21  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs TJ Doheny 122lb Title fight-September on: August 05, 2024, 05:01:29 AM
@TravelMug. However, these champions in the featherweight division cannot offer anything for Naoya Inoue. They cannot offer more money than the money he is earning in Japan and these champions are not big names with much fans hehehee.

In any case, the WBC has ordered their champion and interim champion to fight. Let us wish that this is a victory for Figueroa with knockout!

Well at this point in his career, it's the question whether Inoue wants more money or go for the glory of winning all belts as and what we call, cementing his legacy to be the best Japanese fighter in this era or even the best boxer pound for pound.

And if ever the fight pushes between Rey Vargas and Brandon Figueroa, yeah, I think Brandon might win that slugfest over Vargas. Vargas is also known to be a volume puncher however, his chin is very suspected. And even if he has beaten Magsayo, I think Mark soften the chin of Vargas already and if Brandon can hit them cleanly, he might score a knockout or knockdown.

I reckon Inoue at present only wants money. This is why he is only agreeing to fights in Japan because his purse will be bigger. This is also because the other fighters cannot offer anything for him in Las Vegas, not more money and not more fans to watch the fight. Inoue might be thinking he is taking more risk than his opponent if he is the loser.

Also yes, I wish this will be a knockout for Brandon Figueroa and he will mention Naoya Inoue's name after the victory hehehehe. This will certainly begin the hype.
22  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biden to stand down - Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election on: August 05, 2024, 04:26:04 AM
According to Polymarket, Kamala Harris is 97% to be the Democratic nominee. Michelle Obama is only 1%. The others who are mentioned are Hillary Clinton, Gavin Newsom, Elizabeth Warren, Robert Kennedy and Dean Philipps.

https://polymarket.com/event/democratic-nominee-2024?tid=1722231967997

I am mistaken. The Democrats have someone hehehe. This is Robert Kennedy.

According to the link that you have provided, her chances have increased to 99%. BTW, I am confused about Robert Kennedy. He is no longer a Democrat. He is running this election as an independent candidate. And his candidature is going to hurt Trump more than Kamala. BTW, recent opinion polls are suddenly showing Kamala leading Trump. The one from Daily Kos/Civiqs shows Kamala leading by 4 points, while the one from Economist/YouGov shows her ahead by 2. And according to Bloomberg/MrnConsult, Kamala is leading by 11 points in Michigan!

It also appears that Kamala Harris might be chasing Trump's lead according to the latest odds on Polymarket. If Michelle Obama is removed from this listing, we can be quite certain that her votes will go to Harris.

https://polymarket.com/event/presidential-election-winner-2024?tid=1722831792740

It appears the hype on Trump is decreasing. In any case, the second debate will be on September. If my prediction is correct, this will increase Trump's favorability on the polls and surveys again hehe.
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump's stance on Bitcoin is changing, the Trump pump is beginning on: August 05, 2024, 03:25:36 AM
@hd49728. Agreed. I was only speculating on what might be happening at present and that the Republicans should not underestimate Harris. Trump might presently appear to be the stronger candidate today, however, with the elections remaining to be 3 months away, Trump's lead in the polls can be overtaken.

For example if the assassination attempt on Trump occurred on October, this would for certain make Trump the president because they will be having the hype on voting day.

On the polls, also agreed! However, this is a good indicator on what is happening. If the polls are very close between Trump and Harris, then Harris will have a chance despite Trump's popularity.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump's stance on Bitcoin is changing, the Trump pump is beginning on: August 05, 2024, 03:03:24 AM
@Kavelj22. I reckon that for those who are from the cryptospace who are also in support of Donald Trump, it appears that the hype for him has come very early. The elections are going to be on November and if the hype for him arrives too early, it will be exhausted by the time of the elections. This will certainly give Kamala Harris an opportunity to gather more support and get more hype for herself with the correct timing.

I will not be shocked if we witness Harris will be leading the polls on October hehehehe.

I am sorry, but I cannot join. I will only be wasting 2mBTC because much everyone one of you are better in playing NFL fantasy hehehe. However, this is okay, there is nothing to worry. I can join other leagues or I can also play Duelbits' daily fantasy offerings for the whole season the NFL. Thank you for the concern @DireWolfM14!

