201  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinurl - SCAM? on: August 25, 2014, 05:56:55 PM
Yep it's a scam, there are threads about it everywhere on bitcointalk.
Just do some google and they are all over the place.
No, newbie idiot, it's not a scam because people fail to understand how they work and post their own crybaby threads all over the forum. The 'pending' payments aren't confirmed and there is no guarantee that they are valid views that follow the rules of the service in such a way that would result in you getting paid. They're reviewed and if something seems sketchy about the hit you will not get paid, simple as that.

I contacted them, the site is run by a french goofball and couple Russians. You're a god damn retard either way.
Insults won't get you anywhere.

Here's the deal.

I use their service - I'm happy with it.
If you aren't - don't use it. Adfly works if you want link shorteners that pays in USD.

Bottom line it's their service they can do whatever the hell they want, as much as you can chose not to use their service.
202  Economy / Services / Re: [BitRoulette] Revolutionary signature campaign | Get paid every 10 days! on: August 25, 2014, 05:55:52 PM
Trying out your casino and when I make a deposit it has all this in there:

We accept Bitcoins as an experiment to see how popular this payment option is among our players. The payments are processed manually by our personnel. To make deposit, please send the payment to _____________ (minimum payment for Bitcoin to be processed is 0.01 BTC)

After sending the payment, please immediately contact us to let us know about your payment. Please provide your Bitcoin address and the amount of your payment in BTC units (not in $). We will credit the amount to your casino account within 24-48 hours.

Cashouts will only be possible back to the Bitcoin account you used to make deposits. Cashouts will be sent manually within 48 hours after cashout request.

Important: for convenience, we use artifical fixed rate of $1000/BTC for deposits and cashouts. This means that each $1 in your casino account represents 1 mBTC (0.001 BTC). So if you sent 0.01 BTC, you will receive $10 in your casino account, and if you will cashout these $10 you will get your 0.01 BTC back.

Why does it take so long to deposit?
Something just occurred to me. Is all profit counted when calculating how much people are getting paid for this campaign, or only that from people playing with bitcoins?
OP won't be back till payday so we won't get any responses till then. And at that point it doesn't matter because we'll see how much everyone gets paid each!

I'll gladly post what I ended up getting paid here, for everyone to see! Smiley
203  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: www.lunamine.com - 0.0025 BTC/GHs mining contracts | On-demand withdrawals on: August 25, 2014, 05:54:52 PM
I've been waiting for someone I contacted about this affair to come up with the answer to a very simple question.
It's now been a day without any answer to that simple question, so maybe I'll try some teasing here to motivate him, for I would prefer that person to come forward rather than having to dox anyone...

Either some identification of people or place of scammers would be the best announcement we could see.

Any name will follow later, if necessary, but for now, here is a clue : try, not Sweden, but the other side of the Earth.

Couldn't you be more specific, I don't see the point of doing this unless you're trying to lead us down a wrong path?
You're making it a bit too obvious.
204  Economy / Services / Re: PB Mining -- 5 year mining contracts! on: August 25, 2014, 05:54:11 PM
Price has probably gone up because theres so much bad press about it being a ponzi and they're close to collapsing.

Ponzis collapse pretty fast when they don't get any new investments, hence the need for more money.
Doesn't make any sense, if they wanted people to invest they wouldn't increase the prices, that makes it even worse.
205  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crossed 500 USD - Bull Market returns ? on: August 25, 2014, 05:52:51 PM
Am I wrong or the bitcoin's value is mostly based by whales actions on the market?
Of course they can affect the price but it's hardly the only determining factor.

Whales have a huge impact on bitcoin price, because the bitcoin market cap is still rather small, compared to the stock and forex market.

They are only determining the month to month price however, and even if they dump out huge amounts the price always stabilizes after a while.
206  Economy / Services / Re: Bitstars.net Signature Campaign – up to 0.1 BTC and more per month for 50 posts on: August 25, 2014, 05:52:07 PM
Question for OP. Do current users on campaign get priority for renewal after the month is up? Would auto-renewal be possible? Thanks

Hi AT101ET,

Yes, we will give priority for former participants.

Read the op. The Member slots are currently full, though I think the others are now also.

Correct as always, all full! Smiley Thanks!

/1rP5tpp][Suspicious link removed]/1rP5tpp   To boost your affiliate rate. To be clear you can only participate in ONE of either the signature or affiliate campaign at one time.

All signatures will be sent soon, this takes a lot more time than most people think.

These users will be denied payment as they were banned during the term from the forum:

If you are a Senior or Hero member and do not receive a PM from me the next 2 days it means you are 100% good to go. Don't take it personally as there are 95+ senior members participating right now, that number will be cut in half.

EDIT: The campaign will be closed to those who are currently participating and I will be weeding out people who spam (many of them have graduated to the senior rank)

Hi Stunna,

How are you able to see the ban status of users, and their ban duration? This information is not public knowledge and is being used for commercial purposes.

Maybe he has other account which is mod on this forum . LOL .

Btw ur trust rating is i think the best on this forum, how u menaged to do that :S .
I am pretty sure this is not the case. He is paying staff above market rates then somehow has access to information that only mods have access to. I am surprised users are not making a bigger deal about this.
Not going to point fingers, but one of the moderators (not me BTW), trying to prevent spammers from getting paid for their posts, gave info to Stunna about banned users who were participating in his campaign and Stunna decided to post it. Good intent, bad execution.

Do u mean hilariousandco is leaking mod data ? Is it allowed ? Should not it be discussed in the Meta section ?

