I have initiated the plan to shift to Dubai. If everything goes right I would be in Dubai by the end of this month or by early April. I have few relatives who have been living in that city for more than a decade. Unfortunately they have no clue that I am Bitcoin enthusiast and I do trade occasionally in cryptocurrency exchange in my country which is india.
As trading crypto in India has become a pain on the ass. I thought of going to Dubai as most crypto inventors and investors are shifting their base to Dubai.
What I am trying to find out is simple but essential? I would request everyone who knows how Dubai crypto works to answer. Please do not answer my questions for the sake of signature campaign as it might not help me and others follwing my path.
1. Is holding & trading or both an offence?
2. Do they tax or restrict on buying/selling of crypto?
3. Are there any DEX that support BTC/AED transaction globally or vice-versa?
4. How long does it takes to buy/sell Bitcoin in AED on a DEX or CEX?
5. If DEX are not available then which CEX should I use?

If you live in Dubai, you should not have any problems exchanging cryptocurrency for fiat and vice versa. There are a lot of services out there. I do not invest in such projects because of the high risks. With the first price increase of 200-300%, I withdraw my investment, and then I can be a hodler for a long time and wait for x100. Say if someone owns 10 Bitcoins which is not declared and government doesn't know about it (earned/mined etc but did not buy) and now that someone want to avoid paying tax on cashing it out. Can he simply move to countries where there is 0 tax like (UAE) specifically dubai and setup a company there and cash out crypto over years in dubai bank account and later decide to move to his home country with all that money. Since dubai has 0 personal tax and his home country can't charge tax on it because of non-resident of home country. Is this possible?
First, when you hide your money and do not declare it, it becomes a black money for you and it will hard to cash out (if it is in large amount) as the authorities will as for the source of that money. As far as if he goes in Dubai (or any country which has no tax on bitcoin), cashes out, develop a business etc, that is ok but when he will move back to his won country he would have to pay his taxes on the amount which he currently holds as per his country law. There is no way you can escape from tax. Secondly. is there no tax on bitcoin in Dubai and when you convert that bitcoin into fiat, won't the Dubai government charge tax or is there no tax on fiat money too  That's strange by the way. If you are an individual, then I have not heard about the tax when exchanging bitcoin for fiat. You can buy property there, but maybe then the Dubai tax authorities will ask you about the source of the money. If you are planning to legalize bitcoins through a business in Dubai, then first study the costs of starting a business in Dubai, the cost of licenses and additional costs of living in this country. |

Вообще меня с в стейкинге с таким высоким временным порогом разделегации пугают возможные истории со взломом протокола или еще какими-то нехорошими делами, когда стейкер, понимая что цена актива в ближайшее время будет падать, хочет продать активы, но не может этого сделать. С большой долей вероятности, рубль сейчас и в будущем будет дешеветь относительно доллара США.
Весной летом прошлого года мы видели другие процессы (рубль укреплялся), однако действия факторов который привели к этим процессам, на мой взгляд уже закончились. В России требуется очень много рублей, и это скорее всего будет давить на курс рубля.
Можно, конечно предположить создание двухконтурной экономики, в которой цифровой рубль займёт место безналичного рубля, и инфляция в первом контуре не будет проникать на потребительский рынок. Однако это только предположение, и вероятность такого сценария не слишком велика.
С недвижимостью в России, на мой взгляд другие риски. Они носят геополитический и внутриполитический характер. Тем более, для вас, как человека большую часть времени живущего за рубежом.
Есть доля правды в том что если доллар вырастет а недвижимость не успеет подрасти в цене, то купить выгодно. Недвижимость не может расти на 50-100% в год, потому что рынки схлопнутся. В РФ до по сей день работает карренси боард и ЦБ за этим пристально следит. Когда вредителей из ЦБ перевезут на Лубянку, я поверю что политика меняется. С бетоном везде риски, много инвесторов в строительство в Тае инвестировало, теперь их бреют. |

При продаже будет другой разговор. На первичку ипотека и кредиты выгоднее из за лобби застройщиков, а на момент продажи ваша недвижимость станет вторичкой. С недвижимостью вариантов много, но если вы не собирайтесь обратно в РФ, то зачем вам здесь бетон? Я бы легализовывался в Европе.

С компанией вы сразу попадаете в поле зрения органов и фактически всем ясно, что происходит. Чтобы грамотно все сделать нужно понимание некоторых моментов. Ваш доход в РФ и как вы его получайте, чтобы при открытии компании не вставить себе палки в колеса. Какую компанию открыть и какая деятельность будет зависить от сумм покупки недвижимости, региона и аналитики оборотов компаний конкурентов. Вы ведь не хотите быть первым в статистике Если вы покупайте в среднем городе до миллиона жителей квартиру или коммерческое помещение в пределах 2-5 миллионов, при учете средней стоимости недвижимости в этих же пределах то вам не нужна консультация и компания. Можно купить на свое имя даже безработному. Риск есть но он минимален, если и вызовут, то можно обойтись стандартными отписками. Можно купить дороже на 2х родителей 50 на 50. Если у них был(сейчас на пенсии) или есть хороший официальный доход еще дороже, короче варианты. Если вы покупайте на 20-50 миллионов и выше или покупайте в МСК, СБП, Казани, где налоговая посовременнее, нужна консультация. Если у вас есть доверенное лицо в РФ, то от вас только нотариальная доверенность на него на покупку недвижимости. Если вам нужна консультация, напишите в ЛС что хотите купить, суммы, регион.
