2161  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POW]VIAT & Sentivate Network Universal Web Mainnet SOON on: June 14, 2019, 10:16:10 PM
The thing I like most about this project is that the team keep on delivering. The new 3 month roadmap was just released the other day and already the team are ahead of schedule which shows that they work hard to get the job done. I have always said that SNTVT is a long term hold for me and that's what I'll continue to do, hold long term as I know things take time to develop.

I'm confident that once Alts start to take off, D will explode as like I have always said D has massive potential to be a top 100 cryptocurrency in the near future. Since then there has been a lot more work done on the project which gives me even more confidence in the coin and dev team. I'm seeing a lot more tweets on Twitter now and more people looking into mining D so the word is now starting to get out there so be ready!
2163  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 13, 2019, 10:30:34 PM
This tournament is turning out to be poor due to the weather playing its role in many matches and to not even have a ball bowled makes it even worse. Not sure why they scheduled the World Cup at this time of year, they should of at least started in in July or August as the weather is much better in England at that time of year. I know that there are the Ashes in August but still I think they have the timing all wrong for the World Cup. It also gives teams that ain't playing due to the weather an unfair advantage to the teams that have been able to play, it will be interesting to see how this plays out.

Ok here a thing with Stefanos, I think he mostly concentrated of clay court tournaments, but his game is more suited for grass. So for me he needed to shift this game and focus more on grass court tournaments as I believed he can win and can dominate it in the next two years. I haven't check the odds but definitely will put some bets on him. Love to see him against Federer again.

I just checked Tsitipas history on grass and it looks very poor. The history quoted is from tennisexplorer page. It seems to me he looses the match on the grass as soon as he faces a solid grass player. I will skip betting on him at least in the beginning and give myself some time to judge if improved his grass game. I am not so sure that his game is suited for grass. Grass is all about the balls staying close to the surface (taking the time from your opponent) and Tsitipas often uses top spin ground strokes which rebound over the opponent shoulder thus making it harder to hit.

Interesting stats you have there, I will do the same and see how well he plays in the lead up tournaments and then maybe see how he goes in the first match at Wimbledon before placing a bet on him. The down side to this is that the odds could come in a little but I think its best to see him play first before betting. I bet on Thiem to win the French Open because I know he is a good player on clay and as I always look for value I like to bet on players that pay the higher odds. Clearly the best players on grass is Federer and Djokovic and Nadal can play well but he isn't as suited as these two players. Another one we can say that is good on grass and that is Kyrgios but its a huge risk betting on him because we don't know if he's mentality to win is switch on.

But for me though Tsitsipas should really concentrate on grass court tournaments. With his height and quickness, he will better fit for those kind of tournaments in my opinion. He has a big serve. Nick Kyrgios? Nah, he is really unstable at this point, not putting any money on him. So let's see what will be the odds for this year, I don't know if there will be some long shot that can win the tournament as the top 3 is still going strong.

I agree with what you say about Tsitsipas and that is I asked about him playing on grass. He does have the right body to play on grass but I guess he just needs to start playing more grass tournaments. Wimbledon will be an interesting tournament this year to see if any of the young talent can reach the finals and maybe even challenge the top players at winning it all. I'll see how the young talent play in the lead up tournaments before placing my bets. I agree with Kyrgios but he is a very good grass court player, that is why I mentioned him.

BTC looks to be on another run so it will be interesting to see what Alts do. I think that good potential projects like Gentarium will eventually do well as people start to see the potential. I'm getting closer to my goal and that's when I'll stop buying GTM and just earn from the MN and staking rewards.

XPTX Will be added 6/14/17 to https://novaexchange.com

That's great to hear, once it is listed we need the community to start trading to build up the volume. I unfortunately won't be able to on Nova which is why I'll be sticking to Crex24 for now. At least this listing was free due to what happened with Cryptopia and Nova exchange is a good exchange as I have used it in the past before the new owners took over.

I thought Pakistan bowled well once they were able to bowl out Warner and Finch as Australia were looking at scoring 350+ runs. Pakistan also had a big chance to chase down the score as they were ahead in the runs per over but lost wickets regularly which sets them back. Australia now go second on the table behind New Zealand who have a better NRR.

This rain is really starting to frustrate me as that makes it three matches now where the rain has either stopped play and eventually abandoned or the match hasn't even had a single ball bowled. I just hope the Australia v Pakistan match has a nice sunny day as I'm interested to see how Pakistan goes against a top team.

Now that Triangles is listed on Nove exchange, I just wonder if CMC will re-list TRI. I didn't even know that TRI was delisted from CMC until I went to check the other day and it wouldn't show up. The problem we might face is that CMC require a coin to be listed on two exchanges, what do you guys think about trying to get TRI re-listed on CMC with just Nova exchange?

we are also on btcpop.co so technically on 2. Just no volume on Nova atm. Is there anyone EU based and able to add some orders? I'm willing to airdrop.

