2181  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: January 03, 2022, 08:49:06 PM
I don't know how Inoue is no longer interested to fight against Casimero. But didn't he told before that he's okay to spar with him in the ring even before this match of Casimero against Butler came?

Yes, that was before but things have changed when Casimero failed to show up in their supposed weigh-in with Butler a day before the main event.

For further readings, you can check here:

Inoue won’t be taken by Casimero antics: ‘I lost interest in this guy’

Losing an interest to fight a champion for a unification fight, that's odd. If he has a mentality like Canelo, he would fight anyone who is holding a belt to be an undisputed champion, but no, he is different because he is not a real champion who only cherry-pick his opponent, with this statement, I think I lose my trust with Inoue too.
Not really good to look at but its his behaviour and there's nothing we can do with it and its true that this is really not a good behaviour for a good boxer to have on specially on being a belt holder on which cherry picking out his opponents and wont really be tending out to fight on those boxers who are trying to snatch out the belt.

As a real champion then you would really be facing out no matter who it is and no matter what condition or situations those fighters do involved on.It seems that this guy is really that
too sensitive on things.

Im really amazed on how Inoue do fight but speaking of being too sensitive then same as yours im losing interest now.

Inoue calls himself a monster and yet he does not fight one of the best in his division, I'm so disappointed in him. Whatever Casimero said or has done, it should not affect losing his interest in fighting him, I mean he just has to do his job which is to beat anyone who challenges him as that's what champions do.

Casimero is right, he is the real monster now.
2182  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What would you do in this situation? on: January 03, 2022, 03:09:58 PM
You better keep your job OP and make use of your salary to make an investment in crypto. Bitcoin is a little expensive, you can choose potential altcoins instead. From $500, not really a bad start, some people even use $100 and yes, they are still okay. You actually don't force yourselves to invest more, just start the amount that you only can provide, not from the debt.

You can't clearly understand what happened to you unless you have a clear plan in regards to investment while not giving up your job.
2183  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Not too late to meet up on: December 31, 2021, 09:04:17 PM
Exactly, decision-making is very important and they should start investing regardless of the market situation because if they know how to HODL, they will certainly be profitable. As we face the year 2022, the market is being challenged now after a bull run, so they have to always think that the market will recover and whatever possible huge dumps this year 2022 is just another big opportunity to accumulate cheap.

Good buy 2021, and welcome 2022 where more buying opportunities will be displayed.
2184  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: has bitcoin achieved its goal? on: December 31, 2021, 04:47:28 PM
Even from the start, there was never a clearly defined goal for what bitcoin was to become. It's creator(s) and devs certainly had an idea of what they would like to see, but such a goal was never predefined.

Parts of the whitepaper suggest what bitcoin was meant to fix, but there was never any criteria laid out as to what this would look like.
At the beginning of its emergence I honestly did not know the true purpose of bitcoin. Even if now, let's say bitcoin has reached its biggest goal, I think there is a new goal to be achieved next. The price increase from year to year, in my opinion, can be said to be an extraordinary achievement.
With the continuous development of Bitcoin to the extent of achieving the main goal to become legally considered as a currency is a little bit way too far from it. We are still on the low level of adoption. Even we could see that many countries are in support of crypto particularly with Bitcoin, however, there are still a billion individuals who are not yet convinced with its purpose and useful benefits we get from them. As these people never change their insights towards Bitcoin, it was very slim to have this fullest adoption ever.
2185  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When Bull Market will Start on: December 31, 2021, 02:55:08 PM
This is the most common question we often ask here, there's no way to predict accurately when will it happen. The only thing we could do is to stay updated and awake to monitor the marker movement so we won't gonna miss the whole next bullrun in 2022. The price of Bitcoin right now ain't that bad actually, so I'm calmly waiting for the next ATH, whenever it is, I'm ready.
Indeed, not the first I'd heard such a question from a newcomer. I think that OP seems a need to know more about the market and understand it. Either we ask for a Bullrun or bearish season, it simply we don't know. As we experience good in 2021, it is possibly the same by next year (2022) but never have the assurance that it goes like that.

