21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: market conditions are destroyed. on: September 20, 2018, 06:07:42 PM
If you are keeping the right crypto assets that you need to hold for the long term then you can rest assured that it will increase when the bull starts to storm to the market, but first, you need to figure out if you are holding one of those worthless coins cause if you have any of those scam coins then you should worry carrying those stuff to your portfolio and get rid of it.
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why the Ether will drop to $ 60 on: September 20, 2018, 05:50:54 PM
Ethereum is still like 500x. Of course, it can happen. But It depends on BTC move. If we dip like 5300$, all coins are going to be bloody red.
It is not always depended on the bitcoin price movement even though they have the majority of pairings and support they have their own price movements, btc can influence but the altcoins individual schemes and development can move the price even bigger or even lower for instance like the Op said about ICO's as it can drag the price down due to the campaigns pacing, eligibility and price.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is the beginning of the 2019 altcoin'll be back? on: September 20, 2018, 05:45:38 PM
If you are talking about the majority of altcoins available to the market then No, most of them will disappear most likely because they lack volume because of the past bear market and you can't expect that this coming December would be the same as last year it would be entire different that before maybe I'm wrong for that we won't know until it happens, some of the altcoins are probably worthless in the future.
24  Economy / Speculation / Re: How is future looking for Bitcoin and Blockchain in 2019? on: September 20, 2018, 05:34:54 PM
Just wait for the upcoming price points and news of the cryptocurrency this year, we are in the final quarter of this year so the highlights might happen as well as the gamechanger to its current price, who knows it might be the new ATH record, the price will reach 15k to 20k or the price will drop which is not favorable to all of us, we can't carve a complete speculation from an incomplete info.
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: The reason why it is stable on: September 20, 2018, 05:27:40 PM
The level of stability of bitcoin depends on the level of investor confidence, if there is no negative news, maybe bitcoin will stabilize.
The price of bitcoin is not going to stabilize, that word means no fluctuations the market price is steady and bitcoin's value movement is the opposite of it, look at the charts every day it is like a pumping beats of a heart, we can't almost predict when would be the biggest movements is going to hit, the absence of negative news has an impact as it can highlight minimal positive news to the market.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which will survive in long run Bitcoin or Blockchain??? on: September 20, 2018, 04:46:10 PM
I think bitcoin is the king of crypto now. But in the future, btc can give way to some kind of altcoin like Ethereum, but never die.
We don't know that for now there are so many varieties of crypto claiming that they are better than bitcoin in terms of their features and the existence of the altcoins is the proof for that however no one beats it up until the present and possibly the future references and speculations, expect to see bunch of altcoins from crypto developers and ICO's that claims the same talk but none beats the bitcoin on the future.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is cryptocurrency a ponzi? on: September 19, 2018, 05:19:00 PM
Read the whole context of the Op, not just the title people, of course, some of them are just Ponzi's having the same specs from another altcoin but claims they have better features and a wide scale of adoption with a lot of promises to its investors well it is good to have some better option but to the extent that some ICO ignores their community, full of excuses to their delays and their exit scams are so tiring that damage the crypto, for the groups we have common people from bounty and airdrop asking the same thing over and over again from their telegram channel they will be gone once they've dumped their holdings.
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is regulation good or bad? on: September 19, 2018, 04:58:27 PM
I do not see crypto regulation as a bad thing. For me, it is a welcome development because regulation will surely limit scam in the crypto world. There are lot of scam ICOs and I think if ICOs are regulated, we will surely be free from scam.
We all wanted that we can just mind those projects that will fail most of the projects are no excuse to that part they have the chance to flop as others did from the past the only thing about regulation is the Government of a specific country that will be imposing regulation to crypto we can't deny they have different perception towards it as some of them will hate it and some of them will welcome it with an open arms.
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strict rules in Bounties, is it needed? on: September 19, 2018, 04:35:53 PM
Strict as long as it is not abusive and fraud towards the bounty hunter, of course, you should read the whole thread in regards to the bounty campaign specifically the general rules and the specific campaigns that you want to join, different ICO, managers, and groups have their own policies so you should always read the rules and regulation common instance is that there's a change from the campaign so you should want to keep posted and updated from their announcement and edits.
30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too many exchanges? on: September 19, 2018, 04:31:32 PM
Good thing it can bring is the option to choose from the vast amount of exchanges imagine we only have 3 to 5 exchanges globally, they have pros and cons, no major competition, no good promotion, no local support for fiat, low volume potential coins might not get listed as the fees are so high and so on, too many crypto to the market and ICO to take place.