Would you (or anyone else here, for that matter) be interested in something like this:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5504893.0

I've been thinking of doing this for a couple of years now, I think it'll be fun and may get more foreigners interested in football.  Whenever jeremypwr posts a prediction contest during the season it seems to get a significant number of participants.

No, I do not like this format, only fantasy hehehee. Thank you for the concern.

^^ I'm not really sure about the law in the US, but I think some positions are tied with the sitting President specially if they are appointed or at least nominated by Biden? So if that is the case, then if by chance Trump win, then Gensler will be replaced and Trump going to nominate a potential SEC chair. And so when pro crypto heard that he is going to fire Gensler, it could be true under their law. But it's not like going to be a big deal in my opinion as this is a normal practice by a incoming US President. And lest we forget, during Trump's presidency, he had Jay Clayton who file a case against Ripple.

Hehehe it is very easy to check this with cousin Google hehe. There was also another presidential candidate before who declared that he will fire a SEC chairman. This is John McClain. However, when this was checked if he could do this it was confirmed that he cannot. He was only saying this to gather more votes hehehe.

Play on Sleeper and ditch yahoo.
2mBTC entry
3rd gets entry back, 1st/2nd split 70/30

I suggested moving to Sleeper, but almost everyone else who mentioned it wants to sick to Yahoo.  Not a deal breaker for me, either way.

@bbc.reporter, you would you be able to swing an entry fee of 0.002BTC?  I'd rather keep you in the league rather than see you left out due to price.

I agree that 3rd place should get their fee back.  Even if we can only get 10 players to join, the winner and runner-up will still get a big payday.

I am sorry, but I cannot join. I will only be wasting 2mBTC because much everyone one of you are better in playing NFL fantasy hehehe. However, this is okay, there is nothing to worry. In any case, the WBC has ordered their champion and interim champion to fight. Let us wish that this is a victory for Figueroa with knockout!

WBC orders Rey Vargas vs Brandon Figueroa title consolidation

In a long, long overdue move, Lance Pugmire reports that the WBC has finally ordered featherweight champion Rey Vargas to defend his title against interim champ Brandon Figueroa.

Less than a month after Vargas (36-1-1, 22 KO) unsuccessfully challenged O’Shaquie Foster for the vacant super featherweight title, Figueroa (25-1-1, 19 KO) overpowered Mark Magsayo for the interim belt last March. Rather than do the obvious thing and just have them duke it out right away, the WBC allowed Vargas to sit out for another year before sticking, moving, holding, and flopping his way to a draw with Nick Ball.

Two months after that, Figueroa ended his own layoff by flattening Jessie Magdaleno to cap off what was, to that point, a rather underwhelming performance.

If Elon Musk, PlanB, CZ and any other popular people/institution choose to being active in this forum over twitter, the traffic will be very big since it would attract people to come in this forum.
These people will get a hard time using the forum or even criticize how the site looks like (due to  the old-looking design of this forum knowing these same people have different view of the future) and operates despite how technology grows on the past few years, this is in relation of UX and modern web design.

Hehehehehe it will not only be the old design of the forum or their difficulty of using the forum. This will certainly be because there are many low quality posts and spamming. A newbie who will read the gambling subforum for advice will certainly be confused because much of the people are posting gibberish and kicking the deadhorse repeatedly.

The horse had 100 heart attacks and dead already. Everyone should stop kicking him be to become alive again hehehehe.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Donald Trump's stance on Bitcoin is changing, the Trump pump is beginning on: August 02, 2024, 02:20:09 AM
Trump announced in this speech that he will fire uncle Gary if he is elected president. It was cheered very loudly. However, do the people who listened to the speech not know that the SEC chairman cannot be fired by the president? This is headshaking. Trump also declared that the bitcoin community is full of high IQ people hehehehehe. More vigorous headshaking hehehehe.

https://m.youtube.com/live/EiEIfBatnH8?si=NPl7vmUnYdXvv8m3

Of course he can't do it alone. Only Congress can fire Uncle Gary. If Republicans manage to get ahold of both chambers of Congress, firing the SEC chairman would be a piece of cake. The many promises Trump has made to the crypto community, tells us he's desperate to win.

It will certainly not be a piece of cake. This is very headshaking how you say it will be easy hehe. There should be a good cause to file an impeachment against uncle Gary. Did uncle Gary commit high crimes and misdemeanors? Did he accept bribes and did he commit treason? How can you impeach him? I am quite very much 100% certain Trump cannot fire uncle Gary. Also, Trump is not desperate because he's the leader in the polls and the surveys.

