there are too many forked, but it's different with a clone, so are you clone?. I don't know exactly what TOS from GitHub, even if the code were open-source and can be forked or cloned from everyone, but if you don't have permission or as a contributor on butadice Github, I think it's the same as plagiarism. you must learn first the difference between fork and clone [1].

[1]. https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/difference-between-fork-and-clone-in-github/
They are supposed to get permission from Bustadice owners or purchase the code, which they never did. They just copied it and used it and the evidence is there, but they keep diverting the whole issue.

This is what Devans shared.

8bethub.com is plagiarizing large parts of bustadice including its landing page, its FAQ section, its terms of service and even its code (bustadice's original script editor documentation and sample scripts vs the plagiarized copy, bustadice's original verifier code vs the plagiarized copy).

I strongly recommend that players steer clear of shady fly-by-night casinos like this and stick with reputable operators. If a casino is willing to steal from its competitors it's reasonable to assume that it's willing to steal from its players as well.

2123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Be a Failure Even If It Hits $100,000, Says "Black Swan" Author !! on: July 03, 2022, 08:59:50 PM
I pity people who even have time to listen to his trash and even follow him.

Just look at his argument. It's totally illogical and probably based on stupid emotions. I am pretty sure he's finding it hard to swallow his words. He probably never expected Bitcoin to even go beyond 20K in the previous bull run.

Look at all  this tweets  Grin

Quote
1. "View BTC is as a contagious disease. It will spread, spread & its price will rally until saturation, that is ~every sucker stupid enough to buy the story is invested. When all suckers are in, the prevailing belief will make it an 'obvious' investment. That's maximal fragility." (January 17)

2. "Almost nothing in financial history has been more fragile than bitcoin." (July 3)

3. "Bitcoin has been a magnet for imbeciles." (He was blasting critics who accused him of being too rigid in his views about bitcoin, even though he shifted from being excited about its potential to deciding it was worthless in 2020.) (July 30)

4. "Bitcoin may interest some for speculative purposes but anyone who claims that #bitcoin is a hedge against anything, financial or otherwise, is a certified fraud." (September 20)

5. "1- Bitcoin is no hedge for adversity 2- Bitcoin is no hedge for inflation 3- Bitcoin is no hedge for deflation 4- Bitcoin is no currency 5- Bitcoin is nothing." (December 4)

6. "It is an awkward, clunky & already obsolete product of low interest rates. It should collapse with inflation." (December 28)

7. "If after this morning you still think that #BTC is a hedge against world events, or represents 'diversification', you must stay out of finance, & take up some other hobby s.a. stamp collecting, bird watching or something less harmful to yourself & others." (November 26)

8. "I am not 'bearish' on #BTC. It is a tulip-bubble (without the aesthetics & disguized as a "currency"), hence it is as irrational to buy it as it is to SHORT it, perhaps even more. Gabish?" (October 21)

2124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Breaking News: All Public Blockchains Must HV Centralized Control Administrative on: July 03, 2022, 08:50:51 PM
So, what are we supposed to do with the “breaking news”?

That we stop using Bitcoin because some Supreme Court wants all public blockchains to have administrative functions under centralized control?
Assuming nothing goes to plan, what will they do? Sue Bitcoin? Stop Bitcoin? Arrest and jail Satoshi?

All accounts flagged. My target was to flag roslinpl since the profile has multiple service announcements that could easily fool newbies into dealing with a new owner of the account.

2126  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit is a scam betting site, DO NOT ENTER!! on: July 03, 2022, 08:13:51 PM
I had won 62 USDT in total and I was satisfied, till I realised there's no withdrawal option at all, and all my maximum stakes became 0.01 USDT, while minimum stake is 0.5 USDT, so I just got blacklisted I presume

I do admit it's my fault for not doing extra research before I even deposited into the website...
This is what they do. They hate winners on their casino. Their main goal is for you to send money so that you lose but once you win, that's when they start stating that you violated certain terms and conditions, and they ban you even when you did not violate anything. What is funny is that in most cases they won't even clearly state the terms you violated and how you violated them.
2127  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Legal Tender in Central African Republic on: July 03, 2022, 07:53:26 PM
Well this is just fresh news. There is no full story yet. But what do you guys think about this?

