21  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best Wager Strategy? on: May 19, 2024, 11:07:49 PM
Something I have been messing around with lately is betting 1st 2nd and 3rd 12 in roulette. The only loss is if green comes, everything else is a break even. If I win say 15-20 bets in a row with no green, I'll wait to bet til a green comes. I wouldn't recommend this strat for long term, just short term to wager a quick 1k or something.

From all the answers on this thread you are the only one who shared a real strategy.

But betting on 1st, 2nd and 3rd would be the same as betting on Red and Black at the same time, that way the only number to lose is zero. But I like your method, It feels secure for an all-in. But another fact here is the betting speed, on dice we can do some turbo betting while roulette takes some time for each round.
22  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best Wager Strategy? on: May 19, 2024, 03:06:16 PM
If not that OP mentioned it, I have not really thought of going on YouTube to search for some strategy to play dice because I just believe there's no strategy that can make me get a higher win. It's purely luck plus what I believe to be my own strategy.
This is not about chasing a big win, on this topic we are talking about the goal of betting a lot with a low bankroll to level up your VIP.

Term "wager strategy" is misleading in the title because it indicates it would be for profits. Calling it leveling up strategy would be more accurate.
It's not misleading, a wager strategy does not guarantee or indicate it will make any profit, what more we are more likely to lose than win. People use them to level up faster, but we use them in many daily/weekly competitions/promotions where everything is about wagering as well...
I agree with iv4n, the wager term is more accurate than a term like betting, in casino wager term is used to set the limits on the promotions or to explain how much the user has to bet to unlock some things/features.

Another reason to wager big is to unlock the chat rain, in stake users need to wager 10k/week to be able to get rain.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / The best Wager Strategy? on: May 18, 2024, 07:37:15 PM
It is totally different to place bets chasing profit than bet to level up your account, people want to get a better VIP status on the casinos because there is a prize for each level and some other benefits.

If we search on youtube we will find some Dice and Limbo betting strategies where we can wager big amounts with a low bankroll, i have seen some users wager $10k with only $100 balance. And that's why i decided to open a thread about this topic, that way users can share their best wager strategy with the community.

In my experience it was a scam casino, i will not say the name to avoid users becoming a victim, but i will tell my experience.
What did you mean? You gambled on a casino and it turned out that the casino is a scam casino and you were scammed but you did not want to tell people the name of the casino for people not to become victims of the casino. That is wrong. You will tell people the name of a scam casino so that people can stay away from using it. If you do not tell us the name of the casino, then what is the point of your post.
I don't believe the mate have any casino in mind and he was not scam in any form, this is because, no scammed victim will be that friendly enough not to mentioned the name of the casino that eventually scammed them and be free to talk about the scam.

I believe the need to comment is to create awareness within the community of the ethics of those scam casinos and warning others from falling victim, just like how we attended to the raising issue's around 1xbits and their cohorts.

You are right guys, i should mention the site, i will edit the main post with that information.

@Ojima-ojo it was a true story, and i made a thread in 2018 about this topic reporting more than 30 fraudulent sites with the same scheme, i will leave the source here:

https://bitcointalk.org/?topic=5081286.0

I think the name doesn't matter when there are tons of domains involved with the same scam schema, we can call it crypton, tronxcash, coineplus... there wasn't a rel name behind this scam, they adopted new names each time they decided to start a new branch of the scam.

In my experience it was a scam casino, i will not say the name to avoid users becoming a victim, but i will tell my experience.

Once i saw a post in the forum, get $20 to test our new casino, i opened the site, got the $20, and after some bets, i won an insane amount, close to 5 bitcoins. I was like damn, what a lucky hit. and when i tried to withdraw support tell me the i had to verify my account, and part of that verification was to make a 0.005btc depo. In that moment i was blind for the big win that i just got, so risking 0.005 to withdraw 5 totally worth it. But after making the depo the support told me: something was wrong with my deposit, and you needed to deposit another 0.005, in that moment i realized how i was scammed.

--UPDATE---

Some users say i should mention the site, but is complex there was more than 30 sites involved in this scam, so, for those who want to know more about it, i would leave the source of my report in 2018

26  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: QDEP (RIP) - Bitcoin Testnet 3 on: May 17, 2024, 03:14:48 PM

27  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does destiny has influence in the amount we can win in gamble? on: May 17, 2024, 02:23:24 PM
But then, I also find out that there are people that will just start gambling for a short time and boom they have won a jackpot in millions when people that have been there years before them are struggling to win even thousands.

I am not sure if we can call that "Destiny". I have read about some users who miss click a max bet on low odds and win a massive amount, sometimes it happens, but you need to be really lucky for that. And i have seen in the past people making max bets on their first bet and winning huge, but i remember that user was sure his bet was about to lose and did it to prove to other users how unlucky he was. But destiny had other plans for him.

Sometimes random big wins happen, and the newbies' luck is real, i don't have any doubt about that.

30  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: May 16, 2024, 04:20:37 PM
@seoincorporation Well, XP is quite easy to calculate. 1$ wager in the casino gives 1xp, 1$ in the sportsbook gives 2xp. SO a casino player must wager the whole 9217000 $ to get to level 70 while a sportsbook player only needs to wager half of that. But however you look at it it's a huge amount and only referring a high roller would get you the whole 1000$ reward quickly.

A normal player takes years to get there or more likely gives up half way to it.

Well, isn't easy at all to wager $9.2M, for sure is not for all. Only high rollers can achieve that goal, and even if they make $1k bets it would take 9200 bets to make that wager.

