1041  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency usage will boost economy or make it worst ? on: October 27, 2019, 11:51:30 AM
What if all those bug corporates and businesses starts using crypto as a mode of payment just to avoid tax which will cause a direct loss to the government which uses tax for the betterment of the country. This might not affect corrupt countries as it doesn't matter because tax money goes to politician's coffers but what about developed nations?
Actually it will bring slump in businesses in a longer term. It's because of the simple law of demand and supply. Business will have to sell their goods at lower and lower prices everyday while this would bring discomfort in them as no new money will flow in Economy and business will not be able to do new investment therefore hampering the employment opportunities and business growth opportunities overall. Someone's profit will always be at the stake of someone's loss. It might become a more rational and capitalist approach but there would technically be no outer aid to combat the situation.

Yes indeed I think market will will be doomed if every business transactions takes place in crypto due to the reasons which you have mentioned. This is a delicate situation which needs to be dealt accordingly as this seems to be one of the reasons why some countries are scared of crypto usage and trying to ban.
1042  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are You Concerned On Sudden Rise of Bitcoin? on: October 27, 2019, 11:39:02 AM
All of us are concerned and I know some of are panic when the price goes down. But, everyone are happy when the price goes up. The sudden rising price of bitcoin is very questionable and I know some of us think that some people manipulated it and some of us think it is because of china. But, do you think what is really the reason on sudden rise of the price?

Earlier people used to be bothered about price drop but now users are bit worried when an unexpected sudden pump happens because it's quite obvious that most of us thinks it's a bull trap to extort our investment just by manipulating the price. I think it's too early to comment on this as fluctuations are still wild.

1044  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's still going down (Oct 26, 2019) on: October 27, 2019, 10:44:34 AM
Even though price of BTC bumped up yesterday from $7,400 up to 10,400.  Price is still in a downtrend.

I am not too optimistic just from one day of big green candles along with some announcement from China.

Heavily manipulated it is, more and more every day. Good bye.
Yesterday you can see a very changeable movement on the price of bitcoin and after I read some articles about the president of China who will now support blockchain technologies the price starts to increase. We do not know if the price of bitcoin is totally manipulated by someone. As of now the price of bitcoin become stable at the price of 9000$+ and do you think bitcoin will really good down again just like what happened few days ago?

The recent movements of bitcoin price is indeed a result of massive manipulation for a short term gain by some of whales and yes it's better to give it sometime rather than jumping into it and buying or selling off during these short-lived pump or dump. Last four days we have seen do many experts predicting bull run who were saying bitcoin will hit all time low just when the price dropped to $7500 which show nobody knows what's in store for us.
1045  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it help bitcoin if we shift funds to it ? on: October 27, 2019, 10:26:51 AM
There are already huge money attached to bitcoin as compared to the cryptocurrencies. There are many factors that is believed to affect the pricing  of bitcoin on the market but basically is all about the demand and supply. Anytime there is high demand for bitcoin, the price definitely goes up. It is not surprising that the trading volume of bitcoin always dominate the market.

These are general terms and information about bitcoin which everyone is aware of,  but what I am trying to understand is that if we small and mid level investors shift our funds to bitcoin then will it pump the demand and help increasing bitcoin?

I am sure bitcoin will always dominate the market but it should not be like other altcoin dies and bitcoin dominates the market by attached to a low value.
1046  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with Ethereum? on: October 27, 2019, 09:33:02 AM
According to my analysis because every bitcoin price drop, many of the investors in ETH panicked, so they sold his eth. But I believe towards the end of this year 2019 the price of ETH will again recover at least up to $1000, hopefully.

Yes let's hope so and yes many investors did cash out as they assumed that the value of Ethereum will also go down and this cash out I mean panic selling eventually brought the value of Ethereum down. Ethereum will definitely fight back but I hope it does not end like it did this year. Everything happenes because of FUD which prompted users to do panic selling.
1047  Economy / Economics / Re: What makes a Fiat worthless? on: October 27, 2019, 09:15:46 AM
We have come across so many national currency becoming worthless and recently we have heard the news of barter system in Zimbabwe due to the fall in the value of national currency but what really makes the Fiat worthless? Is it corruption or war or national economical crisis? Or the National GDP which makes it fall?
Fiat can be worthless if the governments do not manage well their resources and seek for foreign loans all the time. Also, countries with their importation rate way higher than exportation rate is liable to losing the value of their currency because there will be minimal foreign exchange to the country.

