2141  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoS/MN] Gentarium (GTM) | Masternode hosting platform | Shared MN service on: June 19, 2019, 10:42:35 PM
I think people need to relax more as I have been seeing a few people in the Gentarium discord server asking why the price is going down. The problem is that almost all the Alts outside the top 100 are going down as BTC is the main focus right now but once that starts to change we should see it switch to Alts and that's when we will hopefully see GTM rise again. The thing people forget is that GTM has a use case for their coin unlike many other projects out there.
Those guys likely asked the same question and had the same feelings when bitcoin dropped to below $4,000 months ago. I don't know that what they did that time, but I guess they likely sold their bitcoins around $4,000 or even at lower price around $3,500. Now, they will probably make same mistakes by selling their Gentarium coins.

Yes you could be right my friend and that is why its best to have a long term mindset instead of chasing after Bitcoin when it has a run up because as we have seen in the past, Alts have their time to shine. When that happens I believe GTM will be one coin that will do well as like I have mentioned many times, it has a use case and is the top masternode platform in the world.
2142  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 19, 2019, 10:39:15 PM

I totally agree with both of you, the sad part is we all can see the potential he has to be a top player but he just isn't mentally right. I'm worried that it could be too late once he gets his mind straight and focused on tennis as there are other young guys coming through the ranks which look good. Kyrgios still has time on he's side to get himself sorted out before its too late, it must be within the next year though or he's chance could be gone like Tomic.

I read some articles saying that Nick's favorite sports is actually not Tennis but Basketball. And I have this hunch that is the reason why he didn't f***ing care whether winning or losing in the court. He didn't have that passion, and it looks like he is was going to the motions and just playing for the sake of making money that's why he disregarded everything related to tennis, the umpire, the audience and specially his opponent on the opposite side of the court. I'm glad you mentioned Tomic, they have this similar "bad boy" image and now it seems that Tomic can't recover from that stigma and seems to be on the downward spiral as opposed to be playing his best tennis at his peak age of 25 or 26.

“All I do is count my millions – you try doing what I do!” - LOL, he totally snapped once he was question by the media.

Yeah its a shame because as we all can see Kyrgios has so much potential to be one of the greats. If he only had the passion to play tennis and not the passion for the money he could easily be the next Federer/Nadal and win multiple Grand Slam titles but I'm not sure if we'll ever see this. Yeah I remember when Tomic said this statement as it was all over the news here in Australia, Tomic should just give up the sport and retire if he has so much money.

Anyone been keeping an eye on the grass court tournaments so far? I have been watching the Halle Open as there are some top players playing like Federer, Zverev and a few more. Federer is looking good back on his favourite surface and will be hard to beat in this tournament. Monfils has been the only big name to lose so far.

Yes, Federer looks good during his first round match and beat John Millman. He will be chasing his 10th Halle Open title so obviously he is the favorite in this tournament. He will be facing Tsonga next, so it will be an entertaining match. Zverev is ranked second behind Federer and so far also going into the next round as well and will be facing S. Johnson.

Yeah the Federer and Tsonga match will be interesting to see what kind of form Tsonga is in as we haven't seen the best of him this year and the same can be said about Zverev who also hasn't been in good form this year. I'm just watching to see who is performing well heading into Wimbledon and that's when I'll put a couple of bets on.

I would like to see the owner of the site add more sports to bet on like the MLB which I like to bet on, also some golf tournaments and major boxing and UFC fights would also be great to have for us to bet on.

I'm loving these stakes rolling in now that the block rewards have increased to 250% for 10,000 blocks only and then it will start to go down until it reaches 50% which is where it will stay until all the blocks have been minted. I still see HTS as a long term hold as the team are currently working on revamping their DEX HotDex and then they can start on future developments which they have set out in their roadmap.
2145  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 18, 2019, 10:40:37 PM
Like I mentioned in the other discussion thread about Bangladesh, they could be the dark horse of this World Cup and I even said that they could sneak into the top 4 and play in the semi-finals. They have shown that they can play well against the good teams and maybe this World Cup is their time to shine. It will take just one slip up from one of the top 4 teams and Bangladesh can sneak in. Right now that team could be New Zealand as they haven't played the top team yet so we could see Bangladesh make it, outside of the top 4 I think Bangladesh is the better team.

