2002  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What did you learn about Bitcoin today...? on: March 29, 2015, 04:19:44 AM
I learned that government are now overarching and their powergrab is now more and more.

The new taxes, regulations over EU , UK and USA, are now speeding up.

And also a few positive news like the relation between the NASDAQ and Bitcoin improved, and a few misc news.

In general i got more optimistic about bitcoin.
2003  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin & Nasdaq on: March 29, 2015, 04:16:16 AM
Has anyone else seen or heard about this? I'm surprised it hasn't been mentioned here: http://nzh.tw/11423585

See now that's a very very good news. So it seems that the NASDAQ is getting on the boat with us.

Now these kind of news can create a new era in bitcoin.

Now i`m very excited, this could push the price to 10.000$ easily.
2004  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: the Leave Us the Hell Alone Bill and The new bill, H.R. 5777 on: March 29, 2015, 02:48:54 AM
.gov will tax an activity if they want stifle its development/adoption; subsidize the activity if they want to stimulate or encourage its growth.

It's pretty clear what their position is.

Finally somebody says the truth.

People need to expose them as what they are really doing here.

They just want more tax, more control and destroy bitcoin because its a direct thread to the currently going fiat ponzi schemes.
2005  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Why is no authority after btc-e.com? on: March 29, 2015, 02:46:02 AM

They do use cloudflare.com as a CDN, which is a US-company, so at least the US-authorities could easily track ithem down, and find out where they are hosted, and by whom! We know about NSA, the snowden stories, that chasing them down by pressing just one button could easily be done.

Then you are really naive, no offence. You misunderstand the role of those agencies.

The role of those spy agencies is not to catch criminals or make justice, but to oppress people and spy on innocents, like they do now.
2006  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Australian Govt. form asks if I own any Bitcoin of Cryptocurrency on: March 29, 2015, 02:42:48 AM
I recently had a brain tumor removed and I had my right side Balance hearing mechanics removed, I am applying for disability until i recover.

Filling out the form I came across the question "Do you own any bitcoin or cryptocurrency"

Comments?

It's just disgusting. The government has become so invasive of our privacy that it makes me throw up.

It's none of their fucking business.

They stomp on privacy everywhere they can, they want to govern everything...
2007  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Liberty Dollar Sentencing scheduled on: March 29, 2015, 02:39:43 AM
Wow, so judges can make up laws themselves Why do we have written laws at all then?

In a political case, the so called "justices" are not on the side of the justice, rather on the side of statists, because they pay them and put pressure on them.

The hydra has many heads you know...
2008  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: [2015-01-15] Bitcoin is Dead Because You Are Too Dumb, Says Critic on: March 29, 2015, 02:35:27 AM
Dont buy this crap guys, its all propaganda to try to demonize it.

Yes there was a slowdown in price increase, but also the volatility decreased. And many merchants now use bitcoin!

So as the price stabilize, now it can go up soon.
2009  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Update on VAT case in EU Court of Justice on: March 29, 2015, 02:20:34 AM
Update on VAT case in EU Court of Justice

I finally have some updates from the case about Bitcoin and VAT that is ongoing in the Court of Justice of the European Union.

http://www.bitcoin.se/2014/12/06/update-on-vat-case-in-eu-court-of-justice/

I think its just disgusting that they want to tax everything, they have way too much money and want even more.

Now that the capital controls start to kick in the EU, they are desperate to loot more money from us, until their ponzi scheme collapses.
2010  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: California makes Bitcoin Legal Tender on: March 29, 2015, 02:10:28 AM
Weed then BTC, Cali is always ahead of its own time
hehe atleast i'm not an alone toker here.
good step california, let's see how other states and value will rise.
fk these traders that started to dump on good news, dammit guys...

Because its not good news, now the hydra has more control over bitcoin and it could pose serious threats to it.

All this regulation BS will just make it harder and harder for people to trade freely and eventually they will create severe capital controls.

I dont know if its a good idea to cheer about this
2011  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin and Sales tax on: March 29, 2015, 02:04:43 AM
I do not think this logic works out. Tax collectors would just ultimately have a lot of bitcoin. That is the reality of the society we live. Resources move towards the center, or towards the so-called commanding heights.

They wont have alot of bitcoins because the tax collectors dont accept bitcoins.

But if they tax bitcoin, then the price of bitcoin will go down since everyone has to change it back to their local fiat to pay it, thus the more tax you put into bitcoin, the more it will destroy it
2012  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Any resource for bitcoin theft? on: March 29, 2015, 01:49:56 AM
The same way with any other crime. Call the police. Present them with your complaint and evidence.

I dont think that will work. In 99% of the cases the police does nothing they write a report and thats all, they wont start an investigation.

