What is with click plus merit on your title? Just off topic question.

Seems like you had a long sleep like Rip Van Winkle  Smiley

Feel free to read this:  Merit & new rank requirements

Welcome to the forum. Hope to see you around.
2362  Other / Archival / Re: Mods please lock a thread from 2014 on: May 31, 2018, 02:10:06 PM
I just came across this 2014 thread which was revived yesterday by a spam bot or shitposter, then followed by shitposter after shitposter. I expect more to come.
Please lock the thread before it gets big Smiley; I am sure that the original poster doesn't need those answers anymore.

Lol... there are some posts which do not seem to be bot by the way. They genuinely posted...

Want to start getting into buying, selling, and purchasing with cryptocurrencies and I want to go in head first!

I used to think cryptsy was a good place to buy alts but all I see are complaint after complaint about there slow transactions. So what about mintpal and bter how are they?
These are all not a trusted exchanges so better you should choose the promising exchanges then only it will easy to buying and selling your altcoin and main thing is good altcoins only listed in all the exchanges so you should pick positive coin it will always listed in Binance or Bittrex these two exchanges are top position in trading platform.

Try on mercury drugstore! They always says on their commercial that all their product is new!!!

-by the way its a joke!

-try to have your own portfolio it shows which coins is currently pumping and which exchange has the best choice for it.

I primarily use Binance and Bittrex for the coins they list and both exchanges have worked well for me. Apart from these two, EtherDelta/ForkDelta for new ERC 20 tokens since they're generally the first exchange to list new tokens.

My question is: Don't they even bother to see the long back date of the original post? One of them is a Hero Member LOL

Hey great effort however did you miss this topic anyhow : How to sign a message?!

You needed to use the search function before working on this post  Grin

May be you can rename the title (i.e: [Tutorial] How to sign and verify messages - Electrum Exclusive). Never mind, just saying.
2364  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Understanding Blockchain - A Guide for Beginners on: May 31, 2018, 12:22:54 PM
Make sure you search for the topics because these kind of topics are all over in the forum. By the way nice work on this topic. Keep it up buddy.
2365  Other / Meta / Re: Posting broken? on: May 31, 2018, 12:56:25 AM
When I am in the middle of typing a reply/post, at random times the whole post clears, I had to type this in Word and copy and paste, what is going on?
May be you are hitting the newbie restriction.

How long do I need to wait between forum posts?
Waiting time between forum posts is calculated with the following formula:
Code:
activity = min(time * 14, posts);
waittime = 360;
if(activity >= 15)
        waittime = (int)(90 - activity);
if(activity >= 60)
        waittime=(int)(34.7586 - (0.0793103 * activity));
if(activity >= 100)
        waittime = max((int)(14-(activity/50)), 4);

Try understanding this math. Hopefully it will make sense to you.

Is your browser auto refreshing? In that case may be something wrong with your browser or with the PC. I never heard of this but reading at your topic I assume your are referring to something like this.
2366  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Bitcoin block size? on: May 31, 2018, 12:51:31 AM
Bitcoin's block size is 1mb? I know 1mb is starting size of 2009 year.

Then how much is current status?

And it requires Hardfork? or Softfork?

Because of that 1mb size, Transactions capacity bitcoin can deal is limited? 7 transactions per 1 second? Is this right?

Not sure if you are trying to mess up or not. Just give me a reference of your findings then may be you will find me interested to answer your questions. Good luck

2368  Other / Meta / Re: Is it true that we only send sMerit to our “buddies” ? on: May 30, 2018, 11:00:27 PM
I saw that even the creator of the topic was accused of exchanging Merit with the same creators of the topics like mdayonliner etc. (Although we all know that this is not true.)
You need to see the accusers depth of knowledge too. The person1 did not have much idea about how the merit system was/is working. He woke up after receiving a warning from me. He did not like the warning so he made a choice to humiliate me with whatever he can. Still he is trying his best with two topics. One is in the Scam Accusations (Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Trading Discussion > Scam Accusations) section and another one is in the Investigations (Bitcoin Forum > Economy > Trading Discussion > Scam Accusations > Investigations) section. In that process he blamed the OP and others as because he found the reciprocal behavior in-between us. But the truth is, like I said - two member can merit each others as long as the post/topic is merit worthy. All reciprocal behavior is not considered as abuse.

