Cloudbet lowered from "B-" to "C+". Just a couple of delays isn't going to change a rating but there are multiple with substantial time periods. It unacceptable for Cloudbet to have this many delays, one over 2 days. If they are clean for a month, they will be bumped up again.
This simply isn't true. We have not had multiple customers with substantial delays - we have had 1 customer who had to wait a long time for a regrade, for which we were culpable and apologised. In the other cases, 7 hrs for a large withdrawal is not unusual (we promise 24 hours), there was no issue in khawaja07's case (he simply bet the wrong selection), and the betslip issues the others are experiencing have not been reported to us yet. DirectBet is now back up on the rating's guide at "C-". It seems that DirectBet copies the Betfair Back Odds and tacks on a lot to both sides. It's not been determined the amount needed at Betfair in order for a line to be put up at DirectBet. A line isn't put up for small amounts.

Waiting for 7 hours for a CloudBet withdrawal, usually I get them fast. I would rather like to see more of an active response from CloudBet then them receiving a lower rating. There are a number of customer issues brought up in the CloudBet thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=333552.1860And the CloudBet account is active but doesn't respond to any of these issues the last few days. ---- Edit: just got the withdrawal now I realize that the rating is insignificant compared to being paid but thanks for the post and update. This may take some time but I'm hoping that one day the spreadsheet will contain the book with the lowest margin by sport. |

My next project is going to be odds comparisons but it is sport specific. One book offers better odds in baseball. Another book offers better odds in EPL. It has to be broken down further by match, handicap, total, vanilla, opinionated, etc. |

Yes. Instant.
As you mentioned, several books (like Nitro) have regressed.
Instant withdrawals were great for the customer, but now it can take 2.5 - 5 hours.
If they had specific problems with their instant withdrawals, then remedy the problems by improving their systems and software, rather than penalizing their customers with long wait times for withdrawals.
And honesty about withdrawal times would be refreshing. Don't state "It may take a few minutes once in awhile" if it's going to take hours fairly often.
The books should also allow one to opt out of Casino and Poker access, which are frequently used by hackers once they steal one's sportsbook funds, to move the funds out of the book, or gamble them away.
Gogo- You stated that books should pay us instantly. To avoid arguments with books on whether a withdrawal was instant or it took a few minutes, would you have an objection to setting a 15 minute rule? Books/exchanges that can't consistently meet a 15 minute withdrawal rule will have their rating decreased. There are going to be exceptions since some withdrawals will be red flagged for security purposes so a couple of withdrawals taking longer will be acceptable. If we do implement this rule, it won't go into affect for a month. Some books have stated that they will have instant withdrawals in place soon. I'd suggest getting started with this. If you'd like to make it 15 minutes, use that. If a book switches to instant withdrawals at any time, call attention to it. We will implement the 15 minute rule June 1. If a high percentage of withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes, this will help in a book's rating. If withdrawals are taking more than 15 minutes, then downgrades will be given. Books do go through automated checks with each withdrawal request. Some withdrawals may be held up for manual review. There will be exceptions. Some books will manually review the first withdrawal that a player requests. A high majority of withdrawals should be made within 15 minutes. Feel free to report excessive withdrawal times. |

Will do. BetBTC is almost 5 month old and 100% good feedback. Still couldn't manage to leave the D rank. A review on our services wouldn't be a bad idea. If you check our lattest posts you can check there was a boom on the usage since the last month or so (especcially since API is on). On biggest matches we are already having 5+ Bitcoins matched, sometimes reaching more than 10. BetBTC- I'm not looking for an argument but just a question on why you posted this? We officially launched BetBTC on early 2015. BetBTC was the first Dedicated Sports Betting Exchange operating exclusively with Bitcoin (like Betfair) . There are other bitcoin only exchanges out there such as Fairlay. |

Nitrogen does not offer MLB with listed pitchers, all bets (including Totals!!!!) are action only.
This has to be the only sportsbook on Planet Earth that doesn't book MLB with an option of listed pitchers (which is frequently the default).
They deserve a downgrade for this alone.
Jenny in the Nitrogen thread frequently states "We've found that our users prefer..." yet I've never seen a poll or any sort of research on their part as to what their users prefer (on any issue).
I'd like to know how it is determined that "We've found that our users prefer..." without polling the users?
If they've truly done research (which they haven't) to determine that the majority of their users who bet MLB want action only, then make that the default but give the option of choosing Listed Pitchers.
