2201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I am Bullish On Bitcoin Despite Bear market on: December 22, 2022, 11:25:13 PM
Its good to be optimistic for investors but for traders it would not be favorable given that huge falling wedges.

I'm not talking its not the good time to buy. Maybe its the bottom. Maybe we are about to start bull run ... but not based on your analysis.
Hope you are right. Its been a long time already that we have a very bad market. Even prediction panned out for some, most of the traders arent good on this market hence filling up more short instead of long orders.
2202  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is the entire Crypto Market ever likely to be Scammed? on: December 22, 2022, 07:18:17 PM
Could the entire crypto market ever be a scam?
How much faith do you have about the crypto world?

Can I confidently choose Crypto World to safely store all my hard earned wealth?
Like the bank?
Nope not advisable to risk your hard earned money maybe an excess fund that can be spare for risk investment its fine. We dont know what would be the market situation but if you are ready for such risk then its time for buying some potential coin/tokens.

You cant be sure of crypto rather than bank because its quite risky.
2203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Two types of predictors in bitcoin market. on: December 22, 2022, 03:51:23 PM
Apparently Saylor is now one of those deep investor of bitcoin inspite of being spiteful before about it and now keep buying. He maybe realize its potential when he see adoption is growing and before only just a nuisance and nnoise cause of lack of knowledge about it. Thats how a perspective changed easily when they research something useful about it.
2204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's highest amount you have earned from altcoin bounty? on: December 22, 2022, 03:23:04 PM
but I somehow see that it is a risk where you do the work and wish success for the project, in order to get a good return.
The problem with altcoin bounties indeed. You need to hope for that project to succeed to maximize the bounty rewards. Its still a gamble actually and that is a choice of hunters. Unlike to regular btc paid campaign which is fixed. Altcoins can sometime have overwhelming rewards, and honestly its luck if you did choose a good campaign or project.
2205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's highest amount you have earned from altcoin bounty? on: December 22, 2022, 08:34:45 AM
Wow thats amazing amount did you ever cashed out those at that value? Or just missed to sell it at that time?

Me too I had some lend but sold it out while still very cheap. One mistake I guess. But in memory I think got some tokens from a project that Ibsold for 0.4 btc and probably biggest just forgot the name. While other tokens are also good in amount and value.

If only hold at peak those precious airdrop from uniswap and others might have a good savings.
2206  Other / Off-topic / Re: Always be confident on the forum on: December 22, 2022, 08:15:21 AM
Confident people don't let the opinions of others tell on them and hence they don't feel insulted in any form and always want to learn from every incidence and one should imbibe such culture on the forum.
Someone must have patience and learn to accept whatever suggestion contradict his own since we dont known all things hence there are better idea or much clear fact that our own suggestion. Sometime people got pissed of what they read but that speak something helpful. Yeah maybe others cant show that they are embarassed but but for me its okay to comprehend such broader ideas. Its not like were being stomp if someone correct us.
2207  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Figuring out the "actual" price of a token on: December 21, 2022, 04:51:13 PM
Maybe because they have different reference of dataset of trades or exchanges. Not both have the same information and sometimes these data shifted very quickly and their platform will process it based on the average prices of their listed exchange.

Its also a good way to use arbitrage if the fees on those platform arent big and can do some profits when trying to buy and sell.
2208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should be very careful with alts on: December 20, 2022, 01:45:28 PM
Yeah, you're right. That's why I'm buying only big projects that were tested over time. But sometimes it might not help, I guess...
Sometime betting on small but good projects are also worth it since they could gave you much higher multiplier but the problem here is the risk of choosing the best altcoin for buying. Nowadays we can see a lot of rug pull type projects but we need to really check and investigate properly what are those that have real potential and utility.
2209  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A way to make it. on: December 20, 2022, 08:43:57 AM
Throughout the whole thing(3 years) I have worked a super low end job.. 14$ an hour.. but the business needs me and I am fairly happy.. But I would like a way to make money... I tried alot of different things but nothing has worked.... I am a sincerely good person.. I have some skill in programming.. but people constantly try to take advantage of me.. and im afraid.
In my country if you are earning $14 an hour then its a good job already considering you are working at least for 8hrs. You should be grateful already for that amount too. Since you have skills on programming, you could increase your income if you venture or work out on some pretty good company giving a lot or bigger compensation. Maybe appreciate what you have cause others are literally struggling compared to you.

2210  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sometimes a good explanation is all it takes. on: December 20, 2022, 07:38:51 AM
I have come to realize that many people bad mouthing crypto don't do a single research on the technology first ( complete disregard ) so I urge you to explain more to those ( friends and families ) that call or will call crypto a scam all in the name of what FTX did with customers' fund.
Because what they see on social media can be a 100% true to them. Thats how the power of social media that could change someone decision or belief.

You should just explain to your friend wisely what is yout knowledge and ellaborate the difference of such important technical matter on crypto especially on security and transparency.
2211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin Dead ? on: December 19, 2022, 02:58:50 PM
I think you can say any coin is dead now, not just doge. Exactly the same was true before the previous pump in 2020 when all crypto was at the bottom. No one could have imagined then that doge would make such a huge rise. Now that everything is down again, many say this or that coin is dead. But that will all change when the bulls come in.
Actually I could agree with that. Almost all coins and tokens are down heavily and this kind of market is definitely in a danger zone for panic sellers. They will realize that today is the time of accumulation and those who already gained their shares are probably buying a lot of stock now for the bull explosion.
2212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: anyone heard of the oryen network? on: December 19, 2022, 08:02:07 AM
They are having a presale ico and was wondering if anyone knows anything about them and if they're legit. I can't find much info about them but then seem pretty legit for the most part and I was thinking of buying in on the presale.
Ive visited the website. Could say its a nice website, however there are tons of red flag that Ive found which for me isnt worth investing.