A madness can not be an example.

1 Lately I have noticed that the person is giving some efforts to the community. So far he created two good topics about the forum and I am glad that he is learning from his mistakes.
2369  Other / Ivory Tower / Re: Do bounty earners make more money than people on (bitcoin) signature campaigns? on: May 30, 2018, 08:49:57 PM
Is this true? I’m overwhelmed at how much many people there say they earn.

I have no idea how much they can earn but I have seen some crazy reports around. Lately I joined a bounty for CS. The reason is I believe in the project. I invested in there ICO few months ago and made over 250% of my initial investment from the project. Let's see how the bounty goes now.  I am interested to see how long I can manage to do this robotic data entry LOL
2370  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello Newbies! Here is place for your introducing post! on: May 30, 2018, 08:39:51 PM
How about your one first  Smiley

Let's start with yours so that the others find an example from you. By the way welcome to the forum. It's a good initiative. Keep up the good work.

Update:
One merit sent for your thoughts in the post and some encouragement. See you around mate.
2371  Economy / Services / mdayonliner's Signature Anti-spamming Campaign Service on: May 30, 2018, 08:30:07 PM
Service is not available since I have red tag

I have extensive knowledge in digital advertising especially very efficient with PPC (pay per click) advertising both for Facebook and Google. My best hit for Facebook is $0.04/subscriber. Once I was one of the top 50 recruiters of a revenue sharing advertising company with over 200K members. My role was affiliate marketing and I handled a team of 3,130 members of my own before they change their terms which I did not accept.

The reason of the above introduction is to prove that I am able to manage your Signature Campaign (if necessary then other campaigns too. i.e: Facebook, Twitter etc). I understand that my past experiences do not quite relate to a crypto promotion but I can promise you that the basic is very similar. It's just a different niche. As a campaign manager I will need to manage a team of participants to bring out the best result for your project.

Past work: Successfully ended self promotion
Fee: Negotiable (Based on the number of participants or a percent of the total campaign budget)
Payment method: BTC/ETH/LTC (if any other coin/token offered then it should be listed on Binance/Kucoin)
Can handle bounties: Yes

If you have a project to offer the world which is legitimate and beneficial  then I can promise you my best skills to make it a success. Before taking your project in hand I will do an extensive research because my reputation in the community does matter. My priority is quality over quantity and I will never deal with signature campaign spammers.

If possible, please, create in "local" new board "Українська (Ukrainian)"
I do not know how this works however I have seen in another topic (I guess Turkish or some other local guys ) that they bought a lot of support under the topic. May be you can do the same.

Gather as many local members as you can to vouch for it. Hopefully it will work. Good luck guys.

Question
======
You have three twitter accounts. Official twitter means this: https://twitter.com/creditscom ?

If you have 2 accounts with different number of subscribers, for example, tweet 3000 and Facebook 12000, you can register accounts in different levels (2-3 only)
- My twitter has 2136 follower and Facebook has 19,934 followers which means for twitter I can participate in Level 2 and for Facebook I can participate in Level 3?
Seems like the answer is yes. Example here archive for ref

2374  Other / Meta / Re: Is it true that we only send sMerit to our “buddies” ? on: May 30, 2018, 12:32:58 PM
Well finally I have something to talk about. reserving the space for the next few hours

The above varies from rank to rank, but it goes to show that we tend to award way more to people that have not merited us at any time (non-reciprocal) yet that those who have (reciprocal).
This actually means that merits are not exchanging much in buddies then. It's a good sign. I am not saying that two people can not merit each others. Sure they can as long as the contents are worth receiving merits. I used to think that people are misusing merits especially exchanging with each others in massive scale. Seems like in reality it is the opposite. 75,87% is actually 3/4th of the total sMerit circulated. Mind it, now-a-days these small number of merit abusers are cleaver enough to trick the community. They goes like: A to B to C to D to A to C to B etc.

PS: The topic turned out something else when I finished reading it. Initially I thought the complete opposite. Good job again mate.