There is no need to get excited over a win against the West Indies. The Windies are no longer one of the cricket powerhouses. But it was a good comfortable victory, and will do a lot to strengthen the morale of the Bangladeshi players. But for them, the big test is coming up. Their next match is against Australia on 20th and to be honest I have zero hopes for an upset. And then they will face the South Asian teams (AFG, IND, PAK). Unless they manage to win 3 out of their next 4 matches, I don't think that they can qualify for the playoffs.

I'm not getting excited my friend, I'm just saying that Bangladesh have a good chance to make the semi-finals. Yes I agree they have a big test coming up as they start to play two of the top teams in the tournament however I can see them winning 2 of the 4 matches coming up. I don't think they will beat Australia and India but the other two matches they can win if they play well. Then they just need New Zealand to drop a few matches and Bangladesh will be in with a shot to make the semi-finals. New Zealand's last couple of matches are against Australia and England and we never know what the WI can do on a good day so potentially New Zealand could lose 3-4 matches coming up so lets see what happens.

The Sentivate team continues to work hard behind the scenes as they now have their whitepaper in many different languages for all to understand what this project is all about. Not only that, they are working on the universal web mainnet that will be launching soon so we have a lot to look forward to in the near future.

CMC seem strange to me when it comes to listing exchanges and coins as we have seen in the past that some exchanges and coins are added within a month or even a couple of weeks while others have to wait months before being listed. I really don't understand what the hold up is with adding txbit as it has already proven that it is a top exchange compared to most exchanges out there. Hopefully it won't be too long before we see txbit listed and then hopefully we'll see a lot more growth.
CMC changed their strategy and requirements for listing request since the bull run in 2017. I don't remember when they implemented such changes on their strategy, but likely since the second quarter of 2018. If you were here in 2017 and 2018 (you actually been in crypto longer than me), you did know that CMC was very easily listed new coins in 2017. Consequently, massive scam coins launched and fastly successful listed on CMC. I guess, when crypto cooled down, bearish market came, and CMC finally realised their position in crypto should be built up by new listing requirements in order to minimize risks of scam projects' appearance on their site.

Well I still see pump and dump coins being listed on CMC within a few weeks of them launching. I won't name them here but clearly they are pump and dump coins run by the same dev. I made a tweet the other day asking CMC to list txbit and I got a reply saying that they have received the request and will evaluate the request and that the CMC team will reach out to the txbit team if they proceed with the listing so at least we got some news on the listing.
2152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoS/MN] Gentarium (GTM) | Masternode hosting platform | Shared MN service on: June 16, 2019, 10:29:58 PM
Yes I agree and I think the good Alts will skyrocket even more then the others. I put GTM in the good Alts category so I am expecting massive gains in price once Alts start to take off. To be honest most coins don't offer anything where as GTM does and is the top masternode platform in the world so it has a lot going for it.
If we can wait so far, from now on time and patience will help us earning profits from investments into altcoins. Huge profits, I believe. If we don't lose our patience in coming weeks, we can earn easy money from our investments and our patience. Gentarium, I have no doubt that it will skyrocket at the right time, because there are good masternode coins that will certainly rally when altcoin season comes, and Gentarium that is a backbone of masternode coins via its Masternode hosting service, will surely join the common trend and rise significantly.

I'm all good as I have a lot of patience to hold for the long term like I have ever since I got into crypto in early 2015. I know how much it can pay off if we all have some patience so that is why I never worry about the price of GTM because I feel that this is a top project and that in the long term we will hopefully see a lot of growth.