31  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: August 01, 2024, 05:35:34 AM
@Kemarit. Agreed! My list would be Usyk, Crawford then Inoue on the 3rd slot. However, Inoue has a very good chance to become no.1 within 4 years if he chooses the correct opponents. He cannot do this by choosing opponents similar to TJ Doheny hehehe.

On Haney's loss to King Ry, officially this has become a no contest because of King Ry's alleged use of ostarine. According to uncle Dana of the UFC, Ryan will not be found guilty if it was his legal team that represented Ryan. In the interview, uncle Dana was very much certain it was from contaminated supplements.
32  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs TJ Doheny 122lb Title fight-September on: August 01, 2024, 04:30:03 AM

I also argued on something similar. However, on his present weight division, no one can offer Inoue anything that will pump his popularity to become a main event in Las Vegas. I speculate that this might be Brandon Figueroa if he has the unified championships in the featherweight division. Top Rank can promote the fight in Las Vegas with Figueroa as unified featherweight championship and Inoue as the challenger. If Inoue has the victory, this will certainly cause other famous boxers like the scammer Tank and Shakur consider if they can fight him in catchweight heheheheheh.

This isn't hard to happen if Inoue finally moves up. I don't understand what keeps him in the current division when he already knows that no one can match his power and speed. He should bring his skills to the heavier weight class and challenge the champion. That way, his popularity will boost as I'm pretty sure he can still dominate like he did in his current division.

Inoue is now very popular in Japan, but internationally, he is not one of the more popular boxers. So, I guess it's now time for him to let Bob do the job by taking his fights to the USA, where a bigger market is waiting for him. Of course, that would translate to bigger money.

I disagree. It will be difficult for Inoue because there are 4 different champions in featherweight and Brandon Figueroa is only an interim champion. Maybe if Figueroa becomes the real champion and get the WBC championship, Inoue might gather more popularity if he think he can knockout the tough Mexican. This will be very much similar when Pacman won with a corner stoppage against Marco Antonio Barrera. Good Mexican boxers are very much loved in Las Vegas and if you can win with a stoppage or a knockout, you certainly win many fans. After this, Inoue can unify the featherweight championships. All if them in Las Vegas hehehehe.
33  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: SEC vs Ripple continuation of the story on: August 01, 2024, 03:47:46 AM
I'm not interested in Ripple, but I still think that the SEC will not give up trying to persecute Ripple

I very much agree especially after the embarrassing loss of the SEC and uncle Gary against Ripple and Brad Garlichouse. Uncle Gary will throw everything including the kitchen sink on them while he is in his position. However, this will be a long case and this might continue more than 5 years, longer than the time uncle Gary's time in the SEC which will end on 2026.
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: Trump was shot seems to be okay> What does this mean for all of us. on: August 01, 2024, 01:23:06 AM
It appears that because of Trump's speech in Nashville, the price destiny of bitcoin will be very much correlated to Trump's ratings in the surveys and the polls. If Trump's rating is increasing, it will he bullish for bitcoin, if Trump's rating is decreasing and give the Democrats a chance to win, it will certainly be very bearish for bitcoin heheheh.

The Trump pump should not stop, I reckon. If the politicians only want to get something from us, we should also use them and take something from them.
Honestly if this is the result then I am fine with it, and I hope that it continues some more, it is something nice and I do hope that it continues for a longer time as well. What I think will happen in the near future is that we are talking about a situation that would see it grow even further, or it will crash. I am not sure which one will happen, but that depends on the election a bit as well.

We are talking about American elections here, which means that it is going to take a while to certify as well, but when it finally is officially declared, then this thing could go out of hand. If Trump wins, then we are going to see crypto be fine, maybe it will even go up, because Trump is openly pro-crypto and that is a good thing for the cryptocurrency world.