It is eventually we need to keep our trust and make ourselves being optimistic on the incomings. Even though the market doesn't look good early next year but we can't conclude that it will be the same scenario until the end of the year. No, we can't just put aside the volatility of the market which it makes more unpredictable.
2186  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 31, 2021, 01:29:46 PM

I think the same, also if at that time it had been discovered that this diagnosis was false, it is something unforgivable both for him and for the medical union, because these doctors must be the best when it comes to establishing a good record in a sports career, many doctors want be there so they can give a verdict and have a good reputation, a career as difficult and dedicated as medicine can not be thrown overboard by simply being bought for a sum of money. In the same way, playing with the health of others is not something beautiful, I prefer to believe the doctor and think that if the boxer was sick.

I'm afraid if this accusation is true then this would not only be going to make the license of the doctor at risk but also the boxing career of Casimero would be at risk too. I have doubt that the said accusation was just made by a writer as a click bait to attract more readers and patronize his/her article. I also doubted that a professional doctor can do such thing and would put his license at risk and also I would doubt if the Casimero team will going invent a kind of sick just not to attend at the weigh-in.

I Agree! he is just spreading some issue regarding the matter, so just many would read his publication, but amidst this, I still believe in Casimero, he would not back down from a fight regarding who is his opponent, and Zolani Tete one of the boxers that stop Paul Butler from being undefeated was TKO'ed by John Riel Casimero in the 3rd round, in my opinion, he could surely beat Paul Butler that easily I think Casimero has the punching power to take down Butler if you look at Butlers record 33 Wins 2 Losses 15 wins by knockout and 18 by decision while John Riel Casimero has 31 Wins and 4 Losses but averaging from his wins 21 by knockout and 10 by the decision we can see that Casimero is a knockout artist still 31 years old and will surely beat any boxer to come, I still think that his target was Naoya Inoue, but Inoue's camp is staying away from Casimero, that may ruin the Monster's Undisputed record.

Let's talk about the potential Inoue vs Casimero fight after this fight, if Casimero will be successful, there's no other fight that would fit him than Inoue, so as a fan, we should expect that the mega-fight we are waiting for will happen and as what the odds suggest, Casimero is an underdog so I like that much.
2187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are your altcoin predictions for the new year 2022 on: December 31, 2021, 12:43:58 PM
I think NFT projects will be increasingly dominant and Metaverse will be a newcomer that will continue to grow, of course we must often follow the development of cryptocurrencies so that we can get maximum profit by investing in promising projects.
That's how crypto market works, hype now and die later, only the strong and proven altcoins will survive, like the top 3 coins in the market. After NFT, there's a new one that will become popular, but it would not grow like some NFT projects if the market will remain bearish.
2188  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 31, 2021, 12:05:52 PM
Is the Josh Taylor vs Terrence Crawford confirmed already or just another speculation? Because that will be huge fight next year. Crawford was once the king of 140 lbs until he move up to the welterweight division because that's where the money is. And now seeing that he is going down (I believed that he can still make the 140 lbs with ease), then it will be his second tenure at 140 lbs if ever he beats the current undisputed Josh Taylor.
I think it's just speculation, for now, there's no official announcement yet that these two will fight, otherwise there's already a thread we will see on this particular fight. That would be a great fight, it's the fight between two undefeated fighters but I'd still bet on Crawford no matter what.
2189  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it the right time to invest in cryptocurrencies? on: December 30, 2021, 11:18:40 PM

The economic pains of Covid-19 experienced in 2020 are experienced in many countries. Many countries are going through hard times economically and will. In these periods, salvation will of course be profitable investment planning. When I look at the crypto market for this period, the general comments are in the direction of BNB investment advice.

Do you think it makes sense to invest in BNB or another cryptocurrency?

