2201  Economy / Economics / Re: Amazon reports its first unprofitable year since 2014 on: February 15, 2023, 03:49:33 AM
Yeah I heard the rivian too i think its very hard to compete with tesla and the stock of rivian still at minus. In the other hand I don't know if the web service is slightly down in the ERA of internet and AI like this.
2202  Economy / Economics / Re: SEC's crackdown on BUSD after banning the Staking on Kraken on: February 15, 2023, 03:37:20 AM
Can someone explain to me how is BUSD now cosidered as a security but other stable coins are not? Or are they coming after them later? And if so, what happens after they are ruled as securities? Are they just been pulled from the markets?

As far as I know, stablecoin is not a securities since this was not an investment and Right now the BUSD remains stable and it should like this but the we might see the circulation will getting lower since BUSD is not top 5 anymore

and I don't know WHY the SEC always fights against the crypto space Angry Ripple, Coinbase and now Binance
2203  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it true that 80% of the world's wealth in the hands of 20%? on: February 15, 2023, 03:00:31 AM
Without need to look the studies and statistics, I think everyone know if the wealth gap between the poor and middle class with upper class are extremely far.

The poor and middle class aren't trying hard to become rich, because their mind are mostly want to earn a lot money via instant which actually impossible! majority of the people this group are spent their money to buy branded stuffs in order to get respected by many peoples. Do you know which one is selling the branded stuffs? it's the upper class!

The upper class already have a lot business, they're also make a lot money from stupid poor and middle class, so it make them can expand their business become bigger and bigger.

10000 % I was agree with your statement there is always gap between upper class and lower class in fact this might happen when human exist centuries ago.

and in my opinion and like other have said this might can't be fixed the upper class make business and make them getting more rich and the lower class buy it

2204  Other / Off-topic / Re: Crypto makes you more attractive, according to a new survey on: February 15, 2023, 02:20:46 AM
In my country we don't celebrate the valentine like the movie did, even though there are some people who celebrate it Chocolate is the option, but it is always good to see there is a trend to give Crypto Gift Card to their partners. Gift a crypto card maybe can push crypto adoption.
2205  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Weekly Retest Done! on: February 15, 2023, 02:15:17 AM
It is because im not using regular Fibonacci Im using trading view Trend base Fibonacci and need previous trend to draw the next trend of Fibonacci and I targeted 0.5 which around 36K not 50K, and In my opinion 36 still achievable on this year

2206  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Weekly Retest Done! on: February 14, 2023, 04:49:29 AM
Well I hope this only retest to continue the run

Here I will share mine

  • The RSI is still above 50 which mean is still good for bull
  • The price rejected to break the Weekly EMA 50 - Or at least we need correction first
  • We are still far away to touch the resistance zone at 25K level
  • After breaking 25K level of Fibonacci I would expect to 36K  Grin Grin Grin but I don't know maybe Q2 or Q3 this year

2207  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can we experience $80k this year? on: February 14, 2023, 04:38:46 AM
THis year 80K I say this was impossible but I don't think wont happen in 2023 maybe we just see mini bull run or mini altseason but keep bitcoin in stash would be a great idea
2208  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much time For next halving? on: February 14, 2023, 04:35:22 AM
If you want to stare at the monitor the countdown can be 30 April 2024 at least this was the prediction but can be moved sooner or later depend on block and it happens every 4 years.

Like the other said the halving "usually" can trigger bitcoin to create new ATH. But it does happen in a couple of month after Halving happen or even a year.

If you want to know when, there's actually Bitcoin Countdown
2209  Economy / Speculation / Re: why Bitcoin Dumping ? on: February 14, 2023, 04:30:26 AM
Why panic? Do not expect bitcoin price to be increasing without any correction. We are also in the time of both bulls and bears, no side is more certainly predictable this time.

Agreed  Grin
Bitcoin needs a correction when the price is Up you will always see a downturn or pullback it is necessary and retest to continue the run and it happen also when the price is down vice versa. So if you still have money DCA maybe is the best when it comes to correction like this #DYOR #DWYOR

I will share my chart since this was a speculation board

This is Daily TimeFrame bitcoin retest at 200 EMA and should bounce back from there (at least that I hope  Grin ) The Stochastic RSI also in oversold meaning there is chance to back to retest resistance area on $25K

Meet the world's first Bitcoin Mining Museum
Re: Is it worth collecting old ASIC miners?

Dude you are really bring back my memories I just saw the gallery and found back the old times miner like gridseed, Zeus, and Spoondolies

I think you wanted to say 1 GH/s (not 1MH/s).

