2021  Economy / Reputation / Re: Game-protect flag on: July 11, 2019, 02:50:02 PM
Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

Since 3,5 years active and no scam so far. Wink
The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence.

I already received the highest trust rating someone can get on bitcointalk and thanks a lot to the community. Smiley

I think it is a good idea to give flags to show to the community that someone is not a scammer

Sent 3 emails within 3 weeks and never received a response!

If offenders think they can get away with ignoring Game Protect, I can inform they are wrong. Wink

What game-protect messaged one of our players (shared with their permission):
Quote
The larger the casino is (for example stake / primedice or bitcasino) , the higher is the chance they will settle Because otherwise they will lose unlike more And as I already informed, the owners like Tim and Miroslav and Stunna likely also committed the criminal offenses of tax evasion in their countries of residence! Or do you really think that they informed the tax office of their home country about the exact amount they collected from players? And if they let it go to legal enforcement, they are at high risk of getting sued for AML laws breach in Curacao and in the country where their physical office is Why would they take all the risk for 30 or for 50 BTC? I mean the money laundering they committed can bring some years in prison as well Money laundering in the height of bitcoins worth $ millions This can bring some years prison time And btw, the managing director and licensor in Curacao is also liable. And 1668/JAZ made uncountable millions And 8048/JAZ as well. These are the 2 big You want to win and risk your bitcoins with - 1% or even more expected value, so you should definitely risk your bitcons with + 50% expected value I already gave you a lot of info, but I know unlike more, so I am almost confident that they will settle and if not latest lose at the court 1668/JAZ was also wrong, but they were stubborn, until they got sentenced

What you are offering is blackmail/racketeering as a service, not only is this highly unethical but I strongly question the legality of what you are doing. You are making the claim that these websites are "probably breaking X law" so you can blackmail them for money back to keep quiet? I have no interest in responding to your emails and you can consider this a written ban from using Primedice/Stake.

3/5 of the sites you feature on your homepage are members of the crypto gambling foundation. One of them that isn't is "betonline" which is very widely known to be a scam site, video evidence exists of them rigging games. If you continue to fill up this thread with your bullshit you can be certain I will make certain no website in this entire industry wants your business. The fact that you aren't banned from this forum is a travesty, you promote known scam sites, you prey on players who are put in a bad position by online casinos and then try to gouge them for an extra 10% of what they were scammed for and best of all you pretend to do so with the most ethical intentions. The worst part of your presence on this forum is legitimate complaints and attempts to rectify issues are flooded out by your non-sense spam which makes it easier for casinos to ignore issues entirely.

Go ask theymos to make positive-flags.

The oldest active account seems is this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=12 But don't know if it's sold account or not.
Seems like the owner has changed hands. Compare the recent posts with the older ones. From concrete posts with proper substance to one-liners of vague irrelevancy.

Eventually the house of cards will collapse, but it may hold out for a while. Even Scientology still has members.
Cognitive dissonance and first-mover bias will keep that idea of "CSW is satoshi, all other proof is insubstantial".

As we all know, denial steers its roots into an issue of right and wrong.
2024  Other / Meta / Re: Conversation Bots on: July 11, 2019, 12:21:32 AM
How come we never give anyone the benefit of the doubt maybe they are just two non speaking english people in some 3rd world country on some dialup trying to have a conversation
Because they're the same conversation and the third-world tool for justification is well beneath you by now, mate.
2025  Other / Meta / Re: Conversation Bots on: July 10, 2019, 11:41:33 PM
Common theme, and there are multiple people on the internet selling this sort of bumping as a service. Charging some obscene amounts for it too. Unfortunately they are always with lower ranked accounts, and don't care about getting nuked, and will just make a new account, and post again.
Doesn't seem like they're trying to bump any announcement threads, though. It seemed to be contained in some Local threads as well as useless Altcoin Discussion threads.

That's why I thought it was an account-farming situation: they weren't doing anything for others...