What else can you suggest in line with the analyzes made on the subject?
It's time to buy the dip
I'm looking for PlayToEarn Metaverse projects and AgeOfTanks looks so promising
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/age-of-tanks/
It is a way good looking and wish you the best. I'm also in the search of what metaverse projects are worth trying (just trying) as I was still investing in the leading coins in the market.
And as we have this short correction, it is our chance to make an investment. Though we can't say that it was a perfect time, at least, we have the opportunity to buy them at cheap prices, I think that was important and we can be sure that it gives us ROI once the market recovers from the dip.
2190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Btc ban and fud its also financial market manipulation on: December 30, 2021, 10:45:31 PM
snip...
I won't say that the governments are deliberately doing this to benefit or demeans some specific set of people, but yes apart from government, the news companies, the social media pages and almost everyone around us, they are just involved in manipulation of the market and I am sure they are heavily paid for all this, if you see market carefully, the biggest pumps happen when everyone is so bullish about the market and worst dumps happen when everyone is so bearish on the market.
They created the hypes, the FUDs, and everything that would affect the price. Manipulation is really happening around, not only in crypto but it was also happening in the stock market. We have to accept that we are also benefiting from this and we gonna live this forever as this can never be stopped anymore.

Even though we think that Bitcoin is decentralized but to see wasn't 100% untouchable. Yeah, it is all just a word but in reality, manipulation is somewhat in touch with it, and besides, I am even happy to see this as the market seems to be more alive and in progress.
2191  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best crypto sportsbook for 2021 on: December 30, 2021, 12:26:28 PM
Not all sites are listed but I see some sites are being suggested already so I would not suggest the site anymore.

I would choose sportsbet.io,.. of all the gambling sites I'm used to, I have the best experience with sportsbet.io.
They have fast deposit and withdrawals, and no KYC really exists as my account is more than 2 years already and I never faced any problem with my deposits and withdrawals, and grading of bets.
2192  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 30, 2021, 11:57:37 AM

Looks like a different Kyrie Irving shows to the media recently after getting back to practice. The way he spoke, he is not that arrogant nor annoying and he is really grateful for his comeback. There's still no mention of when is the ETA of Irving's return officially on the court but not ruling out that it might be on January 5 against the Indiana Pacers.

Kyrie Irving returns to court ... and mic, talks ramp-up and ‘respect’ for Nets decision

That's great news, we missed Irving a lot and good thing that he realized that the team really needs him despite the fact that they are leading in the East now. Hopefully, he keeps training while he is out so we will still see the same Irving who is really good in the court.

Durant, Irving, and Harden, if these three are all healthy, might win a championship this season.
2193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron could be next doge or ada? on: December 29, 2021, 11:11:36 PM
When you say Tron or ada being the next Doge what do you really mean by that. Because to me I see no reason to compare the above mentioned coin to trx or ada, the both coins are smart contract tokens with great potentials, secondly they are not meme coins which are being pumped by over hyping and shilling. Ada, and Trx are being valued by their potential although they are a bit slow in taking over the market, for the price they are currently is less than their worth.
I think OP is solely talking about how both coins (doge and ADA) pumped this year so far. As we all know, despite the market is already bullish and bitcoin break its ATH more than once this year, but TRON has not break its ATH yet, so maybe some investors are disappointed.

Maybe not some but more investors who believes that TRON will also experience or bring a new high while the market shows bullish this year, but nothing happens still unable to break or even hit the last time high. There are lots of expectation for this project but still there's no major pumped that takes place.

Currently, the market again is suffering with some correction, hard to tell if which directions bitcoin will proceed, it's affecting the majorities of the market, buy with the knowledge you've got to lessen the chance of losing your investment.
Perhaps, it was the trust that build among investors and the TRON. Having this sentiment will keep TRON alive and it become more profiting and useful compared to ADA and Doge. We could understand that the price really matters and hoping for the ATH but what I see is that it serves as an option when we are moving our coins as it helps us to save some fees. This is the thing that many investors and traders want, not the price alone.
2194  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I Missed Out of a 10 Year Bitcoin Investment Plan on: December 29, 2021, 10:42:50 PM
Well, I personally don’t think it is over. You missed the first one, maybe you can still try it this time around, and it would work out for you. Although I do know that you’re going to lack the confidence to give it a try this time around because the price of the coin is very high this time, but I think the price of bitcoin is still very far from what it would be in the future.

