181  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy in or opt out? on: June 12, 2018, 09:37:26 AM
With the markets experiencing a fall that kicked in around 24-hours ago and Bitcoin falling down to the 6,700$ mark, would you buy in or opt out?
Best choice? if you can't really take the market fall down for 10% to 15% then sell your coins for fiat if that is what brings your mind in peace and rethink if you want to continue to crypto or not, you've entered cryptocurrency knowing its major risks and downs you should be prepared for the upcoming bears and bulls run, Buy in if you are still believing it will make an increase in the latter part then hold if you can't buy.
182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: risk in hodling and trading strategy on: June 12, 2018, 09:32:33 AM
Holding comes with the responsibility of trust, you are literally going to trust the whole project for their credibility, project potential and the overall long-term holding gains and ROI, you are going to entrust your money with people online whether they got a good coin that will increase in due time required knowledge and research throughout the project or else that would be a waste of time and money.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Social media bounties are worth it or not? on: June 11, 2018, 04:36:56 PM
I do only signature campains - but if you have a good follower base then social media could be very profitable.
The volume of participants are insignificantly increasing unlike in the past where you can see 100 to 300 participants per campaign, now you are lucky if you can see 500 numbers of participants for the whole campaign period it is almost like 1k participants both facebook and twitter and the bounties are starting to remove those campaigns due to the ban of facebook and twitter to ICO ads plus the shares to the bounty pool is low.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is the name of the airdrop token that is not a scam, please let me know on: June 11, 2018, 04:14:41 PM
Before you know the airdrop is legit the campaign was already been ended and the token was already released on exchanges, one way to know is to dig into the projects team and whitepaper but for the cost of a few bucks but the risk was still there, you will do such an effort? just move on then join other airdrops if you still want to participate, the majority are just requiring small tasks to accumulate the tokens.
185  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC WILL Go 5K . on: June 11, 2018, 04:06:02 PM
Make it a simple choice, if they can't take the market drop then sell or set your stop loss, buy the dip then hold to profit later the bull run, it's your funds do whatever you want to happen to it don't over complicate the situation if you knew what is the price last year you will know that bitcoin has the capability to go up in due time, I'm curious what are they going to say when bitcoin is mooning.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: June 11, 2018, 02:32:15 PM
I thought ICO was only a campaign. I am shocked that you can invest in this company. Is it a trustworthy company and is it profitable?
Of course that is the whole point of launching a campaign to promote and to advertise their project to potential investors having the goal to reach their soft and hard caps from the token sale, I have a small portion of investment to a certain ICO, X2 last month but it got down to the original ICO price due to the bloody markets and heavy dips to bitcoin right now.
187  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is the Main Reason behind this Bitcoin Fall? on: June 11, 2018, 02:17:23 PM
A lot of opinions are disseminating over the Internet about the decrease, South Korean Exchanges hacking incident that loses $40M but the volume is pretty low to affect the overall price so I doubt this would be the main reason, other people are saying because of the subpoena of the CFTC issued over the four major exchanges investigation over the price manipulation, whales are getting out of the market due to the investigation, whatever the real impactful reason just HODL.
188  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Bitcoin be surpassed by Ethereum??? on: June 06, 2018, 03:51:28 PM
ETH has its own momentum but at the current condition of the crypto market, adoption and the community support bitcoin has the upper hand among all the altcoins, ETH has its own usage like smart contracts and token support creation etc but the main currency that we have is bitcoin that's why below it they are calling it altcoins, ETH is a good investment but do not focus solely on that currency alone, set your eyes on other altcoins to maximize the profit.
189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have learnt my lessons on: June 06, 2018, 03:31:50 PM
Mistakes of most of the newbies and dumpers as well including myself but for my case is necessary because I badly needed the money so I need to cash out some of my tokens almost 50% of it, knowing that it will gain X3 in just 1 month after the 2nd exchange launch I shoulda waited for that moment, so don't sell immediately if you know that your ICO is legit most importantly if they are good in the long-term holding.
190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it advisable to base upon the updates of popular people? on: June 06, 2018, 03:26:01 PM
In trading, we need an information and updates on market specially, if we are care about the coins we hold. My question is, will you rely to the news who came from a popular people/analysts? Is it advisable to depend upon the information of the analysts in cryptocurrency and make it as a basis in trading?
Consider it but do not depend fully on their provided information and advice in regards to cryptocurrency, make it as a part of your research to come up to the best decision of trading, treat it as a piece of data it would be right or wrong analysis and speculation thread it together with all of your research and your own analysis to create your own reliable information to base in trading, it always falls in your own decision and understanding, popular people's opinion are there to help or to create FUD so be careful.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that bitcoin immune from hacking & fraud ?? on: June 06, 2018, 03:16:51 PM
Immune to hacking? no not at all it is not totally immune client sided, exchange, online wallet services, and individual holders can be hacked that would always depend on how they are going to secure their private keys and their online exchanges, compromised wallets and exchanges when the culprits made to move the funds then it is irrevocable but it is traceable.