Yes I seen Triangles on there however does CMC see this as an exchange? I haven't seen this listed on CMC which is why we need another exchange that is listed so we can get Triangles re-listed on CMC. Its a shame that all the exchanges that are listed on CMC charge high fees for listings.

The good thing with MOIN is that the price has remained stable for the past year or so. I know the ones that bought at the top are feeling it right now but hopefully in the long term we'll see MOIN back up there as it is one of the longest blockchains in crypto when it comes to PoS.
2172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: June 10, 2019, 10:42:28 PM
The rain is really causing problems with another match abandoned between South Africa and the WI. I think it was luck for SA that the match was called off as the WI looked in fine form bowling taking to early wickets for 29 runs in 7 overs so for them to come out with a point gets them on the board however if they have any chance at making the semi final they will need to win the rest of their games which will be a massive challenge as they still need to play New Zealand and Australia and even Pakistan and Sri Lanka could give them some trouble so there is no easy games for SA.
2173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: June 10, 2019, 10:35:37 PM
Nadal has once again showed that he is the best player ever on clay by beating Thiem in four sets. At times Thiem looked to be in the match and maybe even push Nadal to five sets after winning the second set but it wasn't to be as Nadal won the third and fourth set easy without much of a fight from Thiem. I was close once again to winning my French Open bet on Thiem but Nadal is just too good on clay when it comes to this Grand Slam. Congrats to Nadal on winning he's 12th French Open title. I also read a report that Nadal won't play any lead up tournaments before Wimbledon as he wants to rest up which could be a wise decision.

Yup, it's a repeat for both of them. I thought that Thiem will really push Nadal because he has gained a lot of experienced specially betting Djokovic in the semis. But I guess Nadal is really above the competition as far as clay court is concern. That's good though if he is going to have a full rest leading to Wimbledon. I mean those guys are really 'old', needed their body to heal before heading in a big tournament such as Wimbledon. But it's going to be different, Djokovic, Federer is good as this surface so let's see how Nadal will prepare himself.

Yeah I thought the same with Thiem but it wasn't to be, beating Djokovic gave him confidence however its when he makes major finals he seems to lose. That is something he has to work on in the coming months, I won't be betting on him to win Wimbledon as he isn't as good on grass courts. How is Stefanos Tsitsipas on grass courts? as he is someone I'm considering betting on to win Wimbledon.
2174  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PoS/MN] Gentarium (GTM) | Masternode hosting platform | Shared MN service on: June 10, 2019, 10:28:59 PM
Yes I think GTM have the rewards spot on as it should keep inflation low due to the low masternode and staking rewards. I also think we are close to the bottom, if not already hit the bottom but if BTC has another run up we could see the price come down a little more as people chase BTC.
Most of hybrid Proof-of-Stake and Masternode coins have very high inflation, but Gentarium is totally different. To be honest with you, vella85, at the early days after knowing that Gentarium team decided to switch from PoW/ MN to PoS/ MN, I worried too much. However, after days of rethinking the situation, that change, I got the core approach of Gentarium team, and by now I felt them actually made a good decision for the project. Proof of Stake allows small investors to get passive income from Gentarium, but stakers don't make things worse with controllable low inflation rate.

Yes I think that switching to PoS was for the best of the Gentarium project and even though we have seen the price continue to come down, in the long term that will all change as the low emissions from MN and PoS rewards are low compared to most other similar coins. This is why I'm not selling a single coin which I haven't since buying GTM many months ago now. Also we have a lot to look forward to as the dev team are working behind the scenes to make Gentarium even better then it is now.

Txbit should get listed on coinmarketcap as soon as possible. it helps Txbit a lot to receive some recognition. besides that currently XLR is showing zero 24 hour volume on coinmarketcap! this scare away any possible investor who is researching about this coin.

We are doing everything we can and it's been on going for over 2 months already, since we made the first request on April 1st. CMC are very slow to respond and review Txbit. Unfortunately it's completely out of our hand, cause if it was Txbit would already be on CMC.

CMC seem strange to me when it comes to listing exchanges and coins as we have seen in the past that some exchanges and coins are added within a month or even a couple of weeks while others have to wait months before being listed. I really don't understand what the hold up is with adding txbit as it has already proven that it is a top exchange compared to most exchanges out there. Hopefully it won't be too long before we see txbit listed and then hopefully we'll see a lot more growth.

I think we just saw an early semi final match between India and Australia. I thought both teams played well but India were just too good for Australia on the day. India were very good in the field with two run outs in the match and their bowling was a lot better then Australia so congrats to them on winning the match as they deserved it. I still think Smith and Warner are still a match or two away before hitting top form but they are batting well considering they have been out of the game for over 1 year.

Thiem is proving that he is a huge chance to bring Nadal down and win he's first Grand Slam, I just hope it isn't a repeat of last years French Open with Nadal winning in straight sets. I do think this time it will be different if Thiem hasn't spent all he's energy in the last match.

I'm very happy to see Barty win her first Grand Slam, she has been in super hot form this year and it was only a matter of time before she wins a major.
