Sounds like they're having issues.

223  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 04, 2015, 07:20:30 PM
Fortunately the notion of "country club" prisons for white collar criminals is largely a myth. Some prisons are less bad than others though.

Especially in the United States,  your penal system seems to be much harsher than in the UK. Over here our white collar criminals would probably be sent to what is called a category C prison, which is basically an open prison for non violent offenders. That's if they don't buy their way out of the charges using slick legal teams.

Pre-trial is where you have to watch out in Canada, white collar is in with the rest unless out on bail   Cheesy

Hey you guys remember the good old days when hashtalkers used to come on here to defend paycoin2 and Homero to the death?

Miss the good ole days....sniff.sniff.

Lmfao

To be fair... some of the participants here are low class.  I'm not going to name anyone... they know who they are.

On the same topic, it's been beat into their heads at HT that all dissension is FUD and trolling.  So, I get why they avoid other forums.

LOL You a high class Bitcointalker? Dam, you good, how does one achieve such status of you? Maybe you should write a guide for the new people and this should be stickied... Was it a born to be kind of thing? When you're born you just know your destined for bitcointalk elite?  That comment made you sound dumb as fuck.  Roll Eyes
226  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 1.0 BTC (will pay $100 extra Sunday Morning) need the BTC tonight!! on: January 03, 2015, 07:33:46 AM
its always hard to buy bitcoin when in a rush and vice versa. There needs to be some type of service thats meets those needs.

Agreed, or at least an escrow that legally obligates you to pay, like a pro form statement where legally if its not paid you can take assets (car title, watch etc)

Dam you guys really have a good idea there, is it legally possible?  This would/could be huge, although there is already a few lending sites, one with liability would clean up.
227  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 03, 2015, 07:11:44 AM
SMDH, most of these have to be Gaw employees. Please tell me no one can be this dumb again and again...

https://hashtalk.org/topic/27524/buy-paycoin

This will not end well.

The fact that people are willing to blindly dump $ into something like this horrible of a name is fucking ridiculous.  Seriously, put this in the real world, this company would be under in ten minutes. Nobody, who has worked hard for their money will dump it all into a new brand/currency that is being called a scam by at least 50% of the potential buyers. It's getting to be hilarious, and starting to show the inexperience of bitcoin holders.  Seriously, LOL at this whole situation today. Anyone, anyoneeeeee willing to put money into this, even if itis 100% legit, with this negative feedback, should give their head a fuckin shake. Put this in real world business and circumstances... Do you really believe with this much negativity investors would be jumping on board for more? No..... People are now begging to give BTC away? I have an address in my sig if you are that needy to throw your money away... I might be wrong, but i find it hard to imagine THIS MAGNITUDE of hate from a community with 0 basis.  But to each their own. Invest in a 99% risk, and i guess you will be subject to what it brings. Pretend this was on the news, in your local news paper, on the stock exchange, nobody would touch this company with a fucking ten foot pole, but in crypto land, people are jumping at the opportunity. It's fucking insane...   If i am wrong, i will eat my words, but by pure speculation (the 1000's calling this out), if this many people are calling bullshit, like... c'mon....  These Moolah and Gox threads are just becoming to common, and we can whine and moan about them in hindsite everytime, or just think before we toss BTC at something that looks quite shady.  Not everyone in the Bitcoin community faces this much adversity launching a brand... Why this certain circumstance? Just curious., from a person who is new to paycoin, why SOO MANY PEOPLE have something against this.  I have a hard time believing that it is 100% clear of a scam, hey that's just me, please calm my ever so uneducated thoughts
228  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which BTC ATMs are 2-way? on: January 03, 2015, 06:19:29 AM
here is a list of all atms:

http://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-atm-map/
Be careful. It's not up to date. Sad
This site is lacking an easy to use commenting & reporting functionality.

Correct me if I am wrong - hopefully I am.
There is no site around with all BTC ATMs listed.

Thing is this is hard to make such site. Not every owner of BTC ATM will know about it etc. This is possible but it is not easy.
So far to find informations about BTC ATMs you must surf few different sites.

Kind regards.

Best one i could find http://bitcoinatmmap.com/loc/location/
Let me know if you find anything different, I wouldn't mind whipping a new listing up if there is nothing that exists.,.
229  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Zen Hashlet PayCoin unofficial uncensored discussion. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :-) on: January 03, 2015, 05:44:15 AM
First off I would like to thank most of you guys in this thread, you opened my eyes to GAW last month, I just about exited last week with those guys, cashed out my XPY at $13 a pop. I sold all my primes, genesis’s, and all but one Zen left. As I watch Cryptsy and read this thread, I wish I could buy all you guys beers.

