ما قصدته اخي يحيى بعقد صفقة مع السلطات ليس بالضرورة دفع رشوة او شيئ من هذا القبيل لتخفيف الحكم. ما قصدته هو أنه في مثل هذه الحالات يتم الطلب من المتهم ان يتعاون مع السلطات لتخفيف الحكم و يكون التعاون من خلال الكشف عن بعض المعلومات التي يمكن أن تساهم في حل قضايا أخرى.
إضافة إلى المال الذي يملكه هذا الشخص، من المؤكد ان المعلومات التي لديه التي تخص مستخدمي منصتهم تسوى الكثير الكثير في نظر السلطات.

اتفق معك ان هذه القضية ساهمت في الحد من تغول بينانص و هذا في مصلحة المستخدم العادي للعملات الرقمية.

I know how annoying it is to have one of your accounts banned especially if you use it for work. However, I believe their decision was justified since the deposited coins came from a sanctioned mixer which is known for being involved in money laundering activities. You should be thankful they let you withdraw your money, other exchanges wouldn't do the same.

If you are not certain where your clients get their coins from, better ask them to send them to your personal wallet before depositing them into a centralized exchange.

I believe the vulnerability can't be exploited without a valid user ID and the attackers are definitely getting those IDs from the jackpot leader board. This explains why only a limited number of users were affected by this attack.
If freebitco.in team are aware of this ND didn't take any action, that's bad. If they aren't, that's even worse!

The difference between your case and his is that he made a deposit while you didn't. Since you didn't make a deposit, the attacker probably decided to change his tactic by making you believe your account got banned.

من الطبيعي أن يكون هناك مثل هذا العدد من المواطنين الفلبينيين الذين لا يمتلكون حسابات بنكية و ذلك نتيجة الوضع الاقتصادي في البلاد. هذا لا يعني انهم اختاروا العملات الرقمية كبديل للبنوك بل لأسباب أخرى.
أيضا نسبة او عدد المستخدمين لا يعني بالضرورة امتلاك كميات كبيرة من العملة.
الأمر الأكيد هو أن العملات الرقمية تمثل حلا لمواطني الدول النامية إذ تسهل المعاملات المالية بدون تعقيدات البنوك و غيرها.

بالتأكيد ان بينانص ستقوم بما يلزم للعودة للنشاط في الفلبين ان كانت تمثل سوقا جيدة بالنسبة لها و هي بالتأكيد تمتلك الاحصائيات اللازمة التي تخولها الحكم ان كان الأمر يستحق ذلك او لا. الأكيد أيضا ان بينانص ليست في حاجة لمزيد من التضييقات في الوقت الحالي.

زهاو المدير التنفيذي السابق لبينانص يعتبر محظوظا جدا بالحكم عليه بأربعة أشهر سجن فقط. الجرائم المالية في بعض الدول و منها الولايات المتحدة عادة ما تكون الأحكام عليها قاسية جدا و الأجهزة القانونية متشددة جدا في هذا الخصوص.
مثلا، في قضية مشابهة ما زالت مفتوحة، تروج اخبار ان المتهم يمكن أن يسجن لفترة تصل لعشرين سنة.
السجن باربع أشهر يعتبر مخففا جدا مقارنة بذلك. لا أحد يعلم ما يحدث في الخفاء لكن هناك احتمال كبير ان يكون زهاو قد عقد صفقة مع السلط مقابل الحصول على حكم مخفف. هذا مجرد اعتقاد، طبعا.

بالفعل، عديد القرارات او بالأحرى السياسات الصينية غير مفهومة و لا يمكن تفسيرها او فهم الغاية منها!. إضافة لهذا الموقف من صناديق الاستثمار و علاقة الصين الاقتصادية بصفة عامة مع هونغ كونغ هناك موقف اخر لم استطع فهمه: رغم كونه خارج عن الموضوع بعض الشيئ لكن يعطي فكرة عن بعض سياسات الصين و هو منع الرهان في كامل البلاد بإستثناء منطقة واحدة و هي ماكاو. و ما يزيد من غرابة الموضوع هو أن هذه المنطقة لا يسمح فيها بالرهانات فقط بل انها أصبحت تعتبر العاصمة العالمية لهذا النشاط!
فكيف يمكن تفسير ذلك؟

هل لديك فكرة عن سبب منع الصينيين من الاستثمار في هذه الصناديق؟ هل للأمر علاقة بموقف الصين من العملات الرقمية ام ان السبب سياسي؟
على كل حال تبقى خطوة جيدة في اتجاه التبني العالمي المتزايد للبيتكوين و العملات الرقمية بصفة عامة. اتمنى ان يساهم هذا الخبر في تغيير الاتجاه الحالي للسوق حيث يواصل سعر البيتكوين التراجع تقريبا من حدث التنصيف.

