Have you not imagined guys, what if a certain user or candidate is found out to have false datas in his portfolio and been proven by validators to be false or invented, will Trustlogics not do anything to teach the person a lesson? If the person will not be banned from the platform totally? I think he must be.
Well, that’s a good idea chikitita2004 but I think no need to ban them. They themselves will learn their lesson if the longer they stay in the platform and no one hires them. If they are falsifying their records, no need to worry. First, they will be found out by validators, second, if they wont request validation no one will hire them. That’s a very nice situation to look into. I think the Validators will put a remark in their profile, that the informations of the particular jobseeker are false. So every time a possible recruiter will check their profile,the remark is written there. So now, how can that jobseeker will possibly be hired. Waste of token. You can not fool, TrustLogics partnered Validators. Lol!   Funny right? That will be their lesson. It will be like tagging them with red  . This way recruiters will just pass them by and not hire them. Well your idea is also good so if other users see that there are other profiles with red marks they will be alarmed and will be very careful with what they are putting in their profile. |

Trustlogic is aiming to be the first of in hiring industry to reduce the faulty hiring, lack of background verifications for those applicants and remove people who make up a fake experiences and data on their platform.
I imagine what will happen if I for example faked my resume to be an accountant but in reality I am a teacher in profession, and if I am hired how am I going to perform the task of an accountant? Embarrassing no? That will be a devastation in the part of the company. You are right guys. In fact this verification process is the key advantage of TrustLogics compare to other job portal project. TrustLogics offers more, and that more is one of the most important thing, which is the verification process .It will be an advantage to jobseekers but recruitment companies is more benefited in this feature. Ya sure. This way no applicant will dare fake their resumes. No one will try to claim to be someone who is not because every detail concerning them will be checked and verified. Yes the recruitment agencies will benenfit the most on this process because hiring has been made easy for them and they will also be trusted by companies if they are capable of hiring only legit employees. No. Not just for the recruitment agencies but also to applicants. Because their datas will be permanently stored in Trustlogics database, he will not need to provide everytime informations about his self everytime he applies for work, he can just pull it out from the system so it will also be less expenses for him. Ok, that’s good to know, I was never attentive to that area. And I just thought about it now, aside from lesser expense, this verification process will give the jobseekers a fair game or competition with co jobseekers. Because nobody will outwit them because of fake documents. Ya. Because of this fraud most applicants are doing are indeed a big problem for both recruiters and employers. The desire to be hired by applicants pushes them to do this falsification of documents but they’ve not thought of the harmful outcome of this actions they are taking. I also believe this factor pushed Trustlogics to develop this kind of project. Exactly chikitita2004. Though interviewers have to scrutinize the applicants carefully but it is still hard to identify if what they are saying is true or not, unless they are put into the working field to do the work they applied for, they will not be proven to be geniune. Well, some applicants are very good in pretending but the moment you try them, their real color will come out. Through pressure you will know who they are. It will become also good if there is an achievements to all applicants who hired. It is good if the companies will see a symbol that represents the goodness, dedication and perseverance of a certain worker. Imagine, if you have 20 positive trust or any symbols under your name, it will become a catchy thing under the companies who are looking for applicant.
It would be like merits or demerits which will show the kind of attitude a job seeker has for his jobs and how the employers feel about the applicant or jobseeker. This will then build up the reputation of the jobseeker. I just hope that there won't be any personal issues included in the ratings that the employers give to the jobseekers. That would be a scatry scenario. Lol ! It is funny but it happens and it happens a lot specially when an employee resigned agains the will f the employer, that employer will for sure hold a grudge against that employee and will take revenge by giving him a not nice recommendation letters. |

A project that will give a helping hand for the jobless people all over the world, Moreover, even the housewife/househusband can do have a chance to gain with Trustlogics, wow! this was such a cool project, I am sure that this will succeed in the long run. I will keep an eye for this project.
Well,,its true because trustlogics are widely market to almost jobseeker ,,but I want to know to this system of trustlogics, if will have age limit for jobseeker? because in my country traditionally,some online job company will have age limit for their jobseeker,,like age limit will belong to 18-30 years old only. I think, the Trustlogics does not look at the age, there are some companies even if you are an old man or a young as long as you are work smoothly you can steel work. I dont think that the trustlogics have an age limit. Of course i believe that also. Here in my place, even the retirees can still apply for another job. Some old people retire from their regular job, get a monthly pension and then they are bored by being a pensioner so they apply for a more easier job and guess what, they are always hired. |