My bad it is actually only 144Khs and has Scrypt Algorithm Maybe you never seen in one  Cheesy
Here the picture
2212  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Do you think that Bitcoin is more worth buying than the ASICs? on: February 13, 2023, 02:15:56 AM
THis is my opinion but its worth to buy a bitcoin rather than buying a mining rig, IF you don't have enough money to afford multiple mining rig. But if you still curious about how mining works and watched the fan screaming yeah you can buy one and running them if you think it is worth you can buy it more.
2213  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Are you hodling your old usb ASIC miners? on: February 13, 2023, 02:09:42 AM
I just hope there is bitcoin mining hardware museum  Grin and be part of history. I remember I had USB miner called USB Dragon it from china and have 1 Mh/s bulky looking and very hot and comes with 8gb of storage  Grin
2214  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: My USB SHA256 lottery on: February 13, 2023, 02:06:30 AM
Great post and good luck!

Here's my lottery rig running on top of my lightning node. Brought it back to life recently. Had a transaction stuck in the mempool way too long during that drop last month and realized I don't feel comfortable unless I'm fully engaged in the network, however statistically insignificant that contribution may be.

Godddd i have never seen butterfly labs in ages are you buying these back from a couple of years ago or just buying second hand on eBay. You are the real of OG  Cool.

Good luck with both of you, the chance is very small  Grin but "If we never try how will we know baby how far this thing could Go  Grin "

2215  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Who can help? My husband died and a mining farm remained from him. on: February 13, 2023, 01:50:50 AM

I agree with what was posted before me. Dealing in private (especially at this stage) can get you (too) easily scammed.

I just want to the same way, I bet the OP is already bombarded by a dozen of PM right now.

if the story true you husband might give you a note or anything that he talked before he dies if this big mining farm ask the employee or learn how the bitcoin work at the meantime I think is the best to shutdown the mining farm since you don't know how to work and to avoid crazy electric bill till everything settle
2216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have life span? on: February 13, 2023, 01:43:41 AM
Bitcoin has a lifespan, bitcoin will last until another technology takes its place. The world is still evolving, so it is very likely that in the future, there will be a technology that creates another asset class superior to bitcoin. Similarly, none of us ever thought that fiat would go away, but looking at the birth of bitcoin and the development of digital money, fiat being replaced is only a matter of time. It may not be bitcoin, it may be CBDC or another digital currency. The lifespan of Bitcoin will depend on human needs and technology development.

Yes true maybe there is more advance technology in the near future but Bitoin still at early stage i think the new technology that replace bitcoin happen in the next decade

but you have good point
2217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This should be bullish for Bitcoin and it's PoW on: February 12, 2023, 02:10:21 AM
Any cryptocurrency restriction won't actually benefit Bitcoin. It's because the ruling is against cryptocurrency and is not at all bullish.

Yes I do agree with you. In my opinion regulation like this only slow down the crypto space.

The Proof Of Work will stay at least for the US since there are a couple of Companies that are listed on NASDAQ and their main business is Cryptocurrency Mining. If they start to kill mining in the US there will be trouble.
2218  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have life span? on: February 12, 2023, 01:52:14 AM
You need to see the bigger picture first at least you need to look at how bitcoin work in the past 10+ years. The price against inflation is might be one indication that bitcoin not gonna ending or in your case a "life span", and I see more and more people joining the crypto space.

People come and go and there is who stays. The biggest institutions start to look up and they don't want to lose this train.

More and more country start to regulate meaning can be an indication that people start to see it.

TLDR (No, bitcoin doesnt have the life span)
2219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Withdrawing Bitcoin off the radar on: February 12, 2023, 01:39:36 AM
The best way is through P2P exchanges like Bestchange or Localbitcoin(but it was already dead in a couple of months) Paxful or shapeshift but most of p2p exchanges will start to shutdown went they start to do KYC on their platform and its very hard to do in the meantime. Exchange that offer P2P service like Binance or Bybit Need KYC first before doing any kind of transaction.

If you have small amount maybe there is seller on this forum but when it comes to big chunk of money its different story
2220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: G20 exploring cryptocurrency regulation on: February 12, 2023, 01:07:47 AM
Whatever the decision is gonna make it will very impactful if they all agreed since The G20 members represent around 85% of the global GDP, over 75% of the global trade, and about two-thirds of the world population.

It's beyond CPI News or other US regulation that impact crypto market, and I hope the decision is support crypto at least they agreed with to not ban the crypto
