1221  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Don't become Bounty Hunter! on: October 10, 2019, 08:18:30 PM
We may never see the heyday of bounty campaign again like what happen in 2017, when developers are so generous with it's participants, they always send their rewards in time, that is why early developers gain the respect of bounty hunters, but now you cannot say that anymore, developers are making it hard for bounty hunters to get their rewards first they make a lot of promise, then you promote them after that they delay payment and after you received your rewards, they locked it for months, it's really a waste of time.

Those heyday were history now as nowadays there is too much of greed and mistrust and fear amongst the developers that forget about delayed payment now most of them don't pay and there are too many projects who just leave it in the mid ways once they get the desired investment and scam the investors.
1222  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 10, 2019, 07:59:13 PM
If only speculation, i will agree if bitcoin will reach $9000 or more. Because maybe it is time to accumulate before halving. But i am concerned too about christmas, usually price dumped because people withdraw their money to do holiday. Maybe sometime market volume trading not much as usual.

I have a bitter experience with christmas/new year price dump as there is a set of people who always claims that the value of bitcoin will increase during the end of the year which proved wrong last year as well as the year prior to that wherein the value of bitcoin started to fall after christmas. This year it's a whole different due to price corrction which has happened till now and yes just for the sake of speculation i could vouch on $6,000 mark.
1223  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is not a bubble! on: October 10, 2019, 07:38:36 PM
Bitcoin is more of a currency than a store of value. It provides anonymous, transparent and fast payment mechanism. Right now, it is infancy stage where people are using it more as a speculative asset than using it for payments and transactions. With more acceptance globally where vendors start accepting it as a payment, its real use case will come in play. Plus, it will double as store of value because deflationary nature. Hence, demand will continue to exist.
It was to be expected, the reason for the creation of bitcoin will not come into play once we got more people willing to accept it but the idea behind bitcoin is so strong that while other projects could have disappeared immediately by failing their main mission, in the case of bitcoin being used as a currency with no third parties involved, bitcoin found another niche, it is a vehicle for speculation and one of the best since the profits you can get in this market are unparalleled.

Yes this is just the beginning as there is a long way to go when the real players joins the crypto as of now we have some big whales who controls the bitcoin market it seems like we are moving away from the reason why the bitcoin and crypto coins were created as now we look at it as a mere investment rather than utilizing it's primary functionality. Not sure how this will end and where it will lead bitcoin to, but one thing is sure that bitcoin will not die.
1224  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did you arrange a meet up or make a gathering with local bitcoin community? on: October 10, 2019, 07:04:41 PM
I wonder with many people now know bitcoin as a new trend in many countries, did you arrange a meetup or make a gathering with local bitcoin community? I think that will give a chance to spread bitcoin in your city, and you can ask other people to join you to use bitcoin or other coins. What they reaction if they read or see a slogan of Bitcoin?

If some of the tenured and responsible bitcoin users can take the initiative of having any bitcoin community meet ups or gathering it will create more awareness about bitcoin but we cannot push the users to use bitcoin or any altcoin but rather we can advise them about the benefit of bitcoin and crypto in general, then it's up to them as there are risks involved and the crypto market is extremely volatile hence no one would like to take the risk of asking other to invest and then being held responsible if they lose money.
1225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why promoting scam project After confirm? on: October 10, 2019, 06:50:28 PM
Actually they know that what they have promoted has been a scam, because they have already participated, hoping to get a coin, it is very sad if they do not research further notes they might get a retreat from DT, a lot of fraudulent rumors occurred this year, before continuing we must promote the search for information not to promote fraudulent projects

Yes they must do a proper research and background verification before agreeing to work for any sort of projects as one negligence or carelessness of the bounty manager can lead to wastage of efforts put in by the bounty hunters and other folks involved in the bounty campaign including the bounty manager and his team as well.
1226  Economy / Economics / Re: Economic situation around the world and Bitcoin on: October 08, 2019, 08:51:34 PM
For me, it is a certainty that cryptos will never replace fiat currencies. There will be a parallel economy and the btc will become a currency like USD, EUR etc... with a parity for each pair, but not a substitute currency. And that's good, because the global economy would be shaken up, it wouldn't make any sense.

Yes cryptos have it's own use and it can never replace the real fiat currencies and even if we start using crypto instead of real fiat then it will create a chaos which might lead to a disastrous economical recession. Cryptos can be used as a mode of money transfer and other new technologies which gives i upper hand compared with traditional method like money transfer system which takes m\weeks if we do it through any money exchange but it's a matter of seconds through crypto.
1227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are we really investing in bitcoin? on: October 08, 2019, 08:13:30 PM
Some just want to avoid taxes by converting their money into Bitcoin, in my country a lot of Chinese people are making a P2P transaction with Bitcoin holders here because they want to move their money around the world without the government noticing it. people are investing in Bitcoin because they have their own beliefs and use of Bitcoin.