I am relatively new to Bitcoin, so I have a question. Does anybody have a timeline of what will happen next? Like I have never seen any of this before and am curious what happens if XPY goes to 0?

Will the authorities step in? Can you compare this to like Madoff or Enron? Of course on a much smaller scale?
Will GAW just say “Sorry guys, maybe next time?” and walk away? What normally happens?
If its DOA by the time the Miami Conference starts, do you think he will have the balls to still show up?

Like I said, this is the first time I am witnessing something like this in realtime.

No and no.  Check out Mt GOX and Moolah as a precurser to learning about the prosecution of people who rob everyone blind in the crypto world. Completely different yes, but larger scams, that nobody is accountable for in the end... as it seems.....  Nothing happens, they walk with loads of cash, end of story... I know that people like to think different but this is the only scenario i have seen play out since joining the community. Moral of story, if you get fucked, it's pretty much in your hands at this point. There is a chance enough people band together with $ for legal action, which results in a civil suit and doesn't put coins back in anyone's hands.
230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ledger introduces “hardware” BTC wallet on: January 03, 2015, 04:01:35 AM
Wow, it's a good product
But, which one is better ? This one / trazor ?

Anyway i think this is not too expensive

Trezor is better any day. But that is only if u r fascinated about hardware wallet. I think for security, there is no replacement of a paper wallet.

Hey! What would the difference in security be from something like this to a paper wallet? Is there vulnerabilities in USD connecting?

233  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Please recommend BTC trading platform on: January 02, 2015, 01:53:40 AM
please recommend a BTC trading platform which does NOT require ID verification

and easy for withdraw and deposit, easy to exchange to other e-currencies, reliable, not very small, easy to withdraw, no need to submit ID or address etc.

Here's a few! 36 to be exact.... http://itsyocrypto.com/listing-category/bitcoin-exchanges/

It's tough to get around the verification these days. Happy trading!

Anyone who puts 0.000000001 btc in this will eventually lose everything in life.  There is 0 legitimacy to this, if you cannot see it yourself, you will not have money very long. If you can't notice a scam when scam is writen 100% all over it, there's not much else to be done to save you.
236  Economy / Services / Re: Want to learn Adobe Photoshop? on: January 01, 2015, 11:12:01 PM
Awesome idea! I finished my marketing degree with only 1 photoshop course, and pretty much had to learn everything alone which took years.  20$ is super cheap to get this wisdom... such a confusing program! Hope you do well!
237  Economy / Gambling / Re: The BitMillions Lottery on: January 01, 2015, 11:10:34 PM
I really like this idea, always been a firm believer there should be a lottery for bitcoin.  I like the suggestion above that puts some of the money back into the Bitcoin economy somehow.  Could maybe .05% or something be added to Bitcoin marketing in the way that you could sponsor Bitcoin ads or marketing with Bitcoin lottery branding or something?

Either way, i hope this works out, i will defiantly buy entry when I have spare change! Good luck and if you are ever looking for marketing help let me know!
238  Other / Off-topic / Re: University Students come here... on: January 01, 2015, 09:54:26 PM
Come one come all.  University students, it wuld be cool to see some Bitcoin Clubs popping up in schools. Great way to communicate the message and the university will definatly be curious to learn about the club. I'd love to help if anyone needs any!
Bitcoin club is a wonderful idea. Maybe something can be created like IEEE for bitcoin.

Awesome idea, haven't seen that before.  But yes, pretty much exactly!  In my head i am picturing like a large network of university Bitcoin clubs with a place to network, and supplies to get going. So almost like a pack for each semester of activities and such that will help people learn about bitcoin and similar up to date information, maybe some sort of leaderboards for the clubs, or something to encourage Bitcoin community involvement, with some prizes for the schools being active. Just tossing ideas out there, but if anyone is getting ideas, share, lets make something happen.
239  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin Clubs in Universities and Colleges on: January 01, 2015, 08:49:30 AM
Hey everyone,

Wondering if there is any students out there!

Finished uni a year ago, but if there's one thing i learned, it's that clubs can spread the word about something fast.  It would be cool to see some Bitcoin Clubs starting around campuses... So many topics, Bitcoin innovation, mining, development, trading, anything really.

I would love to help anyone with preparation, flyer design or perhaps considering putting packages together so students have a basis to start a club around bitcoin.

Anyone else think of anything like this or want to work on a project?

Hey sobitcoin, I'm not requesting for anything, but I just wanted to share that we also
have a bitcoin group in our highschool Smiley

Ahh that's awesome news! Thanks for sharing, hope it's been going well!
