2241  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What after localbitcoins.com shutting down on: February 11, 2023, 12:38:40 AM
The truth is that they started to die when they were forced to introduce KYC rules.
Since it was one of the reasons people traded there, they moved to another place
You can trade on Binance before without KYC, but Binance had no option than to make KYC mandatory. Yet, Binance remain as the exchange with the highest trading volume. Although, some people that are concerned about KYC left the exchange at the time. Jeremias Kangas founded Localbitcoins in mid 2012. 2022 crypto winter wasn't the first, that makes your post valid, but regardless of what happened, it is still about the survival of the fittest, but not necessarily about KYC as well if other things has been in place. Although, I am not disputing the fact that KYC could have been the reason for the start of Localbitcoins collapse.

Yes, I do agree I know LocalBitcoin when the price was still hundred dollars, I know their strong this is not their first crypto winter  Cry But it is very sad when saw news like this

On the other hand back a couple of years ago there is a bunch of Centralized exchanges who don't do KYC but now almost all need KYC. I know that some people hate this but they don't pretty much have a choice.

and also bybit or binance offer P2P service but still to use it you need KYC first  Cry. I think like it or not when the platform gets bigger and get more user the government will approach them and talk about "Regulation or I gonna shut down your business" Tornado Cash is one of the example even tho is not an exchange
2242  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Curious Address - Concerning on: February 10, 2023, 02:42:31 PM
From your stories, yes it looks like you have been scammed, where are you get the website in the first place?? Did someone DM you on telegram or Discord and they talk about High Yield Investment Program if so it total scam. and Unfortunately, you maybe lose your money  Cry

As far as I know, there is no Bitcoin Investment program especially depositing a bitcoin into a specific website or address.

and after I check here https://mempool.space/address/bc1q8yja3gw33ngd8aunmfr4hj820adc9nlsv0syvz the address is found on BitcoinAbuse https://www.bitcoinabuse.com/reports?page=18

Ras-plans!

Îmi cer deja scuze pentru ignoranța mea, ar trebui să-mi cer scuze și aici?

Imi pare rau Gazeta pentru ignoranta mea ai avut dreptate si eu am gresit, esti cu adevarat Legend Member

personally, i work full in crypto just by doing bounty so when i need money i withdraw it, and its very luck to see people hold for such a long time.

but if you are not using the money its better to keep it and hold it, but even tho I work full crypto I not gonna withdraw it all of it and fact 80% of my money in form of crypto right now  Grin Grin
2248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to sell bitcoin before the next bear market starts? on: February 09, 2023, 02:42:30 AM
if the cycle true bitcoin will reach new ath around 2025 a year after bitcoin halving or less than that, i don't know if the bear market already finished or we already at bottom but 2023 and 2024 there is always the case that bitcoin will reach mini bull.

and when you think is enough to take profit just take profit a half or a quarter just take profit a little bit so when the sometimes gone wrong you had feeling relief after take profit a little bit
2249  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Should BTC amounts greater than 10.000E be declared when leaving the country? on: February 09, 2023, 02:34:09 AM
Lol, what? Use a centralized exchange?

Sorry for asking that, but you are an old user... you still don't know to what dangers you expose yourself by using a centralized exchange?

I know centralized exchange is bad since ftx case but I do believe you are using Cex for withdraw your money right, besides that this is temporary you across border and when u arrive withdraw the money  Cheesy

or just back to my first option using opendime

2251  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Komputer Kuantum (KK) dapat dengan mudah nge-hack bitcoin anda on: February 08, 2023, 02:55:51 AM
Setahu saya teknologi Kuantum Komputer belum bisa untuk membobol sistem keamanan bitcoin, ane juga pernah baca artikel tentang Quantum Kompiter disini - A new algorithm is probably not efficient enough to crack current encryption keys — but that’s no reason for complacency, researchers say. (https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-023-00017-0)

menurut saya pribadi sebelum KK ini berhasil membobol mungkin sudah ada teknologi untuk ngecounter hal ini

sebenernya yang ngeri itu semisal AI otaknya quantum  Grin ini mungkin jadi duo yang ngeri
2252  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why America Should Ban Crypto on: February 08, 2023, 02:41:15 AM
To play a devil's advocate, Charlie Munger is 99 years old investor who spent his entire career chasing stocks with good "intrinsic" value. You can't really expect him to pivot on his approach at this stage in life.

True they will not easily move from one instrument to other or in this case bitcoin, and as far as I know that warren buffet itself doesn't believe in crypto.

I watched on youtube that some people don't belive in crypto there is other who don't believe in forex or other doesn't believe at stock. for me is just their perception

just do what u believe :
2253  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Should BTC amounts greater than 10.000E be declared when leaving the country? on: February 08, 2023, 01:35:44 AM
I dont have knowledge about this but i don't think they will check your e-wallet from your phone. I mean if do they check you can carry opendime fill it with bitcoin and says that is regular USB thumbdrive

or deposit your money or btc to a centralized exchange and withdraw it when you arrive in destination country but of course you need a liquid exchange like binance

2257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2000 sandbox would do? on: February 07, 2023, 01:33:16 AM
metaverse is still at an early stage and sandbox is one most well know projects and is listed in dozen of centralized exchange so if i were you i will buy it but always know the risk that it could be wrong too. if bitcoin price keep growing maybe we have small bull run on august
2258  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance P2P - any experience/opinions? on: February 07, 2023, 01:08:08 AM
I am just a regular buyer and seller on it, not a trader. But I heard that big merchants use a bot for automatic payment. Because you won't always get your order or not everyone has a lot of time to sit in front of a computer screen all day just waiting to pay for those deals. In the chat with each other, I tried several times to text the trader, but all I received were automated messages with information to easily contact if the transaction went wrong.

First of all look at it guys Cheesy @pawel7777 got a signature from coinomize i got from sinbad and you @Smack That Ace from Yomix i think its very rare to find like this   Grin
back to topic

Yes, I notice a seller that is 24 hours online I don't know if they are using bot or have an employee to do so. and yes usually they just transferred the money without anything to say become a p2p seller is not just waiting for the order but also staring at the chart and notice price movement too right

2259  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Suggest me an exchanger ? on: February 07, 2023, 12:55:16 AM
Its better using Lighting Network although is not supported by many exchange or try segwit native with first bc1 usually its very cheap, I usually pay only less than a dollar per transaction
