I'm helping them to claim it. They are non techies. I'm glad I used their PC's so I can probably prove that they are not puppets. IF they are on the list ofcourse. Very curious. Just seems silly to claim stakes for the non-techies, people that can't simply claim a stake on BTT certainly won't be able to use the client. agreed! WTF??? Are you serious??

People were allowed to have 2 stakes and if someone have 20stakes he should be kicked out, its simple as that.
That restriction was lifted, I checked before buying multiple stakes on Nxt AE. i am not talking about AE, it was before that when NEM first launched. No one was allowed to claim NEM stake from more than 2 BTT accounts. Incorrect. When I registered it was allowed to claim stakes for family and friends. so it was allowed to claim stake for mother, brother, sister, grandma, dogs, cats etc ? as far i know it was allowed to have just two stakes, can someone from Devs confirm this? no.. one stake for yourself. and one for a family member. total 2 stakes max. that was always the rules. https://forum.nemcoin.com/general-discussion/quick-question-about-nemstake/msg7592/#msg7592Quote from kodtycoon: "Wrong.. There was a 2.0 limit but that has been scrapped.. There is no cap now. You can redeem 20+ now if you have em" that was for Nemstake on AE... there was a limit to how many stakes on the AE could be claimd, ie. split any stakes you guy into groups of two across accounts in order to discourage large accumulation.. but of course it was pointless so then it was dropped.. thats nothing to do with btt stake registration. sorry, my bad. Not sure what the difference is: I buy 20 stakes on the next AE or some sockpuppet gets 20 stakes. I have not really followed this stake thing to closely so maybe there was a good reason for this but I still believe that 80% of the coins will end up in 20% of accounts.

AML and KYC are highly US-centric standards. When did they first appear? Would be interesting to know, but I don't want to start digging in wikipedia for that. Anybody knows?
For your info: In response to mounting concern over money laundering, the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering (FATF) was established by the G-8 Summit that was held in Paris in 1989. The FATF currently comprises 34 member jurisdictions and 2 regional organisations, representing most major financial centres in all parts of the globe: Argentina Australia Austria Belgium Brazil Canada China Denmark European Commission Finland France Germany Greece Gulf Cooperation Council Hong Kong Iceland India Ireland Italy Japan Luxembourg Mexico Netherlands New Zealand Norway Portugal Russia Singapore South Africa South Korea Spain Sweden Switzerland Turkey United Kingdom United States So no, it is not highly US-centric standards.

So then what are the advantages of using NODEPAY over what we have now?
NodePay this integration for websites, you can now take Node. When will the euro and the dollar, you can also take When you send or receive FIAT you have to apply AML/KYC policy, as major exchanges do, NODE payment processor must apply too. Correct me if i am wrong depends on what jurisdiction you fall under. Here is some good info on it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=454795.0The short answer is that it affects just about everyone.

Ripple coin and Ripple payment system are two different things. This idea of better distributed is false, the majority of crypto coins are in the hands of a very small percentage of people (crypto community). Everyday users don't care about the distribution, all they care about is if it is safe to use, easy to use, fast and low fees.
What's the point of using crypto if you have to give them your passport data to use it?
you do not confuse Node to use as it is now But if you want to send and receive money transfers SWIFT, you need to verify their identity So then what are the advantages of using NODEPAY over what we have now?

I thought the idea of crypto was to get away from this. Ripple is already working with banks to use their payment system, NODE will be playing catchup.
The key difference here is distribution. Ripple holds I believe 95% of coins in one hand, correct me if I'm wrong. NODE is distributed more evenly, way more. Devs put 5 Million NODE bounty for an exchange and you will see Poloniex adding NODE. we need big exchange with more volume.
With a more general idea released of what NODE team is trying to do, personally I rather see Poloniex and Bittrex exchanges add NODE on their own without being bought out. These exchanges are usually meant for P&D coins, hence a lot of the volume on there is from pumpers not actual people invested in the project. One look at their trollbox and you can tell what kind of mentality runs those exchanges. There is no reason why Alcurex couldn't hold large volume, the difference here is that what Alcurex brings to the table is also long term stability and not just a P&D scheme exchange (from what I can gather on the info). NODE is more of a "let's see where we're at in 6 months to 1+ year", not a "I want to hedge profits and move on to the next thing" coin. The bounties should be reserved for those that help out the project advance. Ripple coin and Ripple payment system are two different things. This idea of better distributed is false, the majority of crypto coins are in the hands of a very small percentage of people (crypto community). @update
So I decided to share with You our future plans for the Node on the Integration of the Euro and the Dollar We and our lawyers have long thought about the technical and legal integration of the dollar and the Euro, our plans were in the beginning has changed.
We looked at a lot of payment systems with which we can interact. In the end, it was decided to create a processing center which will take responsibility for processing payments, SWIFT, SEPA and VISA. This center will be connected to the client Node. Each new transaction in EUR and USD (incoming and outgoing payment) will be duplicated records in the blockchain from the processing center, but the main is the processing center. From the client Node will be possible to make direct payments SWIFT, SEPA and VISA. To use these services you will need from your side registration and passport data in the system NdoeBank. Each registered user will receive their own account. More detailed technical and legal information will be published later. In terms of the technical implementation of the project may take from 9 to 12 months.
The processing center is a system which works directly with one of the banks offering their services on the implementation of money transfers
I thought the idea of crypto was to get away from this. Ripple is already working with banks to use their payment system, NODE will be playing catchup.

The Mac client is automatically forging when it's installed?
You need to have 500,000 Node in your wallet to forge.

You should not post a release date. 90% of release dates in the crypto intustry are postponed and damage reputation.
but i really don't understand why this long waiting. I don't want thera are some problems maybe the dev like more attention, but personall it is enough. Please list all of the software programs that you wrote.

Would NEM be a Service partner with the bank? If so then at this time I don't think NEM would qualify.
