-snip- My personal opinions should not affect your decision. If you have an issue to discuss, privately messaging theymos would be the best way to create a change. If they do not happen to respond, then it must mean one of two things: 1) your issue is not an issue notwithstanding your vehemence. 2) theymos is ignoring your issue, consciously or not.
If your plan was to facilitate community discussion then you would certainly avoid any and all ad-hominem approaches to discourse, of which the thread has several examples. To continue with a thread in which your are berated and shuffled into indignation and responses that disengage your from your original premise would be an act of insanity - repeating that which has been seen in anticipation of a divergent result.

Bitcoin SV, basically built on the foundation of a cult.
Look at the parallels of Craig's claims compared to that of a cult leader.
Rather than directly prove something that grants him (perceived) power, CSW goes down a path of unreliable, improbable and (possibly) deceptive methods of verifying evidence. Rather than directly prove that the cult leader has a connection to a deity, the cult leader provides unreliable, improbable and innocuous evidence (which could be done by someone else in a similar position). Religion of BSV

ok boomer modern-day equivalent of "umadbro?"
Am I just OOTL or has this situation been continuing on and on without reprieve? Maybe we've got a Vod vs. OgNasty renaissance.

If anything, I would suggest to send a personalized message to "repeat offenders". BPIP's Most Posts/Topics Deleted by Moderators shows a long list of users with hundreds of deleted posts. If they would stop making posts that have to be deleted, Mods can spend their time on other things. That would be good. Beyond BPIP I have a list of over 60 users that have had 100+ good reports filed against them and I've already mentioned previously that most of these come from consecutive posts (or pages) worth of posts. A few users have been able to continue despite having over 300 deleted posts.

Requiring a reason on ALL posts provides a marginal positive in response to a significant time consumption increase. If any reports are to be contested, it would usually be a somewhat-ambiguous one wherein a thread creation would be the best route of discourse.
Streamline the process.

How was this off-topic? -snip- Just because some of you are moderators doesn't mean you're not also spammers.
Cowards. I'd argue that yours deserves to be on the thread, though it's a meta observation linked to the original content.
However, as I've posted above... rules are enforced at a moderator's discretion. Also. Welsh has no jurisdiction over Meta. A Global Moderator must have deleted it.

I dare go a step further, and I don't remember who said it before I did, but: "Being offended is a choice!". Google brings me to the Chicago Tribune, but it's literally tells me it's unavailable in Europe. I've heard something along the lines of, "others should not take responsibility for your reactions." There is always a common denominator for your actions, thoughts and desires. You.

Thinking out of the box if ever signatures are banned, how can you still show the signatures in your every post. Here is one idea in my mind. After every post , display a screen shot of your signature image. That is not going to happen. 22. Advertising (this includes mining pools, gambling services, exchanges, shops, etc.) in others threads' is no longer allowed, including, but not limited to, in altcoin announcement threads. [8]
23. When deciding if a user has broken the rules, the staff have the right to follow their interpretation of the rules.[e]
24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful.[9][e]

Shame on you for falling to your ego. Did your hubris grow so much out of control that you couldn't keep yourself from the psychological masturbation of unlocking the thread and sperging out your horseshit?

But in my opinion, there is no such thing as absolute freedom of speech in public places (like this forum) because your freedom sometimes will violate someone else's rights. Do you have an example? Your answer would depend on what you consider "rights". -Utilitarian: do we need to calculate the cost/benefit analysis (for the greater good)? Morality is subjective but I think utilitarianism is the worst way to plan out morality. "Happiness" is very loosely defined and if you really want to maximize it, you would mass-produce humans, force them to do meth constantly, and enslave them to happiness. A cult of happiness. -Negative rights: should "x" be left alone? What does that mean? Negative rights? -Moral sentiments: how about we put ourselves in the "x" shoes? An apt way to look at it, though what happens when you put yourself in the shoes of an unstable or mind-atrophying individual?

I wonder how many of these posts would have been written if the poster wasnt part of a campaign of sorts. If theymos decided to try out my experiment of a one-month signature ban, we would find out. This forum is largely campaigners just talking to themselves. I don't understand how anybody makes money advertising here. It must, since long-running campaigns would not bother continuing when they are shown to be unprofitable. Its almost like they feel the need to run a charity to absolve themselves of their sins. especially Chip mixer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm not saying you have to report, but the tools are there to deal with the issues we have in the community, as a community by reporting, and bringing certain users to the attention of the signature campaign manager. My problem with reporting is that despite having more than a hundred reports (76 users), most of them are left unaffected by the deleted posts. I think that some of the offenders at the top of this list are banned, but they have over 200 deleted posts. 562| Vinaa77 379| ardentvolcanoes 362| Fredomago 331| Irvinn 330| joshy23 308| zhekinsp 295| goaldigger 267| thirdlight 261| Adriano2010 248| syamster 216| horrifiedx1 214| mersal 199| Rufsilf 179| rachman mahesa 179| Klausi 179| Cherylstar86 176| Vaculin 172| MFahad 169| Dhoe 168| Bagaji 164| iMark 157| Indrawan77 155| Karmakid 152| yvesp110 151| Ayiranorea 149| MonaLeeTracy 148| kayvie 144| whirlcoin 143| Xampeuu 142| ShowOff 142| Moiyah 140| logicgate 140| iamzill 139| Wawa2013 137| avarnet 135| cribusen 134| bobby1776 133| semobo 133| quality.crypto 132| Noilee 129| coin_1122 125| XCANA 125| trauchot 125| Bitfling 124| leetcoiner 124| FlightyPouch 123| prof7bit 123| Finestream 122| btccoffee 120| xSkylarx 120| CaptainKid 120| ajeef 119| Tungsten-1 119| coingrowth 119| breathlessz 116| partysaurus 114| cvasy 113| radjie 113| Kay94 112| S4VV4S 109| zidanw 109| Pamadar 108| bitcoinposts 107| Best Dreams 106| Ranly123 106| nur rochid 104| Panchum 104| immortal4now 103| pungopete468 103| miklesm 101| TIDOVEE 101| SaidNurs 101| Prompyboo 101| ILScoin 100| wahyu wida 100| devis9990i

I don't see any 1 line spam trash posts in my profile. Can you please re-check?
Just because you space out a one-liner across multiple lines in your post itself does not mean that it is no longer a one-liner
