2201  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bangladesh going to accept Cryptocurrency??? on: November 30, 2020, 11:35:24 AM
Bangladesh can make their decision based on what their neighbors are doing like India. The Indian government is going back and forth regarding the ban/no ban. Right now bangladesh cannot afford to take chances since their economy is already so bad but the influence can be a good deal if they see India, china , maldives there the cryptocurrencies have not yet been banned and is kind of a grey area for them.
So I do believe that in the upcoming years they will move towards allowing the cryptocurrencies , maybe not making it legal but at the same time not making it illegal , if you know what I mean. Therefore the government might just let it go.
Let's be positive and ask your government to make this change. If you are a citizen you do have every right to ask regarding what you want , get people around you who are maybe interested in bitcoins and then sign a petition, go to the consumer court. Even if the plea gets rejected you will have a small column in the paper or news if it's good enough then maybe it will start a revolution??
Never hurts trying!
Other than that if it's illegal , you can very easily ask your friends to trade it in real time for you, where the cryptocurrencies are legal or just use VPN and erase the traces.
2202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: France's gambling recovers on: November 29, 2020, 06:50:54 PM

+ Revenue  =  - More losses into their citizens.

This is why you can really saw that other countries aren't really considering this kind of option and still do ban neither offline or online gambling.
They don't care about revenue or what but rather they do focus on with their citizens protection towards addiction or getting broke.

Yeah, it might be having its pro's but you cant really force them to have some re-consideration on accepting it instead.

Even in the Europe , many countries have started increasing the gambling revenues and therefore this way even though the small gambling companies might loose their fort we would still be able to see governmental bodies siding towards the online gambling.

The pandemic is horrific and thus I do believe that we need resources which would be able to continue providing the government bodies the revenues they needs

Gambling is something that have the potential to generate good audience even when everything is now online, thus I believe more countries should consider making it legal. Example: India. Everyone is very aware of the local gambling that's been going on since ages but the law is firmly negative. By allowing the gambling they can not only regulate it positively, which would be more responsible for them but they can also get good revenues and make better decisions.

France is just another example to prove that.
2203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is 88% premine to kids born today on: November 29, 2020, 06:27:45 PM
-It is more acceptable by everyone, well known
- regulated by the government , protected by the laws at many places
- You can also buy stuff with Bitcoins, gamble , organize charities etc.
- more and more people are now getting engaged with Bitcoins and it's nothing related to mining, even though more than 80% are mined people can still buy and we can still see many buying opportunities when the price is low. In the future even if the price will be high due to limited supply, people would still be able to buy and sell in smaller fractions. It won't stop suddenly. Their importance doesn't just stop when they are all mined.
It's more about usage and practicality rather than mining.
2204  Economy / Economics / Re: genius idea to fix all economy best idea on: November 29, 2020, 05:58:19 PM
So you want to actually end the economy itself by giving everyone money so no one would have to work for it and therefore soon enough colleges, businesses, it will all be worthless, no one would want to go to a job and work. This would mean the whole world would be stagnant. There will be no working class, people won't be able to actually use it Worthily.
This might be the worst idea ever. Why would one need anything in the life itself??
How about ?
Making education free
Riding the students of the student loan
Making the groceries free for old people and the abandoned
Making housing for homeless??
Stuff like that would be very different from just printing worthless excessive money. It would just reduce the value to zero. If people won't work and businesses will end you won't have anything available, no farmers , no vegetables, no pen, paper anything!!! Since people don't have to work now.
2205  Economy / Gambling discussion / France's gambling recovers on: November 29, 2020, 05:27:38 PM
According to the french national gambling authority. The gambling in france showed 49% more gambling activity in the third quarter with a recovery which supposedly gave 1.6 billion Euro as revenue.

source

Quote
France’s gambling regulator Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ) announced the impressive recovery of the country’s gaming market, with 49% more betting activity during the third quarter, with €1.6 billion. Despite the pandemic, French operators have bounced back and reported a 17% increase in Q3 revenue year on year.

The ANJ reported that the online gambling turnover for the first three quarters of 2020 went up 11% compared to last year, reaching €1.2 billion.

