I recall a couple months ago when I was saying that GAW was just a tool for committing fraud and would be piled up with as much debt as possible and then discarded there were some simpletons saying ~"Nuh Uh! Why would he start a company to steal money, etc". You think Homero plans on paying this:

http://ia601506.us.archive.org/27/items/gov.uscourts.mssd.88839/gov.uscourts.mssd.88839.1.0.pdf

No fucking way. This will end up being ~$500,000. The power company will obviously win this, and when they try to collect they will have to pick over the bare bones of GAW, which Homero has blatantly stripped of assets (mainly during the $20 floor attempt where GAW coffers were dumped, most likely into his personal anonymous wallets buying up his own XPY) and will be declaring bankruptcy on in the near future.  Don't hold your breath about them being able to get to Homero's personal assets, either.

As I mentioned earlier, I think this whole escapade was just a staged event to make it appear that Garza is distancing himself from Paycoin, that others have power and that Paycoin is in "The People's Hands", and of course most importantly, that he is getting the shitty end of the stick (plea for sympathy).  All a fucking sham, just like everything he does or says, it is bullshit and is designed to serve his purposes and fool everyone else. I didn't buy his load of bullshit. It also allowed for some serious dumping and to be able to blame it on others. Win/Win for Garza the Scumbag Scammer. When is this rotten lying fraudster fucking chump going to REALLY get the shitty end of the stick he is beating everyone with?

Zencloud and Paybase withdrawals currently suspended.

https://hashtalk.org/topic/36016/zencloud-and-paybase-withdrawals-temporarily-offline/3

The excuse is due to the developers (Yes in plural lol) upgrading the withdrawal process.

It is not, absolutely not, got anything to do with stopping you moving your xpy to cryptsy to dump.

GAW/Paycoin developers are on the case:

edit: boxhock dont worry, thats his thing  Grin he lives for it

Oh and yea, "Team XPY" and "Paycoin Innovator" badges are apparently not enough to keep him from banning me.
Glad that place is shutting down soon Smiley

If you work hard enough, we can give you a badge like mine

I don't care about badges, I want my Jeremy Clarkson gif avatar. Anyway I can have that here?

Badges?

I think you can use an animated gif as avatar but it will be frozen on the last frame , if this behaves like other forums that allow gifs, but do not support animation. Size limit is 120x80
1666  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 09, 2015, 04:31:49 PM
Even if you believe that Josh really relinquished control of the PCs (NO FUCKING WAY Wink), he would STILL have them by the balls, because he has millions of XPY that he can dump and make them completely worthless. He could EASILY dump off ALL of the orders on the books all the way down to zero and hold it there. That isn't even getting into the blackmail leash he has on all these assholes.
1667  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 09, 2015, 04:24:13 PM
funktrust, if you ever come back please don't forget to address this too:

Very interesting!  Phlop, when are you coming back to lie to us some more?

And, if you really do have 10 of Josh's 15 PC's, how about publicly voting your 10 in favor of the Paycoin Foundation proposal?  Still, you need to provide transparency but at least we would have some evidence that you are not just a Josh sock puppet.

I disagree. I think this whole dustup is simply Josh trying to publicly distance himself from the scam he created (while actually retaining control). Trying to transfer the blame for this scam to other people- "Gosh guys, I tried so very hard, but there was a Hack/Gubment meanies/Trolls/Mutiny that kept me from completing my grand vision for paycoin. Awe shucks, soz sorry". BULLSHIT. This scumbag scamdog is a pathological liar and con-man. EVERYTHING he does has some other purpose than what he publicly implies.
1668  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 09, 2015, 04:03:19 PM
A lot of tears on hashtalk today. The bagholders are confused, because their savior Lord Garza is fighting with the Holy Totally Independent Paycoin Foundation. How could this happen? Was GAW, Paycoin and the Foundation.... a... a... LIE? Could it really have been a... a SCAM all along? Shocking!

I guess maybe hey should have listened to us trolls weeks/months ago.....i do feel bad for the ignorant ones that are just realizing they have been duped though.

Right. Not sure about Cmilian, he is one stupid mofo, so I do not know if he had the common sense to do what would have made him some serious BTC with the "XPYstaker" acquisition(wonder if someone gifted that to him?). If that effing idiot kept all of the XPY, and had any serious amount of loans out with XPY as collateral (BTCLend), he just took an axe handle up the pooper. If he had the common sense of a shrew he would have sold as many of the incoming XPY as possible and made serious money off of this tumble. No idea if he has disclosed address locations to verify which.
1670  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 09, 2015, 03:21:03 PM
Cmilian is happy as a pig in shit about the freefall. With his new XPYstaker scam (whatever he changed the name to) he gets to cash in. Although a blatant scam, this operation is likely to make him BTC. I read that he now had ~350,000 XPY in his "staker" system, and was paying out 15% stake(interest) per year on them. DUH, sell the fucking XPY and wait for it to drop and pay back with XPY that is worth less. If he has two brain cells in his scammer head he just made ~$50,000.(that would require him having dumped ALL of the XPY in his "stake vault". I don't think he could have dumped all of them yet)  Also makes it handy to be able to trash the market whenever you want with that many XPY available (naked shorting). This whole Paycoin Cult is just a bunch of idiots and/or scammers.