We should bring some skepticism on Trump's procrypto agenda. Trump's speech in the conference in Nashville caused a very vigorous excitement inside of me, however, I needed to pinch myself and remember that this politician is one of the best liars in America. We should not assume that because the Donald Trump will win, he will certainly keep all of his promises. There is also a chance that he might approve some minor procrypto regulations that might not change their anticrypto stance.
35  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Naoya Inoue vs TJ Doheny 122lb Title fight-September on: July 31, 2024, 03:27:19 AM
Its ok to do that some champions takes years to move up to a higher weight division, but when people saw that you are lacking quality opponents and you have the potential to conquer higher weight divisions then you have to take actions, Inoue is a complete fighter already he just need challenges if he is bidding his time then time will caught with him.

People wants to see him moving to the featherweight division and they are hoping that he face Tank Davis in a catch weight if he wants legacy he'll do what Pacquiao did moving to territories where there are a lot of challenges.

It seems to me that Inoue and Top Rank are playing safe as they threw unworthy opponents in front of Inoue while the latter's move of not fighting in Las Vegas drew criticism from fight fans that he afraid of losing. If Inoue wants to follow the footstep of Manny Pacquaio then he should fight the best there is like Tank Davis or the other champions in the featherweight division and not rely on mandatory fights as the result is very obvious.

Hehehehehehe I very much know who you will be giving much of you attention in prelim card. This is on Victoria Dudakova hehehe. I will also do something similar and pray she wrestle up and down.

I cannot find her sexy kitten pictures. I reckon this woman is very proper and she does not have Onlyfans. I very much like to marry a woman like this.

In any case, there is a very underestimated fighter. This is Tony Ferguson hehehehe. He has never lost his confidence. If you listen to interviews he will say Khabib is still scared to fight him similar to many years ago hehe.
37  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 31, 2024, 02:05:26 AM
@Jating. I am quite certain that Freddie Roach and Pacman's most trusted team members have known of this injury on his shoulder. I am also quite certain Freddie Roach has given him the advice to postpone the fight. However this Mayweather, who is very much similar to the scammer Tank, they can use tactics to trick Pacman that the fight might not be organized anymore if this is postponed again. I reckon there was 2 postponements the have occurred already before Pacman agreed to fight with an injury. Floyd knew it was his chance to win against a legend very easily.

@Smack That Ace. I only want to mention that on the argument of abortion, people should respect each other. I will not stop the people from aborting their babies, however, I am prolife. Am I wrong on having a stance like this? Why would the woke think this is stupid if some one is prolife? Cannot they respect this?

On the illegal immigrants in America, there are some cities showing that this is certainly becoming a problem for their citizens.

On Harris, it appears that she will also have her own probitcoin agenda hehehehehhe. Do not give her your bitcoin heheheheheeh.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is NOT anonymous--and is a dangerous privacy issue for its users on: July 31, 2024, 12:57:58 AM
Bitcoin being a private means of transacting is a dangerous falsehood that needs to be corrected.

Am I wrong about any of this?

Are you a real newbie? This argument is very much known, very much old and very much settled heheheh. If you want privacy you can use Monero if you can still buy this from exchanges.

Also, I reckon much of us small minnow users use bitcoin to speculate on altcoins and gamble on different games and sports. We do not need privacy for this. The criminals however, they have different problems because they need  privacy for their activities.
40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Jake Paul to Fight Mike Perry (Tyson) in Live Netflix Boxing Event - July 20 on: July 30, 2024, 05:22:53 AM
In any case, this victory with a knockout might create a more thrilling sensations for the fans on Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson! However, will this also make Mike Tyson afraid of Jake Paul? I am afraid for Mike Tyson because we might witness a heart attack or a stroke live on Netflix.

Mike Tyson is not afraid of anyone, but I'm hoping someone could convince him to go with the script (if there is one) since it's just an exhibition fight. He is old, and he doesn't want to risk his health against a younger boxer who is currently knocking out opponents. They should see the possibility that an old Mike might be severely injured.

I'm not underestimating Mike because he is a legend, but with what is happening in Jake Paul's fights, it seems like this kid is really serious about not losing anymore and will do everything to knock out his opponent, even if it's just an exhibition fight, as we have already witnessed him KO an opponent before in the same type of fight.

Mike Tyson is not afraid to be given a very strong knockout because of the stength of Jake Paul's punch? I very much disagree with this especially where the age of Mike Tyson presently. A senior citizen should not be given a punch on the head because their old nerves in their brains might not receive the shock very well.

I am sorry, however, this will certainly be the very real headshaking for Mike Tyson and I speculate many people, they will never mention it, want to witness a death in the boxing ring live on Netflix.
