962  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you accept ? on: February 27, 2023, 04:44:51 PM
Is important to understand how bitcoin is a global tool, and not only a USA tool. And each country is in its right to see bitcoin as the way it works better for them. As a good example, we can see how El Salvador decide to make bitcoin a coin, and that works fine for them, but for other countries, Bitcoin is a Digital Asset or a Security... So, it depends on each country, we don't really have global laws for cryptos yet.
963  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Casino Website Development? on: February 27, 2023, 04:03:58 PM
To maintain a fair gaming atmosphere, a good random number generator is necessary to produce dice results which players cannot predict.
Fair from whose side? Good RNG only ensure fairness from owner side. Gambler who expect fairness would expect provably fair.

Which players cannot predict... buuuut the house shouldn't be able to predict or manipulate. And that's why the bet result comes from both sides... It's a mix of the User seed and the Site seed, and that's where the bet result should come from.

The user should be able to change his seed, because other way the house can manipulate the result and select a "bad seed" for the user. Only if the user can manipulate his seed, then the site is 100% provably fair.

...

965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury - February 26 in Saudi Arabia on: February 27, 2023, 04:21:47 AM
Okay, so the Fury won but to be honest it wasn't the won he or his fans were expecting. It was really 50/50 fight. To be honest, definitely Fury showed that he is more experienced and has better stamina but Jake was a very tough opponent for him. He even almost KO-ed Fury.

Fury technically won by 1 point, so, as you say, this was a 50/50 fight. And to be honest I didn't like it at all... I'm not sure how Fury won after almost getting knocked out, that move should give more points to Jake Paul or at least should be a fact on the decision... But is what it is.

And now let's talk about drugs because I'm almost sure those guys weren't clean and would like to know what you guys think about this. If they do a test for sure they will fail.
966  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: how much the budget on: February 26, 2023, 08:29:20 PM
*how much the budget to create a website this kind of service
To give a price and a time estimate you need to give a full description of what do you want, if you only describe each service with 1 word is impossible for us to estimate a budget and a working time.

* advertising ( PTC )
Do you want the users you get a Payment to Click? or you want to advertise your site in search engines and social networks?

* cash in / cash out
A deposit and withdrawal system it's easy to do with cryptos, you only need to have a server running your nodes and allow RCP calls.

* exchange ( trx ltc doge xlm )
Here you have to Options, you can use an exchange API or you can get your own exchange if you have the right balance for it. and exchange with low amounts of buy/sell isn't attractive to users.

* send money/ remittance
same as depo/withdraw...

i want to launch this kind of business
This business doesn't even have a solid structure, think about the project and give it a shape before hire people for it.
967  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Casino Website Development? on: February 26, 2023, 07:49:56 PM
HTML/CSS/PHP/MySQL is sufficient to generate static html pages. Static implies aspects of the page cannot be updated without reloading.

This is a good point, with those tools you can develop a static site but casinos should be dynamic... and for that you will need to use JS.

Personally, I have experience as a backend casino developer, and NodeJS was the tool I worked for to manage all the backend of the site. The project take more than 2 years, and now gets discontinued, the developers leave the project and now I'm the only one who keeps playing with that code.

Remember that you will need a deposit and withdraw engine, and that's why your software should have a frontend and a backend.

969  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Donar a Ukrania on: February 26, 2023, 04:14:09 PM

Ver:
https://coinnounce.com/ukraine-buying-their-60-military-equipment-through-bitcoin/

970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slots 101: Basics, Strategies, and Discussion (with poll) on: February 26, 2023, 03:58:48 PM
I see there is no ELK provider on the list, and that one has become my favorite in the past weeks I will list the slots I enjoy from that provider.

-Tropicool
-Cluster Slide
-Nitropolis 2&3

In tropicool I get my biggest win, which was close to an x700, and my last bonus was on Cluster Slide, but that one was only an x50. I keep chasing the bonus in Nitropolis 3, it should hit soon.
971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 13 years ago Theymos sold 160btc at $0.003 per 1, lowest price ever recorded on: February 26, 2023, 03:11:08 PM
And he gets less than $0.5 for that sale... That's just epic. And as I always say, in this crypto world to look back isn't an option because we will find a road full of regrets. Our only option is to learn the different lessons and keep moving on.

That should go to the records guinness, as we know the Guinness World Records adds BTC to the last edition, so, this sell deserves a spot in that book.