https://twitter.com/WatcherGuru/status/1543679296224608263

Is their goal slowly shifting away from Bitcoin as a legal tender to a government controlled coin?
Do you think the sango coin will receive mass adoption in the country?
2128  Economy / Gambling / Re: 8bethub - Innovative, enhanced and fair Dice gambling experience (bonus soon) on: July 02, 2022, 09:58:26 PM
Website is not the same, intention was definitely not to copy. Changed everything that was needed. But you keep talking about my clients's funds buddy, go get your own hobby or platfrom rather than accussing me of something you have no clue about. We had people winning already, we got no problems or people coming here to complain we did not pay up. We pay, simply because of those problems that you have and keep raising that does not make us thiefs or scammers and you keep raising the same point. We got it, we changed everything needed, that does not mean we are terrible people. Have a good day.
The point is you stole Bustadice's source code, and it's not something anyone should take lightly, especially if you are going to be the custodian of their funds. The practice is mostly done by scammers here because they have no long term goals.

I am not even falsely accusing you because the owners have already confirmed that you stole their source code. Instead of telling me to find a hobby, maybe it's you who needs it more.

2129  Economy / Gambling / Re: 8bethub - Innovative, enhanced and fair Dice gambling experience (bonus soon) on: July 02, 2022, 09:16:54 PM
not everyone see a point in purchasing something if they are not trying to do the same website
I know your account is part of 8bethub, but what's the point of copying another site's source code if the intention was never to try to do the same website?

If you can steal the source code without permission, then what else are you not cable of doing to clients' funds?
2130  Economy / Gambling / Re: Disgusting beitsler on: July 02, 2022, 08:57:11 PM
Do your math brother. 200 and more bets without hitting when my multiplier is 6.6x is impossible. No one was never so unlucky on whatever casino u cant imagine. And about that keno...well thats just mathematically impossible. Again do your math.
Get your shit together and sober up.

You are the complainant, nobody is going to do the math for you here

If this isnt enough for you, then u are lost dude. I can give you my account and password and go play by yourself. Although u would have to deposit too, i wont deposit even stupid penny anymore. Since this happened its like 2 months almost and i by mistake made deposit few xrp there and i couldnt withdraw cause it was too small amount. Well i tried 6.14x dice payout and it was same shit again. Had more than 100 reds. Tell me its aint rigged. Go try by urself ill give you my account no problem
I don't want your password or anything because I don't care or don't even have any special interest. I was only trying to direct you to do the right thing. After all, am not the one who's complaining. Stop acting like a dick.
2131  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet | Bitcoin Casino & Sportsbook | The No.1 Bitcoin Gambling Site on: July 01, 2022, 09:07:16 PM
We know many sad story about VPN used on gambling while used it to the user as an excused to freeze there account in the event that they win a jackpot or huge prize. This might a violation of country policy against online gambling if you are dodging the restrictions by using VPN to access casino.
This can only be a problem if Cloudbet decided to restrict Italian Citizens like it has done with Citizens from the US, but as of now Italian Citizen can still use their gambling site.

IF any form of verification comes up, users can still verify as Italian Citizens and I believe things could still go on well because they are not yet banned by the casino.
2132  Economy / Gambling / Re: Disgusting beitsler on: July 01, 2022, 08:55:58 PM
Look, I know you are probably angry but using such language on support isn't going to help.

Calmly ask them what happened and why it happened?

Also, I suggest you open proper scam accusations with proof of how your account was rigged and how they are not helping you.
here is a proper scam reporting format -- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

I think they will respond since they have an active representative in this forum.
2133  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rocketpot.io refusing to pay out 170k win on: July 01, 2022, 08:43:20 PM
I already had a total of 4K in withdrawals earlier in the week. So according to their terms what was left on the limit was $6000 total for the week. Their limits are max 10k/week and 20k/month. So assuming they do pay out I’ll be able to receive another 10k starting next week. I will of course be posting and updating this thread with every pay out. Truth be told following the limits the balance it’s self could take longer then 8-9 months to be able to cash it all out which is a little frustrating, but I don’t care as long as they end up paying out what is rightfully mine. Hopefully that clears up your confusion

It's my first time seeing a casino that has weekly withdrawal limits of 10K. I don't know their maximum win limit, just imagine if someone or your account grew to half a million dollars. How long would he have to wait to withdraw all that amount?