Yes, it is quite high now but none of us would have believed that it was going to get to this level right? So if you have the money to invest now, even if it is not up to the price for one full bitcoin, you can still buy half of it, that’s something. You can buy it now and just keep on holding it for some years if you can.
Everything has happened and can only be remembered with regret because we all would not have thought or imagined that bitcoin could reach such a fantastic price.
and now it's very expensive to own one bitcoin and that doesn't mean we have to insist on owning one bitcoin because we can do it according to our ability gradually and hold it in, and if we do it with discipline for 10 years second chances won't be missed.
It was because 10 years ago people are just ignoring crypto and mostly we think it was a scam think. Having the trust in Bitcoin during that time is really hard as we are thinking negatively and doubtful of its capability. Nobody gave much weight in those days, in fact, if we could remember someone is buying pizza for 10,000BTC? If that person keeps and thinks that Bitcoin will reach $60,000, it is for sure he never spends like that but rather to keep it until now.

This is how to remember the past and we all just missed it.
2195  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: December 29, 2021, 12:12:18 PM
I know most people expect Mike to destroy Logan and that is probably what we will see, all I am saying is that Logan winning is not 0%, I would still give him a 10% chance.
I'm one of them that expects Mike to easily beat Logan. But one lucky throw and he'll win and it's usually happening despite having a match with a former professional boxer and still on the nice shape to punch his opponent. 10% is not bad at all as a chance and yet we have no idea how the match would be ending. We must need to have the schedule of the match first assuming things.
There's no official date yet but it's been rumored to take place next year in the month of February. Here's the article that tells about the date of the fight.

source

Quote
Date
The heavily rumoured date for the contest is February 2022. This date has been 'confirmed' by several sources, including major influencer @KEEMSTAR.

The official date for the fight has not been confirmed by either party, however, it is expected to be revealed in the coming months ahead of the huge clash.

Lots of marketing they can do to sell more PPV and tickets of the fight, and fighters also have more time for training so let's hope it will happen and no problem both boxers will face.
2196  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 29, 2021, 11:09:38 AM
Guys, let me bring this question that's on my mind when I've been seeing posts about Lebron on social media.

Why there's much hate on the guy? I think this has been there for a very long time and I just can't stop thinking why people hates him? Is it that I'm on the wrong feed and wrong people to look at as they hate him?

Or there's really something bad that they've seen on him?

Self-preferences, mate.

It's like the same way you are against a certain player, no matter what the status or how great that is, not just in basketball if you have one. It's not because, LeBron leaving the Cavaliers for the first time to form a superteam, LeBrick, LeEvict, LeCoach, LeGM, LeFlop, LeBlame, LeBrick, etc.

When LeBron enters the league or even way back in his amateur days, there are haters already. You just have to live with it. Smiley
Well, that makes sense.

You're right that it's just that we as fans, have our preferences and that will never be gone to one's attitude.

We may love him and hate him, just as the other players that also have haters. It just so happens that Lebron is one of the most popular in this era although he's already aging.

Despite the fact that there are many haters of Lebron, that doesn't change that he will soon be in the hall of fame the moment he retires. At his age now, he is still active and playing very well and continue to break his own record to be at the top, maybe we can't compare him with Jordan but he is making his own name.
2197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Polkadot Could reach $100 or more? on: December 28, 2021, 11:00:45 PM
Polkadot has a good chance of reaching a new ATH if market conditions start moving on a good chart. If Polkadot currently has a price of $32, then a price of $60 will be achievable for him. I'm not saying $100 won't be achievable, because there's still a long way to go for Polkadot to prove it.

