into the business email account that we frequently use, sometimes we don't know that it has already been exposed, and might they will use it to take advantage of you.

Anyway, thanks for the heads up and obviously this is a scammed attempt that could be the link shared have malware that could lead to scamming your account.  It might OP need to change a new email account or this recent one might be a risk too.

Greedy + Naive was a perfect combination that could be hackers who can't take advantage of us.
1988  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Losing in trading needs questioning on: August 03, 2021, 10:55:29 PM
I usually ask myself questions whenever I have consecutive loses in trading, trying to know where I'm getting it wrong. This had helped me many times to get more trading knowledge that had improved my entire trading.
Learn from your mistakes is the perfect way not to repeat them again and again and avoid keep losing your fund.  This is a good practice as a newbie to learn everything while on the field of trading, as they said, experience is the best teacher that can minimize the possible losses ahead.

There are too many various reasons why people keep losing in trading, the number one problem is lack of knowledge and doesn't know how to have strategies, as long as it's thinking about the profit but not on how to have progress.  If this will happen frequently in trading and don't even have profit, I suggest you stop trading and switch to be a crypto holder which is very safe of having volatile prices.
1989  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How do you buy physical items anonymously with Bitcoin? on: August 03, 2021, 10:37:04 PM
It depends upon the service that you are looking for, much better is always read the terms and conditions or maybe the FAQ.  They possibly secretly hide your basic information, like the nickname and valid email address, and sending it to any location that you want, of course, this isn't your real address, it's an alternative during the purchase.

Have you tried to use this site?  https://shipanon.com/
Please read the FAQ first to prevent self confusion regarding anonymity, they accept Bitcoin also, and please do your own research first before using them.
1990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can you protect your Bitcoin from market volatility? on: August 02, 2021, 11:59:40 PM
You forgot to include this, HODL, and aim profit target.

This is the smartest way to protect your Bitcoin during volatility and hold for a long period of time.  We know how volatility works and it's good for storing your Bitcoin for a long period of time. Just HODL and you will be fine.

And I tend to agree with the manage your money, invest that you can afford to hold, and wait for a long time so that you will never think of withdrawing from your portfolio.
1991  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Platform Bitcdeal.com legit? on: August 02, 2021, 11:49:57 PM
I just tried it and it doesn't load for me either, but it is the right site, worked a few days ago, but nevermind then i guess. Grin
Can share with us where did you found this exchange site?

If this comes from a Telegram that is offering to withdraw the fund but you can't able to withdraw if you don't deposit some money as said above.
This is a very common trap from the Telegram, I experienced this a long time ago and I almost fall into the trap but luckily I do always check the site before using it.  You can do it too, use this website checker to know the details and the creation of the website if it's newly made like a week ago, that's most likely a scam website.

Here's a tool.

1992  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An interesting example of a SCAM. Signal groups. Carefully! on: August 02, 2021, 11:37:06 PM
When we talked about a signal group on the Telegram, it always comes to my mind about the possible scam, and usually, all of them are in a pump and dump group which they want to pump a low volume coin which is easy to manipulate the price.

That's a great input OP, other newbie users must be warned on this kind of group because there's no really easy on making profit on cryptocurrency, instead of making a profit, you might be put into a trap, and might you will lose by following on them which isn't necessary.  Do your own research is a very accurate answer when you want to invest in a new project most especially the very trending now was the NFT based on games.
1993  Economy / Speculation / Re: Drop from $60k to $30k was part of bull run cycle? on: August 02, 2021, 11:21:21 PM
The behavior of governments and crypto whales cannot be predicted by any online tool or software.
It's kinda good to be true and I tend to agree with this, Bitcoin price will remain unpredictable, and sometimes the price varies of the news and trend by the government's adoption will always have an effect on the Bitcoin price and it could be moving in an unknown direction.

But there's nothing wrong with this chart indicator, this is just a tool to technically support our prediction and it could be there's really have different phases of the cycle on the Bitcoin price.  However, if you're going to ask me about the market condition we are still good and I think the price will not go down below $30k dollars this year, even though there's no infinite growth but at least we saw strong resistance right after a correction as of now.

It's tougher to predict, but the thing that comes up in my mind, a new ATH has been done and we need to wait for another next halving before it will create another all-time high.
1994  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paper receipt taken by police... on: August 02, 2021, 10:43:12 PM
This was the consequence of being irresponsible in keeping on Bitcoin and not properly save on the right wallet, the big mistake here is you didn't have a backup in your wallet and if you rely on the receipt that was made on a thermal paper it could be the ink was faded now or it's blurred and I tend to agree with @LoyceV post above.

Possibly your Bitcoin now was been lost forever and can't be recoverable if you don't have a backup on it and might the FEDs don't have an idea on the receipt inside in your wallet.

