2081  Economy / Gambling / Re: risk of kyc on crypto casinos ? on: June 19, 2022, 11:07:49 PM
You don't need to pay for someone just to tell you that every casino will do that based on the terms and agreement that you've signed up for.

I guess some decentralized casinos won't really ask you for that and that's what you need to look for. But if it's managed and owned then it's not guaranteed that they're decentralized and still, you'll be asked for kyc if they have to.

And that's based on the circumstance that you'll face depending on your results and usually if you're getting big wins then you have no other option to be verified and asked.

All of those are supported by Ledger: Ledger supported coins and tokens.

Speaking about my experience, they've shipped it to my address when I've purchased it years ago and IIRC, I've paid directly to the manufacturer.

Well, a clue about their latest version of the X, it has the most bugs but if you want the older type which is the S version and I think many of us here owns that version and it is still running like brand new since it's being kept at all times.
2083  Economy / Speculation / Re: Was 17600$ was the bottom ? on: June 19, 2022, 09:08:24 PM
It's back to $20k and this is the weekend, usually this is where the dump happens in the past but now, it is what people have seen as a great time to accumulate because for the past weeks bitcoin has been dumping.

We still don't know if that was the bottom but hopefully it was. Or this could also be a trap and it can be worsen and be quick again in dumping. If it continuous to recover up to $25k, then that can be a confirmation we're already out of the bottom.
2084  Economy / Gambling / Re: I can beat bet365, but cant find good seller. Increese your acc 50/50 profit!!! on: June 18, 2022, 09:11:22 PM
Have your own account and why it has to be someone else's account for you to gamble? You just can't do that and tell them that you'll split the money in 50/50. And who's money you're going to gamble? The owner's as well?

Come on, no one will trust you on this one and if you want to gamble. Just take yourself accountable for your own action and just use your own resources and account so that you're good as what you want to be and you'll solely have the money 100% if you win and if you lose, you don't have to blame anyone.
2085  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do not panic. Everything will get better on: June 18, 2022, 08:08:49 PM
I've been there before and did really panicked and it's no use. Everyone who's feeling a panic attack should do panic in buying instead of selling and worrying about the market situation.

I know that it's hard to accept and deal with it but this is the market. The volatility that we've got is really disappointing probably for the new ones but this is also the reason why bitcoin went high.

You only need to be patient and don't sell at losses or if you want to cut losses, I think it's too late so just hold or buy.
2086  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk sued for 258 billion USD over alleged Dogecoin pyramid scheme. on: June 18, 2022, 09:14:50 AM
So that person sued him out of his losses by holding and buying Dogecoin. He should have known at the beginning that Dogecoin is just a meme coin and there's no actual future on it and Elon is just being him having fun with his tweets.

This is the reason that you shouldn't rely your investing decisions to the influencers that we have in the web. You only make decisions based on what you know and what you understand so that you won't get up to the point that you'll sue that person you think was once a hero to you.
2087  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poker has over 1.3 Billion players globally, What about a poker gamefi?? on: June 17, 2022, 09:44:52 PM
Thanks for the reminder, will be careful in the future.
Include the necessary links at your first post, edit and put the links there.

You are suggesting this at the wrong time op. The entire market is sinking like crazy and most play to earn crypto games are screwed due to their respective token prices falling drastically in value.
I agree, it's not the best time to have that idea since the market is tanking and you look at the other p2e games and you'll see them down like 99% of their total value from their ATH.

Also, I don't think that there's any need for poker to have it as gamefi. It's good as the normal poker game that we have right now, whether it's on fiat poker tables and online and as well as with crypto.
2088  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 8 months low, no better time than now. on: June 17, 2022, 08:54:29 PM
Well, it's likely that bitcoin has ran over with the businesses of the people from the authorities so they make an issue. But there's this thing that I've read that it's not really an issue about eco and energy.