Code:

973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $300 bet won $417,000 on: February 25, 2023, 04:29:57 PM
That's a crazy multiplier for a sports bet, it was more than x100, and it isn't easy at all to win that kind of parlay, so, congrats on your win.

It was a long time since the last time I got a big multiplier in sports, it was like 1 or two years ago and it was with a UFC parlay where my bet win 5 consecutive fights for a multiplier of x50, but after that, I keep losing my parlays with more than 3 fights, maybe I'm just salty now, I will keep chasing it until hit.
974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you keep your gambling habit under control? on: February 24, 2023, 08:09:38 PM
I do have a monthly budget which I set aside for gambling only. If this budget is been exhausted, I don't have a choice than to stop gambling till the next month. This strategy has always put me in check of my gambling activities.

This is a nice recommendation, set a budget for the month for sure is one of the best ways to avoid losing money that you need and only lose money that you can afford to lose. I really like this recommendation.

What I do to control the beast is that I only take a small piece of each payment I get and use that for gambling, I take only between 5% and 10%, and if I lose that I don't feel bad at all. This method works fine for me.
975  Economy / Gambling / Re: NAKAMOTO ROULETTE launched today on: February 24, 2023, 02:46:29 PM
There are some errors in the console log that you should fix... Some images and the Favicon are not found, not sure if it's a problem with the folder permissions or if the files aren't there:

The main site doesn't load for me, I had to open the site from https://www.nakamotoroulette.com/?nav=terms and if I move to https://www.nakamotoroulette.com/?nav=games the load image stays there and never loads the page.

And the last problem was another console log information... For me that looks like a cookie, but since it has a use and a password maybe it's sensitive information that shouldn't be there:

976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big businesses, corporations also influence the price of cryptocurrency market. on: February 23, 2023, 09:39:30 PM
Are there other factors that influence the prices of cryptocurrency? Let's discuss!

I would say the Hot News are the main fact that affect the markets. Things like:

-A man found his old private keys with 1000 bitcoins on it.
-Faketoshi just win another lawsuit.
-Musk decide to invest $1B in cryptos.
-Ukraine is accepting bitcoin as donations.

That's what I call "Hot News", and that's what really moves the markets, when FTX scandal hit the news we see how the prize start crashing until it hit $16.5k, so, the best way to predict the next move on cryptos is to read the news paper all the mornings.
977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Casinos and Tech Devices on: February 23, 2023, 08:30:49 PM
I am still stuck in my old ways of using my laptop to visit an online casino to play. Which device do you find most convenient when accessing an online casino: a laptop or desktop, a smartphone, or an iPad? Secondly, which do you find more convenient: playing a casino game through their app or through their website?

I'm with you, I like the old method, always gambling on the laptop, I don't know if it's about the screen size or how smoothly the game runs, but I still prefer to gamble 100% on a computer than gamble on the phone.

But is good to have access to the casinos from the phone too and I will explain to you why...

Some weeks ago I had to travel to another town to visit my family, and I had that same day a poker tournament, and I was able to play that tournament in the phone while having a good time with my family, that's why is awesome to have access to the casino from the phone, that way we don't miss the tournaments or the money events.
978  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: project affiliate on: February 23, 2023, 07:27:48 PM

979  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 5 Ways to Make Big Money at the Casino — Without Gambling on: February 23, 2023, 07:22:36 PM
For real? these are the ways?

5. Bring in a Bomb
3. Kidnap the Owner’s Daughter
1. Just Rob the Place  Grin.

You should change the title to 5 ILLEGAL ways to Make big money at the Casino.

You forget the bring your knife to the casino and attack the customers' way...  These are some terrible options to try to take the casinos' money, as you mention, some people already try them, but all of the examples had a terrible end.
980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which one is easier to make bets on? on: February 23, 2023, 05:57:03 PM
To be successful in predicting any of these sport, one needs to have prior knowledge on both strength and weakness of the two parties to be involved...
This is a smart move, but this will not let us predict by 100% the outcome... Some days the players/teams are just having a bad day, and even if they are better than the opponent they can lose.

because just as football has three options while betting (I.e either Win, Draw or Lose), MMA has just only two options (I.e either Win or Lose), which makes it a little quite easy to predict, compared to football for a total novice who wishes to try his/her luck.
In MMA we can see a draw too... Or the match can get cancel and declared no contest... We saw that 2 fights ago from Jair Rodriguez, when he poke the eye of his opponent and the medic decided he can't keep fighting declaring the match a No contest.
