Oh yeah!! Dark is becoming so bad-ass, there is active "incentive" to try and take it down any way possible!! I for one am loving it. Despite it sucks for those who have to deal with the issue (mucho respecto guys!)... I LOVE that this is happening! It clearly is a concerted attack to try to subvert our efforts. Again, what better compliment can one have? Regarding the BTC vs DRK render by Raptor, IMHO, the fragmentation render from Raptor, unless the headline is absolutely kick-ass, or the graphical representation does not promote an "advantage" to DRK. For example; In the BTC render, if each fragment is represented by, for example, a totally random little pieces of coins of various sizes.... and DRK's fragments are totally equal is shape despite their size... it would be easy to graphically represent how DRK is much more anonymous than BTC, plus graphically represent the nature of denominations itself!! Each BTC fragment is identifiable Each DRK fragment is exactly the same and indistinguishable from another, despite the size and shape.I like it...

I know for lots of people it's all about the money, but it's sad to see former (maybe still current) Darkcoin supporters in the Spreadcoin thread badmouthing DRK (now that they own some SPR). I've invested in a lot of coins during this past year and made a lot of money doing it, never finding the need to badmouth darkcoin. Weird attitudes! Can't wait for 0.11
Can we please be clear that some Darkcoin supporters are over on that thread keeping up with their developments because anything they do better than us we can adopt into our code. Its also fascinating to see how no pools is going to work out for them. There has also been a concerted testing of the water throughout to gauge what their USP is. Its very interesting to see what will become of the first proper clone of Darkcoin. As for bad mouthing DRK, I haven't seen any of that yet and tbh if there is some of that going on and you don't like it then its easy enough to ignore users if you want to read the SPR thread. I read the last 15 pages of that thread, it's hilarious! Glad I'm in Darkcoin! I await the PnD...

saw this over on the Wall Observer thread, if true could be big news for darkcoin: https://twitter.com/AdamGuerbuez/status/553032557290586113 This is big news for DRK. The other news worth keeping an eye on is the USA showing signs of allowing sports betting online. Would be interested to see how the special interest groups (mainly casino operators) in the usa will be appeased. The Darkcoin Chameleon loves to mix it up with Bitcoiners!
Him: @TaoOfSatoshi this is not an free advertise your alt coin post
Me: @AdamGuerbuez You seem a nice guy, and a fellow Canadian! I will ask you, what does #Bitcoin have over #Darkcoin, other than network effect?
@AdamGuerbuez I contend that #Darkcoin, with it's superior technology and committed development team, will be a future rival to #Bitcoin.
@AdamGuerbuez Research the tech that they are working on, and I'm sure you will agree... darkcointalk.org/threads/paper-… or darkcointalk.org/threads/featur…Lulz... EDIT: It gets even better! He blocked me! Sensitive much?

A New Darkcoin CharityI have the great pleasure of announcing the creation of a new charity: The Rava World Conservation. I would like to thank the Darkcoin development team for making this possible by creating such a wonderful coin. I would also like to thank the people involved in areas other than core development. I see their true passion and commitment every day. The Rava World Conservation will operate Darkcoin masternodes. The charity will assign and distribute proceeds of these nodes to every child that is born. Y nodes will assign Darkcoin (DRK) to each child. This coin will then be placed into X nodes which serve to increase the original allocated amount over time, ensuring that each person will have a reliable and sustainable source of Darkcoin to use during the course of their life. Z nodes will serve to protect the habitats we live in as well as the life that shares them with us. One day every single person on Earth will own Darkcoin, that is simple math. The white paper can be found in the details section of the website. Individual percentages are variable to allow for increased allocation to specific growth areas (classes of nodes) if this is ever deemed necessary for sustainable development. Please let me know if you find any mistakes and I will strive to correct them promptly. If you have any questions you can email me at raphael@ravawc.org or send a letter to my attention at the charity mailing address. We welcome your support and it will be a pleasure to answer you in kind. Thank you to all who have made this possible. I would also like to send a special thanks to the private member from the Darkcoin community who helped with the website. Sometimes the silent heroes make as great a mark as those who howl. Let there be Darkcoin! Raphael McEwen-Lachance Rava World Conservation www.ravawc.org Very nice! You are now featured on Get Into The Dark!

Welcome Francis Reynders to the team! Francis has joined the team as a core developer and has an academic degree in Computer science, is Linux LPIC-2 certified and has over 20 years of development experience. For his day job he's currently working as an Integration specialist for ITSM systems. As for contributions, he rewrote the new start-many implementation, keepass integration ( https://github.com/darkcoin/darkcoin/pull/96) and is currently working on reimplementing the dsee/dseep commands for the masternode protocol to make them more efficient. Welcome! https://darkcointalk.org/threads/welcome-francis-reynders-to-the-team.3429/Fantastic. Love Darkcoin's workman-like attitude while other coins implode around us. It's really a thing of beauty to behold!

Anonymous and untraceable transactions are already being implemented by Bitcoin (like Coin Scrambler). So, are there any reason to still invest in Darkcoin? Why shouldn't I sell all my Darkcoins for Bitcoins now?
InstantX, Masternode investment opportunities, developers that churn out innovation daily it seems, future business created on the Masternode network, for starters. But, if you're going to dump, let me know so I can get my Buy orders ready!

Ok, wondering what the 'official' method for reporting software errors? Do we post them on Github? I have found 3 errors, 2 client and 1 masternode.
Happy New Year to all! Be enveloped by the Darkness.
Hey, thanks for helping find errors to strengthen the code! You could also create an account on DarkcoinTalk.org and post there. The more places you mention it the better chance it gets seen soon.