They're just making a noise out of it to spread FUD and make its investors worried and scared so they'll eventually sell. And when that plan has exactly executed, here they comes and will buy all of those cheap bitcoins that has been sold.

This is a cycle and it seems that they've been waiting for this but are they really gonna buy on this one? or will keep on telling that black propaganda against bitcoin even it's like they're telling empty words.
One of the most important things is that bitcoin is a very volatile asset, there is risk and there is also potential, but because this market is free then anything can happen as long as they consider it the best way to make a profit.

The Fed's aggressive rate hikes have an impact on bitcoin and all other investment assets. This is a situation that may not be favorable for previous investors but will certainly be very profitable for those who arrive late because the opportunity to buy at a discount just appears. But traders' concerns and the panic they experienced had sent prices lower as support was unable to withstand the heavy selling pressure. I'm sure sooner or later the price will form a new pattern, this will be good in the future.
Lucky are the ones that still sees the potential during this time, it's not too late for them to buy and with the market's bargain, they can have their own time picking the best out of it.

Like the others are telling, they can wait even more before the price goes down for some more because all of them believes that this isn't the bottom yet and there's more that will make the price even lower.
2089  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: June 17, 2022, 02:17:22 PM
Does anyone make a bet between the match of NigmaGalaxy versus T1? this game is so insane with their drafting and heroes picking they really fan now with the Dawn breaker and Visage with this update and kuku keep spamming this as an offlaner, The first game it seems like a balance because of the draft but once Gabbi get the terror blade this is a game-changer also puck cannot do anything to burst the TB. At the second game it is already dominated by the Monkey king because of the early kills and now getting the snowball with the tiny can get a farm with the moon shard and get triple rampage by Karl.
Kuku should just avoid playing the heroes like Enigma. He's good at Visage and he should just spam that hero for every game that they play and we'll see a respect ban for those teams that see him play good at it.

Gabbi on the second game just showed how inyourdreams should play monkey king. That medusa was no tank and I mean that the whole team of Nigma.Sea has been devastated from early game until the end.
2090  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you realize that you are an economist without a degree? on: June 17, 2022, 12:44:36 PM
I can feel you. I urged myself to read more news about world economy when I've boarded and became a bitcoin investor. I think that's part of being an investor and we want to know more if we're on the right track and what are the news and events that will affect our investment.

since (most) economists (with degree) don't have the knowledge and imagination to understand bitcoin!  Grin Cheesy
And they're likely the anti-bitcoin. They are like the ones that's giving these "feasible" economics lesson as to why people shouldn't invest in bitcoin and should rely on traditional investments.

The admin was online on the forum last on the 1st of June which to me a a little bit OK if he has been offline for over two months then we can panic that the war may have affected him but to this point I think he is fine. Maybe he has become a little busy running the site properly so hiring team members to work with will do a whole lot of good.
He said that he's battling a health condition and that's why whether he goes offline or not, he has a serious thing to deal with and the business shall run off with the people who have him during his absence.

But that was several months ago, maybe this time he's feeling better.

And wherever he is right now, let's just wish his health to be okay and in a perfect condition.
2092  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Influence the lower level of crypto price fluctuations on: June 16, 2022, 11:20:53 PM
Raising the lower level of bitcoin fluctuation would reduce the risk of fatal losses.
You can't do this.

If this can be done, then most of the people and first adopters would do this thing to avoid losses on their times upon investing in bitcoin. Fluctuations can't be controlled and despite there's a market manipulation.

You can't still be free from this, that's the reality. Because no matter how hard you want it badly to reduce the risk and potential losses, volatility has been the nature of bitcoin.

2094  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why I won't be buying top altcoins in this bear market on: June 16, 2022, 10:08:46 PM
1. Many altcoins will never reach their all time high again.
2. Don't be fooled by altcoin ranks on coinmarketcap because many won't stay in top 20 anymore after we go deep into this bear market.
3. History have proven that many altcoins will be replaced by new ones and that's where huge investors will be making most of their gains in next bull market.
1. This is true except for Ethereum and a few of them like BNB. But we don't know in the next bull run, it's gotta be all about bitcoin then.