Well I understand about improper management of funds but import and export rate does matters but not completely because it also depends on the products which are imported and exported as there are many Gulf countries which imports most of it's products and exports only oil and gas and still they are good. This tell us it's purely about how government manages it.
1048  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this how we regulate Bitcoin? on: October 27, 2019, 09:05:25 AM
I myself do not agree if to avoid fraudsters using the rules. Bitcoin was born without independent and decentralized rules. if bitcoin later uses the rules then bitcoin will be the same as fiat money which will later be controlled by the government. in my opinion it's better like this there is no regulation. of fraud is a risk that we must face when entering the crypto market. maybe to avoid fraudsters we have to be more careful when going to the ICO project and we also have to increase the security of our wallet.

Yes I agree with you as we would prefer to be decentralized with some big players controlling the market rather than involving government or giving them a chance to meddle in between as decentralization is the main reason why people prefer crypto. We cannot blame crypto and it's decentralized nature for getting involved in scam ICO as it's our job to check it before joining.
1049  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum: 2017 vs 2019 on: October 26, 2019, 06:28:19 PM
Bitcoin and Ethereum both suffered a drop of 80%. But Bitcoin was able to jump back and could gain 50% of what lost. But ETH got stuck at below $200 levels. Moreover, all the alrcoins suffered more as compared to Bitcoin. But ETH could be a good option if you are looking for short term gains as ETH will activate Istanbul mainnet on 4 Dec. This might pump the price before the mainnet launch. It is a system wide upgrade and is gaining a lot of hype.

Great analysis yes Ethereum is stuck under $200 and going through bear market from over a year's period and for me Ethereum getting into bear market itself was surprising because it was resistance to dump and it looks like people had shifted huge amount to bitcoin but still Ethereum remains as most preferred altcoin in the market and ready to break all the barriers once again.
1050  Economy / Speculation / Re: [2019-10-25] Bitcoin price doesn't care about manipulators and is up $1200 in 2h on: October 26, 2019, 06:10:23 PM
Probably yes, we don't know what is the accurate reason for this triggering sudden pumped up. I ever there are manipulators or whales they are also getting tired probably because of having a mass adoption. As of now, I can see that the market rapidly surged upward, before it was struggling when it comes rising up it takes a week before it raises but now in just almost 2 days it has already a +40% increase in the market.
The promising of having the next halving is real.

These are sign of halving working in favor of bitcoin price increase or else something which we are unable to understand as there was a recent post wherein a user have highlighted some dormant accounts holding 2982 bitcoin which were inactive from 2011 and they are all active all of a sudden. Mass a portion cannot push the market to an increase of almost 30% within few hours.
1051  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: dormant addresses are waking up? on: October 26, 2019, 06:00:06 PM
Hi,

All below addresses were emptied this year. Most of them in Sept. 2019. Around 2982 BTC in 21 addresses.
All addresses were first used in 2011, and dormant until now.
BCH is still there except 1 address.

No spending transactions on them so the public key was not known.
The owner he suddenly remembered after 8 years that he had some BTC?

What are your opinions?

It's surprising and alarming as well because I feel there is something really big which is been planned as these accounts have been active after so many years and I am sure 2982 bitcoins might not change the market situation but these are the only address which you have notified and there might be hundreds of other address as well and these might belong to one organization which is involved in manipulating the market.
1052  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin using or need! Vs stable coins on: October 26, 2019, 05:53:10 PM
I don't think bitcoin can be a stable coin because bitcoin will always have up and down price movements that will never make the price of bitcoin stable, indeed in the future nobody will know that bitcoin can still be used or not but you should know that bitcoin is still potentially good for the future.

I personally feel that bitcoin will always be there in the market and it will be used widely due to its market dominance but it should upgrade the features as news coins are coming up with much more features and quick transaction timing compared to bitcoin. We can never expect bitcoin to become stable coin and stable coins will be used by those who wants to do daily transactions without any fluctuations in the price as stable coins cannot be used for investment like bitcoin.
1053  Economy / Speculation / Re: Cryptos Are Exploding Higher, Bitcoin Up Over $1,000 In Minutes on: October 26, 2019, 05:42:10 PM
I went to bed thinking almost 20% gain was simply unheard of in any other digital asset, and noted how quickly bearish sentiment pervading the space could so quickly turn a corner over an hour's worth of gains that wiped out 2 consecutive slips.

And then, imagine waking up and seeing that I actually missed the monthly high above $10k!

Crazy days ahead.