This was actually due to :
-online Gambling related to sports events

The authorities have advised to look for steps to ensure player protection and to see if minors are playing and engaging in the same.

I do believe that we have yet another country whose recovery from the pandemic was linked to the online gambling industry. Thus I do believe that banning gambling is something that is not the solution rather the countries should look forward to regulate them. One can always engage in responsible gambling.

France really sets an example for other countries alike. I do think the countries where the gambling is open and regulated are going to recover faster as compared to the others since they are generating immense revenue for the government and at the same time the players also have a lot to choose from.
2206  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Gambling Platform with Signature Campaigns in Forum on: November 29, 2020, 04:06:53 PM
Also many of these Campaigns do have competitions for the members here on the forum and at the same time this  is very positive for their company getting the people involved. At the same time these companies are actively involved with the members in the accusations board. I think you will have to keep updating your list timely. Since new campaigns might come soon and it would be good if the newbies try out these links since they are trusted, involved and famous on the forms and some of them have been going on since a lot of time.

You've missed Betfury, the signature campaign I'm currently promoting. Though they are not paying with bitcoin or popular alts directly but they provide it's platform based token which do yield bitcoin and some other altcoins each day as dividend. These are the same tokens that you get for gambling coins on the site through betting based mining. These tokens are limited in quantity and would be harder to come as the volume of bets on the site increases.

I think Op has based his listing of gambling signature campaigns based on those advertised on the service section. I think I like his choice of picking those from service because that section is for genuine signature campaigns that either pays directly in btc or $ value. That is very nice than gambling site that pays in tokens.

Or is the gambling site you are advertising in service section? If it is in bounty section, I don't suggest that it should be included here on the list.

Actually many of them are also in bounty and altcoins sections , whosoever is very involved in that section can make a new list.

It would take a work and thus it would be good for the newbies and the members alike.
2207  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin at risk of regulation? on: November 29, 2020, 02:25:22 PM
Anything that tends to pose as a threat to the unending dominance of government will forever be at a risk of regulation.
But one should understand that " the reason why the governmental bodies are so set on regulating them and not banning them is because' they cannot ban Bitcoins" it's too involved with the people and at the same time one should understand that these regulations are going to bring protection and therefore some people might feel more comfortable in using Bitcoins.
1. Laws will be there to protect Bitcoins as an asset
2. We can gain more conservative people who are ready to invest
This regulation is something that we cannot control , but what we can do is to make a good use out of it.
2208  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What privacy tools are there besides tumblers, coinjoins, and privacy coins? on: November 29, 2020, 01:45:44 PM
Hello
I do believe that the privacy of a coin is very much dependent on **the person who is using them** , you should understand that. Things like :
- changing your address with every transaction
- using wallets who doesn't require KYC eg , samourai
- Making sure that you use mails eg, proton mail to generate a protected address which would not be connected with your real address
- not downloading the softwares from weird sites
- only using trusted softwares which would not temper with your privacy
- Making sure that you try and follow up with the terms and conditions.
It's really a long list ... I do believe any coin would be private if you do use it smartly.
2209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on Open ending events? Should casinos continue offering them? on: November 29, 2020, 12:16:03 PM
Not everyone the outcome is delayed. You should understand that , these casinos do provide bets but the delays are not dependent on them, complains can be for sure registered but at the same time one should understand that , the casino quality is dependent on the way the casino reacts to these complains and how they handle it.

Right now when we saw the US elections biden was clearly the winner but Trump wasn't agreeing to it thus there was a whole drama around it.
But it wasn't the fault of the casino and I do think that people understand this for a fact that things like this are going to happen and therefore as long as it's a trusted casino they have nothing to worry about.
2210  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In my school, Bitcoin is now becoming a subject on: November 29, 2020, 11:02:11 AM
It's not just schools.
I teach kids in kindergarten and junior high and many of them have enrolled in courses which are related to Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies. They are very well aware of what Bitcoins and cryptocurrencies are and therefore I do believe that in the upcoming years they will be more open towards the concept of cryptos and will be experts.
At the same time when we talk about the universities , the universities are offering courses on cryptocurrencies and even Bitcoins, many students are enrolling in the same and teachers have to learn something very different.

