2221  Economy / Economics / Re: Apple wants to replace all passwords with biometrics on: June 18, 2022, 01:42:36 PM
I don't like and don't use Apple, but I think decisions like this should be based on the desires of users. Do the majority of users support the switch to biometrics?
I personally tend to use passwords and find it a bit unsettling when my own body is used to open things, apps and stuff like that. Also, from fingerprint lock on the phone, I know that it often doesn't read well, and it can be annoying when you need access to something but the fingerprint is read incorrectly many times. Not to mention that yes, there's plenty of hardware that doesn't have fingerprint support, so it's very elitist, like Apple always is.

I am using some apple products, it really gives a better experience than others. But I agree with the tendency to use passwords like you do, using fingerprint lock or face recognition is really convenient and fast for users. But I feel there is too much risk when someone attacks and hijacks our phones, they don't need to ask for a password, just a few simple steps of putting the phone on our face, they have can be unlocked easily. I am using an old iphone with fingerprint lock function but for the most part I prefer to use passwords for my important apps.
2222  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is environmental menace! BTC miners are carbon terrorists! on: June 18, 2022, 12:05:49 PM
Thank God bitcoin collapsing and stop polluting the planet

Long live the new world order

Era of bitcoin was gone

You just do your job, it's okay. Bitcoin is still fulfilling its mission, today bitcoin is priced at $ 20k and bitcoin has dropped from $ 69k to $20k. I don't feel sad, you may have forgotten that btc has only been around for 13 years and was originally an asset worth less than $1 and each bitcoin is now worth more than $20k, it has grown several hundred thousand times and there is no asset in the world that ever did what bitcoin did.

Thank you for praying for a bitcoin price drop for giving me the opportunity to buy bitcoins cheap. I missed bitcoin at $1, $3k and now I want it lower so I don't have to regret it again.
2223  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your bitcoin ATL prediction before next halving on: June 18, 2022, 11:46:08 AM
It's pointless to try to predict an unpredictable market.

3k in 2020 was unpredictable
China banning bitcoin was unpredictable and so was MtGox bankruptcy.
In traditional markets the 911 was impossible to predict and so was COVID.

I thought it wouldn't go below 20k because the previous cycle high was where it always was able to find support. I bought at 20k and are going to hold it for as long as I can, at least until we go to 100k again. I feel like there are some lower limits like the lows of 2020 that it won't reach because 3k bitcoin is one of the strongest supports in bitcoin's history. If you asked me a year ago what the cycle low would be I'd say 25k because it's right above the 200 WMA and above the 2017 high. Now it's all panic driving it lower and fundamentals don't matter.

Truly unpredictable, bitcoin has been trading around $ 22k for the past 24 hours and now bitcoin has dropped to the $ 20,000 support level, which many people don't believe will happen, but it did. This will be an opportunity for those who are looking to own a lot of bitcoin at a discount and there will be panic for inexperienced investors who will sell off their bitcoin and leave the market.
2224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: June 18, 2022, 08:10:32 AM
It's still unclear whether Sadio Mane will replace Lewandowski but one or two Bayern players if they don't have a big impact because the Bayern team is already very solid on all fronts.
Sadio Mane has reportedly agreed to join Bayern Munich next season. But for Lewandowski there has been no recent news regarding him whether he is still staying at Bayern Munich or actually leaving. If Lewandowski still survives it looks like it will be a better collaboration than Mane and Lewandowski in attack.

We have not yet seen any official news about Lewandowski's departure from Bayern Munich. I heard rumors that Lewandowski was not interested in staying at Bayern Munich. And Barcelona wants to take Lewandowski into the team. But Barcelona is still in financial crisis. In this situation, it is very difficult for them to get Lewandowski on the team. But if Sadio Mane and Lewandowski are in Bayern Munich's forward next season, Bayern Munich will be even stronger. And they can expect better results in the Champions League.
2225  Economy / Speculation / BTC "broke" the support level of 20k USD on: June 18, 2022, 07:41:40 AM
Bitcoin is currently trading at $ 19.1k after falling 8% in the past hour,
You know this is the ATH price of the 2017 bull cycle and the first time in history that bitcoin prices go back to the old ATH.

The market is entering its toughest period since 2017 when all coins were divided many times their ATH levels.
This is the moment when we decide to leave the market or our last chance to buy bitcoins cheaply. Perhaps this is the last time we can see bitcoin's price below $ 20k.

2226  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: June 17, 2022, 02:15:51 PM
Football has been through a rough couple of years, especially with both Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi leaving and also the Coronavirus situation in the whole world. The move made by both the players has already decreased the popularity of La Liga and after that came the coronavirus.