بالنسبة لزعزعة سوق العملات الرقمية أعتقد أن الولايات المتحدة جربت ذلك عديد المرات و لم ينجح ذاك بل بالعكس يعود السوق أقوى من السابق بعد كل محاولة.
بالنسبة للمتهم فمن الطبيعي ان يرفض الادانة و يتعلق بأبسط امل نظرا للعقوبة القاسية التي تنتظره و لا أعتقد أن دفع الكفالة يشكل مشكلا بالنسبة له.

من ناحية تقنية، حتى هذا المصطلح لا معنى له فإذا اشترى لص من عندك منتج او خدمة بشكل شرعي فلا يمكن محاسبتك على قبول الثمن مهما كان مصدر الأموال.

لا أعلم حقيقة مدى دقة هذه الأرقام لكن حسب احصائية لبينانص، رغم أنها تعود لبضعة أشهر، الفلبين لا توجد في قائمة اول عشر دول من ناحية امتلاك و استعمال العملات الرقمية.
رغم ان الاحصائية قديمة بعض الشيئ لكن لا أعتقد أن هناك تغيير كبير قد حدث.
ربما هناك خطأ في الترجمة و 30% المقصود بها هو Crypto gamers و ليس crypto holders او users!
من الصعب جدا أن يكون عدد مستعملى العملات الرقمية في الفلبين يمثل 30%  من إجمالي المستعملين.  لكن ربما تكون مخطئ!

I totally understand how annoying it is when you can't play your favorite games because of geo-restrixtion but I do not recommend using VPNs to bypass the restriction to avoid getting in trouble. At least, try contacting the customer support and ask them if it's OK to do so.

Logically, since it's the game provider (ELK) who have banned your country then I doubt you will find any casino that will let you play their games.

That's unlikely to happen to Electrum and even if it happens there is nothing to worry about.
Electrum is an open source software so as long as you or anyone else have a copy of the source code, you can compile it any time and continue using it.
Also, even all Electrum servers are taken down, you can run your own Electrum server and connect your wallet to it. This is the beauty of open-source and decentralization.

Detecting if a user has multiple accounts is not that hard even if the casino do not ask for kyc.
The problem here is that since the casino promote itself as decentralized and all you need to login is to connect your wallet then prohibiting multi-accounting doesn't really make sense!

كلامك صحيح اخي، و اصلا CZ أقر لما نسب اليه من تهم و لم ينكرها. العقوبة التي وجهت له و للمنصة تعتبر عقوبة مخففة.
لست ضليعا في قوانين الولايات المتحدة لكن حسب ما أعلم أن العقوبات على الجرائم المالية لها نفس الحدة او حتى احد من العقوبات السلطة على الجرائم الكبرى مثل القتل و غيرها.
لا أعتقد أن بينانص تحت الإدارة الجديدة ستقوم باي عمل يمكن أن يعرضها للعقوبات لانه في هذه الحالة ستكون العقوبات قاسية جدا و لا يمكنهم تحمل ذلك.

اعتقد ان هذا الأمر شبه مستحيل. الحالة الوحيدة هي أن تعد السلطات قائمة العناوين التي يمنع التعامل معها و عندها عند إيداع أموال منها في احد الخدمات يتم حجز تاك الأموال.
لكن كما ذكرت ذلك شبه مستحيل لذلك الحل الانسب للسلطات (رغم اني لا ادعمه) ان تقوم بحضر خدمات الخلط بصفة عامة و كلية بدل إيقاف احد مقدمي الخدمة في كل مرة.

I don't think this is possible unless he has approved a transaction without verifying its details. When you connect your wallet to an online website, all the website owner can see is your wallet address (Including its balance and transaction history.. the usual information you can get by looking it up on any block explorer).
What they are likely going to do is to initiate a transaction which sends all his coins to them and ask him to approve it, hoping he will be careless and doesn't check the transaction details.

This made me go and re-read the topic again in cas I missed something. I believe this topic is, unlike you said, directed to those who can not control themselves and need a way to prevent them from gambling even if they wanted.
OP's suggestion is basically to lock your money/crypto somehow so you can't spend it on gambling. However, I don't this is going to work because and addict who can't control himself will definitely find a way to get more money.

If your personal information/documents fall into the wrong hands then you have no idea what they can do with it. It's not only about knowing where you leave and the risk of getting robbed. Your personal documents can be used in illigal activities such as scamming other people. They can use it to create accounts in your name on some exchanges for example and use it for money laundering...
Submitting your personal documents to your bank agency is not the same as submitting them to an online casino.
