I think the argument of a league being interesting is subjective. EPL has an advantage because they get way more media coverage than any other leagues, so the money flows in. If you talk about competitiveness, there are so many leagues that are way more competitive than EPL.

The problem is that the abusers of also use the same VPN services, especially the free ones, to create accounts and abuse the casino. Now imagine if you use the same IP address or a blacklisted one as that of the abuser, then obviously they will think your account is also part of the multiple account and probably get banned.