Yes past 72 hours has been crazy but still I am bit scared to cashin or cash out as this might  be just another bull trap to pool in more investors for the whales to cash out because there was an unexpected dump l of a sudden and then a pump of almost 30% that's simple unpredictable.  I have decided to take time out and watch where this lead us in next one week or so.
1054  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will it help bitcoin if we shift funds to it ? on: October 26, 2019, 05:35:12 PM
We are all aware that the bitcoin is the last hope when the other altcoins including Ethereum are struggling to survive and even bitcoin has not had any massive pump as it's fighting hard to stay on $8,000 despite numerous fluctuations but will it help bitcoin if we just move our funds to bitcoin which we have invested into altcoin as it will increase the demand of bitcoin if everyone can do that as this will literally do what the whales have been doing to increase the price when they want by creating the demand.
Remember with supply and demand concept and this thing all be happen to altcoin as well. Simple put, if the demand of bitcoin is increasing the its price will goes up also and it otherwise. So, with this scenario you will have answer to your concern.

Even, I just thinking that a lot of investor who has known about bitcoin they will be easily to move their money on it. Moreover for those who has experienced losing a lot of moeny when investing on altcoin then bitcoin is the last choice for them to play safe when investing in cryptocurrency. Just curious, have you try it?

Yes I did the same I have shifted my funds to bitcoin as I have cashed out from some new coins,  stable coins and reputed coins like Ripple,  stellar and Ethereum and shifted them all to bitcoin leave a small portion of new coins as a result my wallet consist of 90% bitcoin and remains 10% new coins and this has helped me to play safe.
1055  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is 1 bitcoin is a good price as now? on: October 26, 2019, 05:23:42 PM
As a bigginer 1 bitcoin or 1 BTC is good price for me because i have no idea to get 1 btc so there for i am willing to learn more how get or how to recieve more points or btc.

First learn about crypto world and what rolls does bitcoin plays in this domain and I would suggest to earn bitcoin through various campaigns rather than investing blindly as investing straightaway might not be a good idea and once you understand the market you will be in a better place to judge if it's a right time and price to buy or not as it depends on individual because long term investors will thinks it's a good time but it won't be same for others.
1056  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 10 Common Mistakes Beginner Cryptocurrency Traders Do on: October 26, 2019, 04:48:44 PM
for a new trader that I experienced myself was a mistake to quickly feel satisfied with the results obtained. with a small increase that occurs quickly selling assets and then feeling sorry when the price reaches more expensive than the selling price, we have done. then feeling greedy, which is waiting until the profits obtained become larger and continue to be like that regardless of market conditions. it can produce the maximum profit that should be obtained instead becomes a small profit because it is not aware of market movements that began to fall.

I used to feel the same thing but for now, big or small profits I will still feel satisfied because the most important is the velocity of money used as trading. so I personally prefer to use certain moments on the coin to get profits and fees or small profits when trading I think it is a relative thing

Panic selling and buying at peak were the two mistakes I made initially as a beginner without realizing the bigger picture of the market and I still regret those mistakes but I have learn from it.  I have seen newbies investing when the price is at peak assuming it will go high as many people have bought bitcoin when it was over $20k.
1057  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price today ! on: October 26, 2019, 04:33:52 PM
actually I also don't know what caused the value of bitcoin to go up 30% today. maybe the two reasons you mentioned also affect the increase in bitcoin. but this news really makes us happy because the rise of bitcoin makes the green altcoin market back after a long time in red. and maybe now it's time for bitcoin to bull. after the bear market for a long time.

Yes this is a good sign for the market after a long time and I wish this green trend continues and we can expect to see one more bull run similar to the end of 2017. But we need to wait for at least 1 week to see if the price stays around same margin or falls back and then we need to make a move about buying or selling off.
1058  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Unrealistic bounty allocations on: October 26, 2019, 03:38:11 PM
1. I am looking for the budget first (honestly) if it is a good amount, big or decent!
2. Once i am good with the amount that is the time will look for the project and it team.
3.reviewing everything from them! whitepaper and everything! for now, I include also if they are on IEO.
4. Length of the campaign! is it okay and reasonable?
5. Soft cap reached is an addition!

I am not into big budgets, as long as it is decent its all good!

Those are nice points before getting into any bounty but we need to get a concrete proof whenever softcap is reached as there are projects out in the market who give out false information saying they have achieved softcap just to pool in more investors and win the user's trust but refrain from giving out the wallet address. Length of the bounty sometimes depends on the region of the project origin like Russian bounties will always be a lengthy one compared to the ones based our of Singapore or Swissm

1060  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin: Stress and Happiness on: October 26, 2019, 02:53:53 PM
Stress is easy to avoid if you handle the situation well. Just focus on your goal and just think that this is a problem you can solve. And once you overcome these problems you can easily avoid these future problems because you have already solved them!

I wish managing stress and happiness were as simple to manage as you have mentioned but here stress is created by market situation when things don't go as per our expectations so we first need to understand market will have its own flow and we have to adapt according to the situation rather than bursting out or stressing out. If we are emotionally successful in adopting to situation then there is no stress at all.
