The interesting thing about being a wallet without its own system is that at any time we can end activities in a country, and you will still have your coins through the private key
I think you're missing the point of the question. It is not about owning a private key or not, but how can the user make sure nobody else own the private key, or they are not using some address generated by others. If you have no reputation then going open source should be a good idea.

If you're talking about mining with GPU, then you must be referring to altcoin mining. If that's the case, the altcoin mining board would be more suitable for this topic.
That being said, I do expect the difficulty to drop, but won't be that instant. Some miners probably have access to a good energy source (very cheap, for example), which allows them to continue mining despite losing some dollars every day. Or, they just believe that the condition will get better and speculate that it is better to hoard some sats from now on and sell them later.

If you want to test sending some coins to others, wouldn't testnet be preferable? AFAIK regtest is a local network and you can just create a new address to generate new coins to see whether a block is created successfully or not and so on. If you want to connect two clients to it, maybe run one in a sandbox while others run normally. I'm also a newbie on this stuff by the way, so wait for others to give you some tips. CMIIW. This might help you: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5268794.0.

Most of these cache software are paid btw, I don't think you'd need to do that if you just want to run a node. Just use Linux as mentioned above. I use this disk caching thing for gaming, but wouldn't really use it for anything else especially if it is as sensitive as running a node where you are online 24/7.

The distribution is really terrible. I hope they can develop a new mechanism in place to prevent exchanges or pools to gain control of the network easily. Considering how often pools or exchanges got hacked, the risk is really not small. Even if they never want to attack the network, someone could "easily" hack them and do it.

If you're talking about projects with a token, I think the market's nature makes them prone to failure. Most of them are designed to be a cash grab, and if it is not, the community is so focused on making profits that it is almost unrealistic to hope they stick together when the market is harsh. Marketing is not going to help that much for them much. I've also seen a project with a focus on marketing fail soon after that since most people view them as a quick cash grab.
Things might be different if you're launching a crypto-related service without any token, such as an open-source payment processor and so on.

There are tons of payment processors in my country, the competition is intense. From mobile-only payment processors to e-shops like Shopee (yes they offer payment processing too). It is kinda weird to see at first, but understandable since the market is huge. I don't see any crypto though.
I agree with others, Bitcoin on its own is just a currency or investment (depends on how you see it), we still need a framework like BTCPay to process it. I don't think it is going to change anytime soon, at least in my country.

I think you need to make it clear what standard you use to list them as "the best". Do you use the list from another website as mentioned by bitmax, or is there another source for it? I think you can also add how easy it is to buy them for overseas miners (outside EU or US) for example, so your list can be more distinct compared to others.

I thought I can use it to view the timeline of Bitcoin history, turns out it just lists everything that happened on a specific date. Not that bad I suppose. Btw, it looks like the website is owned by the one who owns Coldcard. I guess that's why Coldcard-related products are deemed historically important for them.

There's so little info on the website if you're not planning to order or register as a courier. I think it is fair to say that at least a dedicated homepage for scrolling around your website would be better. At least it will look less scammy. That aside, is this New York Express Delivery your own company and a new one too? I can't find any info about it.

more information for electrum :
There is some misleading/wrong info there, I think reading the thread on the Electrum sub-board is way better to learn about Electrum compared to this. Also, you might want to read about seed and private keys to avoid confusion in the future.

It makes me wonder why Tron creates something like this in the first place. Is there any benefit for their users other than being more exposed to scam activities? Kind of a weird thing to develop. Using 2 different wallet for 2 different purpose would be better if they really need to differentiate the use for each one of them.

Don't focus too much on their ROI. Some of these guys are whales who can pump out a token for fun just to get the prize, and don't forget the risk mentioned above. You won't be able to get the "ROI" for this kind of competition if you don't have much capital, just focus on a realistic goal such as 10% profit per month or so.

Holy cow. I wonder if they also sell the selfies to other companies to train their AI. Not saying they did, but assuming I've found some gigs like this in the past, it is not out of the picture. Hopefully, it won't be the trend, if it does happen I won't torture myself for something like this.

This has nothing with dev & tech discussion. Probably move it into the altcoin section or something similar since most of the time you're referring to them when you talk about web 3.0.
It is not as simple as web3 vs blockchain, sometimes event blockchain is claimed to be part of web3.0 itself. Event the definition is sometimes being contested.

The price is a bit wonky these days. I suggest you also wait for the new release of GPU from Nvidia or AMD before you purchase unless your local market price is very good. Make sure to calculate your theoretical profit too before buying any gpu so you won't be faced with unexpected power consumption with little to no profit.

Not donating don't be fool. They made money from hundrends of millions of dollars laundered money from black activities such as sellngs guns, drugs, terrorism etc. This why the can be the highest payng campangns.
And how do you know this? As far as I'm aware they still don't take a fee when somebody mixes on their website, so, is there a hidden site that I'm unaware of?

Does your router/modem not support a data monitoring tool? If it exists maybe you can try to test by running your rig for a few days without using it for anything else to see how much it consumes every day. Just in case you want hard-proof data.
