It has already crossed $24,000 and I think it would go atleast till $30,000 before the correction period. What if there is no correction period for next one month or so? If we don't encounter any correction period till the end of January then the value of Bitcoin could touch a remarkable number which we wouldn't have imagine.
Let's consider $27k as check metrics for Bitcoin and if Bitcoin achieves this number by Christmas then we can be rest assured bitcoin will cross $30k by end of year.

Bitcoin has crossed $24k as we discuss here and hence we can consider $25k to be achievable by the end of next week, as far as your questions are concerned I have mixed instincts wherein it may go either ways because there are lot of institutional funds involved during this Bullrun hence there is a possibility of dump if they cashout, at the same time users are matured enought to avoid panic sell this time unlike 2018. Next couple of weeks will be a deciding factor about Bitcoin's future.

This is the best time to invest in bitcoin, because if you look at the number of institutional investors it just keep doubling almost every time you read the news. Which indicate a massive bull run by next Year. So this is the best time to invest before the rocket lunch.
It's good to see people and institutions realising the importance of bitcoin and investing into it but at the same time an average user needs to make sure he/she does a proper market analysis by considering both the profits as well as risks involved in bitcoin especially during bull run which might take bitcoin to unexpected surge level, at the same time it may end anytime leaving us in splits. Just spare some more time before you invest because of institutions as they may cashout anytime but we are here to stay. |

If you are a long term investor then it's fine there is no good or bad time for long term investors but if are someone who are looking for a short term gain then I would say it's a gamble which you have got into, I don't want to demotivate you but please take suggestions from experts and forum members before investing in bitcoin when it's at peak.
Make sure you monitor the market very closely if you are here for short term gain else it won't take fudders long time to make you panic sell.

Indeed, there will be correction period as its inevitable after such a bullish market, but the problem would be the panic the upcoming correction may cause. I think we will not have any corrections this week but it might start around Christmas time, but if Bitcoin stays over $20k post correction then market will become more bullish.
I would suggest you to avoid some articles posting unrealistic stuff during correction period like Bitcoin is bubble, end of bitcoin, etc.

I guess there is a chance that it might achieve $25,000 before end of the year or maybe before in the Christmas day because bitcoin can easily go up so there is possible that it can achieve but if bitcoin can not hit $25,000 this Month, I don't think if we can see bitcoin hitting $25,000 in January 2021 maybe the bitcoin rally is over.
I have similar thought that Bitcoin will achieve $25,000 before Christmas or end of the year because history is our proof that Bitcoin has dropped between Christmas and New year, but if we look at the rate at which Bitcoin has been surging in past couple of week it's quite evident that $25,000 will not be a big deal to achieve but finding a new resistance level will be quite a challenge on a longer run. |

It's bit awkward as I have backtrack on my own prediction as I had predicted Bitcoin to reach $25k in 2021 but know I feel $25k is achievable by Christmas and still I would like to keep 5 days buffer for $25k as target till new year and there might be a lot of fluctuations between Christmas and New year and honestly it would be too early to predict 2021 before new year. I feel Bitcoin stay over $25k by new year then $30k would be next target from my point of view.

Yes, I agree as this is very volatile time to make an investment decision either it will anek you or break you. If things go positively then those who invest into Bitcoin now will get good returns or else their money will either struck for years until Bitcoin reaches this figure if the investors have patience or else end up in panic selling. I would rather prefer bear mark than peak to I best into Bitcoin.

I would suggest you to do proper research, is banks can continue as long as they want without Bitcoin or Ethereum because fiat cannot depend on anything which is volatile. I do agree with you on terms that banks do need to adopt blockchain technology which they will eventually do by creating their own stable coin instead of using Bitcoin. I personally don't wish banks to adopt Bitcoin because because was created to stop bank's influence on our money which will become void if this happens.

A reason to smile for the investors who invested in 2017 at Bitcoin's previous ATH if they still hold it because their profit started just now and now every news media portals have the flashnews about Bitcoin reaching $20k for the first time and this will generate more new investment into Bitcoin which will keep the price above $20k for atleast longer than last bull run.

