1021  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Jake Paul vs Tommy Fury - February 26 in Saudi Arabia on: February 20, 2023, 04:40:26 PM
current odds on Duelbits and stake.com

Duelbits
Jake Paul  1.60 - Tommy Fury 2.25

Stake.com
Jake Paul  1.61 - Tommy Fury 2.27

I was looking for the same match in betnomi, and they have the next odds:

Jake Paul  1.57 - Tommy Fury 2.3

Wouldn’t surprise me if Fury pulls out again. His girlfriend is due to have her baby soon, not that he needs an excuse to run away from a fight Wink

The excuse to walk away is still there, but since he is getting a new member in the family for sure Tommy needs this fight money, so, he shouldn't walk away this time.

I don't know what to expect from this fight, always feels like Jake Paul Fights are rigged, and he has talked about it, he is trying to clean his reputation by proving how his fights are real, but we can't be sure that he isn't in steroids or some drugs to be a super human under the fight. I just don't trust that guy.
1022  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is the Catalan Whitepaper? on: February 20, 2023, 03:29:25 PM
I was taking a look at the site and it offers the Catalá language to navigate it as you can see in the next link, but once we look for the white paper it doesn't give us the Catalan option:

https://bitcoin.org/ca/paper-bitcoin

In the footer of that page, they give us the instructions to provide the translated document:

Quote

But the git hub repo they link to, doesn't work at all... so, not sure about how to add the Catalán page again. And if it was there at some point, maybe you can find it on the way back machine page.

EDIT:

I found it: https://github.com/vsus/Bitcoin-Llibre-Blanc

1023  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Give it a break. on: February 20, 2023, 03:02:41 PM
At this point what do you think about this gambling strategy I use? Although yours may not be with 5-7 streaks in a week you can also set a number of streaks convenient with you to use. Or is there anyone out there already using this strategy and how beneficial has it being to you?

Taking a break is always a wise move, it lets us cold down and chill while we get ready to play full focus the next time. And if we don't take that kind of break we could end up losing all which would end in a forced break mixed with terrible feelings.

When we don't have luck, we don't need to push with bigger bets, we only need to understand that's not our day and let it go. Gamble with the brain and not with the heart.

...

1025  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Get Loyce addresses and convert them to bloom filter [WiP] on: February 19, 2023, 07:08:59 PM
Bloom filter Newbie here: what can this be used for?

The Bloom file is what Brainflayer uses to brute force the address... Is in that format because that way it works faster, but normally in the bloom file we have all the addresses in hash 160 of the address that we are searching (or bruteforcing) the private key.

So, making a bloom file with all the addresses is a nice feature if we are working with brainflayer, but since we will have tons of hash160 addresses, comparing each newly generated address with the bloom file isn't an efficient process... So, I don't recommend at all this way to brute force crypto addresses.
1026  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🐺 wild.io 🎰 Wheel of Fortune 🎁 Daily Rewards 🔥 10 Minutes Cashouts on: February 19, 2023, 06:24:47 PM
I am a customer of the wild.io scam and I have the right by law to ask them for their crypto currency online casino license.

And they are obligated by Curacao law to show it to me.

Hello BlackJacky, I don't work for wild.io, but was easy for me to find their licence, you can see it in the footer and in their TOS:

https://validator.antillephone.com/validate?domain=wild.io&seal_id=a46d33743ce061600ac29693b2ec71bd1aa9fa4316473fe3a4840ac534d5dd83dfd1f456c9e27737a47a5de226e436d1&stamp=c4a9d5ab88ee4cc764c8fb0db548f57f

https://wild.io/terms > General > 1.2

Quote
1.2 The website Wild.io (“Casino”, “Website”, “Service”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) is owned and operated by Nonce Gaming N.V., a company registered and established under the laws of Curacao. Nonce Gaming N.V. is licensed and regulated by Antillephone N.V. (license no. 8048/JAZ). Nonce Gaming N.V.’s registration number is 161858 and its registered address is Scharlooweg 39 , Willemstad, Curaçao.

So, there is their gambling license, if you want to repost the site or to proceed against them in a legal way you can do it with that information.
1027  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Get Loyce addresses and convert them to bloom filter [WiP] on: February 19, 2023, 05:43:56 PM
I just make a test with your code, and something isn't working fine:

Code:
~/brainflayer/brainflayer -v -i int3.txt -o int4.txt

I don't think that line is the right one to get the hash160:

Code:
bitcoin@forum:~/brainflayer$ echo "1BTCoinTc7gtcCvYic4KhdUTUqEikBrpVW" > a.txt
bitcoin@forum:~/brainflayer$ ./brainflayer -v -i a.txt -o b.txt
 rate:     47.60 p/s found:     0/1          elapsed:    0.021 s
bitcoin@forum:~/brainflayer$ cat b.txt
09da81f1147115816f8ea2b1ccf17ab11c506eda:u:sha256:1BTCoinTc7gtcCvYic4KhdUTUqEikBrpVW
8488984ea64168e341374dbf45e46bd8bf0d007e:c:sha256:1BTCoinTc7gtcCvYic4KhdUTUqEikBrpVW
bitcoin@forum:~/brainflayer$

And on this page we can verify the hash from that address:
https://privatekeys.pw/address/bitcoin/1BTCoinTc7gtcCvYic4KhdUTUqEikBrpVW

Which is: 72a5ed772ca646ff6719c8e2621ad11d34345535

So, to get the Hash 160 you will need to modify those steps, I have some methods to get this hash, but for them first we have to identify the kind of address that we are working with.

