2201  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 23, 2015, 05:55:20 PM
Labeling what is going on a "scam" is sugarcoating this whole criminal operation. Calling something a "scam" brings to mind something that might be technically dishonest, but not quite criminal, like a carnival game that is rigged so that you can not actually win the teddy bear. That is not at all what is going on here. Here is the legal definition of fraud, with 5 caveats, all of which have been met:

Fraud must be proved by showing that the defendant's actions involved five separate elements:

(1) A false statement of a material fact. Check: Mr. Ganza repeatedly promised a $20 minimum price for XPY, supported with $100,000,000 cash "CAF" fund.
(2) Knowledge on the part of the defendant that the statement is untrue. Check: The $100,000,000 CAF fund did not exist, therefore the statements that it would be used to support a $20 price for XPY were known to be brazen lies on his part.
(3) Intent on the part of the defendant to deceive the alleged victim. Check: Repeatedly announcing caveat #1, knowing full well it was a giant pack of lies.
(4) Justifiable reliance by the alleged victim on the statement. Check: Investors put in their money based on the confidence on the aforementioned promise of a high return.
(5) Injury to the alleged victim as a result. Check: All of the initial investors in XPY are down massive amounts.

This meets all of the criteria of being a fraud operation, bilking investors out of millions of dollars, not some silly "scam", cheating people out of a stuffed teddy bear in a carnival game. If , when, and where this pack of criminals is prosecuted for fraud remains to be seen, but the evidence of what is going on is in plain sight for all that wish to take a look. There are many more aspects to this operation (embezzlement and tax evasion are quite likely), but this is the clearest and easiest to prove using GAWCEO's own statements and refusal to provide proof of the $100 million fund that was used to con people into investing. This is all my personal opinion, of course. I encourage everyone to look at the available evidence and form their own conclusions. Especially you fucking idiots that are still handing Mr. Ganza money.

Link to archive made moments ago of Paycoin.com where it still brazenly states that they have this large "CAF" : https://archive.today/6ZMFc

Meanwhile back in LooneyTuneWorld:  https://hashtalk.org/topic/32441/if-it-s-all-a-scam/36  Archive:https://archive.today/Dyn1E

GAW & Homero the Scammer  are still here running this scam because there are morons putting up Buy Bids for the Scam Coin they have millions of to dump:

This is GAW's only source of actual income now, aside from selling off a few used miners. Soon™ this will be the only source of income for GAW.

Disturbing to see these poor fools sit around in their SpiderMan underpants and giggle and play paddacake with eachother while this con man rips them and others off.

It already makes perfect sense to everyone except the people stuck in the spiderweb of lies that you spin asshole. https://archive.today/pjnSu
It appears you need to ban this guy, asshole. He is on to your scam.
2203  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 22, 2015, 10:20:58 PM
More HT humor. This Kevin guy obviously does not know the almighty Josh very well, otherwise he would know that he has less grammatical skill than my dog.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/32373/gawceo-reply-to-if-you-could-start-over-what-would-you-do/23

"Wait a minute! Strike that. Reverse it. Thank you."

Even stranger is that the original post by "GAWCEO" in that thread had all the earmarks of actually being written by Homero, and the heavily altered one with somewhat better grammar is the one that they are sure is him. Bizzarro world shit.
2204  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 22, 2015, 07:37:42 PM
Perhaps it is the 15 year old moderator on HT that has been getting his panties in a bind about that darned nasty truth being exposed about this obvious scam? He obviously follows along here, so there is no doubt that he knows for sure he is participating in a scam.

I'm a tech idiot - can someone who has been here a while tell me whether these messages are credible RE: their authenticity?

I haven't been here long but according to what I have read as long as the email header information is intact (which not all of them are) then the email authenticity can be verified.

RAW email -> http://pastebin.com/XfFy1dfU

Feel free to verify authenticity -> http://9vx.org/~dho/dkim_validate.php

Here is what I got when I ran the email from pastebin through the DKIM verifier:

Tried several different ways and got the same result every time. I am sure it is possible I did not do it correctly though, perhaps someone else can try?
2206  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 22, 2015, 05:52:01 PM

As always this post is a mixture of half truths twisted to seem the opposite of what they actually mean and blatant lies. GAW did by a large amount of XPY. Primarily from Josh's private XPY wallets.Perhaps some of the other insider's as well. Using a crypto coin is a whole new avenue for corporate embezzlement. You don't have to bother with insider stock options and proxy buyers and such. They took the bulk of what was in the GAW coffers and transferred it to private, (supposedly) anonymous wallets. Anonymous to the average Joe, but not to Big Brother, of course.

