It does not matter if new coins were being launched every day without demand, product and community those will just going to be a speculated and manipulated pump and dump coins like other worthless altcoins that it used to be if the altcoins that you are holding don't belong to those project that you have the confidence to hold them for long term then you should not be worried about the new coins that pops out of nowhere.

News alert is fine as long as the news sources are reliable and on time but the groups from the telegram, messenger and more, people can easily dessiminate fraud and misleading news you should know that the person who posts news is trusted, it is better to not stick with one resource or groups as they can't gather all available information instantly.

Don't easily take some advice here you may receive some worthless or scam altcoins from their suggestion, you know what coins will rise when the bull run hits the market, top 10 from the CMC you may choose from them to their potential to rise when the big increase comes, don't focus on just one coin you may want to diversify and scatter you investments to maximize the profit, take some consideration from some ICO's but beware of the fake ones, always check the legibility and the potential.

I got some altcoins and ICO token last April I sold them for almost $500 not knowing the price increases that would make the said price for almost $1500 and more, the price fluctuates and decreases in the present but the fact that I insisted to sell is a bad choice to make given that a potential crypto can raise anytime, don't be deceived the spreaders of fud if you knew that the project or the altcoin is legitimate instead treat this dip as a sale run.

It was resisting to go back below $5k or less so there would be no new lows last bottom price was almost $5800, so $10k is reachable this month? bitcoin is special because it is mostly unpredictable, there's an instance that when you waked up from sleeping the price increased tremendously and that movement happens overnight, only the newbies are saying it is an easy profit, $10k is possible but there's no exact guarantee as to when it will hit.

There are so many scam airdrops but for such an easy task it smells something fishy why? because they can mine some data and membership like emails, followers, likes, personal information from KYC, telegram members, viruses that can steal data and more not mention the scammed investments from its supporters, hitting two birds in one stone, rarely for me to participate to airdrops some of the projects are very demanding to such small amount of tokens.

Wondering how many threads created like that just to spread hate, to Fud, and to troll people specifically, newbies as most of the OP's are newbie and jr. member ranks trying so hard to fulfill and to spread their intentions I think some of them are paid or something just to fud to a specific crypto or ICO just to benefit from the weak hands dumping and panic selling, don't listen to this mofos the same thing with the people who said bitcoin will fall while on its price of 1 dollar lol how were the people who listened to that fud online now.

So what's next after that long waiting if the price reaches that point in time? people will dump it over and over again to beat out of the hell then they are furious about the bear market trend? then we are going to wait for another so-called revolution just to make the price increase? we must wait for the major adoption and its future benefits for the holders and investors, we could see this year another all-time high or just an increase.

Guess who did the last sentence that made without thinking numbers that are favorable for their position that came out from the sky we shall see if the first one will be going to meet this year before it ends, $20k seems reasonable for the upcoming bull trend followed by the second one which is $25k the last but not the least is the most exaggerated price prediction guess who made that out of nothing.
