221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: stop the unnecessary blame on gambling whenever you get unlucky on: April 23, 2024, 09:57:07 AM
~
One of the stages, once the player has already experienced a loss streak, is to blame the game itself, it's part of the reflexes of the people who experience heavy feelings to blame something so at least makes their feeling well, if you are a gambler and would like to seek as gambling could make your life change, could be or not if you are lucky enough be part of the people who enjoy their profits with huge multipliers. Gambling is not all about the money, its all about strategy and emotional capability to think and manage the risk.

I just want to say that if you are trying to apply various strategies to purely luck-based games, it can end up very poorly. And no emotional capability to think will help you there either. And then if you lose, you should blame no one but yourself. But if you are talking about bankroll management, it makes sense. Indeed it's possible to organize your finances allocated for gambling the way that your losses will never hurt you, and since some wins are possible too, your gambling experience will be overall enjoyable.
222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling mistake repeated by the gamblers on: April 23, 2024, 09:22:02 AM
~
The desire for things to go our way is within every single one of us, the difference is that while we understand very clearly that getting such a jackpot is almost impossible, and we do not expect to ever win it during our lifetimes, addicted gamblers think on the exact opposite way, and believe that it is just a matter of time until they win, which explains how they can use such massive amounts of money in an activity that should be just another hobby, but for them this is the method they will use to solve all their money problems forever.

Yes, you've explained the situation very good. I wish more gamblers read your post, because this way of thinking, like "I just need to make 100 bets more max and I will hit it!", this is one of the biggest mistakes gamblers make. We have to admit that everyone, you and me too, think like this from time to time. I you are a gambler - it's inevitable. But what we lose is $30-$50 in the end. Yes, it is painful, but it is bearable. When people lose more than they can afford to lose because of that way of thinking, it's a tragedy and that's what makes them miserable.

Sahring my recent x1867 multiplier win on Cash Crew of Hacksawgaming. This game is so obnoxious for me since I’m always burning spin here without getting anything back to me since this new game release.
~
~

I can't believe my eyes. Did you just won $9,337.50 or was it in some another currency? If it was in US Dollars that is an enormous amount. Congrats, mate!

But regardless of the currency, even if it was just $20 in USD, you won with x1,867 multiplier and that's something. My personal record on slots during all my gambling career is around 1,100x. And I know how it feels. And on The Bowery Boys by Hacksaw I also had a pretty good win, not 1,100x but a pretty good one:

Overall I want to say that slots by Hacksaw Gaming never cease to amaze me. I feel like if I ever set a new personal record, it will be on a Hacksaw Gaming slot.

225  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin the best asset for investment currently? on: April 22, 2024, 04:11:31 PM
~
As you can see, unlike other Assets, Bitcoin is a decentralised asset and can't be created more, but increases in value when it's price is halved. But note that Bitcoin as an asset is very volatile in nature, therefore you shouldn't invest all your savings but a spare money you could lose without getting very emotional. However everyone needs to take advantage of this years halving and take profits to prepare for the next very early.

You meant to say, when the production of new BTC every 10 minutes is halved, I suppose. Smiley

Well, it increases in value not right away, not immediately, but as we've learned from previous years a significant increase is inevitable, and I think we are yet to see the impact of the latest halving. Wink
226  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: April 22, 2024, 03:45:00 PM

Thanks for the Early Access Alert, @avp2306!

I remember this guy from my previous plays, so, at first I thought, "What's new here?" But then I realized that I remember him from another game by Hacksaw, this one:

So, it was a new game that's scheduled to be released worldwide on May 2, and we as the lucky users of Bitcasino.io could play it earlier.

So, I went to the site, found the game there and started playing it.

As always in such cases I liked that the minimum bet was just €0.10. At first, I had some small winnings

But I was waiting for these guys to trigger free spins, and it didn't take long for them to show up, all four of them:

What they brought me was 146x of my bet:

or Super Mega Win of €14.60:

Try it, guys. The Max Win is 10,000x, and even if you don't hit it, you can still win something nice like I did.
227  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lottery Fever. What are your range of thoughts in response to Lucky Winners? on: April 22, 2024, 11:36:24 AM
~ And yes, someone will win them, but someone will get hit by meteors too. We don't believe those odds either.