Right now it also does not look like something is going to happen with which La Liga is going to be transformed into a League like the English Premier League. Because the flow of money is not so much right now in La Liga compared to the English Premier League. When Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo were in La Liga a lot of great players were also attracted to certain teams, regardless of playing with or against them. But now there is nothing like that in La Liga to attract great players.

Dependence on Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi seems to still be felt for some La Liga football lovers, especially for supporters of Real Madrid and Barcelona. I don't think it's too much about this, because in football the arrival and departure of players is common. Moreover, there are still many potential young players who are playing quite well until now, although I realize that they have not been able to show what the former Real Madrid and Barcelona player has given him.
Because Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi are well-known soccer stars with excellent careers and skills that other young players don't have, it's only natural that some fans are still eager to see the two of them in La Liga. But unfortunately for now both have moved to another League so that dependence should be gone for now.
Especially with the presence of young players in La Liga who also want to make their careers better than they are now.
2227  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Hodlers are actively buying bitcoin these days on: June 17, 2022, 02:13:02 PM
If you wanted to own bitcoins in the past but feared the price was too high, then obviously this is your last chance to buy bitcoins at a high discount. As a long-term holder, you should not ignore this moment, holding bitcoin is never the wrong choice. Bitcoin proves that it will increase over time, a short-term drop is just normal nothing too serious. Holding bitcoin at this point may take a long time, but the rewards will come to true investors.
2228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good for future hold? on: June 16, 2022, 04:48:08 AM
I think btc failed everyday so no more good decided now for buy and hold. At least we should wait for the next market situation when gonna stable somethink like btc price. Anyway if btc price will brackdown under $15k then we should ready for buy next ath. Even in my opinion Don't take risk invest in others currency.

Opportunity comes only when people are scared and leave. I don't think bitcoin has failed, now is not a good time to buy. When is the time you think it's time to buy?.

Many people bought when bitcoin dropped to $ 30,000 and they thought it was the bottom but now we have a chance to buy at $ 20,000, a much higher discount.
We cannot predict where will be the final bottom for bitcoin but in my opinion, bitcoin has very little chance of falling below $ 15,000, which is almost not going to happen. So the current price is suitable to buy.
2229  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's happening With Bitcoin? on: June 15, 2022, 04:59:38 PM
Bitcoin is very volatile this is a characteristic of bitcoin, so a sharp drop in price is normal. As someone who went through 2018, I dare to assure you that after the end of the bearish cycle, bitcoin will bounce back and even surpass the old ATH and reach the new ATH in the next bull cycle. You don't have to panic and sell everything, the rewards will be given to those who trust and hold bitcoin.
2230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good for future hold? on: June 15, 2022, 04:48:22 PM
After I kept almost 8 months of Luna and did not sell when the price of more than $ 100 made me regret and now I just invest in the top coins if you want a long -term hold, surprises often occur in cryptocurrencies because the coins that we consider will be brilliant to drop and even die, though We hold the long term but we must be realistic, if the price has dropped more than 25% then the cut loss immediately is the best option.

Luna, That is too expensive a lesson.
Only cut loss with non-potential altcoins, if the coin you are holding is bitcoin, you do not need to cut loss. Cryptocurrency is a place that always gives us surprises so always be ready to take any risks it may bring us, focus only on bitcoin and altcoins are top 2, top 3 instead of holding too many altcoins. The bear market is where a lot of altcoins will be dumped and die, so we should refrain from investing in alt at time.
2231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL on: June 15, 2022, 04:39:15 PM
My portfolio is a wide net. 50% BTC & ETH. It's fascinating watching altcoin behavior in this downward spiral. Some unexpected surprises... Braintrust 😉. I haven't invested more than I'm willing to lose. Though down about 55% I'm in for the long term. HODL !!!

A severe crypto winter has come on the market and bitcoin has broken a new bottom. The tightening of monetary policy has a negative impact on the entire crypto market and it is likely that bitcoin will still fall for some time. I, like you, are of the opinion that now only HOLD and we will wait for growth in the next bullish bitcoin cycle.
Indeed, there is actually no other choice but to hold it in view of the declining market conditions,
because if you decide to sell I don't think it's a good decision and it actually makes us lose money and of course we don't want it
better be patient and wait for the bull market

This is not the right time to sell, the OP's portfolio is mainly bitcoin and ethereum so it is discouraged to sell them. As long as he doesn't sell and keep, he still loses nothing. Wait patiently and try to fill your bags with bitcoin even more if you still have the ability, bitcoin will always be profitable as long as you be patient and hold on to them for the long term.

and another rumor from england - this time it's about danish international Christian Eriksen who is being linked to manchester united

I have to say, whatever happens, I think this guy is a fighter.
He had a cardiac arrest and he is still playing football, and also playing well.
I think 4 assists and 1 goal are good in 11 appearances.
But, I am not sure about him playing in the English Premier League. I think that will be a little too hardcore for him, especially after he has suffered an injury like this.

