Cheap VPS?
sorry for my ignorance
Yes, you will need a host that will run your NXT software instead of your own computer. VPS is a virtual private server, they can be rented for $5-10/month, and you can run NXT on it and access it with a browser from anywhere in the world. But if you don't want to go thru all that hassle, really just lease your balance to a forging pool, and the pool will do the forging and send you your forged shares.

Thank you for all the replys!
at work I can not install the next client! Is there a possibility for forging anyway? Online Wallet?
It's a little more complicated but doable in a safe way. Here is how you can do it safely: Suppose you have all your NXTs in account A. Create an account B. Send 2-3 NXTs from account A to account B. Get yourself a cheap VPS. Install NXT on this VPS and run it with a SSL option. From your home PC lease forging balance from account A to account B. Log in to your NXT running on a VPS over https:// with the password from account B. Then simply close the browser, it will keep forging with your leased balance from account A. That way you don't need to send your password from account A over internet, even though it's a SSL connection and should be ok. Or better do what achimsmile said above, it's easier that way

Sorry 5,1 NXT per block When there are more transactions in the network and 1 NXT costs more, it might be profitable. Under 2 conditions: 1) you buy as many cheap NXTs now as you can to increase your chances; 2) you keep your NXT running and forging. Think of investing into NXT as buying hardware for Bitcoin mining if you like Even if you don't buy many NXTs, you still can get lucky, you don't need to run anything else, but your computer, which you run anyway. All you need is a browser. When you switch it off, you switch it off, when you switch it on, start forging and maybe you get lucky. You can also lease your NXTs to a pool and get steady little profits.

I just say credit card, perhaps better debit card, because I do not any credit, I have a lot money at my bank account.
Wich companies offer debit electron card, option BTC/USD ?
VISA ? MasterCard ? UnionPay ? American express ? Diners Club ?
I've seen mention of this somewhere on the forum, there are 2 companies that offer a debit card that you can load your bitcoins onto, and you can withdraw your local currency at an ATM, they'll do all the conversions, although rates aren't perfect, but that's due to little competition. I don't think I will be searching for that info now, maybe someone can provide a link. Competition will be coming, be sure of that, and commisions fees will fall.

With my Credit Cards, I can buy everything, anywhere in the world in any country, in any place, at any time, No matter what I have just ruble at my credit card, this is not the case with Bitcoin
The difference between Bitcoin and the real money is huge, and it can not be more generally comparable, because bitcoin is not money !
I think there are already one or two, maybe even more companies that offer to load your bitcoins into a debit card, and they do the conversion of the bitcoins to the local currency on the fly per current exchange rate, just like your rubles would be converted to the local currency where you travel to on the fly per current exchange rate of ruble-to-USD or some other currency. In short, if there is demand for it, there is a solution. The debit cards are here already, they are not credit cards yet, but you can't argue that credit is money, because it's not. Credit is your liability to the bank. Debt is the money of slaves. As long as there is more demand, there will be more companies offering debit cards with competitive rates of servicing them.

But I like money and not want convert my money into bitcoin or ony crypto, I think most people have the same opinion.
Almost everybody likes money. You don't want to convert, well, don't, who can make you. Might be that most people are as uneducated about money as you're. It doesn't mean that any educated about money person would quickly rush to buy bitcoins. It just means that an educated about money person can tell the difference between money and not money, and he knows money when he sees it, and is aware of functions of money. If a cigarette in jail can perform functions of money, it is money. If a bitcoin can perform functions of money at some merchants, it is money. You can't use rubles to buy food in US or Europe, ruble is not money there, but in Russia it is.

Bitcoin is not regulated by law, It's a toy.
If people are willing to accept bitcoin and/or other cryptos for their goods and services, who cares it's not regulated? It will be used regardless. Just look at the history of money: a lot of things were used as money in the past. impossible The history of money shows it's not only possible, but happened many times at many places with different peoples, who used different items as money. Apparently, you haven't studied the history of money.

You guys seriously expect the developer to keep to the schedule? If there is one thing I learned about software developers is that they never keep to the schedule and always leave some nasty bug behind

No penalty. Just no chance to forge. How many NXT do you have forging?
Less than I'd like to, I should probably lease to a pool when I've played enough with it

Can we please have an alpha client? Please

I believe the penalty is a feature of full Transparent Forging, when the order of forgers is known in advance. If you miss your turn, then your forging power is reduced to zero for 1440 blocks. This is the penalty I think you refer to, to stop anyone trying any funny business in their tracks. At the moment, we have about 50% of transparent forging implemented. It currently works on what you might think of as a prize draw/lottery. When you are forging, you are in the drawing room with your tickets (NXT) and listening to the draw results. When you stop forging, you just leave the room so can't win the draw anymore. When you come back, your tickets are still eligible and there is no penalty. Your tickets still have a specific chance of winning as before and the longer you stay in the room (forge) the more likely your ticket will come up. This is the best of my understanding, I am happy to be corrected if I am wrong Anon136 is writing a paper on TF so has a good understanduing of what 'is' and what 'will be'. Ok, thank you, yeah I was probably referring to TF although I had no idea. I just heard penalty mentioned and was concerned a bit what happens if I 'leave the room' for a few hours

A NEM stake wouldn't be 3000 NxT ($180) if there was an alpha client released, nowhere close. I'm prepared to buy NEM (pre-alpha) if it drops to 9000 NxT ($500) as would others.
Just wait and see By the way, when/if the NEM alpha client is released, 3000 NXT would be much more than $180.

Can anyone give a hint, if I stop forging for a few hours, turn off my computer, then come back and start forging again, I heard there is a penalty, what kind of?

Shameless bashing of NEM for advertising Qora
I hold both
I hold neither NEM is nothing but talk as has been stated. I might buy it when they release an alpha client and the NEM stake goes to 3000 NXT, that is, both of these events must happen before I buy it. Qora? NXT can do what Qora can do and more. I registered a few aliases in Qora just for the fun of it when I tried it, but haven't bought in any qoras yet, someone sent me a hundred. Can you tell me why I should buy Qora instead of NXT?

8 days waiting, no withdrawal. Is Cryptsy insolvent on NXT?
