201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Just-Dice.com : now with added CLAMs : Play or Invest on: September 26, 2017, 10:44:27 PM

If someone comes and starts betting for max profit and winning it, investors wouldn't be able to buy the needed CLAMS to deposit them, even if they are online and ready to buy them in an exchange (totally unrealistic). Actually, there aren't even enough CLAMS being offered in exchanges to buy them in that scenario (357703 are available on Poloniex now, that's only about 40% of the insite bankroll, and that obviously includes those listed for way more than the current price, like a 190345 clams sell order for BTC0.008 each, about 4 times the current price). An scenario like a short squeeze would occur in that case. It's just not possible to buy back hundreds of thousands of CLAMS.

I don't see the problem? If there are 357.703 coins available to be bought on polonies (there are probably other sites who sell the coins as well), and the max win is 70k-ish, everyone would be able to buy their CLAMS back.

What you are allowing, which is basically leverage, wouldn't be that problematic if it wasn't because Just-Dice bankroll is about 1/3 of the total supply of this coin, and average leverage is 1:15. The scenario of someone betting for the max profit may be unlikely, but it just makes no sense to risk getting in that situation. In that scenario, only those that aren't lying with their insite+offsite bankroll (which is probably just a minority of people as you are forced to be at 1:25 not to be deluted) would be able to bear the downswing. Meanwhile the rest of investors would be losing about 7% of their CLAMS in each max profit lost bet, instead of the optimal 1% or a conservative 0.5%.

I don't see the problem here either. As an investor, you have the choise to take a higher risk, you don't have to if you don't want to.
Personally, I like to have more profit as an investor, so I do take a higher leverage when I invest. If I lose bigger, I realize that it's part of the game, but in the long run, I'm making more money.
202  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE - 🎲🎲🎲 ICO ANNOUNCE 15 AUG 2017! JOIN THE TRANSFORMATION! 🎰🎰🎰 on: September 26, 2017, 02:26:57 PM
That would be great for long-term holder, otherwise there will be a dump right after every payout.

A dump after every payout? That would be amazing. I can't wait if that is really happening. Knowing that the price will raise right before every payout, it would be a great way to make a large sum of money.

If the token loses only 10% of it's value, and recovers later, huge profits can be made by buying after the payout, and selling them just before every payout.

i have 2 questions hope i can get answer:

1.- How often will the profit sharing be made?
2.- Will you take into account the time we take holding the positions or only the number of tokens we have?

thanks!!

Although I am not related to bitdice (except for holding tokens  Grin ), I can answer these questions.

1. Payouts will be made 4 times each year. I am not 100% sure when the first payout will be, but I thought it would be early January.

2. No, how long someone possesses the tokens will not be taken in account. If you aquiered the tokens the day before the payout, you're receiving exactely the same amount as someone who has been holding them for 2 months.
204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What is myetherwallet.com on: September 25, 2017, 01:52:10 PM
Myetherwallet is a website where you can generate and access your address. Read the site carefully, because it can be confusing the first time you use it. When you've created an address, you can use that to receive coins. You can access the site later to send the coins to someone else.

If you have tokens, you can't convert it to ETH of BTC using this site. You have to send it to an exchange where you can trade them for other coins.
205  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: private Key ? on: September 25, 2017, 09:46:08 AM
The private key is (the name already tells it) the key with which you have access to an address. Every bitcoin address has a private key linked to it, so when you give away your private key, the person who you gave it to has access to that address. That's the reason why you should protect it at every cost.

Most of the time, you won't see the private key though, since it is stored in a wallet.
206  Local / Beurzen / Re: altcoins kopen, via bittrex? on: September 25, 2017, 09:36:02 AM

Our site is responsive to mobile. But you have marked its not mobile friendly.. Please double check
That's right. It's not mobile friendly. The website shown is just the same website as the one in the PC browser. The creteria that I set was not about wheter or not the site is visible, but wheter or not you can bet easily on the website. That's not the case in your website.

Not sure why you marked Crypto-Games.net as kind of mobile friendly

-image- -image- -image-

You site is marked as kind of mobile friendly, since it's not fully mobile friendly, but neither horrible. The buttons are way to small to easily navige through the site. If you'd make all the buttons a little larger, I would put you in the 'good' cathegory.
208  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Overview of all bitcoin casinos] Latest update: 23-09-17 on: September 23, 2017, 02:56:52 PM
As of today, I have added to all dice sites wheter or not they are mobile friendly. Nowedays more and more people are gambling with their phone and/or tablet, so it is for sure handy to have that stat listed here.

Also, I am thinking about creating a website with the sites listed. The site will obviousely be more fancy than this list. If you guys are interested, please let me know.

Also, if new sites are around, don't forget to PM that to me (or post it here), so that I can update the list if necessary.

I can confirm that I have received all of the tokens that I bought.

I do have a question though:
Is there any way to find out how many profits the casino has made after the 22nd? Not that I need to know it immediately, but it would be nice to be able to see it in 1 month, or to verify it whenever the first dividends pay out.

https://dicesites.com/bitdiceme

Here are only dice bets.