Right know coronavirus is not the only content that is being created for the book to be read in future , after going strong for more then 10 years Bitcoins is finally being recognized.
2211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Did Covid19 effected bitcoin positive or negative? on: November 28, 2020, 06:03:59 PM
Hello
I do think that quarantine actually helped me get involved with Bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies more ,  since now most of the people are working from home and the colleges are closed, one can try and check the sites and at the same time for the students and people who are abroad and cannot travel due to restrictions for that Bitcoins have become a very important method of payment for those families. You don't have to go outside and get it done.
Bitcoins is helping in jobs
Helping companies in advertising
Helping in overseas transactions
Helping people with trading , with investing , for holding.
I do think that Bitcoins is actually very important during pandemic and I personally am very glad that we have a way to get us through it.
2212  Economy / Economics / Re: Ray Dalio Admits He May Be Wrong About Bitcoin" on: November 28, 2020, 03:33:56 PM
The reason that guy agreed to correct himself during the time of bullish run sounds to me like he got some bitcoins himself and is waiting for a rally.

1. You can engage in p2p exchange very easily without intermediary plus we do have many new sites emerging selling stuff which can be purchased in Bitcoins

2. The Volatility does make it an excellent option when it comes to trading and thus the limited supply is all +++ ..

3. Government is themselves getting benefited from the crypto businesses like online casinos. They don't want to ban Bitcoins, they can't, they want to regulate them.
2213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is live betting better than betting in advance? on: November 28, 2020, 02:34:17 PM
Hello
This is something that is dependent on the person who is using it. If the person is more comfortable and can make informed decisions under the pressure then they should ofcourse go to the "live betting".
On the other hand , if the person is actually very fragile when it comes to changing decisions fast then he should now engage in such cases, if would just make them more frustrated and likely to fail.
I don't think anyone here should go for bookies since we have to pay them money 💰 , their commission and at the same time when you can access all the things already through internet.
2214  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is poor men Lower class wall street on: November 28, 2020, 12:52:08 PM
Poor men wall street ? I don't think so , I do believe its benefits actually extends to everyone. Be it poor, rich , a teenager or an old person looking for something new. It have immense opportunities and just like how in the wolf of wall street they did quote :

Now this also includes cryptocurrencies like Bitcoins , many people try to influence the price by going to twitter , maybe telling weird stories and such therefore I believe you should go with your gut when it comes to these things and also the news.

The whales can influence the price for sure but that too till an extent. Rest it belongs to the people.
2215  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Satoshi Hill Real or Scam on: November 28, 2020, 06:15:23 AM
Hello
Let me ask you one question :
Why would someone on their on expense provide people will free Bitcoins ?

I went on the site and checked I don't know where are they going to make instant payments from. If I were you , I would stay away from things like these. I haven't used it and I definitely don't know if it's real or not but I know for sure that you should neither risk your details nor believe that a person is capable of earning money for nothing.

It's a game as far as I know so chances are it's real but I don't think they are going to offer you free Bitcoins.

If they do , try playing from those free coins as they offered and see what's wrong..., If you are able to withdraw them then well and good. ( The company will be closed soon then !!! If they continue to give our free Btc)
2216  Economy / Economics / Re: How does bitcoin market cap take into acount forever lost bitcoins on: November 27, 2020, 04:09:16 PM
See I don't know if the numbers are correct but these forever lost coins can be taken as long term HODL , which does mean that they are actually beneficial for the holders and traders.

They provide a certain stability in this market.
Thus I do think that even if they don't take it into account, it's not a big deal.

Plus I totally agree with the fact that , "present data cannot be verified" since this is a matter which is more personal and thus many of those people might even forget to report or might have passed away. Therefore the wallets cannot evaluate if the person did loose those coins or are they holding it for long term basis???
2217  Economy / Economics / Another stimulus bill in line for the US on: November 23, 2020, 05:45:36 PM
Quote

WASHINGTON — Advisers to President-elect Joseph R. Biden Jr. are planning for the increasing likelihood that the United States economy is headed for a “double-dip” recession early next year. They are pushing for Democratic leaders in Congress to reach a quick stimulus deal with Senate Republicans, even if it falls short of the larger package Democrats have been seeking, according to people familiar with the discussions.