Finally we have achieved the most awaited mark of $20,000 now what's next? Do you think Bitcoin will cross the next landmark of $25,000 by the end of the year or it might happen in 2021? As per my earlier prediction based on market analysis I thought the value of Bitcoin will cross $20,000 by second week of December which seems bit sceptical at the beginning of this month but now it has come true and of my prediction goes right then Bitcoin will reach $25,000 by the end of this month as next 14 days will be more bullish or chaotic.

Great, as many people were expecting as well as obsessed with the $20,000 mark which has been finally achieved, now Bitcoin will be heading towards $25000 and I just wish we don't see a repeat of 2018 and also we should be more cautious than ever because emotions will be running high as some might invest at peak die to FOMO while others might just be spreading illogical figure of $100000 as target of bitcoin by the end of the year.
One thing is clear that Bitcoin will definitely fightback against all odds to bounce back unlike other altcoins. Now this new ATH will either push the value of altcoins to new level or else there will be shifting of funds from alts to bitcoin.

the problem is that the price of Bitcoin has not yet reached an All time high,
even though less than $ 500 can reach $ 20k and above.
Bitcoin has already reached its ATH, please check the Bitcoin price trend and moreover $20000 is not something which is unachievable or once we achieve it doesn't become a new low for bitcoin, Bitcoin has increased by atleast 400% compared to the end of 2018 and begining of 2019 but we are obsessed with this $20000 which is short by just $500. I think we should be worried and try to understand what's holding altcoins back when Bitcoin has flourished. |

People have been so obsessed by the $20,000 price point that most of them doesn't even know that we have already reached the all-time highs in terms of market cap, which is a far more important(not with altcoins though) statistic due to the slow increase in supply throughout the years. yes that's true all this while everyone were wishing and hoping that Bitcoin should cross $15000 at least or else it should reach at least $10000 during the last year and now when it has already reached the ATH people are running behind $20000. I don't think we might so much more fluctuation after 20th of December because if you look at previous years Bitcoin has not performed well between Christmas and New year this is my personal observation I think we should stop worrying about $20000 mark and rather start planning to avoid loss if we go through one more bearish run. |

I don't have even one percent doubt in the article because gold has become old schools and doesn't profit the amount of profit which Bitcoin can provide, at the same time there would be a risk factor in bitcoin about losing on your capital if you panic sell it. Bitcoin might have more market share than Bitcoin in a decade as Bitcoin has been gradually adopted by corps and we will still have people who will follow he traditional method of investing into gold as they don't want risk and happy with lesser profit.

There has been many topics in this forum with open ended questions like why didn't Bitcoin reach $20k mark or why there has been a slowdown, what's the reason for the recent fluctuations and when is it going to achieve $50k or $100k?
We need to understand that Bitcoin doesn't go as per our expectations or predictions because here are numerous factors which steers the Bitcoin market and price like demand and supply, government's restrictions on Bitcoin or support for crypto currency then comes the whales. I couldn't answer everyone individually but I hope this will help users who have posted similar articles. Even I was one of them in the past.

We sill have 16 more days to be precise and bitcoin might cross $20k as it will hardly take few hours for things to be turned around so I would request you to have some patience as we should be thankful that Bitcoin has already achieved a figure which sounded impossible one year ago, we might see further pump followed by corrections we should be glad that Bitcoin has nee resistance level and I won't go below $17k atleast as of now.
Now since Bitcoin is receiving investment from institutions we might see further fluctuations, instead of worrying about Bitcoin reaching $20k mark we should be planning our next move incase of further pump or dump.

This is a welcoming news for us because the more Bitcoin is adopted it will be utilised more in real life as an asset which has limited reach as of now. It's a good ide to use Bitcoin as collateral considering it's history and ability to fighting against the odds and retaining its value. But however the only aspect which would not go well with other financial players when it comes to using bitcoin as collateral would be it's volatility which might give them tough time and eventually giving up ide of accepting Bitcoin as collateral incase if we go through an extended bear market.

Things work bit differently over here, I am sure institutions don't buy through exchange as they rather go OTC but it's the hype about their investment which pushes more mid level and average players to cashing in due to FOMO.
There is one more angle to look into it, I am sure not all the institutions or whales use one single address for investment, I feel they cash in when we least expect it and keep it as secret and the investment phase would be gradual in order to raise the value of Bitcoin gradually which pushes for more investment from normal user than a sudden pump. We are just seeing what they want us to see and belive they have their own secret strategy to keep us puzzled.