1029  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 on: February 19, 2023, 04:35:21 PM
<snip>
They left the forum.
Their website and token are still up though.

I was shocked by Owl's departure from Bitcointalk. To me, it is not a good move for them to leave the forum to limit the negative experiences that their players are encountering. It just shows that they do not want to be transparent...

Or they are done with the hostile environment... For some people and businesses the forum has been a hostile environment, and that isn't a secret at all. People have to deal with cheaters who try to abuse their system and after getting their accounts locked they come here to start a scam accusation, some businesses are not up to dealing with that kind of trolls, and that's why some companies decide to leave the forum because for them it represents a bad experience.

1032  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: February 19, 2023, 02:43:35 PM
Now here are the results of my picks for the UFC Fight Night: Andrade vs. Blanchfield

Damn, when I see your pics I was about to make a parlay with them, but then I get busy with some stuff and didn't place the bet... If I'm not wrong the multiplier with a parlay would be something close to x4. Too bad, better luck the next time. And by te way, nice pics.

Now let's way for the next event, I know there will be a UFC night the next weekend, but I want to see UFC 285 the next month. That one will be an awesome event, is great to have Jones back.
1033  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you appreciate more Desktop or Phone on: February 18, 2023, 10:28:57 PM
For gambling is always better the PC, but sometimes we aren't at home and still nice to have the Phone option to place some bets. Let's say you are at a party and is a UFC night (Like tonight :p) and your friend in the party decides to put the Fights on the screen... You have $200 in balance in your favorite casino and it allows you to bet from your phone on the responsive UI.

With a responsive design, you don't miss the experience from the casino out of home, and that's a big +1 for the Responsive design.
1034  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Trustdice.win cancels winning bets on: February 18, 2023, 04:24:10 PM
Listen, the question now is not that I did not read the rules, but that my winnings were not paid to me when my friend's loss was successfully counted (the answer to why we did it together is just a friend was sitting at my house and we had so much fun, it seems to me it is not forbidden)

Looks like we have found the main issue...

Multiple accounts are not allowed in casinos and even if you and your friend were in a different room both of you were on the same IP for the casino, and from that point, even without placing bets your account gets a red flag as a user with multiple accounts.

And then both users betting the same game, which was suspicious for the casino, you send them a lot of cheating signals.

1037  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: old Bitcoin addresses as 'NFT' on the Bitcoin blockchain - 'signature chain' on: February 16, 2023, 05:06:09 PM
~

Now some items on OpenSea: https://opensea.io/collection/signature-chain

The items include the private key of the Bitcoin address for the given 'signature chain' as unlockable content that can only be unlocked and revealed by the new owner of this item.

We are very early.  Smiley

I think you should warn the users about the risk behind getting this address and private keys, since there are more people who have a copy of those private keys, then the users who buy this will risk their money if they decide to send coins to those addresses.

If the goal is only to use those addresses to sign messages, then there is not a big deal, but people must know how these addresses are a high risk for the funds.
1038  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chasing losses - Double down bet or Bet twice? on: February 16, 2023, 04:38:13 PM
I think doubling up the bet is a better strategy than betting twice, at least that way has worked better for me. Always when I try the bet twice method I end in a bust because when we are on a bad streak that means we will lose most of our bets. So, the long run is was take our money. But, with the martingale as OP mentioned we can recover with a single win and move on chasing the profit side.
1039  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Digital Currencies Should Be Adopted Globally on: February 16, 2023, 03:07:26 PM
...because this will definitely solve the challenges people are facing in some countries like Nigeria right now. With digital currency no need to depend on banks again...

You have a good point here, the bitcoin slogan is "Be your own bank" and as you mention this is an awesome option for 3rd world countries. But there is something that you need to understand, crypto users need the Internet. Bitcoin and Cryptos without the internet are almost impossible to make it work, and I say almost because some people have found a way to send transactions with Radio waves but is a complex task. So, first we need to solve the internet problem before the economic problem.
1040  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin gambling problem on: February 15, 2023, 04:28:50 PM
Thanks for sharing that support group, but to be healthy is to stop thinking about the disease, and the support groups aren't the solution, because keep talking about the problem and thinking about it just will grow up the problem, from my point of view the best way to deal with a gambling issue is to walk away from it, take out loss and never look back.