India are looking in top form with their top order batsman all getting starts. Right now the top well balanced teams from what I can see are Australia, India and England. We will see how well New Zealand shape up once they start playing some of the top teams in the coming matches. India played a great game against Pakistan and deserved the win, it was a good all round performance by the Indian team.
2154  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 📢[ANN] ⭐HOTDEX ⭐A Decentralized Exchange ⭐ on: June 16, 2019, 10:16:01 PM
I just read that HotDex will be undergoing a redesign of their DEX and website. Also they have a new voting system for coins to get listed where it will cost 1 HTS coin per vote like it was before however the coin wanting to get listed much get 10k votes, HTS coins used for voting will be burned which is good for lowering the HTS coin supply.

In the past week, I have been using the ESBC betting platform a lot more but I still like to see more sports added from around the world so it gives everyone a chance to bet on their favourite sports. I like that even though we lose bets we still get a little back even though it is small.

I am also usa so I can't get on to do trades.  If anyone is not usa, the coin is up and listed now for deposits, withdraws, and trading.  Please head to nova and just put some volume in there.

Well I'm actually hoping that once trading starts on Nova and the price starts to move that the same happens on Cre24 but then again most can't use that exchange either so we are in a tough spot right now. I think its best to see how the volume goes first before thinking about another exchange that allows everyone to trade.

Australia now move to the top of the table with an easy win in the end. Yes Sri Lanka had their chance to maybe pull off an upset with the great start they had but like the previous member in here said, it was their middle order that let them down. Sri Lanka still sit 5th on the table but their NRR is poor, its hard to see any team outside the top 4 right now making it so I think we have the semi finals already, just the positions might change.

BTC looks to be on another run so it will be interesting to see what Alts do. I think that good potential projects like Gentarium will eventually do well as people start to see the potential. I'm getting closer to my goal and that's when I'll stop buying GTM and just earn from the MN and staking rewards.
In short term, hours or days, altcoins might dive slightly, but in more than one week, when bitcoin surpass $9000 or even moving much higher, we might see massive growth of altcoins. Altcoins, in reality, have waited for their turns to rise for too long. Now, we have come very closely to another period of altcoin growths. When altcoins rise, they will be unstoppable because they all have accumulated big enough to take off. They simply waited for leading signal from bitcoin.

Yes I agree and I think the good Alts will skyrocket even more then the others. I put GTM in the good Alts category so I am expecting massive gains in price once Alts start to take off. England played a great game easily beating the WI and boosting their NRR to sit just behind New Zealand on the table. Australia have a chance later today to go top if they win against Sri Lanka and boost their NRR. So far the only teams to not be effected by the rain are England, Australia and Afghanistan which just shows how much the weather is playing a part in this World Cup.
2160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 14, 2019, 10:20:44 PM
I agree with what you say about Tsitsipas and that is I asked about him playing on grass. He does have the right body to play on grass but I guess he just needs to start playing more grass tournaments. Wimbledon will be an interesting tournament this year to see if any of the young talent can reach the finals and maybe even challenge the top players at winning it all. I'll see how the young talent play in the lead up tournaments before placing my bets. I agree with Kyrgios but he is a very good grass court player, that is why I mentioned him.

Kyrgios is special kind of player. When he gets in the grove and everything is going as he thinks it should, he is easily top 5. The problem is his game plan when result isn't in his favor. I watched him many times when he played 2nd serve as first. It is normal for him to strike 3 aces and make 2 double faults in the same game and ends the match with more than 30 aces and often more than 10 double faults. It is very rarely that you see a player which has too much belief in his shots. And that is if we forget all the times he just doesn't feel like playing and starts arguing with half the audience and looses easily against players outside top 100.

Correct, when he is on the zone, Nick is very hard to stop. He really has a lot of potential to be one of the best, but most of the time when the shots is not falling he has someone to play, himself, the umpire the audience and obviously his bad attitude comes into place. If he could just muster that mentality to focus about the game and not the people around him then easily top 5 for me.
