Also waiting on 586 Euro fundet at 3. of January from my Paxum account.

At this point I see TradeHill employees as competent and faithfull, as long as you cannot prove them guilty. I also have some Euro in my account, waiting on it since 3. of January.
I know there are often no simply answers how to react on issue like the last Linode one, because the situation is not completely analysed. Or the solution differs from customer to customer. That could be the reason why they are so shortly.
I had an issue with CC in an email a few weeks ago with Intersango. It's indeed unbelievable, and shows, how prematurely this Bitcoin area is. I can not believe this could happen from a regulated bank. Some bad copy and paste, bouncing keyboard, uninformed employee, and the misfortune goes his way ...
After a dozen of unanswered tickets on my Paxum funding on 3. of January I have got my first answer from them one week before. Jered must resolve this, because the Paxum money transfer never showed up in my account, and he is the only one, who can take a look into the Paxum account history (so says the ticket reply). Waiting patiently on it. It's really very hard work for the customers of TradeHill, not to be forgotten.

TradeHill answered me the first time on my case. I'm glad to hear they are working on my issue.

I also promised them in one of my first emails not to use moneybookers for Bitcoin trades any more. If they do not want it, it's ok. But they never tell you they do not want it, bogus simply. Nevertheless they locked my account once more. Enough already.

|
|
My moneybookers account was locked twice in quick succession. I think, they do not want Bitcoins traded, and consider Bitcoins as an (inofficial) currency. So I do not use moneybookers for Bitcoin trades any more.
At the end of last year I validated my account, just for not running into a locked account.
At January they locked it the first time, wanted me to give them information about the type of deal I have got money from, and the relationship to the sender.
After telling them the money was got from repayed lending (very close to the truth), they released my account.
I withdrawed my money to my personal banking account completely and successfully.
A few days later they locked my account again: In order to be able to unlock your account, we kindly ask you to give us a detailed explanation for your activities and also more information for the games you are selling virtual currency(where we can find them, any related URLs)
I'm not a gambler, I never sold a game in my live, and I really believe in BTC as an alternative and stable concurrency.
I planned to use moneybookers mastercard for withdrawing money on holiday. But I'm sure now, I will not. There is no confidence any more (same as with PayPal and OkPay).

I remind on EUR accounts on TradeHill. In my case I made a 586 EUR deposit at 3. of January from Paxum. The money has been withdrawn from Paxum, but was never deposited to my TradeHill account. I made at least a dozen Tickets, without any answers yet. The TradeHill transaction ID was 37652. On February the transfer vanished from the pending deposits list, also without any information. Would be nice to get my money deposited into my MtGox (also EUR) account. This is the email message from Paxum at 3. of January: Betreff: Receipt for payment - payment@tradehill.com TradeHill Datum: Tue, 03 Jan 2012 15:18:20 -0500 Von: support@paxum.com An: my@email.de

But the thing is this shouldn't be an opportunity for profit. ...
Starting a business, especially a Bitcoin business, is an extremely risky endeavor, and it should come as no surprise that many Bitcoin businesses will end up failing and losing a lot of money. That is the risk they took. I view this as stealing, even with the 2-5% fee structure I suggested. But, at least that's me trying to be nice and offer a compromise.
I see, they shall not make profit, and it's all their risk. I know this form of work only for very very poor people. No it's also your decicion and risk. I have survived Bitcoin7, moneybookers, and OkPay issues. I have read many issues about chargebacks, and many other difficulties with money transfers (for trading platforms also). Trading with Bitcoins was also my decicion (and risk). If Jered is a trustworthy person (I do think so furthermore), he has to survive this crash. Not with profit, of course. But he must get another chance, he yet is a win for the Bitcoin community.

Is this money transfer process also possible with EUR?
I have 586 Euro in my TradeHill account, and also have an Euro acount in MtGox. How about transfering EUR?
Hmm, our system is only built for USD at the moment, but let me consult with Gareth and get back to you. EDIT: When we launch the service, send me a PM. We may be able to do it manually for you. Thank you, I will do so.

The missing money deposit from 3. of January cannot be seen in "Your Pending Deposits & Withdrawals" now. Hope this is not a bad sign. Patiently waiting on the money, have written a last ticket with the possible ways to withdraw it.

I should have hopped on this thread a while ago, my apologies for that. If you haven't seen the blog post on tradehillblog.com we've shut down the exchange. We have already sent out all the back checks and are continuing to return the remaining funds. If you requested a check a while ago and it still hasn't arrived send an email to info@tradehill.comWe have a massive backlog stemming from both of our primary bank accounts being shut down simultaneously but are working through it. Thank you for all the support. Jered Thank you for the information, I will (and can) wait on it. If the money appears in my account, I will be one of the first who will try bitcoin.com.

Hello Jered, please don't forget to deposit my 586 Euro Paxum deposit, already triggered at 3. of January. (ID 37652)

Hello Jered, I created another ticket, please deposit my 586 Euro into my account. I'm waiting on it since 3. of January.

No money yet, no answer to my numerous tickets. They could loose their reputation, and perhaps their customers. Please answer, Jered.

Hello Jered, please take a look into my money deposit of 586 Euro at 3. of January from my Paxum wallet (ID 37652).
Anyhow I'm satisfied with TradeHill. Had a lot of trouble at very different stages while trading with BTC (Bitcoin7, moneybookers, OkPay, and others), so it does not take me out of piece any more. Security comes first, take your time. More communication would be nice, of course.
And I'm not dependent on this money now and here, like others. It's their fault, not your's.
And yes, I was not possible to invest it before the intermediate crash, so you saved my money. Thank you.
I will stay with you.

No, not in general. I trade on Mt.Gox, TradeHill, Intersango, bitmarket.eu, and bitcoin.de.
I have good experience with all of them, also the support. But I'm the more patient guy, and I'm rather sure, they are always under pressure.
But now I have an issue with TradeHill. I funded 586 Euro from my paxum account at 3. of January, but it not yet has reached my TradeHill account. Created a lot of tickets, without any answer up to now.

I have a similar problem. Funded 586 Euro from my paxum account at 3. on January, but not yet has reached my TradeHill account. Created a lot of tickets, without any answer up to now.
I never had a problem with TradeHill yet. Tickets answered quickly and professionally. What's going on now? Don't want to wait any longer, who can help?

I can see paxum withdrawel in USD. Would be nice to have it in EUR also. I cancelled my withdrawal earlier, but how is it looking now.
Is Paxum withdrawals still under investigation (at Mt.Gox)?
We have transferred more funds into Paxum last Thursday and Paxum should be working now. However, if you have any problems with your Paxum withdrawals, please feel free to contact us by submitting a ticket at the support desk.

SUCCESS SUCCESS SUCCESS
Hello, thanks to user okpay, it's alone his investigation that the money has reached my account now.
In the meantime I have transfered a lot of money to TradeHill, that I initially wanted to transfer with OkPay. Their loss (and of course mine).
This business will not work if the support does not get better. Many people have no way or continuity for such a clutter, they will loose their money. OkPay is no scam, but they will run into problems if they do not change.
Thanks for all help and hints on this forum issue.