31  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the hype starting? on: September 19, 2018, 04:19:35 PM
We are on the Q4 of the year so we can expect this kind of articles that might possibly fomo the price a bit before hitting the main price surge though don't expect too much that it will be the same again like last year price surge and ATH achievements we may not be going to get there or another record of price might happen by the end of the year, hold your horses and stay alert from the news as always.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty needs KYC to receive reward? on: September 13, 2018, 07:31:47 PM
This system has its own cons and pros and it's up to you if you want to participate or not in fact not all of the projects that launch bounty every day requires KYC if you are not a fan of KYC then avoid all those type bounties there's a bunch of campaign without it but be wary to encounter scam projects you may not know unless you've done some good research through the ICO as the last part of the OP point might happen to your information.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you still belive in Crypto ? on: September 13, 2018, 07:26:03 PM
You can rely on bitcoin because it is proven to be worth despite the price falls and negative news, on the other hand, alts are not that dependable, you can't harness the same trust from bitcoin to the most alts specifically if we are talking about long-term investments and holding, some altcoins and tokens are dying because they lack volume, fraud and the team abandoned the project as to no support at all, I believe in the blockchain technology having numerous potential but you can't to all of the things that utilizes it.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will dogecoin pumped in 2018 ?? on: September 13, 2018, 07:17:12 PM
Practically it survived the harsh market these past years of its lifetime so it will pump up as long as bitcoin increase to the price for the upcoming months it will drag the price up and down but not that much independent increases for this year, I've even surprised when I first heard of this coins as it was started as a joke coin and the things that the coin has been through to make it popular.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH is recovering? on: September 13, 2018, 07:03:34 PM
Beware of Bull trap you may not know unless you are careful and wary to the market, ETH is recovering but do not forget it is one of the most cryptos that was beaten from the bear market and its normal, if we are talking about cryptocurrency price, tomorrow the price goes up but later on the price dumps significantly without your notice that how the market works swinging back and forth so get used to it.
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What are the disadvantages of cryptocurrency exchanges? on: September 13, 2018, 06:13:45 PM
Exchanges have different types of identity when it comes to disadvantages, high fees, low account security, withdrawal or deposit delays, Slow response or no response from support at all etc. its pretty easy to track all those exchanges so I'm not going to mention those exchanges one research leads to a bunch of results and reviews about those platforms, well it sucks to pay overpriced fees for trading and withdrawal added by the platforms rules and disadvantages, have to research first before dealing with centralized exchanges.
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: How do you think Bitcoin & Crypto would look like in 10 years? on: September 13, 2018, 05:51:26 PM
Tough to predict even with this year coming December where most people are looking forward to their speculation and expectation for the price and its progress, so many things might happen to bitcoin and most of the cryptocurrency as well as their own respective blockchains for the coming years, we can speculate massive adoption that gains more popularity and upgrades to bitcoins blockchain innovation, top 10 cryptos in the present might be changed if they've failed to maintain their position, bitcoin is still the leading coin with an expensive price and cap.
38  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bearish again? (Back at $5500) on: September 13, 2018, 05:28:15 PM
yesterday the price of bitcoin bounced to the price of $ 7300k and after that the price of bitcoin fell like a rock. I'm sure in the next pump the price of bitcoin will reach $ 8k.
The price range from 6k to 6.5k this week and it never lands to $7.3k yesterday the last time I saw that price is last September 5 then the price falls like a cliff of the mountain back to $6.4k you can check the price graph history for that matter, the price stabilizes to $6k range and there's a bunch of potential news that would pump the price aside from the hyped ETF but we should not expect anything from it, Bearish this whole year? I don't think so the bull is just getting started for this last quarter.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run can be surprising? on: September 12, 2018, 07:51:53 PM
Don't watch your investments frequently if you are confident enough that they will increase once the bull run starts its domination if you are hesitant to your altcoins investments then you should make yourself assured that they are worth to hold for this times and those are not useless and short-term low volume coins, Bull run is surprising? sure though the drop is even more surprising that happens in a short amount of time, bull run is promising these coming months but the price is always on speculation on the present.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Mining Now Close to Unprofitable, so what is best thing to do now? on: September 12, 2018, 07:42:10 PM
Then mine another crypto that supports GPU mining there's a lot of them but you should choose the profitable ones I would like to mine Monero and Electroneum for the meantime or look for some altcoins/tokens with low difficulty that is yet to increase once they hit hard from the market but beware as you might get some useless coins and the easiest way to do is to stop mining for a brief period of time then wait for the things to get better save electricity.