Next time you can invest in smth
Do you mean different blockchain investing projects?

Exactly, like investing in real estate or collectible assets

I know only a couple of projects on real estate

You can watch blockbattle and take a closer look to one project where you can invest in collectible cars

Unfortunately I have no time for this, give me please a concrete example
Curio Invest, they are finalists. And they have even game to win tokens
Cool, got any link?

Sure https://www.curioinvest.com/game. This is a link on game, it’s on their official website

Ok

Case 1: iziderox and Homorton

Next time you can invest in smth

Exactly, like investing in real estate or collectible assets

Case 2: zaarariba and werokez
Same users exchanging these bland conversations... seems to be (attempted) clandestine account farming
2027  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Lower the Reporting Buffer Period on: July 10, 2019, 07:39:31 PM
I would suggest (more of a temporary "patch"), that instead of clicking the report link directly, you open it on a new tab (mouse wheel click, so still one click), so that by the time you finish writing the first report, you simply change tab, paste and I'd bet that does already take 4 seconds
I'm using suchmoon's script. That is, everything is queued to (a personal buffer of) 4.5 seconds between reports. (to avoid the conflict, which still sometimes happens!)

I've already set my report text to fit the majority of the posts that are going to be spam (i.e. Generic, vague, padded, irrelevant) since you're not going to find many of the other options in the forum cesspools that are the * discussion$ threads.
2028  Other / Meta / Re: [Suggestion] Lower the Reporting Buffer Period on: July 10, 2019, 07:18:34 PM
Alternative proposal:

A "mass report dump" comment for moderators, so that they can see a list of posts (e.g. post URL, newline, post URL, etc.). This saves on the number of reports that a user has to perform and also sidesteps the issue of queue times.
Reserved for future.
2029  Other / Meta / [Suggestion] Lower the Reporting Buffer Period on: July 10, 2019, 07:17:01 PM
It is important to mitigate spam, but when it comes to reports, you can track their accuracy and raise the buffer back to default values (or add some consequence) if they are abusing it.
The limit of 4 seconds per report means that for every page of spam that I have to report (nearly every page in Altcoin Discussion has 20/20 spam posts) it takes 5x longer to actually send the reports out than to check over the posts for quality.

Is it possible to, perhaps, for users that have [arbitraryNumber] good reports and an accuracy of [arbitraryPercentage], lower the wait time? Even a one-second change means 25% faster reporting. Smiley

(it also gets in the way when I have 200+ queued reports and have to wait a whole ten minutes before posting anything... like right now)
2030  Other / Meta / Re: Wall of fame / shame. Shit posts so bad that they are actually funny on: July 10, 2019, 06:33:18 PM
You tried only and you failed Im also failed in trading before not only ones but many more but I do my best to keep in trading and not to stop and Im happy that all of patient and hardwork in trading have good result. Many people failed and they never quit and look at them now they are successful because they getting more profit. But I believe because you have knowledge about trading and you know what you can do for the next step.

Bull trap is very dangerous that you know will increase the price so you are willing to buy. But once you buy it will  immediately drop the price of it. Lot of traders always meet bull trap.

Yes the bull right now is great and if you have the ability and opportunity to invest some money in Bitcoin or ETH, you might make some good money when there us a rise in the market value of the coins you HODL. SO I think that there is nothing like bull trap right now and you could very easily make use of thus bullish market.

price recovery will need long time to happen if we didn't patience face it.and ofcourse we will see this moment in near future after market totally recovered.and current time we've see good sign for bullish moment.

Golden posts for my current reporting session. As satoshi once said: "bull market outlook good the bitcoin trade sir"
2031  Economy / Reputation / Re: Game-protect flag on: July 10, 2019, 05:44:16 PM
Game-protect has been terrorizing casino threads in the gambling section accusing license of casinos to be fake. He was almost hired to escrow the funds of Gamblingtec signature campaign., the users who come across the campaign was very suspicious about it that the manager didn't hire anyone at all. The campaign promotes lotto but taking a closer look at the lotto website, its also promotes Gambling licensing by GamblingTec.com and Offshore hosting by CuracaoWebhosting.com
It's not that the licenses are fake... it's that game-protect isn't satisfied with the lack thereof or the use of a Curacao/Costa Rica license.

