201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Simpsons new prediction" on: April 14, 2021, 06:17:36 AM
Just a quick reminder that The Simpsons doesn't really make "predictions", but instead it's just that a decent number of events/occurrences shown in the show just occur in real life by coincidence.

I don't understand why people are so amazed by Simpsons prediction even when in reality it is just a coincidence.

Even I can say that bitcoin will prosper 10 years from now, what if that happened? Does it matter to them?

We can all make predictions about bitcoin and don't say that Simpsons can predict anything because they don't.

It is just a matter of fact that coincidence are on their side.
202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devices used for Gambling on: April 14, 2021, 05:43:45 AM
I'm using a desktop because I'm not a fan of laptop especially that we are in a pandemic right now.

All of us are advisable to stay at home even if we have a job to do. So it is much better to use a desktop especially if you want to gamble so that you can easily seek information that you need to acquire in order to have a profitable betting strategy.

But if you only afford a certain device then that's okay if you really like gambling, just use it.
203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cars That Can Be Purchased with Bitcoin on: April 13, 2021, 11:29:38 AM
Good research, these are an example that bitcoin can be utilized not only as an investment but also as a payment tool.

This a good adoption for bitcoin to enter automotive industry. Elon Musk or Tesla started this kind of concept to accept bitcoin when someone is wants to purchase one using bitcoin. I just wanna know if there's also a payment tool using bitcoin in buying a real estate.

I'm willing to learn more about the importance and new uses of bitcoin in many industries.

204  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My crypto journey so far on: April 12, 2021, 04:11:47 PM
I agree the price of altcoins is dependent on bitcoin but there is a better chance of making more profits trading alts than btc.
This I agree on. Its not that I am not pro bitcoin but the result on trading is quite impressive on Altcoin. Bye OP nice statement, its quite frequent to see newbies with this kind of broad experience. I can sense how you're doing good here on forum.

Props for YOU OP. Kinda have a different story but the ending is I become more active and learn so many things in crypto and its details. Keep it up.

Many people are only focusing on bitcoin without even trying to explore more cryptocurrencies in the market.

There are a lot of gems in the market which can give you profits that you want to work for besides bitcoin.

Seizing the opportunity of having different kind of coins and having different kinds of sources of profit is really effective if you try to study and work on it.
205  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: 2.3 bitcoins were stolen from me! on: April 12, 2021, 07:21:10 AM
If that is actually yours, I'm not sure why you're posting this just now because the YouTube video was uploaded a bit less than 2 years ago in Aug 27, 2019.

But assuming this is actually you losing 2.3 BTC, well, not sure why you're not using a hardware wallet for private key handling with that much amount of money. But yea, I can't understand Russian.

Oh no, always try to have a hardware wallet to store your bitcoin because there's no such thing as an exchange that is safe from attacks.

These hackers are really powerful but we can prevent out assets to be attacked by them.

Being a responsible and aware investor will really help us to secure our coins. It is not expensive to buy a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano X that will secure our bitcoins, it is not hard to order or buy online because there are a lot of website that are selling hardware wallets.
206  Economy / Economics / Re: What's Next? After Bitcoin Passes The 60K Mark...... on: April 11, 2021, 04:40:29 AM
I think it will now aim for its new goal which is a $100k mark, nothing is impossible with bitcoin.

It is not only used for speculation but it can be also used for paying something. Are you aware about Visa completing its first transaction using bitcoin? That's an example that bitcoin can be used as a payment tool and still there are more big companies which are trying to adopt it.

Maybe 5 years from now, more companies will implement this kind of adoption and development in their system.
207  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: When would I get my bitcoins from Elon Musk? on: April 11, 2021, 03:57:06 AM
There's no such thing like free bitcoin from someone, no one will give his bitcoin for nothing or for free.

Never expect for someone to give you free bitcoin, instead you should work for it and make yours grow. Obviously those people who are saying that they give free bitcoins are an expert scammers who wants to make money by fooling people. Also keep yourselves of these kind of scamming schemes that says they will have a bitcoin giveaway.

Be aware and be mindful of what you are seeing in the internet.
208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: List Of Benefits and Opportunities With Bitcoin on: April 11, 2021, 03:27:41 AM
We have different preferences in choosing how we will make bitcoin investment effective and profitable for us, investors.

If you're asking for an opportunity, there's a lot of opportunity in bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies if you seek information about it.

Bitcoin is a decentralized currency and by this crypto, we have financial freedom on our assets.
209  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Dating apps and websites crypto scam on: April 10, 2021, 05:45:22 AM
Even these dating apps are getting attacked by cryptocurrency scammers, what a shame on them.

They will really do anything just to fool people and earn easy money from newbies or ignorant people.

They are taking advantage of an uneducated person to become their victim.

We all know that cryptocurrency is so complex that people are getting confused about it and they don't know how to manage, or work on it properly.
210  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you believe history repeat itself? Economic wise. on: April 10, 2021, 04:43:34 AM
I don't know what country you're in, OP, but where I'm at (the US) inflation hasn't started soaring....yet.  I'm anticipating it's going to start taking off, but I just don't know when.  We've got all of this stimulus money being put in every citizen's hands, and simple supply and demand would dictate that we should be seeing prices rising more than they are.

And yes, I do think economic history does indeed repeat itself, especially in the stock market (which seems to have a very short memory).  Bubbles will continue to happen, depressions will continue--you name it, it'll come in cycles.  I do hope the US and some other countries have a plan to contain inflation and monetary devaluation due to all the money printing.  We know what the government is doing, but somehow we're never privy to their strategy for the future.  That's what concerns me.