Until now, Mr. Biden, Speaker Nancy Pelosi of California and Senator Chuck Schumer of New York, the Democratic leader, have insisted that Republicans agree to a spending bill of $2 trillion or more, while Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the majority leader, wants a much smaller package. The resulting impasse has threatened to delay additional economic aid until after Mr. Biden’s inauguration on Jan. 20.

Many of the president-elect’s advisers have become convinced that deteriorating economic conditions from the renewed surge in Covid-19 infections and the looming threat of millions of Americans losing jobless benefits in December amid a wave of evictions and foreclosures require more urgent action before year’s end. That could mean moving at least part of the way toward Mr. McConnell’s offer of a $500 billion package.

Apparently the US economy as we all know is falling the president yet again is advised to pass a quick stimulus deal with the senate.

Apparently the president and their team are going to negotiate this 500$ billion to make sure that the public get as much money as they can afford.

Okay , this seems very good , but is spoon feeding the public for this long okay ??

If their budget is "x" let us assume, why don't they distribute "x/2" and use this "x/2" to start new job opportunities for them , they can even help the people to come in terms with the pandemic.

Most of these are going to the people who doesn't even need them, what about that Huh

Shouldn't only the jobless and the people actually in need be benefited by the bill Huh Plus why are aren't they also including the homeless without any house and documents ..maybe make a small centre for them to survive till the pandemic.

People let's share your honest opinion about the bills and what they should be used for?? Is this entirely right ??

2218  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Presidential Election 2020 and its impact on gambling on: November 23, 2020, 03:33:09 PM
So the elections are finally over and we did see a lot of unrest since the people were getting heated up due to debatable arguments and their beliefs.

apparently people betted around 300 millions ! On these elections 57% went for Trump
https://www.forbes.com/sites/willyakowicz/2020/10/30/bettors-have-wagered-more-money-on-trump-vs-biden-than-nevada-collected-during-super-bowl-liv/?sh=347a4da25ae3

There had been news about a person who used 5 million dollars on Trump.!!!!!!!
The guy actually slashed the previous record of most used money on a single bet !! It's unfortunate that he lost.

But Trump after loosing just said that "he is going to prepare for the next elections "
Let's see what Biden does and if he is able to take the economy to better levels.
2219  Economy / Economics / Re: Different online business we can involve in on: November 23, 2020, 01:59:01 PM
That's really good that you have compiled a list of things that people might be interested in. But I do believe during the pandemic the business that would work is:
Invest in yourself , think what you can do. If you are a teacher then provide online classes, if you are a painter : make some amazing artworks and sell them, if you are interested in cooking then start accepting orders for homemade lunches , if you are a doctor you can even provide online one to one consultation. See it's Pandemic so the only thing that might work is : add online in whatever business you are good in. You have to take your business venture online where it would be not only something that you are very familiar with but at the same time you can still keep doing it.
The thing is , you have to continue to work , how you were working, its just that , you have to find a way and make a good use of the lockdown.
2220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Argentina raises Gambling tax on: November 23, 2020, 12:40:55 PM
https://www.gamblinginsider.com/news/10471/argentina-raises-online-gambling-tax-to-5

Apparently Argentina just raised their gambling tax to 5%.
Quote
The Argentine Chamber of Deputies has passed a law that will increase the online gambling tax rate from 2% to 5% in 2021. The new law was added to the National budget proposed by Economy Minister Martín Guzmán. The tax will apply to any online betting transaction. There’s also a 10% rise for the companies that operate in low-taxation countries.

Apparently the industry was unregulated for a long time and the government now decided to go for it since they will aid in the future stability and improvement in the financial situation.

The industry according to them apparently is able to get 2.4 billion dollars worth of revenue and which is inclined to help the country , 95% of the tax is going to go to the province.

What are your thoughts on this ??

Is this good/bad , how would we be able to cope up with the governmental bodies increasing the gambling tax thus shutting down the small business causing problems for the long run.

- it was a little sudden to increase it to almost double. The government never even helped the industry for the sake of the argument.
