People are entitled to believe whatever they want to believe. You're an atheist ? Good for you. I have no problem with that. Another person is Jewish ? OK. That person over there a Moslem ? Fine by me. So long as you're not pushing your faith on people, and make it a focal point of discussion for any length of time, I'm largely indifferent to whatever anyone believes. The Bible and Jesus were a set of building blocks that instilled traditional, good moral values, and I'm appreciative of that, in retrospect. Now, if you're a Scientologist, Mormon, or Jehovah's Witness, I have nothing but the highest contempt for you. Satanists are some really strange folk, but it's curious how most everyone of those I have met, are actually pretty affable, if not a bit soft in the head. I am evangelical christian, but here is one mormon leader who I hope in the very highest regard. I'm glad to see you took your hat off before making this post  Never really had one to wear  13.4K is the ultimate bear scenario, eventually, we will HAVE to make a major correction down to the 20MA on the weekly, we have gone up 100% without any major correction, these corrections that happen every time will pretty much happen soon, and they are 25-35% easily, so it's up to the market as of when to take that dive, if it isn't 19.5k to 13.5k (30%) then it will be 22k to 15.5k, or 26k to 18k, the point here is that major corrections will have to happen and weak hands will panic and sell, so it's good to know that a drop of 25-35% is very likely and is very normal on the way up. Now if you are a long-term investor, this shouldn't really mean much to you, these corrections happen so fast (2-3 weeks) and the market takes about the same duration to recover to where it tanked from, but if you are a trader waiting for good entries then placing buy orders near the 20MA on the weekly is almost always a perfect entry point. With that being said, don't attempt to short bitcoin.  . That's preposterous! (about the hat I mean - somebody should do something about that) Personally, I'm a long term hodler but I always appreciate other's insights on the direction of Bitcoin. |

I just had a thought.
Say the big boys were buying OTC. Banks, even central banks? Etc.
Wouldn't they be incentivized to sell a percentage of what they were buying on the retail market to keep retail prices as low as possible while they were doing deals in the dark?
I would be if I were them.
Since bitcoin has such a thin float they would not have to sell much to keep the rise at bay. If I were not lazy I would do a little due diligence to see if the evidence supports or refutes this idea.
Cross-market manipulation is illegal in most developed countries; it would be a bad idea for a large corporation to be involved in such a scheme. |