And about the promotion, the $1000 loses sense if we are getting 25% from an affiliate who wagers $9.2M, i mean, the amount that we will get from that affiliate is way bigger than the $1k that offers the casino. And a Highroller affiliate is not easy to get. The ones who have one are really lucky.
31  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Casino Community Service Possible? on: May 16, 2024, 04:15:24 PM
I have been wondering if ever any casino have engaged in a community service before or planning to do so. So far, I understand that casinos pay taxes and these tax are used by the government for running the state affairs but I was curious to know if it is possible because I have never seen it or heard about any casino doing such before or if any have started doing it. You can make it known here for us to see.

The mistake here is to think the casinos pay taxes, since they have a Curacao license they don't pay taxes, they pay things like a license or pay winnings to gov from the users who fail their KYC, but they don't pay taxes, and if you don't believe me then feel free to google about the tax on casinos in curacao.

But some casinos donate money to sites that help users with gambling problems, they do it to have a clear awareness.
32  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Monk.gg ⭐ - 0% HOUSE EDGE GAMES on: May 16, 2024, 02:45:39 PM
But as Poker Player say, the risk is the variance, make 100 bets, with 50% chance of winning, if most of them lose then double the bet, and that way you can win in the long run against the house.

Here you are describing the Martingale and it sounds like I have seen you in some thread also talking about this. It is basically a bad method because by doubling the bet you increase the risk exponentially to win only the initial bet on net.

It's different a martingale on a casino with 1% house edge and a casino with 0% house edge. With 0% house edge on a 100 bets run if you lose 70, the chance to win more than 50 in the next 100 bets is big, and if you don't win, then go for the next 100. And to avoid risk you can do 1 satoshi bet at the start, this way you can win against the casino in the long run. That's the main risk of having a 0% house edge.

The only way for the house to win with a 0% house edge is by having a huge bankroll, i can't think of another way to profit from that edge.
33  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: May 16, 2024, 01:08:42 AM

I have a different question at the moment.
Does anybody here get affiliate benefits from referring people? I am eager to know how what numbers are actually right.
There are 2 numbers being thrown at you on the site, 15% and 25%, but what is it?? It's strange that 1 banner says 15% and when you click on it you get to a page where it says 25%

The $1,000 reward looks good just to bring a referral, but after looking at their FAQ i found this rule:

Quote
There is 1000.00 USD reward for each referral you bring to BC.GAME This USD reward is given in 10 parts when your referral level up from VIP4 til VIP 70.

I just asked to support how much i have to wager to get vip level 70, and they show me this page: https://bc.game/affiliate#/vip-level there we can see the users need 9217000 XP to get in level 70, and when they do, there is cash reward of 30600BCD for that level, but i still have not clear how much they have to wager for each XP point.

36  Economy / Gambling / Re: Help me find sites or telegrams to track fixed matches on: May 15, 2024, 05:16:07 PM
1 it could be a sudden drop or rise odds in the event rate.

For this i would recommend following the live betting games on any casino, lets say you are betting on basket ball, Bulls vs Nuggets, and nuggets are the underdog, the casino pays x3.5 on them, so you place a $10 bet. Then start watching the game, and for a moment nuggets start winning the game by score, which will make the bulls the underdog now, so, the casino offers x3 on Bulls, on that point you place a $10 bet on them. That way if any of them win then you will make close to 33% profit. The only risk here is a draw. But it's hard to see that in basketball.
37  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ Monk.gg ⭐ - 0% HOUSE EDGE GAMES on: May 15, 2024, 04:23:23 PM
0% house edge is risky, isn't it?

Ehhh...no.

What is the risk of 0% HE? Do you understand the concept? The only risk is the variance, but in the long run the risk tends to 0.

Risky for who? For the user or for the house?

The risk of 0 house edge for the site is the fact that they will not make a profit in the long run, is like trying to make money by flipping a coin, do a simulation with 10 million flips and you will see how it ends 50/50 or close to that number. Even if the event is random they follow a behavior.

But as Poker Player say, the risk is the variance, make 100 bets, with 50% chance of winning, if most of them lose then double the bet, and that way you can win in the long run against the house.
38  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: testnet4 in a container on: May 15, 2024, 03:55:31 PM
Great job mocacinno, you automate the full process. Now people can start working with Testnet 4 in an easy way.

And it would be if user could mine with CPU, but as you say, 1 modern iner would kill that option for all. It would be fun to include a rule on the node setting a limit for miners. But i know that's not possible because that would not only affect the big engines, but would affect the pools too.  This gives me the idea of opening a mining pool for tBTC 4, that way even if users do not have the hardware, they could get a small piece of the cake with their CPU. But tBTC4 is still green, let's give it some time to mature.

And again, thanks for the apport.
39  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best game provider? on: May 14, 2024, 06:37:13 PM
If we talk about the animation and game dynamic i would say ELK, games like Nitropolis and Tropicool are really fun slots. And if you are looking to win big, then Hacksaw is the only slot that i have seen who really pays max wins, but the game dynamic isn't great from my point of view.

I think the most played provider is Pragmatic play, and i don't get why people love it. Maybe that's a streamer's fault. Who knows.

What a fun term "Tether printer".

It doesn't mean they can print infinite money, tether is backed up in the markets, what changes are the total tether in circulation, and that changes when the bitcoin prize moves, it happens as part of the tether algorithm to keep the coin as a stable coin. But again, it doesn't mean they can bring an infinite amount of tether to the market.

I hardly recommend you to study how the stable coins works.