You need to read my question correctly. I was asking for the profits after the ICO got into play, not the profits after the site opened in 2014, because I want to know how much profit my investment makes. I already knew about that site that you mentioned.

Please read the question that someone asks carefully  Wink

211  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Stake.com is not a safe gambling site on: September 22, 2017, 12:05:42 PM
Well, first of all, your story is not clear. How exactely are they cheating?
You are probably talking about the house edge? If you have a payout of 2x, the chance to win is 49.5% because of that house edge (in case of 1% house edge).

Also, what do you mean by 'dropping 25% of you account on a bet, and having a 25% chance to win'? You story doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is cloudbet legit? on: September 21, 2017, 10:15:04 PM
Yes, you can trust them. They have been around for a very long time in the bitcoin gambling business.

There are always user complaing. For example, when they have lost, or when they have to wait for a long time for a withdrawal.

If there were any major issues, you would have read about that in their thread.

Funny, my eth was worth way more when i send it... Im not happy bout that..

At all!!!!  Angry Angry Angry Angry

Calculating a fn $220 per ETH?Huh? FU!

55.64 USD Adjusted Amount (55.64 USD)

0.25 ETH

Why  wasnt the Eth price set when sent?Huh

U better fix this or I will FUD this campaign to hell.

Dude, threathening like that is not a nice thing to do. Bitdice was very clear that the value of the cryto's would be determined at the cutoff date, and not at the time of sending. When the price would have gone up, you would have been happy, so there is absolutely no reason to complain.

Also, the persons who sent first got up to 20% bonus, so they have more value for their money, because they took a risk by sending so early.
214  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: I have BTC, I want paypal. on: September 21, 2017, 11:40:56 AM
There is no chargeback if you send money with the " Send money to friends and family" Feature
Oh yes it is. When you put money with a creditcard on your paypal acount, and after sending the money, you can claim with your bank that it was a scam. Then the bank still is able to pull the money out. So it's still possible to reverse the transaction.

Never trade crytpo's with paypal. There are other ways to buy crypto's.
215  Economy / Gambling / Re: SafeDICE.com ★ Bitcoin Dice ★ Monero ★ 0.5% Edge ★ Fast Cashout ★ Since 2014 on: September 20, 2017, 10:27:29 PM
great. just great!!

There goes all my BTC then. To a dumb scam on the internet

~~sigh~~ Cry Cry

If you're talking about SafeDice: they are for sure not a scam. They just take a little longer time to respond then you would like. They have a lot of things they have to do, so if you're just a little more patient, they'll react to your case, and settle it correctly.

Also, it isn't smart to put all your BTC on one single website, but that's another story  Wink
216  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Overview of all bitcoin casinos] Latest update: 19-09-17 on: September 19, 2017, 10:00:25 PM
As of now, casinolize has been added to the dice list! They are currently new, and don't have high limits, but the house edge of 0.7% seems promecing compared to their competitors.
For gambles with a smaller bankroll, they seem interesting.

I have also updated the list with mostly max bets. They should be up to date now.

As always, if something is wrong or if you want to see something added, just PM me, or post here.
217  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [WARNING] Litebit.eu SCAMMER on: September 19, 2017, 12:49:39 PM
One point i didnt like. If you decide to use SEPA transfer, they calculate the coins new if the money arrived to litebit.eu so if you buy on Monday at example Ether for 200€ and the money arrives on Wednesday they recalculate the Ether price from Wednesday, so if on Wednesday Ether have a price of 250 € you make a bad deal.  Sad

What else do you expect them to do? It's the most obvious thing to do.

You could screw them by waiting two days, and checking what the price is. If the price would be lower, you would send, and otherwise you wouldn't sent.
By implementing this rule, they prevent themselves from getting screwed over.

Above that, you can also get a better deal, if the price goes in the opposite direction.
218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Any Reason My Tx has been stuck all Day? on: September 18, 2017, 08:58:15 PM
Usually it has something to do with sending the transaction with not enough fees. You sent your transaction with 87sat/byte, which is on the low end.

According to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/,you might want to send your transaction with at least 180 sat/byte in order to get it confirmed as fast as possible.

Seding with lower fees generally results in a longer time before it is confirmed.
219  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▶️ Nitrogen Sports ◢ 🏈 NFL SEASON UNDERWAY! 🏈 ◣ The Future of Betting on: September 18, 2017, 08:23:04 PM
BTC deposit taking forever even with a decent fee. Why don't you guys accept BCH?
You just deposited at a wrong time always check bitcoinfees21 to set the correct fee when makin deposits. Yesterday I only spent 10k sats to make my deposit and got confirmed within the next block. I think they will accept BCH but not right now.

No, they won't. They have made a statement in the past saying that they think that bitcoin cash is just another altcoin (on which I agree).

There was some discussion about that a short while ago, because users were wondering if they could claim some bitcoin cash, but it turned out they couldn't, because nitrogen doesn't support it.

Therefore, I don't think that they'll allow it in the future.

what is the procedure to add our site in your review list?

There is no procedure. In a few days, I'll make an update to the list (you know, make sure all information is still correct). I'll also add you guys to the list.
