Only altcoin I bought recently (the only one) is ETH. 120M eth limit would be very good for ETH price to increase.

My plan is to wait total market to recover and BTC dominance to reduce till the end of this year. Trading at the moment does not seem to safe to me.

Never used poloniex, bittrex and binance are my favs and cryptopia provided a good profit 3-4 months ago. For starters, using binance and bittrex is enough (and safe as well)

It is spreadly known and true thing. The panic causes losing money. Being patient is the key thing in this world. Try to wait for market to recover before taking action.

The answer is both. Actually, with bounty, you are investing your time but not money. However, you are making a research of the project before joining them, which makes you have more knowledge about the upcoming projects and you know where to invest your money.

BTC dominance has significantly increased. It is almost half of the total market cap. However, alts are NOT dying, it is all about the unstabil situation of the market. When we start seeing green everywhere, the money will flow from BTC to alts and dominance of BTC will reduce.

NEO and VEN would be my choise. VEN is so undervalued atm. NEO is a very strong project and it is my long term investment for months.

I am not afraid of them, since I take my precautions like downloading only trustable apps / software, do not visiting harmful webpages and keeping private keys of the wallets safely. I also distribute my money to different exchanges / wallets.

Good list with one exception: consider adding VeChain to your list. It is undervalued at the moment.

Eventually, we will be in a month, where most of the days we will see green. Each time I see a 'green day', I believe that the process has started. Maybe not this time, but it will come hopefully.

You can find them on coinmarketcap.com. However, do not rely on the price of any coin. If the supply is toooo much, then it is very hard for price to be double.

No they won't. The ratio of ICOs of good projects decreases day by day but note that ICOs are quite beneficial for the project itself and the investors for the long term. So, people will keep investing ICOs.

NEO, VEN, AION, ICX, NEBL are the coins that I would recommend (and I invested before) for the long term investment.

I believe and hope that after the middle of this year, we will start seeing green again. Seeing red through all 2018 will reduce the faith of people to cryptocurrencies and it will be bad for 2019 as well...

I keep saying this everyday starting from February month, and I will keep saying this till the middle of 2018. If it is not OK till then, I would start panicing 
I believe that market will recover before 2019.

If you have made a good research about the project and the team (even they might be unreal people, fake names etc), it is quite safe to participate them.