-their team profiles were just introduction of who they are, its best if they can show links to their actual profile like linkedin or at least Twitter so we can see if those are really the people working and not just a jpeg created profile or copy cat identity.

-They dont show their presale sold or total accumulated funds from the sale. This is important, how would we know if they are really have potential.

-No partnership with known platform. Like literally a self made project trying to show how good their project. Sometimes its depend on the platform but didnt see my objective on this one.

-90% APY and never gonna go down base on FAQ? I think thats really alarming. Since we all knew it will at some point. If its not then they will have a big problem later on.

My advise OP dont put your money. Its smells something fishy about this one.
2213  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any other danger apart from storing funds on exchanges? on: December 19, 2022, 07:52:19 AM
Why are people scared of centralized projects too? I thought keeping money in exchanges is the danger? I have Cronos and Sologenic in my wallet and I believe even with the going FUD they will bring me good profits or is there more that I should know?
Centralized project controls the decision and can any minute unload or unlock your funds in a system. This is alarming if ever there is something happened on their platform. It doesnt mean they are gonna do it but there are historical events where this happened in the past.

Maybe the one you are using has strong ties or good reputation. If its centralized then good for them if they keep their clients well satisfied.
2214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters, how much you really earned in the last two years? on: December 19, 2022, 03:23:53 AM
Bounties that are paying tokens doesn’t care that much about the rank as long as they can comply with the rules then it can be good. Quality managers will always choose the best participants to represent the project. For the past 2 years I was not able to participate on many bounties but I can still say that profit is still good and I’m hoping for more profitable years because bear market also affects the reward of the bounties.
As long as they dont spam actually its fine. But nevertheless we cant categorize everybody right? Some lower rank and even newbie who have sincere approach to posting can be seen also. But I am pertainign to those who are obviously posting for signature requirements. Sometime its on the manager as well the problem. Might as well only hired managers that responsible for campaign if I were the project owner.
2215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This forum looks more like Altcoin Price Discussion on: December 18, 2022, 09:39:58 AM
Nearly all threads involve some price discussion.

At least on the bitcoin side, you can find some interesting technical discussion in
Bitcoin Forum > Bitcoin > Development & Technical Discussion

I wish there was something similar for altcoins, where no price or investment discussion was allowed...
There are other interesting topics on altcoins you should just find it and engage with it. Yes there are other topics that arent worth our time and majority were repeated one and has been talked about in the past. But if you are an altcoin fan, you easily dind it easy to find out an interesting one since youll be updated on whats hot on altcoins. Comparing to bitcoin, there are more altcoins so expect that a lot of subject or new projects has been introduced or talk about in this section.
2216  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why people are always in a sinkhole situation on: December 18, 2022, 08:47:22 AM
Probably due to their lack of discipline and patience. We all knew how dangerous and risky into trading or investing but some are taken that for granted. Yes its hard to cope with such unusual activity and we might as well fear of losing our funds but never so tough when its time to cash out those profits cause of greediness that we always feel. But when the time comes, we sold on the time its not to be sold. Well thats how it is I guess. Being in a sinkhole is a choice.
2217  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Just can't get my eyes off my wallet. on: December 18, 2022, 08:15:50 AM
I want to know if there is an average number of times a new investor should check his wallet and how can I change my behavior if it is abnormal. Thank you in advance for your helpful responses.
Actually theres none. For someone whose into crypto its quite normal that he/she frequently checking his portfolio once in a while like minutes apart. But thats due to the habit weve acquired in the long run and being used to it. Thats not bad at all, but having an urge not to check on it is a very hard challenge cause we always wanted to know what are the status of our money if its falling or gaining.
2218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty hunters, how much you really earned in the last two years? on: December 17, 2022, 11:47:23 AM
I see that there is still a big rush on bounty programs. I wonder if it's worth the effort.
spamming the forum, creating multi accounts, buying merits... is it really worth that much?
Yes still does. But if it about signature I think the campaign should be limited to such higher rank who can do a proper posting. I dont know, but I think that managers should discourage the participants of newbies and lower rank since they might spam a lot on the forum. Leaving the threads with spam post and signature quota.
2219  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A Chilling Realization on: December 17, 2022, 07:55:46 AM
We need a trigger mechanism so that bull run can back healthy. But people are scared and getting flustered with the recent events that occured. Like the war, covid19, recession and high inflations. Of course everybody will be at panic mode but it doesnt mean the market will stay like this. We all knew that there will be certain time that bull run will come back and predicting this will be super hard even for experts on market analytics.
2220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's behind Donald Trump's issuing NFTs ? on: December 16, 2022, 12:37:45 PM
Wheres the source OP? I didnt find any tweet as well of him having these kind of perks. But I think if these are the privileges then its good also for those fanbase of trumps. There are many who likes Trump and having these kind of perks will surely hit some of the nft collector and rip of those benefits.
