I have a couple of stacks of diamonds. How do I equalize them so they have an equal chance to POS? Do I have to send from one wallet address to the other?
Also, if I reboot my computer does it effect my chance at staking?
My month to month staking isn't even close to being equal. I know there is a random factor to it. Just trying to figure out how it works.

it was by changing my DMD to Ripple  DMD is a good coin, don't get me wrong. Staking needs to be far more reliable and consistent though for it to be worth it. When I was getting a consistent 25% annualized return, it was. After the 3.0 update and massive difficulty increase, it wasn't. Simple as that. Its a good concept, just needs some tweaking. Staking time went from 3 days, to over 2 weeks now on 200+ DMD. I'm out. Better investments out there....

Any news coming? POS rewards seem very low (~8% annual) ..much lower than before. Is this coin still worth holding?
I don't know where you got this information but let me just say that: DMD has today approximately 25% of annual income. If that's too little, I want to note that most other coin offers investors or 0% (in the case of a choice of POW coins) or 1-3% ( POS) annual income. P.s And by the way, for the record, Bitcoin is a POW coin, and offers only 0% of annual income to its investors, but some people for some reason still buy it  |

I just found an old wallet.dat from the DMD 2.0 times. I have no wallet installed on my Windows laptop. What should I do to get my DMD back ?
I'm pretty sure the safest way is to install the v2 wallet from here: https://github.com/DMDcoin/Diamond_OLD/releasesThen export the private keys and import them in the v3 wallet. Note that you have to export and import the key for every single address in your old wallet to make sure you get all the coins. Great thx ! I have also forgotten my password. I have a list of 24 words but I do not know the correct order or if some elements need to be removed. Any ideas of what I can do ? I think there are some tools I could use, but the ones I found did not work apparently. if you have forgotten your password, the only way to get access to the wallet is to remember it. |

There is no any limit for staking. Even piles of 0.1 DMD will stake, just rare. You can see staking status here: https://chainz.cryptoid.info/dmd/#!extraction Scroll to "Stake Input Size for the last 1000 blocks". "Popular" stake sizes now are around 50 DMD and around 300 DMD. I have more than 50 DMD and my wallet is unlocked, staking displayed as active with that little blue diamond icon but I am not getting anything (now waiting for 1 month) , is there anything special that must be done or added to the conf file ? 50 DMD have a chance to stake on average around once a month so it can happen u have to wait 3 months without find a block and in another month u find 3 blocks thats what "on average" means @noxx thx i just see u gave exact the same answer! great supportive community it feels warm like home in here! The developer Berzerk is currently seeking other developers to assist in the project. As of now he is doing light maintenance as needed. Hopefully the committee and new devs will be up and running soon.
Come on such a coin with such history and great name should not be left like this piece of ancient crud. Coin swap it to a better code base with a dev funding mechanism built in so we can afford more than hobbyist coders playing around with a few lines here and there in their spare time. Group funds a pot of WDC and entice some decent coders that are willing to put some effort in. It shows these coins were distributed properly because no whales hold enough to have incentive to update them to something of interest to the community. wdc dgc quark cbx all the 2013 big hitters are reduced to dust .... I think most serious investors know that the success is impossible without a complete reform of the WDC blockchain. While in the community will reached an agreement about it, this coin will remain in the dust. Hi guys, does DMD have anything to do with real diamonds or is it only called Diamond because the coin is scarce and therefore as valuable as a diamond? Im really into precious minerals and would like to obtain some diamonds. Both would be great a real, physical diamond as well as a digital diamond. I have already been collecting precious minerals since I was a kid and got a pretty big collection so far (also some really small diamonds, but none of real value unfortunately).