1671  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 09, 2015, 03:12:40 PM

The douche bags ego is so big that he will destroy his own coin over it.  What a fucking idiot.

This is all a Homero sham to make it look like he is a victim. I guarantee it.

From the Prime Node Agreement:

The staking rate for all Prime Nodes shall be set to 100% per annum on block
149000

So, smucks get 5%, 50 wallets get 100%...

Quote
From the "declaration":

...the state of hyperinflation Paycoin will be over.

Explain how that works then...

Quote
From the "declaration":

The coin will become truly decentralized

Quote
From the Prime Node Agreement:

Each Prime Node shall have one (1) vote (“Vote”, “Votes”).

So... it's decentralized around a centralized "voting" process of no more than 50 entities...

Yes, and the ones listed are all Josh's bitches. The fact that Joe Mordica was paid off after trying to blackmail Josh, and then Josh counter blackmailed him and pacified him with a PC says it all. Josh has the dirt to burn every fucking one of these guys if they do not do EXACTLY what he tells them to. Then you have to consider the bullshit about "limiting" PCs to 100%/year output. Josh can put as many of the ~7,000,000 XPY that he controls into a PC as is necessary to make it shit out how ever many coins he wants to dump. This whole thing is just another phase of the same shitty scam.

Edit to add: Now I see Josh's bullshit attempts to make it appear he is all butthurt about this. BULLSHIT. Nothing has changed. He still controls the whole scam. Just another one of his scam tactics- a plea for sympathy.
1674  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 09, 2015, 02:34:01 PM

Who owns the majority of Paycoins again? One person: Homero Joshua Garza and/or entities that he owns or controls. He therefore controls everything. Just another bullshit scammer misdirection tactic. Enjoy your big shitty cup of FAIL.
interestingly enough, if you read the prime node agreement, homero has a blank set of votes where the others have a specific number of votes to cast, i.e, vote is tied to number of prime controllers they have.

It is exactly the same pack of crooks who started the scam. If they knock down the hyper output of the PCs to 100% from 350%, that is something, but it does not change the fact that the exact same scammers who have been running this shitshow all along are still doing so. I could care less if they all change chairs and exchange hats, it means nothing.

Lol dude the other entities are holding 35 controllers with each controller having 125k coins... do the maths... Garza is running dry.

Why in the world would I believe what a known, habitual, pathological liar like you or Homero Garza says?

Just another screen showing without a doubt that Phi Vadala is a shameless liar who willingly and intentionally lies about services to draw in customers, a practice known as fraud.

But hey, Mineral Exchange is located in Hong Kong* , known for upstanding and trustworthy Crypto Exchanges and stalwart authorities to protect your investment.

*sort of- in a round about bullshit pack of lies and mis-direction scammy scammer hiding their identity kind of way.

From the NYTimes article:

Quote
Advocates say the virtual currency is revolutionary because it is not controlled by a central bank and has potential as an alternative means of online payment. But the rise of Bitcoin, which is unregulated in many places, including Hong Kong, has stoked concerns that it can be used to launder money and finance extremist groups.

And Josh and the scammer he hired to front his new scam exchange actually tout moving to Hong Kong as something great? WTF is wrong with these Paycoiners? In what universe is a scammer whose operation is run out of America on a rail that re-establishes his scam operation in an unregulated country KNOWN for allowing Crypto scams to take place a good thing? My mind is yet again boggled by the complete lack of logic and reasoning in the Paycoin Cult, and the brazen audacity of the scammer(s) running it.

This tweet still exists touting mineral exchange as a safe and insured exchange.

P.S: @ CoinFire: Is Phil Vadala going to do an interview? Also, Stefania seems like one of the more financially raped and bitter, thus ferociously rabid GAW/Josh supporters, following the general Stockholm Syndrome mentality rampant in that community. How serious was this attack initiated by her? (assuming she is actually a female- this is the intertoobz Roll Eyes) Did it involve anything physical, or "just" an E-Attack?

Is a known scammer running mineral.com?

https://mineraltalk.org/forum/crypto-currencies/paycoin/799-is-a-known-scammer-running-mineral-com

potcoinlover
Nope the scammer ran oweing me and my buddies over 150K. Now the people backing him are supposed to be new devs of potcoin. I filled reports against the guy but doubt they do anything. I contacted madpotcoins but they ignore it. potcoin is just a shitty pump n dump coin now. Stick with MaryJaneCoin or CANN. Cann will be over 10k by 420 and weed may even be decriminalized in AZ by then.

Looks like we got ourselves another scammer, boys!

From his personal website:

https://vadala.io/
Archive: https://archive.today/U2VYk

But hey, go ahead and send all of your BTC and other coins to his Mineral exchange that is totally not a scam run by him and Josh Garza.

1680  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 08, 2015, 11:15:46 PM
A minor scam site run by Phil Vadala a few years back.

After he was told (by a lawyer Roll Eyes) that scraping other blogs (legal blogs, no less) and reprinting their content on his own blog as if it was his own was "wrong", he stopped. After being informed that he was not going to be able to continue to claim other people's work was his own the site was then shut down.