Being one of the participant of this project was a worth. Doing such kind of project like this is a help and solution for every freshmen on industry of job and work. As a graduating college student we do not know how to employ by ourselves only without any help of our parents or professional. Knowing that this project exist we will now apply and learn how to get a job and work in the most easy way as possible.
College also here. Knowing this kind of project that will be used in the near future is great because many on the newly grads has been able to get their dream job without any hassle and tiredness. Using app in these new era is a great way to apply to, nice strategy actually, using this strategy will make this project successful. So I think the next problem will be the number of jobs open to jobseekers. TrustLogics does makes it a lot easier to find a job. But at the same time, jobs will also be easily depleted. Exactly, I also thought that the number of jobs available in their platform, Is it limited? or are they planning to expand? did they have some partnership companies to support the details in their platform? I mean the jobs that is offered by legit companies, Is it safe to apply on them? Most of the job seekers are known this system , they are aware of the process especially those are hired by some huge companies and have experienced the application process. Actually they will not be focused in hiring or recruitment but as they have mentioned they are a blockchain based database for personal and professional profiles/portfolio of users will will be ready to be shared in public by users. There will still be jobs posted by employers which will make applicants notified by the platform about the said job hiring. In short term, this project is all together wonderfull. In whatever angle I look at it they are very usesul in whatever side and parties. Having this kind of vision is a noble job. I have a question here. What if i am a platform user, I have my profile and been verified too and i was informed about a particular job posted and i am interested, will there be a change that I will be hired even if I am from other country? |

People used to be more lazy and tired of finding jobs around the globe, having this kind of matter causes people to be discourage and quit having one. Knowing this kind of project will increase the potential of people having jobs and then increase of ones country economical ratios. Great job on this dev's.
Of course yes. I would probably use this thing, Education in school will work in few years but having and finding a job is for the lifetime. Accept the fact that job will be on our side, nowadays we couldn't live without job because job and work exchanges profits and salary that we could be use in paying our goods and services. I like the fact that Trustlogics have ratings and review on their platform. This will surely ensure that the Individual Service Providers will perform well on the service that was required for them to do. In return, the Digital Portfolio of the ISP will be full-packed of good reviews from the Service Requesters.
I like it too. But I have one question, How can the Individual Service Provider get the ratings and review? We all know that these good reviews will surely boost up his Digital Portfolio to have more projects or more workers offered to him. I think they will use it also on salary increase basis. That's the best part of being an Individual Service Provider on Trust logic, an increase in salary will really a happy moment. The Individual Service Provider (ISP) will ask for a request to get rating and reviews from the Service Requester. I think this is like asking for clearance from your previous employers at the same time, asking for a recommendation letter. In ratings and reviews, The Service Requester will give the ISP higher ratings if the ISP does a really good job. I think this is fair enough for the employers. I was thinking who is this service requester but since you answered it too i would say thank you . Do you think for er employer will give ratings and reviews to former employees? Well, here in my place, in case a new employer wants a verification and clarification of the applicant’s former record, he will call and talk to the former employer and inquire about the applicant and the former employer will say whatever pleases him according to the performance of the applicant which was his former employee. |

I do really admire the vision of TrustLogics. It aims in revolutionizing the whole recruitment process. Streamlining the old process in recruitment will definitely cut not just time but money as well. It will be really helpful to a lot of companies in the world.
I agree, with you, especially with the developing countries, they need a project or a network like TrustLogics in order to cut the expenses in recruitment process. We all know that aside from a lot of time invested, it also cost money. Definitely this will be a big help not just for big companies but most especially to small and medium businesses. It is an opportunity for them to get the best and suitable applicant with lesser cost. Imagine, they no longer have to do the verification of datas of the applicants themselves. ISPs can choose to get any of their background information like Criminal, Drug and Work History verified by placing a request through their TrustLogicsTM Tokens. Suitable Validators will be notified of the request. After successful verification of the background check process, the allocated TrustLogicsTM Tokens get distributed between Validators and the TrustLogicsTM platform. Once an ISP fulfils the needs of a Service Requestor, they can request a rating of their work from the latter. TrustLogicsTM helps ISPs maintain a Digital Portfolio which will contain all such ratings and reviews.
So Trustlogics token will be used in paying the validators. Individual Service Providers can also get their profile verified and maintain a good trust ratings. Thanks for the validators who make it easy for ISPs. Instead of recruiters hiring verifiers to verify their data, validators will make it for them.

My question here is, the partner validators Trustlogics have at the moment, which they mention in their Whitepaper, where do they work, which country and since trustlogics platform will be decentralized, if the jobseeker comes from country other than India, will Trustlogics also have their partnered validators there? This is quite unclear to me.

If i found a job in the platform and i come from other country and i want to apply for that job, so i will open to them my profile in Trustlogics for reference of my identity, who now is going to verify my educational background, past employment records and personal background? But if Trustlogics will be world-wide, i am sure they will be having partner validators in every country and could even have office there. As their service is being proven and trusted I am 100% sure they will grow and there will be more and more users that will be trusting them and they will be known everywhere. People who have heard about Trustlogics will refer them to their friends for sure and people they know. |

TrustLogicsTM is aiming to develop a hybrid approach to its blockchain solution: a private blockchain to store and retrieve data with user-set permissions; and a public blockchain to record transactions. A REST API wrapper will be implemented on top of the private blockchain for read/write operations. Such an approach would not only help us in scaling for millions of users globally, but also be complaint with user privacy rules.