We have nothing to do about it because no one expected this pandemic to hit us.

But before pandemic comes, there are already inflation and depression in some countries and this pandemic made it worse.

We are glad that we met bitcoin before so we can somehow fight inflation amidst this pandemic. But overall, history will surely repeat itself for some country. I'm also thinking about the future if there is still a pandemic that might hit us soon.

If this pandemic occur from nothing to something then there's also a possibility that more pandemic will hit us sooner or later.
211  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid virus 2021 on: April 10, 2021, 04:07:55 AM
But why this time the number of Covid positive in our Country are increasing with new variant of Covid Virus? It seems that this pandemic has no end...There is also another lockdown. It's so sad and difficult!
What will happen to us and to our economy?
Do you think this virus will not stop?
What about in your Country?

It is the same in our country, number of positive cases are increasing everyday because people are stubborn and the government officials are chilling right there corrupting the money allocated for this pandemic. They are the one who make things worse and doesn't care about the people.

I think now, much better to stay at home and focus on crypto rather than trying to find another job which is very impossible at this moment.

There are people who are doing everything just to have food on their plate but the opportunities are small especially for those people who don't have any idea about cryptocurrency.
212  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will governments ban Bitcoin like they did with Gold? on: April 10, 2021, 03:37:20 AM
There are governments which already banned bitcoin in their country, like India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and etc.

They prefer having Gold instead of bitcoin that's why it is really hard for them to adopt, they really don't seek information about the development of currencies.

I know that India is trying to legalize cryptocurrency in their country but they are having a hard time to regulate it properly that's why it ended up banning again.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Giving bitcoins as a gift? on: April 10, 2021, 02:59:44 AM
It depends if you will teach him how to convert it into USDT if you will give him an as is bitcoin because most of the average person here are not knowledgeable about cryptocurrency. Isn't it awkward if you will still approach someone who already have a family and you said that you like her but it is not  bad to help someone that helped you when you're down.

Giving her bitcoin in return can be a good start for her to become knowledgeable about the existence of bitcoin in our environment.

214  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Many people think that Bitcoin is not a currency with practical uses on: April 09, 2021, 07:43:05 AM
I won't even disagree that bitcoin is mostly used for speculation, because it's a pretty safe assumption. But even so, let's not pretend that it's not being used as a currency and as a store of value. Are we going to totally ignore it's important uses just because a lot of people use it for speculation?

As for the typical I've-seen-this-a-million-times bubble question, sure. It has bursted a couple of times in the past already. But every single time, the price floor has been higher.

No matter what other people say, I researched about bitcoin and I'm using it on how it is being utilized properly.

I'm benefiting bitcoin for so many years and it really a good thing for me.

I'm using it as an investment tool, and safe haven for my assets and we really have different preferences or strategies on how we will make a certain coin profitable for us.
215  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tenants to pay rent with bitcoin on: April 09, 2021, 06:42:15 AM
We need more institutional companies adding crypto as their payment method. This will encourage ordinary people to take a look what's in store for them when they deal with crypto particularly bitcoin. This will drive also mass adoption among previously noncrypto users. These companies believe about the bright future of crypto, the reason why they are open to the idea of accepting bitcoin payments.

It is a good form of adoption when companies tends to accept bitcoin as a payment in rents or other business.

We need to adopt in the situation where cryptocurrencies are invading the market and the transaction processes.

Accepting bitcoin as a payment will help other companies to also adopt and develop their business to also receive cryptocurrencies as a payment tool.
216  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall to Zero? Possible or not? on: April 09, 2021, 05:58:56 AM
What a nonsense topic, bitcoin will never lose its value in the market especially that it has already a lot of investors.

Bitcoin is developing and improving day by day and it is really now reaching $100k mark and it is not impossible.

Also there's no reason for bitcoin to fall into $5k price because there are already a lot of coins that can also push bitcoin to much more popularity.
217  Economy / Economics / Re: More bullish news: Paypal will alllow crypto checkout on: April 06, 2021, 05:15:31 AM
These kind of news are the one that makes bitcoin's price to pump for a specific period of time.

This is an example of adoption and a proof that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have really a value in the market and in our society.

Still hopefully more countries or big companies will see the value of cryptocurrencies so that we can evolve together and develop cryptos that will change our lives.

219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am writing an article on how to stop bitcoin. Can you guy help out? on: April 06, 2021, 04:14:26 AM
What do you mean STOP? That totally no nodes anywhere operating? Or just a specific thing that wouldn't let people use their BTC?

Almost everything in your list has been accused to BTC and has been expressed. Despite that, look at BTC now. It's more vital than ever, and I don't think it's stopping anytime soon. Especially not in our lifetime.

Bitcoin is unstoppable if you mean that bitcoin can be stopped by that hindrances in the market.

People who knew bitcoin will never stop using it and investing it as long as its price is increasing in the market. It will surely increase its price especially that it has a limited supply and some countries right now are using bitcoin in many transaction so it is already a part of currencies around the world.

This coin is really powerful right now and it has a lot of opportunities where its investor can benefit from.
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC was a lifetime chance and I don't think we will see a similar opportunity on: April 05, 2021, 07:43:40 AM
There's already a lot of people that had changes in their life when they met bitcoin.

Bitcoin is full of opportunity especially that if you know how it works and why it is existing in the market.

This is the most famous cryptocurrency and the first coin to have the largest value in the market.

Most of the crypto investor are relying on bitcoin and now they are also seizing the opportunity in fiats and altcoins.