Doubt there's any specific rules against it, although it seems highly immoral.

Source code or it's wallet stealing malware.

Source code or it's wallet stealing malware.

No exceptions.
Everyone, please listen to this guy. He knows a lot about stealing bitcoin wallets.
If that's the case then his advice is more precious than anyone else's.
210  Economy / Services / Re: Are you an angry bastard - Get $$ to be a Troll on: August 24, 2014, 07:41:27 PM
So how much are you earning by selling the registered emails?

Is it really worthwhile? Smiley))
211  Economy / Services / Re: win88.me - signatures - 0.15 BTC paid up front on: August 24, 2014, 07:37:06 PM
Should i post the codes for my signature design here to participate for the 0.1 BTC bounty?

I already PMed them to coin.princess

We first need to know when this sig design contest is going to end ? It seems coin.princess wants it to run for unlimited time !!!

Yeah, i have doubts about that too.
Dont post your codes if OP hasn't stated any rules about the competition.

If you post the codes you're exploiting yourself to risk of theft, just post the code into the posts without using quotes, and nobody will be able to steal it.
212  Economy / Services / Re: [BitRoulette] Revolutionary signature campaign | Get paid every 10 days! on: August 24, 2014, 07:33:23 PM
You are asking the campaigners to take your business risk in return for possibly a higher payoff
Happy with my current campaign but will track how you guys go from here
If nobody tries it out we'll never know, that's what I figured. Smiley
Personally I have high hopes, and if it turns out to pay too low,
OP might have to change the rules a bit. Smiley

We'll see in a week!
213  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice | Most Popular Bitcoin Game| 0.91% Edge| PVP | Jackpot | Faucet on: August 24, 2014, 03:03:11 PM
Anyone else experiencing the problem that automatic betting stops after a few bets even though you don't limit the number of rolls?

Even after checking that box, and limiting the number of rolls to 100, it doesn't go that far, ever.
214  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Paid to Click Bitcoin websites on: August 24, 2014, 02:54:47 PM
If you find a site that claims to pay you more than a few satoshi
per click chances are you've stumbled upon a site that won't pay you.

PTC sites are usually not worth the time. If you would go outside for the same amount of time as you spent on
those sites you'd most likely earn more by picking up dropped change.
215  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: August 24, 2014, 02:53:10 PM
It has absolutely nothing to do with affiliates / referrals though? You DO get paid in bitcoins, the only thing that's different is how the individual earnings are calculated.
It all depends on how much the house gets, if it gets nothing, you won't get anything (except referral earnings). If it earns a little, you get almost nothing, etc. They take a 20% cut as well. I don't think it's worth to be added to the OP.
Alright it's your call. And you do have a point, also fitting their rules into your table wouldn't be possible as it is. Smiley
216  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinurl - SCAM? on: August 23, 2014, 11:36:24 PM

217  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Lunamine.com is a BIG SCAM - Scammed Customer and Forum Members on: August 23, 2014, 11:33:09 PM
Well for future reference don't invest in newly started cloud mining sites that offer you unrealistically cheap GH/s contracts. They did pay me for referral work and I too thought it was legitimate but I would never have invested a single satoshi.
218  Other / Archival / Re: a-ads.com SCAM on: August 23, 2014, 11:29:28 PM
If they don't want me advertising my sites on their network they should refund my money. Otherwise, they are thieves.

Unless it is explicitly stated in their terms of service linked from every page of the site. That's our current policy to prevent scammers from advertising.

Yesterday we received an email from moriartybitcoin, we replied in ~3 hours in order to resolve the issue, but he started a smear campaign even before that:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=748902.msg8457699#msg8457699

Here is our reply:

And after that he started to threaten us and doing this:

http://bitcoinscammer.com/ (wow, he registered a domain for us yesterday!)

http://bitscams.org/bitcoin-scams/bitcoin-web-scam/a-ads-com-scam

This is the link to his campaign: https://a-ads.com/campaigns/3292

You can see that he deposited 0.1 btc, not 1 btc as he claims in http://bitscams.org/bitcoin-scams/bitcoin-web-scam/a-ads-com-scam

Unfortunately all his further emails and actions confirm our initial suspicions.

PS: Here is our official thread at bitcointalk.org: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=140822.0

That's absolutely right, and I will NOT stop until you refund my 0.10 btc which you simply STOLE from me.  Outright theft.

I'm preparing to make an announcement about your scam service to all users of my websites, email lists, etc.  Also, I'm going to invest some time and energy to ensure that you are exposed as a fraud and ripoff.

You cannot simply play judge jury and executioner because you own a site.

I'm pretty sure that's exactly what they can do, seeing as it's obvious you're the untrustworthy guy in this discussion.

You got a perfectly reasonable response from the site owners. Did you even bother to read their user agreement?
219  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: August 23, 2014, 09:24:47 PM
Might wanna check Bitroulettes campaign out.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=748450.0

It's a bit different, doesn't pay out directly in btc but in shares. First payment in a week will be interesting to see.
I won't add them, because it looks to much like a referral/affiliate thing and I don't not add those to my topic.

bitcoininformation, take note that the OP of the 777Coin ad campaign violates his own rules. Sending you the details through PM.
I have received the details and I will keep a close eye on this campaign. If it happens again I will add an asterisk to their name. I'm afraid that that is all I can do.
It has absolutely nothing to do with affiliates / referrals though? You DO get paid in bitcoins, the only thing that's different is how the individual earnings are calculated.
