201  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / So.. we all just got our BTC * 600 in value yes? on: August 02, 2017, 12:30:42 PM
Does anyone have a guide on how to move your coins from storage onto the BTC cash chain..  It's looking like it's time to sell some cash lol.

You guys are hitting some good points.
Now compering cryptopia and chainz explorer (chainz-largest wallet- sort by address count), numbers dont add up regarding that 800k holder.
I think that is a cold wallet that Cryptopia uses and distributes accordingly. But then again it could be a single coin holder as you mentioned.
What amazes me is the fact that i have no idea nor indication when it would be a good time to take the profit on Joule as we all wanna make some money. Smiley

I see some holders with millions in their account and waiting on them to do some moves but it has not happened yet, but all they do is acquire more and more.
As much as this scares me -- Top 10 have 50.35% of all coins i see nothing else but wallets getting bigger and bigger.
Just like Bitcoin i tought ok its time to start selling Joule at 50 then at 70 and now at 100 i say well, lets see if 1000 will come along.
As a "wanna be crypto trader  Grin"  and looking at the history of this coin an how far it has come, i dont think we shall see any major unloading anytime soon, giving the credit to dear Bitcoin as well.
But if we do, it has been an impressive Journey.

Don't expect that too quickly..  Mine will not be moving very easily.
Furthermore aren't some of those wallets exchange wallets?
204  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else think "long term" hodlers are idiots? on: June 28, 2017, 01:41:07 PM
Funny how every time the market is in a recession and losers keep holding on to their losses they magically become "long term" holders.

God damn it, "long term" is such a stupid meme. Admit it, you wanted to get rich quick and once you realised you are too dumb to swing trade you suddenly became a "long term" loser.

Such idiocity.

You think Dan Balzerian held anything "long term"?

Long term is for losers.

Being up 200% in 4 years... I have smashed everyone in the stock market.. soo no I think I am a fucking god.

206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We can't buy something with Bitcoin quickly on: June 21, 2017, 05:22:35 PM
Depends on the merchant, the guy in my city(a baker) is fine with an unconfirmed tx.  For sure there will be people that double spend as people are serious piles of shit, but that is just like the losers that dine and dash, steal from vending machines,  etc.  Business just eat the costs of human bile.

209  Economy / Speculation / Re: Call the bottom on: June 15, 2017, 06:06:59 PM
$1100-1200, 6months to 3 years, $8-15k next top.
210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Syncing several blockchains at the same time slower? on: June 13, 2017, 06:52:34 PM
Doesn't matter if you do them one at a time or all at once.  Might be the CPU that is slow down, really doesn't matter much IMO.

Do the CPU matter though for the download? I do some CPU mining at the same time. But I dont see any differance from what I can see when I shut down the mining

For the download no, but it is running the wallets.
211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: It does appear.. ETH will 10 fold BTC market cap with in the year... on: June 12, 2017, 08:13:03 PM
So Ether's market cap will be 450 000 000 000$ by the end of the year?

Please explain why you think so?

While I will continue to hold BTC.. I have a feeling.. investors are going to bail on it..
212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will there be a flippening? on: June 12, 2017, 06:30:50 PM
The last couple days, the price of ETH went through the roof, due to china having interest in the token, and alot of other big companies and banks aswell.

ETH is currently nearing the marketcap, and if it continues like this, it will pass bitcoin's marketcap before august 1st.

What will happen then? Do you guys think there is going to be a flippening? Will eth take over the role of bitcoin?

It would appear yes, yes it will.
213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: All cryptocurrencies vallue dropping fast atm on: June 12, 2017, 06:29:26 PM

217  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: backup up wallets - are web based services deemed acceptable? on: June 02, 2017, 07:00:51 PM
Hum....... if it is a solid passphrase.. it should be..
218  Economy / Speculation / Re: Picture Speculation on: May 28, 2017, 09:30:23 PM

Have we done it?

How many people are using Bitcoin and how many may use it in the future?

There are more than 7B people in the world. Less than 5M bitcoiners, probably much less. Do you really thing we are near the saturation of BTC usage?

No I am suggesting we just passed the chasm.  Lots of momentum coming.
219  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crying board - Who got burnt - vote on: May 26, 2017, 08:13:06 PM
I bought BTC at $1200 and watched it go to $200.  Even bought then after all the "cheap coin" talkers had bailed out and claimed BTC was dead.

It's all laughs and gravy for me now.

Exactly this.

After 2013/2014 you can can handle everything.

I don't think we reached a reversal like that yet though. This is simply a much needed correction after way too much of going up.

I also think this is just a correction and we keep in bull market territory.