Former Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen is a free agent and Man United have been linked with the player this summer.

Since its creation Bitcoin has experienced a total of 3 "bear seasons" and we are in season 4 right now.

The most recent bear season happened in 2018-2020, At the end of 2017, the Bitcoin craze was because by the panicking of the investors. In 2017 Bitcoin gained $20K value from $1K.Then it dumped of a sudden more than 80% and dropped the value near around $3k within Q4 of 2018, resulting in the total cryptocurrency market cap falling by more than 80%.

After the halving year 2020, we go through the highest bull season max x20.8 times increased, and we acquired the height value of around $67K within Q4 of 2021. Currently, bitcoin is trading at $23.44k.

Where will bitcoin's final bottom level be during this bear season and what will be bitcoin's new ATH level in the next bull season?

Your input will be greatly appreciated.
2237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 winner - Real Madrid! on: June 12, 2022, 08:18:58 PM
I think the two players you mentioned earlier have ended their era. We are very lucky to be able to watch them play football, it is very difficult if not impossible there will be another era like they did. But if you look at the top scorers in the history of the Champions League, maybe there are several young players who have a chance to compete with Ronaldo and Messi, namely Mbappe and Halaand. now maybe they have a great opportunity to make a new history because they are both still young.
I disagree with you that Ronaldo and Mess's era has ended. This two great players have been consistent in the game for more than ten years now winning trophies and scoring notable goals and because they are a bit aged you say their era has ended no, Mbappe and Halaand may be younger like now but they can only try to compete with them but they can't overshadow Ronaldo and Messi till they retire. Ronaldo was affected last season because Man United was in poor form yet his performance was good and he was rewarded as the Manchester United player of the season, Messi moved from Barcelona to PSG, he scored goals, helped the team to win the French League so I think both players are still in the game.

It is really hard to imagine for anyone that the two players that have been dominating the football world for a long time are playing like this right now. And it is also really hurt to imagine the era of these two players coming to an end but we have to agree that that's what it seems like. Probably the only thing left could be the world cup.
2238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: June 12, 2022, 06:38:11 PM
Hungary 1 - 1 Germany

Germany failed to defeat Hungary and remained in 3rd place. Quite an interesting situation in the A3 group - from the first place to the last, the difference is 3 points. In this group of death, Hungary looks good and comes in second place. It will be unexpected if, as a result of the group stage, not Hungary, but England/Germany will fall out of the group. Italy seems to be playing solidly - at least they don't have defeats.
it's like a hell group but the gameplay shown in every match is not that impressive i guess. Even the goal ratio in the 3 matches that have been made in this group is very poor in my opinion.
But on the other hand I quite applaud Hungary at the moment because they are very capable of dealing with the dominance of a club that is generally far above them
Sure. I'm glad that I don't watch games - at most I read text broadcasts or then watch highlights. If I watched the games I would get a double disappointment, for example I bet on the victory of England against Italy and England cannot beat the second team of Italy (or the third lol). The game ends 0-0, if in addition to the lost bet I lost another 1.5 hours of time to see 0-0 I would be very angry.

The performance of each team in the Nations League is very disappointing. And in most matches the second-tier players of the teams perform. As a result, the performance of the teams is worse. And it is very difficult to predict the outcome of the match between these teams. Strong teams are also losing badly against relatively weak teams.

That performance of Neymar has been on a steady decline since the moment he left Barcelona. And the last season of him was also not good at all. At least not up to his standards of football.

After joining PSG, Neymar's performance began to decline. He has been sidelined for a long time due to injury in almost every season. As a result, his performance tends to be worse. Since Neymar's fitness is not good, I do not expect a good and regular performance from him next season.

West Indies are going to lose today's match as usual. Although the target was only 270 runs. West Indies lost the first wicket by just 25 runs. They lost two wickets in a row for 52 runs and the West Indies collected 69/4 in 15.1 overs. Since they have lost four wickets for just 69 runs, I do not see any chance of West Indies winning this match. Like the second match, West Indies will lose very badly today.
West Indies still needs to get 179 runs from 28 overs but they already lost 4 wickets which means their top order players are back in the pavilion and it is a hard task to chase this total. I did not expect Pakistan to score 269 runs, all credits to Shadab Khan who played an incredible innings as they lost their 7th wicket for 217 runs and Shadab Khan took the team to a respectable total.

West Indies scored 155 runs in 26 overs. West Indies need 115 runs in 21 overs to win. They need 5.6 runs per over. However, West Indies lost 6 valuable wickets. Keemo Paul and Akeal Hosein, who is at the crease, bat well enough, but there is no guarantee that they will be able to stay at the crease for long. Pakisthan is still the favorite to win the match.
