121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Okay. If i have $10000 for investing, how much should i invest in Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2020, 11:34:41 PM
I am thinking of 30% in stock, 30% in fund, 40% in Bitcoin.

How about this ratio? Any thought?

You should go 50% on bitcoin and 50% in altcoins...

Bitcoin is a secure bet for the long run, and if you jump in altcoins then you can multiply your amount of bitcoins. This is what i call go big or go home.

123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Creating shit TOKEN make good profit ? on: January 21, 2020, 10:33:26 PM
Hi guys
do u think if i created a shit token (with no project) and add it to shit exchange can i get profit ?  Grin
i mean im preparing to create a token and add it to new exchanges with law fees
and i promote investors for ex to give them 50 per cent of any ammount they bought
from the token for ex if you bought 10000 coins i will give u 5000 coins for free
do u think this idea can make investors buy it ?

It isn't a bad idea but isn't enough motivation to hold the client. That's why ICO's make different sales... let's say if a user but now 10000 he gets 5000 extra if he buys in one month the same amount he gets 3000 extra and if he buys in the last month he gets 1000 extra. This way people feel the pressure to buy when they get a nice extra.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 1.1 BTC Puzzle by Phemex on: January 21, 2020, 10:28:43 PM
21 digits prime number... that's a shit ton of options.. i mean, if for 12 digits we have 33,489,857,205 options, then for 21 digits should be a ton of numbers.

I can imagine 2 ways to solve this:

1.- We get all the prime number of 21 digits, and verify them as a brain wallet.

2.- read e while verify 21 digits chains and calculate of the number is a prime number.

By the way, i don't like at all the fact about someone already move BTC on the price addy.
125  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is Bitcoin Halving. on: January 21, 2020, 09:58:26 PM
Halving DOES make bitcoin vulnerable because it consolidates the pool of miners controlling, operating the blockchain.
I'd be interested to know if anyone has any data which prove this? It's not a foregone conclusion, and I suspect not the whole story for the reasons in my post above.

Halving means some miners will stop working, but that doesn't mean that will consolidate pools. If miners see one pool is getting close to the 50% of the hash power they will move to another mining pool.

Remember, the pool doesn't have the power, are the users who have the hardware who decides where to mine.
126  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Win a Presidential plane... on: January 21, 2020, 09:36:19 PM
Even if I won it, where would I get the money to house it, maintain it, fly it, etc? I guess that I can always re-sell it :-)

That's the issue, if you won it, the gov will pay for the service for the first 2 years, after that you will have to think about how to deal with it. And if you want to re-sell you will not be able to do it under the evaluation, which means you will need to find someone who wants to buy it for $130 millions.
127  Economy / Gambling discussion / Win a Presidential plane... on: January 21, 2020, 09:17:25 PM
Mexico could raffle his presidential plane, the idea is to sell 6M tickets of $25 dollars each one, and the winner gets a presidential plane evaluated in $130 million.

This crazy idea is because the Mexican president wan to sell the plane to spend the money on other projects.

What do you think would you buy a ticket?

128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I lost all my bitcoin on: January 21, 2020, 04:31:47 PM
Now what?
Now there are 2 options, to try to recover them or to live with the loss.

Stop doing it? or Start diversified investment in Stock?
Is about how do you feel about it, some people would say 'Fuck cryptos I'm done' but some other would see it as a new start.

130  Economy / Services / Re: Writing a book might need some help on: January 21, 2020, 04:12:39 PM
You should read more about the deep web, that would help a lot for your science fiction book, If you search for topics like:

1.-How to navigate with Onion
2.-How to set up a Onion server
3.-Alternative markets like Open bazar
4.-Comunications channels like IRC

That would give you a nice idea for you book
131  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright claims , today will be the last day for Bitcoins. on: January 21, 2020, 04:09:17 PM

Recently I was reading in another thread that faketoshi saying he can’t access his 1.1 million btc as courier will be reaching along with private keys very soon may be later this month. This guy for sure is mixing shame with fame.

That was the reason behind the BSV bump, and when his lawyer declares he doesn't have the private keys, then BSV goes down to hell really fast.