Makes sense for new, suspicious sites... but to continue solely on that argument (yet hypocritically support unlicensed sites via affiliate links) is asinine.

The Gamblingtec campaign is something else... feels like a troll, almost.
2032  Other / Meta / Re: Banned, I didn't break any rules on: July 10, 2019, 05:00:20 PM
Account sales are not against the rules, I'm still waiting on a concrete reason on why I was banned.
Not sure on how the ban messages are handled nowadays... but if they're just an overarching umbrella you might have a case of ban evasion, considering your account's activities.

If you've held an account that was subsequently banned, it could have been linked to you. Which means you, cryptographically, violated a rule.
2033  Other / New forum software / Re: Adding a Paywall option for personal messages on: July 10, 2019, 03:34:21 PM
I don't want to use earn.com or rely on 3rd party services for Bitcointalk activity.
Would you be opposed to the use of a script or local tool in order to reach the same outcome?
There have been times that I have also been exposed to a huge volume of private messages within a short duration, so I can only imagine how bad it might be for Og. Though, it doesn't seem like an expansive-enough issue across the forum.
2034  Other / Meta / Re: I got shadowbanned! on: July 09, 2019, 08:31:51 PM
Hi, thanks for your advise.

All of the updates are done on Google Docs, so if you want to view the updates, you must click on the links in the opening paragraph (OP).

I'm simply making it easier to view the updates by reposting the links.
I meant as in your posts.

You should not be making multiple forum posts in succession within a given thread. Additional information may be appended to previous posts with the edit button which will also update the thread's unread status for those that have viewed a previous update.

This is unrelated to your Google document. (never mind the fact that it's Google).
2035  Other / Meta / Re: I got shadowbanned! on: July 09, 2019, 08:12:28 PM
Just for future reference, I would also stop multi-posting (i.e. creating consecutive thread replies) and start editing posts if you need to update something.
If a bump is necessary, then wait 24 hours and republish the post. Otherwise, you're just creating spam.

*when a thread has a new edited reply, it becomes marked as "unread" again*
2036  Economy / Reputation / Re: Game-protect flag on: July 09, 2019, 08:07:13 PM
Yeah... I remember one of the websites that he promoted was on his "scam list".

Don't remember if that was before or after he got his referral link. Smiley
They have a very distorted version of how gambling should function.

2037  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: cloudbet accepted deposit, but no withdrawal on: July 09, 2019, 01:52:47 PM
In terms of our withdrawal procedure, over 90% of withdrawals are processed instantaneously.  For larger withdrawals, we are required to run due diligence checks and, in some extreme cases, require proof of ID. In these cases the process time is not in our hands as we have to wait for a player response before we can legally release funds.
Can we have exact numbers for this?

Vaguely stating "larger" or "extreme" doesn't mean much to the prospective user. At least a range would do, in case anyone needs to prepare for delays in their withdrawals.
2038  Other / Meta / Re: Requesting Mods to check post history of this guy on: July 08, 2019, 08:21:03 PM
They're burst-posting... so this is clearly predetermined.

Likely scenario: low-quality English writer that is copying their previous posts to demonstrate some point they are focused on. Similar to how some users are quite verbose, but this user is doing so without a high degree of English knowledge.
2039  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: stake.com scam on: July 08, 2019, 06:13:56 PM
IIRC, it should theoretically be possible for Stake to offload the private key from the BTC wallet to load in with Litecoin to extract the funds.

Given this opportunity, they will still "own" the 10 LTC... so there's no reason not to fund this account (provided everything is true).