If the funds are small then it's most likely a learning tax, so that next time be more cautious. If it's big then its better to do it, however i`m not sure if police is effective nowadays...
2013  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: If I sell my bitcoins do I have to pay vat on them ? on: March 29, 2015, 01:47:19 AM
If i sell my bitcoins to a site like coinbase at the end of the year do I need to declare that sale to the vat department and pay the 20% on what i received from coinbase ?

I thought VAT is levied automatically and the exchange pays it? Well i never thought about it that they make you pay it after all its a  passive tax.

Well anyway consult a lawyer to make sure.
2014  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Do exchanges/services report your transactions to the IRS? on: March 29, 2015, 01:45:29 AM
depend on when you live, in usa they are forced to, other country are free from this, bitcoin is still not regulated there

So do they send out a 1099 then?

i remember IRS said you need to pay taxes if you exceed $600 in bitcoin in one year

I like how governments start to grab & loot everything they see in their path.

There is just no place on Earh which is free from their powerhungy filthy hands, they even claim lands in Antarctica ...

But if you think other countries are free from these, just wait until those governments find out aboit Bitcoin!
2015  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea created Bitcoin to be able to maintain power? on: March 29, 2015, 01:40:24 AM
northcorea leader is dumb and he dont know what is btc Cheesy

Haha but it's not him running the country, he is probably too fat & dumb to do that. There are generals there and intelligent infrastructure people who could plan something like that, however as i pointed out, given that communist regimes are not really innovative its higly unlikely.
2016  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some questions about Mr. Satoshi. on: March 28, 2015, 11:06:32 PM
I don't understand why he doesn't reveal himself, it's just stupid to play the game of hide & seek.

He should be better than this, reveal himself and go back to work on bitcoin. He just left bitcoin and many people think that he abandoned it which puts a negative reputation to him.

Does anyone1 else agrees?
2017  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea created Bitcoin to be able to maintain power? on: March 28, 2015, 09:30:39 PM
What I'm implying is that I think North Korea utilizes Bitcoins ;-) But that's just me and my crazy ole' conspiracy theory. Right..

I dont think so, first of all they could be paranoid about it and think that its a hostile thing meant to control people, and created by the "west" as they call it, so they would stay far a way from it.

Secodly, communist regimes are not very innovative, i mean it took them 50 years to legalize cell phones and let people freely choose what clothes they want to weak.

Yes they operate huge hacking networks but they have better things to do than to use bitcoin as it has only 3b $ market cap, if they would use it, we would see alot bigger market cap in there.

==========

However since most exchanges are in China, they could theoretically have a connection to it or own a few % points.

But it think its unlikely, given that communist regimes are adapting very slowly to new things and that they think its a hostile west invention.

What do you think guys?

Teens molested by a Medium during ‘exorcism’ in China

Nah it wasnt the medium it was the ghosts from the otherworld that molested them  Grin
2019  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Decentralized Army on: March 28, 2015, 09:16:40 PM

How about getting rid of all laws that infringe on our right to own guns and ammo, an carry it/them any way we want at any time.

How about we get rid of all laws that infringe upon any of our rights?

The right to self defense is important, but there is also the right to property (which the state constantly violates) and many more important rights!
2020  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How Social Justice Warriors Are Creating An Entire Generation Of Fascists on: March 28, 2015, 07:04:43 PM

It is true, those articles only demonstrate how corrupt spineless bastards politicians are.

The fact that corporations pay them is more like a tribute they pay so that in return they can benefit from lower taxes, but the politicians are the tyrants here not the corporations.

The corporations are greedy bastards only that do whatever to make more money. But the real tyrants are the politicians with their police state.

For about 99.9% of the past five hundred thousand years or so.
Oh really, i never seen a period in humanity's existence where no tyrants existed.

From the tribal era the tribe chief and their minions subjugating the other tribesman, from the city states with kings and queens, to the feudal era where the nobles acted as the minions of the king, to the modern era where the corporations act the minions of the government.

It's all the same, you got 1 huge tyrant or a coalition of tyrants who use their minions to subjugate the rest of the humans.

It's the same shit over and over again for thousands of years.

And your solution is what? Create a local "tribal style" socialist paradise. So you only change the currently terrible and overreaching government with a local, more tribalish tyrant. And then it starts over again...

Well goob job, you really give freedom don't you.

Your utopian fantasy version of capitalism never existed, you mean. Nor will it ever. So why even bother discussing it? It's even more absurd than socialist utopian fantasies.

Who said anything about utopia, there would be plenty of conflict in my world too, however it could be resolved more rationally and relationships would be more voluntary, rather than forced upon us.