2. Well, also another true thing. But we will get to see those alts that despite they won't be back at their past ATH, they'll just have to manage to retain their position at their current top spot.

3. For the majority yes but, the older ones that have been developed and also proven their worth like they've been trusted by their own community. They're likely to stay but those that don't have much support will eventually die.
2095  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese man gambled away a huge Covid-19 relief funds mistakenly sent to him on: June 15, 2022, 04:45:21 PM
Both.

If no mistake being done, no person will gamble with that money. Going to the root cause of all, there will be no problem if the first problem didn't occur.

But as someone who's good enough, despite the mistake of sending funds to your account, you shouldn't gamble with it or spend it to the things that you need because it's not even your money. It is not like finders keepers.
2096  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't sell your precious BTC to the whales! on: June 15, 2022, 03:09:36 PM
It seems to me that now selling bitcoins is generally the wrong decision. Considering that this is an investment and many can make good money on it - why do it?
This actually depends. We don't know how many folks have been holding since $3k and bought it there and even passed the ATH still holding it.

So if there's an urgency that they have to sell at the current price now and it's the reason for them to be in a better situation by doing it. Then we can say that it's not a wrong decision.

But if you've bought those bitcoins at a higher rate and then you're about to sell now, then that's the obvious wrong decision. Not everyone who holds now have bought the peak.
2097  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Trading Volume an important metric ? on: June 15, 2022, 01:57:04 PM
Volume is important to me but I'm also doing research and making myself aware of it if it's not genuine.

Well, the first thing that we do is we don't invest that much into those projects that have low volume and liquidity. That only means that there's not that much interest in that project.

But having that said, most projects are starting with low volume but they increase over time when they become popular and the investors has seen its potential.
2098  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you Considered a Career in Betting Consultancy? on: June 14, 2022, 02:39:32 PM
I don't think that I'm suitable to be one of those betting consultants but that seems to be something useful if you truly are a gambler.

I remember my friends that do gave tips not only for me but to other common friends of ours but they have never told me where they're getting all of those accurate predictions they've got for those games we bet before.

I've seen those people that are into this business from interviews and videos and they seem really legit based on the lifestyle they're living.
2099  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: If you do this, stop it! on: June 14, 2022, 12:44:40 PM
We're all growing up and we need to make a living individually. When people think that they're being ignored despite the messages, just think of it that the person is busy whatever he does and we can't invade his privacy.

It's about being mature and if you're not used to it. You have to think about any possibilities why this guy isn't replying to your messages, if he's too focused in what he does, that's what he's trying to sacrifice now for his own future and dreams.
2100  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't sell your precious BTC to the whales! on: June 14, 2022, 09:15:22 AM
It's true that we've been here. If you're new then for sure that no ones to blame if you're ever feeling to panic.

But for us, who have been here during the toughest bear market like in 2018, we know what to do and we just have to chill and if you have money to spend, buy bitcoin.

Being patient is one of the factors that will save you survive this bear and will also help you to be one of those people that will have a good moment when we're back in bull.
This is true, I have been here not only during 2018 but during 2014-2015 period as well and I know that this is temporary. Of course there are still some situations, like the business I am part of is a business that deals in crypto and I get paid in crypto, so that means when the crypto is not bull at all, and it is in a bear market like right now, it is dangerous because the business could go badly and I may earn less, which is a scare.

But for investors, it is really nothing shocking, I have investments made from all over the place and I can easily say that I am fine, why? Because I know for a fact that it will recover, don't know when, but it will, so I am quite fine.
Well if it's related to your business, you are aware that it's market dependent and the profit that you'll be making is reliant on it.

And these situations are not forever, we know that they won't be at the bottom forever and it's going to change over time. We just have to do the same thing that we did when we're on tough days.

You buy or just hold and don't panic.

You choose any of them.