The difference between winning in a lottery and being hit by a meteor is that if you don't have a ticket it's a guarantee that you won't win. With meteor, on the other hand, it's different. We all have our "tickets" so to speak. But I agree with you that the odds of winning the Jackpot and being hit by a meteor are more or less the same. We just shouldn't forget that when we don't buy a ticket our chances of succeeding with lottery are zero.
228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling: Modern entertainment or highly addictive game? on: April 22, 2024, 10:32:55 AM
There is no other point of view about online gambling for me. It is as-is, whatever is the word is then that's it. As gambling, there's the entertaining part of it but also the addictive side which is when you're able to win some money, you'll never stop.

That could be understandable, but there cases, and there are many of them, when people can't stop after losing money. They think the fates can't be against then all the time, and so they should win after a losing streak. I want to tell those people, "Guys, you are absolutely right, your destiny can't be always against you, but 100 times in a row it can. And that would be enough for you to lose everything."

All in all, gambling is a modern entertainment, but the risk of addiction is always there.
229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Stopping the curse of losing streak? on: April 22, 2024, 09:47:07 AM
~
You'll stop when you don't have money to gamble, that's a real gambler. What is your purpose of gambling? of course to enjoy and to win which could be the 2nd goal, but since we will likely loss, we should set up a bankroll that is already intended for gambling, and you win or lose, you'll never tough money that is not intended for gambling. It's not the curse of losing but it's us being irresponsible, because we don't understand the risk of losing, that's why we can't accept if we lose.

The risk of losing is there each time you put something at stake. Even if you set a dice game at 98% chance of win there's still 2 % that you will lose your bet, and that's not zero, my friends. There was a story several months ago when a guy put $1 million on a team that according to 99% of bettors should win. He thoughts, why not get $10k out of thin air(the odds where 1.01). But the stars aligned wrongly for him and he lost his bet. Always be ready to lose, guys, whatever the odds.
230  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never gamble in front of your kids. on: April 22, 2024, 08:55:02 AM
~
We are as parents does really know on how education would really be changing up someones lifes and this is something a foundation on which it would really be making our children to have at least that kind of assurance that they could get a job or having that advantage in compared into those people who doesnt have that education. What more if they would really just not be able to finish up their studies and would really be focusing directly on making money through gambling? For us parents then we arent that dumb on how people do end up with gambling. This isnt something that you could really be able to make your future better with it.~

Actually, it's not only gambling. Anything that is not education, be it working as a longshoreman in a port or a street food seller will turn out to be bad, if you are doing as a kid instead of getting education. We, as parents, should tell ours kids to not waist their time on making money through dull jobs, because all their time must be spent on education. And meanwhile we should provide them food and shelter. Even if gambling was just another way of making money(which of course gambling is not) it would better for our kids to stay away from it while they are young.
231  Economy / Gambling / Re: What are your expectations for Casino coins in this coming bull run? on: April 22, 2024, 08:19:43 AM
And they don't seem to care much about their tokens so even though there is some trading volume, the token price is not improving.
How is that possible though? A huge trading volume usually means the liquidity is good, so moving the price needs some effort. If the team explicitly abandons the token and brings no effort to market themselves whatsoever, wouldn't that usually result in a loss of trading volume? I'm not familiar with casino tokens, but most alts that I followed behave the same way. They probably need to improve their product or increase the token usage to improve the demand, or else it will continue to be stagnant or decrease significantly.

The difference between most tokens and casino tokens is that people usually associate a particular casino with them. If the casino is popular if its business is going well, then than it is likely that the token associated with it will go up too. For most people it's easier to evaluate how good or bad the things are with a casino than with some mysterious crypto project, the developers of which are telling you that everything's great, but you can't comprehend the sophisticated details.

234  Other / Politics & Society / Re: YOUTUBE EASY TARGET. Ruzzian bot campaign got Ukrainian info channels close on: April 19, 2024, 03:51:29 PM
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2v063wuJtM0

Youtube has been frequently demonetising channels that report on the Ruzzian invasion of Ukraine from the Ukrainian perspective. The bot-troll farms in Ruzzia create bots that massively accuse the videos or channels of all short of violations. It may be time to seek alternatives to Youtube as their censorship system seems to be based on the idea of first kill then ask / first demonetise and then... nothing, just kill.