My hope is that you don't wager again for now. I have seen cases of people lose all their winnings while they waited for the withdrawals or their KYC verification to be approved.
2134  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: sacmmer company localbitcoins deleted all support tickets on: June 30, 2022, 09:54:59 PM
Bisq, localcryptos, hodlhodl and some exchanges are decentralized and they are bitcoin decentralized exchanges where you can exchange some altcoins to bitcoin, no kyc required.
Just to clear things up. It's only Bisq that is a truly decentralized Bitcoin p2p exchange if you are trying to exchange Bitcoin for fiat.
Localcryptos is noncustodial
HodlHodl is custodial, but they are not yet so strict on KYC. But they can ask for KYC anytime. Just check their terms and conditions.

Quote
But OP is talking about Localcryptos, it is a KYC P2P exchange and not decentralized, it is just like Paxful or Binance p2p, the reason I mentioned both instead.
You wanted to say Localbitcoins?
2135  Economy / Reputation / Re: [Investigation] Fighting The Account Mafia on: June 30, 2022, 09:43:23 PM
roslinpl an account that was trusted changed hands, woke up and started participating in 1xbit signature campaign with shitposts and the whole story is here

The proof pointing to ownership change is here
They didn't even bother signing a message from the addy.

When the campaign they were promoting stopped. roslinpl's activity also stopped.

I am going to tag all the accounts involved after sometime. I can not trust the person who is currently behind roslinpl's account or all the accounts involved in the sale.
2136  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rocketpot.io refusing to pay out 170k win on: June 30, 2022, 09:26:47 PM
@OP did you manage to get any withdrawal from your account ?
According to what the post says, the declined to process even his initial withdrawal

Now rocketpot has declined my withdrawal and telling me they won’t process it with no real explanation besides “dishonest behaviour”

This is an interesting case I will be following closely. I hope Rocketpot gives us a detailed explanation here. OP keep us updated as well.
2137  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: June 30, 2022, 09:11:42 PM
<...>
This is what i keep telling people

With on 1xbit, when you deposit money and lose it, there won't be any “TOS” violated, but make a mistake of winning a huge amount. All of a sudden, your account gets locked, and they say you violated the ToS, which they never even mention.

In other word, 1xbit is designed to make sure a player can never profit from them. If you want huge winnings that you can withdraw. Avoid this scam called 1xbit
2138  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: sacmmer company localbitcoins deleted all support tickets on: June 29, 2022, 09:00:12 PM
Are you sure this site is https://localbitcoins.com? I am afraid that this is a Phishing site that uses a similar domain
Please, would you mind telling us how the domain you shared above is of a phishing site?
I am sort of confused because all these years I have known that localbitcoins.com and localbitcoins.net were official domains of localbitcoins
2139  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: sacmmer company localbitcoins deleted all support tickets on: June 29, 2022, 05:08:22 PM
so you can use Binance or other trustworthy p2p exchange like Paxful.
You can't use those two without undergoing KYC verification.

The best options are Bisq and Localcryptos that have no mention of requiring any KYC verifications in their terms of service.
2140  Economy / Gambling / Re: Nitrobetting.eu - Unmatched BTC Betting and Entertainment 🎰📈🏀⚾🏈⚽ on: June 29, 2022, 04:46:29 PM
True. I wouldn't have noticed this site had it not been for the email that nitrogensports.eu sent me earlier this day. Their current branding is weak, and I don't think a lot of people will be interested in using this platform given that a lot of other platforms already exist with better promotions, better community engagement, and literally just better in a lot of aspects. If only they could put some love on this platform again, people would try this site again and give it some attention that it wanted.
or the main reason could be because their reputation is already fucked up. Just check Nitrogensports' reputation and the numerous scam accusations they had. Both are sister sites, and nobody would want to risk using a site that is related to another scam site. Their situation is almost similar to that of 1xbet and 1xbit.