The target of $100 for DOT is not very hard to attain.
However, it needs time to achieve such target and more projects to be built under their network.
Yes, aim for at least double from its current price. DOT is already in the top 10 alts.
It means, crypto users are already noticing their technology.
But want to see the separate list of projects that are currently using their services on their site itself.
If the list is getting long, then, it means, they are offering something good to these developers.
The ranking order on coinmarketcap is also influential in the progress of Polkadot. If many projects under Polkadot are successful, then a positive effect will also occur on Polkadot. In 2022 we will see how the coin travels in the market, whether it will be as expected or what happens is far from expectations.
I'm not sure how the ranking affects that price but it was just about to notice that it matter on the circulating supply of the project and its use. DOT is one of the top coins at CMC holding a huge market supply (987,579,315 ) which holds its price to get high in a short period of time. I believe it pumps someday but I'm in doubt it was easier for them to reach $100. That is why I've said, it has become uncertain but not losing it hopes.
2198  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc price sideways not what the traders want on: December 28, 2021, 10:31:09 PM
End of year lull.
No worries!

No worries indeed but if you do make yourself to be that hopeful then you would really get stressed out. Cheesy

As a trader then expect the unexpected and this had been always the typical thing that you would experience in the market and based up on experience
then i do agree that moving sideways is the most hardest situation on where you do decide whether you do buy or sell specially if you arent seeing
those sentiments around then you would really be finding it to be a big problem.
Being a trader, we need to adapt to the market changes, and the more we become sensitive. Traders will prefer to have an active market where prices move up and down (as naturally, we see in crypto). If the market dump, traders will tend to relax or instead buy more and hold. Because a life of a trader is not always buying and selling, they also have to learn to hold. It wasn't a daring strategy for the traders but can't just avoid it since the market is not always bullish and we can also make a trade every day. That something it change depending on the market situation.
2199  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: December 28, 2021, 11:51:24 AM

Mark Magsayo: I'm Going To Show Gary Russell What Filipinos Are Made Of!

I like his positive mindset towards the fight. He should keep that stand and prove to all how deadly he is.

This is the biggest fight of his career and he is eyeing Gary Russell for a long. The legendary Freddie Roach will be again recognized if his Mark Magsayo will snatch a title from a heavy champion.

Can't imagine now what's next for Magsayo. If he wins that match, the more big match is waiting for him. Russell is like a big wall that needed to be crushed to unlock more high levels opportunities for Magasyo.

Yes, you are right if magsayo wins this fight against Russell he will become the more popular boxer of an all-time cause we all know that Russel is on the stage of popularity and Magasyo is in his prime career. Like you said many big fights are waiting if he can defeat Russel more opportunities will wait from him and I think he can made this.

Lol, it seems that you need to watch a lot of boxing match to say that Magsayo's win will make him popular boxer of all time, that's an exaggeration and it's far from happening.

It course, it will propel his name in this division but there's no way that he will even crack the p4p list or even become more popular than least say Donaire in the Philippines. Still Pacquiao then Donaire and then the rest of Filipinos still campaigning and active in boxing right now.

This is his first world championship fight if I'm not mistaken, so he is not a champion already for a long time and no way he will be the most popular. We have some Filipino champions like Donaire and Casimero but they are not as popular as Pacman, only Pacman is popular in the Philippines, a boxer has to be near Pacman's achievement on order for him to be popular.
2200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk once again throwing shade at bitcoin on: December 28, 2021, 11:02:50 AM
Another attempt to hype DOGE again, sorry but it's not happening anymore, DOGE price trend is going down and there's no way Elon Musk could save Doge downtrend even if he hypes it regularly. Bitcoin ===> DOGE, that's a fact and any coin cannot stand against bitcoin in terms of competition.
It's not an attempt but it's always what he do.

Whether he said that he'll accept payment in Doge for a Tesla. There will be an increase but that's just temporary, unlike bitcoin. Even if he keeps on telling something bad about it.

The effect is very tiny and temporary too.

No one can destroy bitcoin even the richest man on earth but Elon can still create some hype on his altcoin/s despite not a pro bitcoin. It's something different compared to Craig Steven Wright who is no longer cannot create a hype on his coin because although he did not hate bitcoin, but he lied that he is the real satoshi.