YouTube is YouTube, it is the most popular video sharing platform. If you upload your videos anywhere else, you lose a big part of your audience. Rather than seeking for alternatives we should think about how to tame YouTube and then use it effectively for our victory instead.
235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can we help beginners not to get addicted on: April 19, 2024, 01:55:52 PM
I will give beginners one simple advice that works every time and in everything. The more you think about not getting addicted, the bigger chances of becoming addicted there will be. Dont you notice, that more you think about something not to or to happen, it always happens. When you say to yourself «I must not fail», you fail in most cases. Because instead on focusing on the activity you focus on failing. If you focus on not becoming addicted instead of gambling, you will get addicted most likely.

Hm, interesting perspective. To me it almost sounds like "Gamble away, folks, and don't think about the possibility of getting addicted!"

In my ten years' long gambling adventures, the main thing that keeps me from falling into addiction is that I always remember the possibility of it. I would suggest to the beginners in the world of gambling to never forget about this possibility and keep checking periodically whether they are not there.

237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you achieved anything from gambling on: April 19, 2024, 12:14:43 PM
Hello pals , this might Sound Crazy And funny But there are some meanings To It when looked At critically ,I Was having some chats with My colleaques in the Office And I told them that I am waiting for the right Time to stake my bets online and one of them opted that he hates gambling and that he has never achieved anything from the money he makes while gambling , and that he either Drinks with The money or goes to club with his girl Friend and many more unfortunate reasons .

Idk, is it a bad thing, going to a club with your girlfriend? Is it the same as buying alcoholic drinks with the money won from gambling? I don't think so. Speaking of me, this exactly what I'm doing when I win anything significant, like something above $40. Only "going to club" is replaced by going to a restaurant, and "girl Friend" is replaced by my wife. I personally think it's great that sometimes it's possible to win such an amount and spend it that way.

Still on the matter another colleaque of mine backed him up saying that since he started gambling that he has never achieved anything tangible from gambling and that he feels that something mysterious is associated with the money he makes from gambling.

Lastly , i Dont know If you have achieved anything from gambling or you have same perception like my colleaques But for me i have achieved something reasonable and tangible from gambling , So please friends let me see your opinions on this .

Money is money, no matter where it comes from. Associating something "mysterious" with the money coming from gambling is just wrong, to put it mildly.

Not sure I'm getting this..so I'll just give it a shot.

Round 9: total tickets 1,564,201 - results were announced October 13

Round 10: in which you have 3 tickets, total tickets 1,633,865 before it ended, results yet to be announced

Tickets now available for Round 11

That's right! That's exactly what I meant. Thank you! Catch a merit from me for that! Smiley

And since we still have this picture on FreeBitco.in site:

saying "PREVIOUS ROUND WINNERS", I think it should be updated because Round 9 is actually the pre-previous round.

I don't know why it's taking so long to update the info. It's interesting for all of us to know who is the winner and how many tickets he had, isn't it?
239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you avoid some games because of racism? on: April 19, 2024, 09:31:01 AM
With my many years of gambling, i don't think there is any bet, sport event or any game in which accept the application of racism in it, if it ever happened then people will kicked against such because its out of the context for the reason why we should gamble for fun, gambling brings the people together in friendliness, its not something that should be done with partiality and not be fair in making judgment about it, not to even talk of now that we make use of many sophisticated technologies in making sure that everything went on as expected in gambling or sports.

You meant "fair"? Yes, I agree with you. It becomes harder and harder nowadays to pass an unfair judgement based on your own prejudices. If anything like that happens in the games of high level, with modern technologies it will be spotted right away. In the games of lower level, however, held in some rural areas, things like this can happen without being spotted. But it becomes less and less often these days thanks to technological advancements.
240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The madness of gambling addicts. on: April 19, 2024, 08:43:26 AM

It’s great to think about providing entertainment options like gambling in poorer neighborhoods as a way to offer equal recreational opportunities. Gambling can indeed be thrilling and serve as a leisure activity when managed responsibly. However, it’s also crucial to ensure that such facilities don’t lead to financial distress for individuals who might already be vulnerable. Striking a balance by implementing safeguards, like betting limits and financial education, can help ensure that gambling remains a source of fun without becoming a financial burden. This way, we can maintain the positive aspects of gambling as entertainment while protecting those most at risk.

I will say it again, I'm confident that for those who are in desperate need of money gambling can't provide entertainment.  Rather, it will cause troubles for them. Betting limits have never worked, we all know that. But providing financial education, like you suggested, is a good idea in my opinion. And to make the process of learning more interesting and enjoyable, maybe, hooking it up with gambling is a good idea too.