192  Economy / Speculation / Re: What causes Bitcoin to drop? on: June 06, 2018, 02:54:21 PM
Bitcoin price lowers because of the bad news about it. There are many news incorporated in bitcoin that it was used in different illegal activities. I also thought that because the demand in bitcoin is low but it has a lot of supply, bitcoin will be in lower price.
It's not always about the news even though they can affect the price, factors to consider can be Fud's, Bias articles, negative comments from a popular person, Forks, exchange failures, hacking incident, manipulation from whales and much more, there are so many angles to consider why the price is crashing why the volatility is so high that we almost can't predict the next outcome.
193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you hear about Bitcoin (From Ponzi to Cryptocurrency) on: June 06, 2018, 02:41:45 PM
I heard it too many times on social media like Facebook.
They are literally everywhere now on social media platforms commonly used as a payment method or a currency from investment schemes, not all but most of them turn out to be a scam either on the long and short run basis stalling some time to exit, unfamiliar people will now calling bitcoin a scam all because those greedy scammers, good thing that I've seeing people like this even he heard that coin from a Ponzi, from my experience I knew bitcoin first on my research came across from a bitcoin faucet.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe John McAfee is right about Bitcoin hitting $500,000 in 3 years? on: June 05, 2018, 04:04:04 PM
The speculation has been changed he said it will hit $1M by the year 2020 if that did not happen there would be a live broadcast for eating his own thing, but I bet he will forget about that or he will say he did not bet such an awful thing like what he did with some of his speculations, tiny chance to hit like that we need a mass good news or an adoption to be able to raise up to $50k how much more for $1M, from this swinging markets where people are taking profits from fluctuations I doubt it will.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I continue to invest? on: June 05, 2018, 03:42:59 PM
There are ICO's which possess a huge potential for a long-term profit and benefits, looking for this hidden gems are more likely to be hard and the outcomes are always unpredictable even if you've joined a legit one, that percentage is not just scams and fail but projects that are good for just short-term profit, some of them are just living not because of their products but they are hyped, fomo and overestimated.
196  Economy / Economics / Re: Why I am not sharing my crypto love? <3 on: June 05, 2018, 02:15:29 PM
We can't tell them that it is a secret they will just say to you that you are greedy or not true friend best thing to do is to inform them about the risk of cryptocurrency as well as the risk of campaigns when you are going to join them, they have to wait for a long time to see the fruits of their work if the project is legit enough, tell the basic, rules and risk then let them explore so that you cannot spoil them too much, if they don't want it then it is fine as long as you did your part.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you a bounty hunter .. ?? on: June 04, 2018, 04:42:33 PM
If the bounty pool is base on stakes and shares, then probably you are going to get a fraction amounts of tokens due to your ranking if we are talking about sig campaigns it will greatly effect if the participants are too many, don't expect few participants on social media campaigns you will be disappointed, always check the rules of the pools and payments as well as the allocation to understand the percentage of the income, you can also consider the status of the token sale as well as the whole project hype.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is weird on: June 04, 2018, 04:36:24 PM
Possibly a manipulation or something like people are getting FUD's every day then sold their bags of coins to get out of the market or they are just stopping the losses due to the bear market effects, there's a lot of possibilities and small domination from a factor to affect the price then you are going to put all the pieces together then here we are with the volatility and unexpected fluctuations, that is not weird it was being part of the daily lives of cryptocurrency.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO investment is dead? on: June 04, 2018, 04:24:00 PM
Nope, it is still premature that has a lot of rooms for improvements, scams are the ones who are destroying the trust of the possible investors projecting some bad images to the people who are hearing or reading the news online or on the TV, ICO Projects are likely needed to be regulated to avoid those scums to take the investors money and trust.
200  Economy / Speculation / Re: What would happen if Bitcoin did hit $1m by mid-2020? on: June 04, 2018, 03:50:05 PM
Theres a dish called "dick", thats what McAfee will eat in 2021. He will prepare it on the television and will eat it.

For 1 million we need 20% adoption. We currently have less than 0.2%. This cant happen in three years, specially in a highly speculative market, where newbies burn everytime.

Then another Interview will roll out to question the bet about the $1M by the year 2020 speculation then he will say that he did not say that figures of prediction he will not remember a thing about that, even with the 78k prediction by the end of the year he did deny that statement how much more the eating dish of D on the national TV, you are right at the last part they did burn commonly with the weak handed and newbie people wondering to get rich very quickly.