Al this was just a market manipulation, someone is using his fork to manipulate markets and get tons of BTC in the move :p
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Petro And Cryptocurrency Casino In Venezuela on: January 21, 2020, 04:05:33 PM
This is bad because the centralized Petro know who has the money and they have access to all the users' data. So, if a user takes their Petros to the casino the gov will know it and maybe they will take the user money.

If it was a initiative from the govs, then is a move from gov to keep scaming the Venezuelans.
133  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Some exchanges charges are too high on: January 21, 2020, 03:35:28 PM
Well, as you say, some of them charge big fees but are the users' desition if they use that services or to move to another option. Exchanges choose the fees, but if the user really hight fees they will only lose customers.

The option of swap the coins to pay smaller fees isn't good at all, because at some point you will have to move from the Altcoin to BTC back.
134  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★★★ The legend is back! ★★★ Bigger and better than ever! ★★★ on: January 21, 2020, 03:11:54 PM
Still no one hit the max PO of the new luckybit? Hit it with the minimum bet is great win already, I have tried thousand bets but still no luck to hit the max PO, my best still 330x so far. Any news about promotions/competition? As I remember, there is a plan to do promotion, so would be nice if the promotion is something like "be the first to hit the max PO" Wink

hahaha, the prize of the max PO is enough motivation, i don't think we need promotion for that. Just think about it, bet 0.00001 x9999 and win 0.1BTC or bet 0.00015 and get the max win (1.5 BTC)

But Luckybit is thinking about new promotions, we already launched the signature campaign, and the marketing area is working day by day thinking about new ideas for our users.
135  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where to invest Bitcoin on: January 20, 2020, 10:43:35 PM
A good option is to invest in other altcoins.

An easy way to do it is by Atomic wallet, install the wallet in your PC, create a new wallet and save your keys. After that deposit your bitcoins and now you can swap your BTC for another altcoin and Hold them in your wallet until the price goes up.

It is important to backup your private keys in case something get's fucked up.

136  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is Bitcoin Halving. on: January 20, 2020, 10:18:29 PM
I'm curious about the side effect of this halving which is negative in my opinion.

Do you know the solution or the answer to my old question here?
What about the vulnerability of bitcoin? This halving event will force small or even medium miners to stop operating which means bitcoin will become more vulnerable.

It can be overcome if an increase in the price of bitcoin is enough to make miners continue to profit. But what if it's not happening?
I didn't get any proper answer (in my opinion) from that previous thread.

Halving isn't something negative to bitcoin, it was necessary if you want a limited amount of coins. Other coins like doge and clam don't have halving and that means an unlimited supply.

If the block reward goes down, that means miners don't earn the same amount unless the bitcoin price goes up. That's why some people things halving always come with a price bump.

138  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Many big powers agains crypto on: January 20, 2020, 09:08:35 PM
Who cares what YouTube or Google says about crypto? Have an opinion on Bitcoin, do not pay attention to other people's statements. That is how you reach the truth

Wise words. There are a lot of people talking shit about bitcoin out there, and we could have our own criteria to take desitions about the future of bitcoin.

An important part is to read the news and have some Information source, but you should never believe what you read, people should ask themselves about how real sound the article and how good is the source.
139  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Open letter/question to Satoshi on: January 20, 2020, 08:02:08 PM

Hello Satoshi

for a sound development of Bitcoin, we would like to ask you to give us some information on the keys of the early mined coins. It would help the community through making Bitcoin more predictable.

Thank you

How would you use the key for a sound development of Bitcoin? And why not use the Bitcoin addys?

What makes you think he will give you the keys... sound fund as a joke, but c'mon, you really think is that easy to get access to thousands of dollars?
140  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about big gains? on: January 20, 2020, 07:50:48 PM
As people say, you can talk about big gans with people you trust or with family but is a bad idea to make from that public information because you can easily become a target, and not only for hackers or scammers, you could become a target to govs who are chasing those ones who avoid taxes payments.

When we get huge gains we want to scream it to the world, but the wise move is to keep it only for yourself.