OP, I don't think there's a better thing that you can do as of now, just let it be your 4 Bitcoin and the best step that you can do is to seek and hire a professional lawyer on this, they know better than us here.  All you have to do now is trying to remember if maybe you have a copy on the wallet of your 4 Bitcoin.
1995  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can one store/swap Bitcoin? on: August 02, 2021, 10:20:37 PM
They are partnered by the third-party exchange and that's Changelly exchange, so it means they have a fixed rate regarding the fee which is you might blindly be accepted the possible high fees.  Most likely an instant swap has these terrible fixed fees that could hurt your balance during swapping and I think that's good advice than choosing a single wallet for Bitcoin and convert it when you needed.

It's safer if you transfer your Bitcoin in Electrum and hold it there because you own your private, and then transfer it on Binance when you need it to swap into other coins for the purpose of saving the fee, it could be an hour to transfer your Bitcoin on Binance and you can save the fee.  But if you don't mind regarding the fees, a Bitcoin wallet that has an instant swapping feature is good for you.
1996  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin investment on: August 02, 2021, 04:23:17 PM
I am investing Bitcoin today even if the price is still very high and risky. I still believe in some speculation that btc will rise up to 100k$ before the year 2021 end, that is why I buy some Bitcoin and hold it till the price reach up to 100k$ may I know what are you thinking this time is it a Time to buy or hold or what ?
I like your courage towards investing in Bitcoin no matter what is the current price and I hope it will the same when you're holding your crypto asset.
BUT (there's a big but) the question is, the fund that you invested is the amount that you can afford and willing to wait without a certain time frame?  Because Bitcoin didn't have a promise to us regarding the profit since the price is unpredictable, there's no way to have an accurate result of guessing, it could be in the downtrend or bullish trend in the date that you expected to pump.

If you have a plan to hold for the long run is quite better, there could be multiple times of profit probably after 4-5 years when there's another Bitcoin halving come that commonly Bitcoin price will go up.  However, regarding the last question, you can buy and hold and it depends on you which you prefer.

Anyway, this thread must be on the speculation board.
1997  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [2021-07-30] Binance banned in Malaysia, given 14 days notice to shut down opera on: August 01, 2021, 11:04:45 PM
No doubt this is because they are one of the biggest exchanges, there's nothing they can do is to face the significant scrutiny investigations by most regulators worldwide and they need just to cooperate with those regulators to comply with regulatory complaince for the sake of their whole business will close just because of that if they will not follow as a regulator says.  It seems there are too many implementations of new regulations now with Binance right at this moment.

However, I read that not only Malaysia doing this to Binance before, also these countries warned on Binance legal registration such as Poland, Japan, and Italy.  This scenario will also happen to these countries.

Anyway, thank you for the head up and luckily, I do not belong to that country and still enjoying in trading using Binance.
1998  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: do you believe on signals? on: July 31, 2021, 11:47:15 PM
What signals! If they were good enough many traders would be using them alot by now, before many people thought they c make huge profit by using such signals but to trade, this is no longer the case as people are more aware and wise enough, majority I see on Telegram are most likely scam because they can invade your pm with useless signal ads looking for prey, better to learn TA on your own.
In trading, there's prey and predator/whales, and in every session, you either belong to these groups.  Whales are very aggressive in making money and if whales have a trading signal group, they will surely be the first who will make money even though other's will not.  So if you will join a signal group, it is a little risky to rely upon that tools.

However, you can try to join if you want for the references, but don't be ever follow them which makes you confused.  But beware of scammers, they are too always pretending good traders that didn't even know about the market situation.
1999  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who's been buying recently? on: July 31, 2021, 11:32:46 PM
in this cryptocurrency market when there is a rumor people do not think twice and start buying a lot of the currency that is involved in the rumor, look at the prices of altcoins in relation to bitcoin, you can see that they are falling a lot and that in my opinion is because people are selling altcoins to buy bitcoin because they still believe the rumor in the future could become real, this is a market where most people buy the rumor, and even if someone says the news is false the pump goes on for days until people start falling into reality and the price falls
So that's means of diversifications of crypto assets which means from altcoins jumping into Bitcoin which potentially can earn profit either in a long term or short term holding.  That's how people think that crypto investment is very easy, just buy and sell, they didn't know how it will work.

When there's a rumor or news of adoptions, Bitcoin will automatically go up, sometimes I may think that there's a manipulation behind this.  If there's someone who will fall on that kind of trap, those newbies who think that there's a quick-rich upon investing in crypto.

I heard some stuff with amazon as well with crypto. Maybe a mere rumor moved the markets?
Forget it, that's a rumor, and Amazon already denied it.
2000  Economy / Speculation / Re: 10 green daily candles in a row on: July 31, 2021, 11:01:57 PM
Replied above was right, the link didn't exist.  Can you please draw it here again regarding your chart prediction?
I want to see how these 13 consecutive green daily candles are in your chart.

So you mean that the price of Bitcoin was repeated itself in the year 2015?  It's possible and also a coincidence but it's nice to see if you have supported the chart of price prediction to support this speculation of yours.