Peer to peer and business to business transactions are the main reason why some of the entrepreneur as well as businessmen use bitcoin as they don't have to show our transactions to the government and pay taxes to them for our transactions. Where other set of people invest just to get a better return on investment assuming the price will increase. Hassle free money transfer to any point of the world is the primary reason to use bitcoin though, nowadays government are warning traders and users to stop trading bitcoin.
1228  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best country for crypto on: October 08, 2019, 07:42:12 PM
Most of the users have mentioned Brazil. Other than Brazil there are more other countries, but to my knowledge Estonia is the one that perfectly suits the term Best Country for Cryptocurrency. It is the country where almost 99% of the things were digitized and integrated with blockchain technology. Even the voting is done through blockchain based platform. Down is the link for reference about the country's official website Estonia and E-Governance

Estonia is the capital of crypto currency followed by Malta as these countries are setting benchmark for other countries to follow and yes South American countries might soon adopt blockchain to the extend which Estonia have utilized blockchain as they are already being crypto friendly countries and there was a news year saying that Venezuela might launch it's own crypto named Petro.
1229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Incorect price on Coinmarketcap.com on: October 08, 2019, 01:47:59 PM
I wonder why CoinMarketCap does that. They have so many users and popular among people. It is interesting to see that CoinMarketCap gives false information, despite being used actively every day.

Coinmarketcap is the first thing which I check one I wake up as it's a trustable source for years but display of false information  is the least expected thing and no one would have even imagined this in their dreams.  It's really disappointing to see a most trusted site misguided it's users.
1230  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin bull run or just a pump before bear market ? on: October 08, 2019, 11:51:55 AM
October used to be a good month for Bitcoin. Through the history, Bitcoin had in October either small growth, either the start of a bull run or FOMO bubble.
I hope that this year it'll keep on with this good habit, so I'll vote for bull run.

Yes even I vouch for bull run over bearish market but last year it was the other way around wherein everyone  were waiting for bullrun  especially those who missed to buy btc during initial stage did invested in btc by mid of 2018 but that didn't  work. Let's hope this year we can expect some progress.
1231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Answers on: October 08, 2019, 09:35:24 AM
It is quite difficult to predict where the market will go, sometimes at the recovery stage, a small increase and again down. No analysts can predict the bitcoin graph. Technical analysis is absolutely useless here.

Nope. Technical analysis is quite useful for daytrading.
You could see tradingview , there you can find top crypto analyst and some of their prediction is accurate.

I am not sure if technical analysis is still useful or not as it has not helped me much in quite some time now but it used to be useful during initial days. As the situation has changed now wherein there are so many predictions but less number of believers for those predictions due to the fact that the price wave going against the prediction. This is my personal opinion as it might have helped you.
1232  Economy / Economics / Re: My market vision at this time... on: October 08, 2019, 09:15:44 AM
investors are looking at more realistic and dubious new directions, we can understand that because there's always a sense of worry
it is difficult to gain full investor confidence, with that kind of thinking only a portion will develop and survive

They are indeed looking for realistic  project where they can get benefited especially after the terrible 2018 and 2019 wherein most of the projects were dead and some turned out of be scam as a result they are more cautious now which will make the investment difficult especially  for the ICO and IEO. But if we get couple of fantastic project with a technology of future which  will yield decent amount of profit to investors then it might change the perspective.
1233  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price today returned to $ 7,800 on: October 08, 2019, 09:02:14 AM
Although I bit too scary to see bitcoin price is dump to $7800 in yesterday, I am happy to see the price now can break $8k again. The price now seems to become strong, but I don't know if this will stay like this, or it will get down again. But if we analyze the bitcoin price at the market, the line was at the bottom, and it will increase after this. Unfortunately, we don't have more signs from the market, so we could only wait and see what will happen next.

Volatility at its best as we are witnessing one of the most consecutive fluctuations  ever as compared the past wherein if the price fluctuates it will all East stay at that particular value for a fortnight but fluctuations of almost $500 every 12 hours is scary as it might attract risk investors  but might lose mid level traditional  investors.
1234  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is not that good as currency? on: October 08, 2019, 12:49:09 AM
bitcoin is not used as a currency, it seems that the influence of total supply is very limited and the price is very expensive so it makes the price of bitcoin very expensive and is not suitable if used as a currency because it will be difficult to use for transactions.

