Yes, local center is available in USA, Russia, Ukraine and Venezuela and a few other places at limited capacity and you can use native language to communicate with each center or via support@bitmainwarranty.com You no longer have to use google translator to communicate with our techs back and forth. If you speak English, great, if you speak Language from Russia or Ukraine, message us in your native language, if you speak Spanish, talk to us in Spanish, if you happen to speak Íslenska, message us in that and we will assist you in your native language! |

Now there are options. Warranty Claim can be filed from Create Ticket Page and send it to new Hong Kong address. (Please do not send it to Mainland China address that was used in the past) Other option is to use repair center in USA, Venezuela and Ukraine, if you are outside of China, this is usually faster. Additional in Russia and EU be available but not in full service yet. (Localized repair service is a fee based. you can email to request the repair. |

If you have problem accessing the web control panel, at this point, you some options before upgrading the firmware. First, please try a different web browser. Some times some browser has Cache problem and specially windows 10 built in browser, you may experience this access problem. If it is not the browser related problem, please try to reset the S7 with a reset switch located to the "RIGHT" side of the ethernet port. It is a little pin-hole. Please use a paperclip or cellphone Sim extractor pin and press and hold the button inside for about 10 seconds and then let it go and wait for about 30 seconds and repeat the process. Then power it off and power it back on. When you reset the S7, it will bring to the factory default setting. If these does not work, then if you can access to the Firmware Upgrade page, please update to the newest firmware from http://www.bitmaintech.comIf none of those work, you may want to request the warranty process or local repair options if you are in Ukraine, Venezuela or USA. You can email support@bitmainwarranty.com to request assistance. Regarding the firmware update, yes, if you do not need the update, please keep it as is. (If you have older firmware prior to December of 2015, you may want to upgrade the firmware as newer firmware has improved cooling setting for the built in fans) Hmmm... I've been adviced not to do firmware upgrades. Now im at the crossroads.

Can you at least make it to the login page or the initial password screen, then to this main page with blank data? If so, you have a few options 1st be to factory reset the S7 with a paperclip. There is a pin hole next to the Ethernet connector and use a paperclip and press and hold the button for about 10 seconds and let it go and wait for about 30 seconds and then physically reboot the S7. This may restore it to the factory default setting. If this does not help, you may want to go find 8gb microSD card, and create a bootable MicroSD card and insert it into the microSD slot of the S7 and power it off and power it back on. Let the S7 complete the boot process and if possible, let it run as is for about 5 minutes then your Beagle Bone Black may be restored to the factory default setting. Can't disclose the details of the transaction here but more than likely you will receive unopened boxes if this is the same case I'm thinking of. (There may be 1 box that's been opened but it should be to validate unit in functioning state)

Shipping Wise, you may want to try out each carrier and find out which one works the best for you. UPS definitely does great job on most part but depends on the area, it may not be the perfect option. Some area, DHL does super great and some area FedEx can do better than others and EMS works on some over any other carriers. changed the delivery to UPS store and they pushed the delivery to Monday.
I called in and they said that changing to local store changes delivery by one business day.
Is this for real or what? anybody else had the same experience?

I know some of you may say shut up.... but lets share some S7 experience here!!! (yes good or bad or may be some secret tweaks you made with S7?!?) Yes, frequency changes, vertically deployed, any customs tools you made for S7, some bug finds, etc (frequency outside of the stock condition will void the warranty) *Any physical modification may voids the warranty. (If you are going to break the warranty seal, please ask permission from info@bitmaintech.com before doing so to avoid the loss of warranty coverage. *this is not an endorsement to authorize overclocking or underclocking or modified use of S7 to retain warranty. Tracking Number should be emailed to you from the automated system when the factory ships your Antminer. if you purchased the PSU and the miner at the same time, your PSU may have been shipped ahead and the order may be marked as "shipped", however, when the S7 ships, the system will update and add another tracking number belongs to your S7. Some had the tracking numbers updated in the system, but the automated email didn't make it to the inbox. and.... Regarding the Internet Connection to your mining farm or Antminer S5, S5+ and S7, please make sure you do not loose internet connection! (2nd ISP will help you avoid that problem) For S7, new firmware is published at http://www.bitmaintech.com Please select the correct frequency version you originally received. If you received 575mhz version, please use the same version. So, is the only way we know our order shipped is when the truck pulls in or an email from FedEx/DHL/UPS?

PSU wattage may be, however, please make sure there are 4 PCI-E connectors on the PSU or have an ability to make the necessary modifications to have safe 4 PCI-E connectors. |

no easy way... Need to unscrew all the power leads from the hashing PCB Does anyone have a fast/easy procedure to replace the psu? Anyway to keep connection to circuit boards and just change psu connections?
I cant figure out how to get the psu out without disconnecting +/- from boards. Thanks!

You can try DNS: 8.8.8.8 S1 default IP can be either IP: 192.168.1.99 Netmask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.1.1 or IP: 192.168.2.99 Netmask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: 192.168.2.1 I am having problems connecting to my S1 i have configured the static IP on my laptop but i get to this part. For the DNS Setting: Select Obtain DNS server address automatically" I don't have that option and i also cant find my miner with the advanced ip scanner program. Is there a specific DNS address i should enter?

are you needing the replacement fan to change out the damaged/dead fan? or trying to mod the existing fan to play with?
for mod and play around, there are a few other options but they may not meet the original high RPM specs but many reported it works and some does not.

You do not lose the entire blade every time. Depends on how the chip was lost or what chip were lost, it could be a total loss, but not because you lost one chip doesn't make it automatically lose the whole hashing PCB. Yes it can be but based on your Miner Status Page, you did not lose the whole hash PCB. Please follow the warranty document included with your S5+ shipment. It is possible you could hit it and no body will know how soon or how long it would take but some people get really lucky sometimes.
I have seen U1/U2 hit the block as well as S3
sure 470GH is better than 190GH in mathematical chance wise but I don't think it matters when it comes to the luck...

(NOT 3BTC... thats too much) Specially if you were in USA/EU/Ukraine or Russia You can PM us for the location. need help, i just did flash firmware of antMiner_S320140711.bin to the 15unit of antminer s3+ 1by1, but all of it at once and never thought something like this will happen i wait the flashing done, for already hours, and no sign of successfull, and it keeps spinning (at attachment) when i saw the machine all of the antminer s3+ stop hashing, but the fan keep spinning, but no Network light, also no light at all at the back, i only see 1redlight from the back, behind the fan that spinning İİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİ so i test login to the antminer from network address(its address) also try login to default 192.168.1.99, but ALL cannot login so i turn OFF 1machine, (while other 14machines i leave it that way) and try turn it it ON, but the machine only spin the fan for 2seconds, and the stop spinning network light blinking green few blinks, and OFF the the machine keeps blinking red light, without ending i try hard reset the machine, few buttons also pressing 1minute, but no sign of reset, it keeps blinking red i also try hard reset 1machine from 14machine that still ON, also no sign of reset, not even any sound İİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİİ i try change PSU, or switch it, and repeat same as the above, but all not working PLEASE KINDLY help, im shocked,, this is not only 1, but 15machine at once.. please tell me how to make the machine working as it used to be.. please help me i leave the other 14machine still ON and waiting, dont know for how long os there any alternative besides changing new boards??