2208  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [PPS 2% fee] NiceHash.com pool - higher profits than direct mining BTC! on: February 22, 2015, 01:26:16 PM
Odd, I have made lots of BTC both renting out and renting. You have to apply some math skills to decide when to do either, dog. If you lack these skills it is likely best that you stick with something simpler.

Here is the thread archive up to post 44 on the BTC.com thread. I see the PexPeppers thread has been tossed into the memory hole as well.

Fascinating insight coinmaster, but the 15 year old kid is the "Moderator" on HashTalk , not the admittedly drunk BCT member who originally posted that BS as a goof last night. Maybe you should get off of your high horse and get a fucking grip before making yourself look like a clown.
2212  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 21, 2015, 07:23:07 PM
Turns out WE are the bad guys fellas.  All this time trying to expose a scam for the better of the crypto community as a whole but it turns out WE are the ones doing the most damage to it!

I agree that post was stupid as fuck but still... anyway here's the thread.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/32275/be-wary-of-bctalk-users-damaging-crypto/3

"bad for crypto"

what a jerk off!

The best part is that the person posting this idiocy is a 15 year old child. Literally. And the morons on HT eat this completely idiotic shit up. They will believe ANYTHING except reality, which of course is that they got suckered in by a two bit heartless dirtbag con-man and taken to the cleaners.
2213  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 21, 2015, 03:04:24 PM
As noted in the HT thread, there has been no upward action on the XPY market with this "Massive Announcement" . BUT, I have seen a lot of Buy Bids migrating upwards into the .0028 range. These juicy offerings of virgin BTC are sure to draw forth the "XPY DumpMonster" from his lair to feed:

2214  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 21, 2015, 02:14:38 PM
Here is the latest. Not even sure what to think of this latest curveball he is throwing the faithful. I did not notice a single post saying" Why are you working on this instead of taking care of the functionality of XPY" Amazing.
https://hashtalk.org/topic/32269/btc-com/44  And the current archive: https://archive.today/q6VbM

Proof of Homero? Dunno, it's hard to bargle nawdle zouss. They may be using an English to Tard translator to try to fool everyone.

Paycoin is just a tool to use BTC? Duh? Ya think? And the primary use is to take your BTC and put it in Homero's wallet.

Paycoin can not be successful on it's own. Period. Straight from the horse's jackasses mouth:

Translation: Every deal was required to have something in it to use XPY to take your BTC and put it in my wallet.

"Looks like no one gives a shit. That's SAD  Cry"
2215  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 21, 2015, 12:47:05 AM
Stylin, do you know what a DKIM Signed message is? The entire header is intact... I couldn't convince you of the authenticity of these if I hit you in the mouth with them. Do me a favor, put me on ignore so I don't burden you with the task of educating the community with verifiable proof.

I personally do not know what a DKIM Signed message is, but I do know what "text" is and I am certain that any asshole can type and or copy/paste it. Some better than others. I fail to see why a bunch of text is conclusive proof of anything. If these are real I think you should be forwarding all of this to the SEC or any other alphabet soup bureau that might be interested. Posting them here is suspicious to say the least.

Here is another Industry Innovator at work. Different industry, but equal skill level and pretty similar outcome to the project being "innovated" upon.

Here's the structure for your Paycoin fellas! It's "Innovative!"

Different does not automatically mean better. Sometimes "innovation" just means that the person trying to do something has no effing idea what they are doing so they just guess. The "Shed of Doom" construction project mirrors the innovation of the Paycoin project so well it is scary....  Grin

House Atriedes has fallen into hard times. I guess HT is the new Gom Jabbar :

https://hashtalk.org/topic/32222/unable-to-process-transaction-withdrawal-error/17

How can people "invest" their life savings into a sham scam operation run by a childlike illiterate scammer and then have to endure being treated like shit by children if they want to ask a question about what is going on with their life savings? In what twisted universe does this make sense? This is one of those Laugh or Cry situations and I choose Laughter! Fuck you idiots! I heartily laugh at your foolishness!

2220  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: February 20, 2015, 08:05:40 PM
Fake Josh/Real Jonah (gawceo) and real Josh (rasalghul) in this thread before Josh's alt got banned by fake Josh:

https://hashtalk.org/topic/32215/when-will-josh-do-something/54
https://archive.today/sj0z7

This just keeps getting weirder and weirder. I am glad I am taking notes for potential stories about all of this, because most of these oddball twists to this story I would never in a million years have made up. If this is actually is Josh having to more or less sneak on to the site, would it not be a nice slice of poetic justice if he is reduced to having to go through the waiting period he implemented to keep "trolls' out of HT to get himself a new account? I really could not make this shit up, and if I did I think I would discard it as being too unbelievable.... Cheesy
