Some research needs to be done on the addresses used in the 6 transactions before the BTC got into Trade Fortress' wallet. It is possible that Trade Fortress was an unknowingly innocent party and withdrew those coins from an exchange, website, or service.

I was just beating my chest a little bit... sorry it offended you guys. I'm not right very often, so I need to enjoy the times when I am. No one is going to make any money on this other than cloudhashing themselves.
You guys have obviously never done any (smart) investing before if you didn't know you should do some research into the investment before throwing your money at them. You will learn from this, it is a good experience to have. I just hope you didn't lose too much. Emmanuel from Cloud Hashing made this personal in pages 1-??? of this thread and the scammer thread. Look at our conversation back and forth. He really pissed me off during this time, so I have always checked this thread and the scam thread everynow and then and throw in my two cents.

I'm a Litecoin supporter, but to say Litecoin will overtake Bitcoin is crazy. It all boils down to two words: network effect.
no one said that Litecoin will over take Bitcoin, this wont happen ever, but saying that Litecoin is shit and will die and ..... is just a total fanatic Nazi shit over it. Ah, I got you. IMO, the people who say the following are clowns: 1. Litecoin will overtake Bitcoin 2. Litecoin will die or is dead/dying Two words again are the main argument for my reasoning: network effect Litecoin is the most popular ALT and it is here to say. Sorry if that makes you angry, but you need to learn to deal with it.

ngzhang, Honor the tradein and refund people for their loss because of your pre-mining with their equipment.
After that you have the right to call loser anyone you like. Practice in the mirror first.
+1 I will not buy another Avalon product until they make it right by us. We have lost almost 350 BTC so far with our Avalon Batch 3 purchase. Avalon doesn't seem to give a fuck and keeps on trucking like nothing happened. Avalon built their next generation of products on the wallets of everyday users and miners of the community. They mined for months (or sold it out the back door).... that was hardware THAT WE PAID FOR! This whole situation is such bullshit, I hope someone sues the shit out of Avalon. I wouldn't mind being a co-plaintiff if anyone wants to PM me about something like that. I am ready to try to form some type of legal action against Avalon. Class action lawsuit perhaps? I kept thinking maybe they'll make it up to us, but at this point it looks like its not going to happen.

I wasn't aware eMunie will not be open source. Please seriously consider changing this stance.

You were all warned this is a scam. Just do a quick search on these forums.
+1 I have been warning people about Cloud Hashing since the first page of this thread, and am possibly one of their biggest critics. Anyone that didn't do the research on this (read the early part of this thread and the thread in the scammer subforum) kind of deserves to lose there money. I hope that doesn't happen and you guys get your money back, but you will not receive much empathy from me. I warned you and you didn't listen (or you didn't do your homework.)

Ah... i apologize. I suffered from a temporary lapse in reading comprehension. I understand now. And you are certainly correct. Anyone that thought bitcoin ASICs would kill Litecoin is um... (redacted). I was positive Litecoin would become popular as a new alternative for GPU mining and thus become more popular and valuable. That's part of the reason I was buying up used mining equipment around the bitcoin reward halving last year.

Would you be open to accept CGB as payment? Ah... Cryptogenic Bullion- trying to make cryptocoins look cool again. (I thought of that saying a while back and have been waiting for the perfect time to say it... rofl) Anyways.... sure. I will accept anything integrated with coin payments. I didn't really realize there would be much interest in buying these with other ALTs and wasn't really planning on accepting anything other than a few cryptocoins. It seems like there is some interest in paying with other ALTs, so I will try to get it setup where I can accept just about anything.

when ASIC comes out,
everyone mining with a graphics card is going to switch to litecoin, but will not be as optimistic on litecoin and will sell the litecoins as they come in. this will crash the litecoins and will present the best buying opportunity their ever was?
Just following up here, have ASIC's come out yet for BTC? Is this a joke or have you been living under a rock? Visit the custom hardware subforum... ASICs for Litecoin will not come for at least 1-2 years IMO. The price of LTC needs to support the cost of development.

Looking good, am definitely interested in a few as well.
Question: Will you be accepting XBT or LTC for the coins?
Wow, you threw me off by saying XBT... I totally missed the news that XBT is the new official currency code for Bitcoin. I will be using coinpayments.net, so technically any coin they have integrated I could theoretically accept if you ask nice enough. I will try to accommodate people with whichever crypto currency they prefer. Just give me some time to setup a wallet and stuff for it if it's anything other than XBT/LTC/XPM.

Thanks for the heads up D&T. I did not realize that I was covered in the MPP. I was definitely in the first batch, I just checked the receipt in my email, mine is one of the first 550 machines with an expected delivery Oct. 31.
Straight from the receipt: "Baby Jet Delivery Dates. All of the 550 Baby Jet units from HashFast's first production batch are guaranteed for delivery by December 31, 2013. If Buyer ordered one or more units of such Baby Jets, and HashFast does not deliver such units by that date, then Buyer may cancel the undelivered portion of the order at Buyer's request and HashFast will refund the payment for the units that Buyer purchased but did not receive and cancelled. This cancellation and refund is Buyer's sole and exclusive remedy for HashFast failing to deliver by the December 31, 2013 guaranteed delivery date, and Buyer must cancel the order by January 15, 2014 to avail itself of this remedy. Buyer to pay all taxes, duties and shipping costs."
Is this the MPP you are referring to? If so, then that's not much of a MPP. They can deliver on December 30 and fall under the good graces of the contract, and we'd all still be screwed.

Wow, mid december IF all goes right.. Not good news at all. Oh well, at least we can stop asking for an update.
Let the bitching commence. And yes we're fucked.
Look at it this way, if all doesn't go right, at least you'll be eligible for a refund. I hope that's a joke. Unless you're talking about credit card payments or something? I would think most of the money would be spent if Hash Fast fails. I know they say they can refund, but I would be very surprised if that was true.

I'll say what Hash Fast is unwilling to say: if you didn't purchase a miner protection plan, you are fucked. Kiss your BTC goodbye. I'm so happy I ordered before they came out with the MPP....... Getting fucked by another ASIC manufacturer, what a surprise. Well the delay is mostly on Batch 1. Batch 1 was all MPP. Later batches had an option of MPP or not but they are unlikely to face as long of a delay. Really!!? So maybe I am covered under the MPP... I'm not entirely sure what batch I ordered in, Ill have to look into it. I don't remember there being the option of a MPP when I ordered though. Thanks for the heads up.