But it has been used as currency for years, people buy and sell things using bitcoin as a medium of exchange, it's a daily routine here in this forum and many others out there do it. What makes bitcoin isn't so good as fiat money due to its volatility, early adopters hoarding bitcoin while the whales on the wall street manipulate the price according to their need to gain profit in this market. The limited supply of bitcoin isn't the main problem, scarcity makes bitcoin won't lose its value to zero instead keep rising.

Yes the demand and supply had never been a problem as the key factor is it's  price fluctuations band volatility  as we cannot use bitcoin like fiat currency is because it's  can be manipulated by the whales playing up with small and mid level investor's money by turning the tide based on their requirement.

I think the price manipulation might never end as far as greedy whales got huge chunk of bitcoin with them.
1235  Economy / Speculation / Re: What you expect about next move of bitcoin? on: October 07, 2019, 11:43:13 PM
from my experience what is often talked about by people then the direction of bitcoin will be the opposite of what you often hear.

This is happening from past 18 months but prior to that the predictions used to be true and the unpredictability started only after the massive pump I mean bull run of 2017 last quarter which changed the course of bit coin and this was the time many whales jumped into bitcoin and post which they have controlled the value of bitcoin using the huge bitcoin which they hold.
1236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: MATIC good to invest ? on: October 07, 2019, 10:52:51 PM
Hi guys
do u think MATIC good to invest ? is it possible to explode to 500 sat again ?
https://www.binance.com/en/trade/MATIC_BTC
It's not possible and never happen again. i don't even agree if matic is a good coin to invest and you can try to create a comparison with another good coin like qdao or crypterium. both are better than matic.
Not so many supports in the market and it looks like matic's hype has gone.
To attract the buyers to create a hype is not easy dude.
It's pumped by binance and i guess you must never try to buy that if you don't wanna lose your money.

I think the right time to buy Matic was during the launch time as there was huge hype and even I tried purchasing it but it was sold out.  There was tremendous  hype and speculations about it which might make any mid level crypto user to invest into matic but once it was launched the matic's magic started fading.
1237  Economy / Economics / Re: At which price will loose Bitcoin the dominance in the Crypto Market? on: October 07, 2019, 10:24:36 PM
Bitcoin dominance will fall to reach 57-63% maximum, but Bitocin will always dominate on the crypto market. No one altcoin (for now) managed to prove that it is better, and what is more important, more reliable and trusted than Bitcoin. Thus, the #1 crypto will lead the market for many years more, and it is worth investing exactly in BTC (when you create a portfolio, for example).

As of now we need to forget about the first position as it will always be retained by bitcoin at least for next few years as other altcoins have a long way to go before even trying to compete with bitcoin but yes there are chances for other altcoins to be the second most dominant coin by replacing ETH which was done by ripple in the past only for a short span of time.
1238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bad developers have tarnished ICO! on: October 07, 2019, 10:05:39 PM
ICO developers are not left alone to blame. Investors who are carelessly investing in scam ICOs without wvwn reviewing the project and the team's credibility should also be blamed. Not to mention those investors who are dumping their tokens or coins once it gets listed. This lessens the market value of the token, thus making the development slow or even stagnant due to lack of budget and support from investors.

This happens with most of the project as investors tend to invest in the scam projects just by going through the convincingly themed ICO website without even doing proper investigation as most of the ICO mention name of some big MNC as their partners just like that to attract the investors,  there are some cases wherein bounty users dump the token once they receive it as I have seen this with well know project like policy pal wherein the investors has to take the brunt.
1239  Economy / Speculation / Bitcoin bull run or just a pump before bear market ? on: October 07, 2019, 09:08:37 PM
Let's hope the value of bitcoin increases without any further dump but deep down the heart we all knows that the only thing which will be constant in crypto world is fluctuations and I think this is the right time for those short term investors to barge in to earn some quick profits rather than waiting for further drop as I feel this is a temporary pump which needs to be utilized before the market goes bearish again. This phase of crypto is really complicated wherein most of us are clueless about the up coming trend which was not the case before two years.

Kindly share your valuable thoughts.
1240  Economy / Speculation / Re: BULL VS BEAR on: October 07, 2019, 08:53:54 PM
I vote for the price of bitcoin to the level of $ 9,000. from what I read, the predicted price of bitcoin this month is approaching the price of $ 8500. however, given the current conditions, the price of bitcoin is recovering quite quickly from the price of $ 7900 to the price of $ 8300. $ 400 price increase in a short amount of time. if the price of bitcoin rises like this in October, I don't think it's hard to reach $ 9,000.

Yes there are chances that the value of bitcoin will increase further and either this might be the repeat of what happened in the last quarter of 2017 or else just a temporary pump before one more bearish season. It's never hard to reach $9,000 as this mark has been achieve multiple times but the real challenge here is about the stability even if the value reaches $9,000 mark there are chances of more fluctuations.
